Fantastic experience: We have been booking our trips to Cancun with Justin for years now and it’s always an amazing experience. When looking for new resorts to try out, we were able to benefit from Justin’s expertise and get his recommendations. He recommended Secrets Moxche (among others) and this place was paradise. Probably our favorite resort yet. Justin makes not only the process of booking stress free, but he is also available if things need to be modified during the trip. For example, our return flight was threatened to be cancelled due to a hurricane in the area. Justin was in contact with us working through flight and transportation changes to ensure we got back home on time. Knowing that someone is there to rely upon when needed is a fantastic benefit of booking through a travel agent and I have found Justin and Beach Bum Vacations to be exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Beach Bum Vacations hooked us up with a week at the Outrigger Honua Kai Resort and Spa in Maui and a fun rental car to get around it! This resort was absolutely beautifully maintained with access to all kinds of dining and shops, either at the resort or just a quick walk down the boardwalk that connects it to several other resorts. Great location for all other activities too - we never drove more than 30 minutes for snorkeling, surfing, hiking, shopping! This process was so easy and stress-free, we will definitely be using Beach Bum Vacations again in the future!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the second trip that BeachBum April has planned for us and she knocked it out of the park, again! Hotels were great and in areas/neighborhoods that were safe and conveniently located. We felt we had the perfect amount of time in each city we visited and had time to do and see everything we wanted. We plan to utilize April's skills for other trips in the future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have used Beach Bum Darren for 3 years now. He came as a referral an we have since referred him. I feel like he gets us and knows what we like and what we are looking for. Always goes above and beyond for us and takes care of all accommodations, transportations and excursions. I never have to worry about anything. One time I chose something he did not initially recommend and I learned the hard way. Always using him for everything!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Hayley to plan our honeymoon. Hayley took into consideration our budget and what we were looking for when it came to our honeymoon. She gave us multiple options and did not push anything on us. She was super responsive and super helpful in the whole process of planning our dream honeymoon. Hayley made sure that we got through customs with ease and took a lot of anxiety off of my wife and I. She was nice enough to send us a goody bag of things before we left on our trip. I will definitely be using BBV again and I will definitely be reaching out to Hayley to help plan future trips!

Fantastic experience: Abbey was fantastic with our first time using Beach Bum Vacations! Why in the world have I been stressing myself out over planning all my trips when she was the expert at this and made it so easy for me to just have more time enjoying the vacation! She was extremely punctual and made sure that I secured the exact room at the all inclusive resort we booked at. Fantastic experience: We recently used Beach Bum Vacations to plan our family fall break trip to Mexico. A friend had referred us to them and we're so glad they did! Beach Bum Danialle was terrific from start to finish! She was extremely timely and thorough in her responses and we didn't have to worry about planning anything... she took care of it all! We went to an all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya and it was truly a relaxing week for all of us. We ate lots of good food, enjoyed the beach and pools both daily, and got in a lot of relaxation time. Fantastic experience: My husband and I absolutely love Beach Bums Vacation. But our travel agent Steve is even more amazing. We started using Beach Bums when we first started traveling and dating. Little did we know that would even be using Beach Bums for our destination wedding. Steve has made our experience every single time that we use him absolutely amazing. He is easy to work with, he responds back to us and our guest in a timely manner, and he stays on top of things. Even dealing with the resort for our destination wedding. Fantastic experience: I have never used any kind of travel services in my life, and in some ways have always been skeptical thinking it would end up costing me more for something I could do on my own. Well, I was sorely mistaken. I worked with Justin at Beach Bums and he was phenomenal. They provided great communications regarding accommodations, flights, etc. thought our planning time period. The resort options Justin gave us for our trip to Mexico we're not locations that I saw when trying to plan on my own using Google, and the resort we chose of the options he gave was incredible. It was one of those few moments where the resort actually looks like the pictures. To top it off, Justin has a lot of experience traveling to the destinations he recommends and was able to provide very good advise and suggestions for the trip. The accommodations and travel to and from the airport were very well vetted, professional and extremely helpful! It was awesome not getting stuffed into a van with a bunch of couples going to the same resort, but instead having a luxury SUV pick up only us and take us to and from the resort. All in all, what an amazing experience and worry free trip that we had. I don't think I'd do it any other way going forward. Since everything was handled and vendors used were so awesome we really didn't have a care in the world aside from enjoying our anniversary trip. Thanks Justin! I highly recommend using his services on your next trip, 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family booked a trip to Cancun, Mexico with Amy at Beach Bum Vacations and she did a fabulous job at handling everything from the trip to our pick up and drop off's. Her and her staff was more than helpful from start to finish. We received little goodies in the mail which was very thoughtful and the price for our trip was very affordable. Fantastic experience: My experience with Beach Bum Vacations was totally amazing!! Beach Bum Shelly was our ray of sunshine!! She literally worked with us until the very day of our trip. Great communication, easy processing payments, and NO STRESS!! Shelly gave us options to choose from Our destination was Virginia Beach!! Shelly had it all set up for us from the flights to and from, the hotel, and the rental car!! Now this was my first time ever taking a plane and I’m 45 years old!! The greatest experience ever!! I swear things went so smoothly for us!! We stayed at the Hilton Virginia Beach Ocean front OMG what a view from the 19th floor was absolutely incredible. ( Key card access ONLY) The hotel does hold a $300 fee on your card when you check in just FYI. There is a wonderful restaurant on the first floor called Catch 31. The food was amazing, and the staff even better. The Navy base is there and so multiple times we saw and hard the jets flying over. We also were able to see the Navy Cadets marching in the early morning hours around 6:30-7am. We literally slept with the slide glass open at night (no bugs) just to hear the ocean waves crashing onto the shore. What a peaceful night’s sleep I had every night. Along the board walk they have all the historical information and statues of Navy memorabilia, and the planes they flew back in the day really cool stuff. The best place to shop and find hidden treasures and gifts is at Sunsations!! They have so much stuff in that store it's addicting. (great low prices) The best place for breakfast was Pocahontas right down the street from the hotel as well (everything was in walking distance) Keep in mind if you go to this place, they have a professional photographer that will offer to take pictures of you for a small fee. Of course we took some lol. Walked to the pier where you pay $4 fee to go fishing. The street behind the hotel has so many little shops and eateries especially if you love pizza!! There is a pizza place on every corner!! Overall, this was the best experience ever and I would do it all over again with Beach Bums Vacations!!! Thank you so much Beach Bum Shelly!!

Fantastic experience: Amy was an absolute angel to work with! She gave me several resort options with detailed information about each one, and was clearly very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting me everything I wanted. She was also able to steer me away from resorts that appeared beautiful online, but actually had deceitful pictures and were not that way in-person. This was a huge advantage of having Amy’s help..if you’re debating whether or not to get a travel agent, definitely do! Having the opinions of someone who has been to the resorts in person is so important, and takes away so much of the stress and doubt in your decision making. I had several questions throughout my vacation planning process and Amy was able to answer them all, always with a smile! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am currently working with Melissa to plan my destination wedding and decided to ask her to help me plan a last-minute vacation to somewhere in the Caribbean! I was completely impressed with the detail and speed at which she sent me so many options to choose from. We went with an all inclusive Secrets resort in Punta Cana. She even made sure the vet the wedding package options with each selection so that if we liked the resort enough, we could potentially book for our June 2026 wedding. Turns out we LOVED every aspect and will be returning for our wedding. She handled our transportation to and from the airport and offered to book flights but we opted to book our own since we used credit card miles. Overall such a great experience and would recommend to anyone! Looking forward to continue working Melissa for our wedding and future vacations too!

Fantastic experience: Lisa with Beach Bum Vacations helped us plan our dream Italian vacation for our honeymoon!! She was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took our initial planning ideas for cities and activities we wanted to visit and helped us craft our truly personalized itinerary (even finding a wine tour that provided white and rose wines in Chianti country as I prefer white wines over red wines!!). The hotels were all extremely nice and in great parts of the city. All the activities and tours had incredible guides and experiences - Lisa made sure we had skip the line tickets for everything and we didn't have to lift a finger. She even paid attention to the little details, like making sure we had a personal driver and water taxi ready when we arrived at different cities and to help us get around and the hotels knew it was our honeymoon with champagne when we arrived. She was available for quick changes during the trip when our cooking class needed to be rescheduled and even saved the day when some of our tickets were accidentally left behind and she could provide digital copies. Lisa and BBV was incredible to work with and we will certainly be recommending them to all our friends and using again for future vacations!! Thanks!!

Fantastic experience: Beach Bum Vacations always delivers an amazing experience. Specifically, Beach Bum Justin is superb with customer service and provided great options for our family vacation! We selected Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, Mexico. The specialty restaurants had great food, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the kids club engaged the children (only reservation is that my 1 year old was too young to participate), and the beach was clean and beautiful. Not only was it a great time for my husband and I. My 5 year old asked when can we go back. This is a sign of a great vacation! Looking forward to booking again soon.

Fantastic experience: We had previously used Beach Bum Vacations for two wonderful tropical vacations. This was the first time Nikki was our concierge. The entire process was handled as well or better than the previous times. We were provided options that met our requested criteria. Once the resort was selected, the entire process was effortless. Nikki responded promptly to any phone or email questions. Prior to the vacation we received an email with useful and needed info and instructions. It was also really nice to have a private booking for transport from and to the airport, rather than being in a van with others who were traveling to different resorts, making multiple stops. Would definitely recommend Beach Bum Vacations and Nikki.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Oh yeah, the Beach Bum staff (Danialle, Kiffany and Nikki) were amazing to work with for my recent trip to Jamaica. I’ve worked with them before in 2018 as a guest for a wedding but this time around I experienced firsthand the process of planning a trip with a travel agency and must say Danialle made the process very seamless especially with my 1001 questions and budget constraints. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and even accommodated me when I had to delay my arrival at the last minute due to work. I look forward to working with them in the future. Fantastic experience: Lisa Zwissler with Beach Bum Vacations planned an amazing vacation for my wife and I in Jamaica. The resort she picked out for us was immaculate and hands down the best room we've ever stayed in. Our room was spacious and had a breathtaking view. The resort had numerous restaurants to choose from and 3 different pools that were each geared to relaxing, interactive, and party atmospheres. And to make the trip even more relaxing, on our departure day is when the Microsoft glitch happened and sent the airline industry tumbling. Lisa worked diligently to place us with a new connecting flight home and rental car. I highly recommend Lisa and Beach Bum Vacations if you're looking for a stress-free vacation!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Anguilla celebrating our 50th anniversary. We had an ocean view room, just steps away from the infinity pool, the Caribbean, and restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the ride on their Hobie Cat as well as the golf cart rides down the beach road to different restaurants for lunch or dinner if desired. Beach Bum Lisa was the best, arranging our trip, taking care of flights and island transportation, as well as answering our detailed questions and providing reassurance when needed. She was just what we needed.

Fantastic experience: Darren is simply the best travel agent ever! He consistently goes above and beyond to make my family’s trips memorable. From luxury transportation to making sure everyone at the resort knows what we are there celebrating. This last trip we ran into some issues that required us to stay an extra day and without hesitation Darren jumped into actions to adjust our hotel dates and travel. Fantastic experience: Steve and Beach Bum arranged a trip for us and 7 other friends to Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun. They did an amazing job! The effort we had to put forward was minimal. Steve handled almost everything! (We worried about our own flights, by choice.) Our trip was scheduled around the time hurricane Beryl was doing its thing. Luckily, it didn't affect our trip, but Steve made sure to keep us updated. Fantastic experience: Beach Bum Lisa planned our "bucket list" vacation to Great Britain and it was more than we could have asked or imagined! My husband's family is from London, but I had never been there. We've always talked about going but never acted upon it until a friend who had just returned from a trip to Greece recommended Lisa to us. We initially were going on a 5-day London tour, but Lisa was able to get us (last two spots) on a 9-day Group "Britain Sampler" tour. We not only spent 2 full days in London, but were able to experience Stonehenge, Bath, Liverpool, Ludlow & York in England, as well as two quaint towns in Wales AND the magnificent Edinburgh in Scotland! We had great communication throughout and all the information we needed for the trip. She was SO helpful! Fantastic experience: We used Lisa at Beach Bum Vacations as our travel agent for our destination wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres. I found her name in a review from a former wedding guest at the resort, where they explained how helpful she had been to the guests. They weren’t wrong! All of our guests raved about how helpful she was throughout the planning and booking process. I saw horror stories other brides experienced with miscommunication with the resort and guests throughout their planning process. We didn’t experience any of those issues thanks to Lisa! She helped me navigate the many stressors of planning a destination wedding and was so responsive. We had originally spoken with another travel agent and almost decided not to use a TA at all after that experience. I’m so grateful we met with Lisa and I’d recommend her to anyone traveling, especially for an important occasion like a wedding!

Fantastic experience: Becky was absolutely incredible to work with! My parents have gone on a number of trips through her and they have always raved about them, so I had to see what the hype was about! We went to Iceland and it was a dream come true.
