Negative experience: Worst platform ever! We cancelled our reservation and they still charged us twice by mistake. The customer service representative confirmed the charges will be reversed but after one month nothing has been done and they are never reachable.We have always used other platforms and the service was great. For some reason we decided to book with this company and regret it so much. Trust me, its not worth the hassle especially if you plan on going on vacation. Transaction #64474

First issue - They randomly charged me 4 months after using them for nothing i booked they “investigated” and Luckily they refunded it 3. Another time - They double charged me and after daily ( trying to contact them , and no response, or they saud they will refund me and didnt ) and now ghosting me , ive had to get my credit card comoany on the case *** 5% is not worth the aggravation **** Im done with them - scanmers

Negative experience: TL/DR: Got double charged. Sent 6 emails and 33 texts over 3 1/2 weeks and still don't have my refund. Have been ignored completely I would have given them 5/5 stars up until my last experience with them. I've used them a few times over the course of several years, and they've always been wonderful. However, my last interaction with them has completely erased any good will. I booked a trip through Club 1, and noticed that I was double charged. Those things happen, not the end of the world. I requested the refund, and told them that the card/bank I had used initially was no longer active so I would prefer a different way to refund. I was informed that they had to do it through the original payment source (For some reason), but if I didn't receive the refund, which I knew I wouldn't, within 48 hours that they would refund me a different way. After said 48 hours and no refund, I requested an alternate way to be refunded. Ever since that request, they have ignored me both through email and their phone number they provide for texting, aside from one message asking me if I had reached out to my card issuer, which as I stated before, no longer existed. After 3 1/2 weeks of this, 6 emails and 33 text messages to them, I'm still waiting on a response and still haven't received my refund. It's absolutely appalling that a business would ignore a client like that.

Negative experience: DONT DO IT! Booked resort through Club1. Come to find out Club1 NEVER contacted resort. We had NO reservations. By the time we found out, the resort was sold out. We could not even book directly with resort. Vacation was paid in full to Club1. Club1 still has not refunded me my money. No one is responding to my text or emails. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Never again! STEER CLEAR!!!

Negative experience: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SITE IS A LIE.. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.. I made reservations through this company over $2000+ they charged me, never booked the hotel. I was promised a full refund but they never gave me a refund that they started would take 15 business days(this was in August). I have been contacting them via text and email because that is the only way you can reach them, it is now mid October and I’m still waiting on my refund.. so not use this company. They will not respond back to you. I’m still waiting and it’s about to be DECEMBER.

Fantastic experience: First time using Club1 Hotels to book accomodation for my trip in Georgia in April 2024. Through the user-friendly website interface, I managed to find a competitive price for the hotel I booked. Confirmation email was sent right away as well as the hotel voucher. Upon arrival I did not encounter any issues instead I received a welcome room upgrade. Definitely recommended and I would use the engine again if prices are right.

Positive experience: Club 1 Hotels runs regular promotions which can easily save you 10-30% off a rate that already matches or betters any other rate I've found, either direct with the hotel or with other third party booking sites

Positive experience: Great deals and easy to book! Only reason not 5 stars is due to not being able to see hotel prices in a list view. Having to click on each individual hotel to the see the price takes a lot of time that could easily be saves with a list view of base prices.

Negative experience: I had used Club1Hotels once in the past for a hotel reservation with zero issues, so I decided to use them again for another hotel reservation back in April of this year. I show up to the hotel to checkin and Club1Hotels apparently booked me in the lowest level room when in reality I paid for and my reservation showed I booked a higher level room. The only way to communicate with Club1Hotels to try to resolve this was through email/text so needless to say there was not a prompt resolution. In fact, 1 month after the incident they finally agreed to a partial refund. The amount they offered was not not enough in my opinion but they refused to budge. I was told this amount would be refunded to my original form of payment but instead they issued it as a credit to be used on their site. I've reached out at least 10 times since then to try to get that corrected but have recieved no responses at all from them. Their customer service is terrible to say the least.

Fantastic experience: We used Club1 to book a hotel for a family vacation. I would definitely use this website again because it was quick and so very easy. I got a confirmation right away sent to my email. Looking forward to using for more trips.

Positive experience: I had made a reservation using the club1 hotel link for a hotel. After placing the reservation there was no confirmation it went through so I completed a 2nd reservation and received an immediate confirmation at the site and by email. When I checked into the hotel it was very late. The clerk told me that I had two paid reservations. Good heads up by the clerk. He told me that I should call that night (early morning) to cancel the reservation. Which I did. That process was ok but was a pain to do at 1:30 AM. Overall the process was ok and I did save some money

Fantastic experience: Stayed at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Shamokin Dam - Selinsgrove Pennsylvania. I requested a King bed and I noticed that it was 2 twin or full beds put together. Club 1 Hotels may want to look into that. The room was clean, plenty of hot water and close to the pool as I requested. Will use Club 1 again

Fantastic experience: This resort I must say is #1 as it relates to customer service. I have been to about 90% of the all inclusive resorts in Jamaica this is by far the best service I have received. Food was great many varieties to choose from, taste great too. For a small resort it have everything you want on a vacation. Definitely will be going back thumbs up to the amazing staff.

Negative experience: This company practically destroyed our family trip! Our whole family (3 groups) booked through the website. TWO of the room categories were booked incorrectly. Then, when we tried to fix it, one of those room categories was SOLD OUT and we couldn't get reimbursed for it. When we got to the resort in the Dominican Republic, we found that Club 1 never sent our payment to the resort, making us either pay the resorts HIGHER price (about $900 more) or be left without accommodations. We had our two kids with us, so we had to pony up the extra money we were hoping to SAVE with this company. We were not able to talk to a representative, as they DON'T HAVE AN OFFICE TO CALL. We should have known, but thought that a Chicago-based company would be trustworthy. NEVER AGAIN!

Negative experience: This company is a literal scam. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. They will double charge your card and tell you that the duplicate charge will drop after a few days but it won’t! It posted to my bank account and they REFUSED to acknowledge and refund that duplicate charge. Their customer service is very unprofessional and only text and email. If you try to call them, you will hear an automated message telling you to text the number instead. I have NEVER worked with a company that has done this. I messaged both via text and email, only to be met with short responses saying they’ll get back to it and they will eventually ghost you. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Negative experience: Had a two night stay for 4 people. Only one of the two elevators was working. I waited over 20 minutes for elevator going to lobby. I'm disabled and unable to use stairs, so it was not a good feeling. We had booked the room for 4 people but room only had provisions for three. When I contacted front desk for additional towels etc., was told I had to return the 23 floors back down to the lobby and retrieve myself. Hence the 20 min. wait for elevator and very long ride down. Will not be returning to this facility.

Positive experience: Crowne Plaza-Indianapolis Airport Hotel is just a place to sleep before or after flying out of Indianapolis International Airport. The breakfast restaurant was over priced and mediocre. The desk staff was friendly and there were lots of spaces to just relax and hang out but I would not recommend this place if you have young kids. Definitely could use some updates but did get the job done.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for one night on 6/13 with my wife, 21 y.o. daughter, and 14 y.o. son at the Kimpton EPIC hotel on Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. Everyone loved this place. Extremely upscale with everything but the room price, which was actually lower than competing properties in the area. Our kids were impressed from the time we pulled up, with a Ferrari, an Audi A8, a new Corvette, and a Tesla truck parked near the main entrance. Additionally, there were multiple +35' yacht moored just outside as well. Wow. My wife kept asking me "Are you sure this is our hotel?" Polite and well-dressed hotel staff greeted us at our car, unloaded our luggage, and parked our car. Inside was beautiful, with an atrium which had a record turntable and assortment of records you could listen to with supplied wireless headphones...a really cool touch. The room was spacious, with all of the amenities you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. The hotel restaurant looked great, but prices were a bit much to pay for a late evening snack. All in all, this was an enjoyable stay for the entire family. We will come back in the future, without a doubt. Attached photo is from our room on the 26th floor.

Negative experience: Booked didn’t say had to pay 30 dollars day to park at hotel requested to be by elevator do to medical problems can’t walk far. Checked in had to walk a block to other end of the Hilton in Daytona beach to elevators then eight floors then football field down hallway to room. Then we went to bed after 10 hours driving next day asked if I could take cooler out to pool had snacks and water and glucose in it was told no problem as long as no glass. We went out there two minutes and security came and took cooler told them that I called front desk was told ok. We had the buffet cost of 52 dollars and McDonald’s breakfast was better food was cold and nasty room was bad boogers on wall in bathroom shower stained with rust hair all in bathroom and on sheets wife always wanted to stay and now that we did will never go back. Three days there cost us 189 dollars 27 a day for amenities that weren’t used 25 plus tax and then 30 day for parking and when asked to changed room closer to elevator was told that’s were I booked I told her no even showers where I sent to hotel needed to be by elevator cause of disability

The total price that I paid for my booking was much better than the pricing their wedding supplier could offer us through the resort directly. Everything was smooth as I even was able to connect with the resort to confirm my reservation in advance. I would highly recommend Club 1 hotels! **UPDATE** Looks like I spoke too soon, as I made a car booking through them a couple of months ago but decide to cancel a week later. I have yet to receive the refund that I was entitled to even though it says they will process within 15 business days. I tried corresponding with them via email and have heard nothing back. I was left with no other choice than to start a dispute through my credit card company…

Fantastic experience: I needed to book a hotel in Louisville during an event. Prices seemed high. I had never used Club 1 before. I found a very convenient hotel that was about 40% off the rate from the hotel's web site. Booking was easy. I plan to use Club 1 moving forward, as I got a deal I could not find on other travel sires.

Negative experience: Scammers, they promise you free points (aka money to use in the platform) in exchange for reviews - which obviously have to be positive otherwise they won’t reward you. That is the reason why Google and Trustpilot are full of fake reviews from this company. I tried to redeem the “points” that I have accumulated over time for doing surveys etc and they simply deleted my account without any warning or explaining the reason. They are calling me fraudster which is simply a joke as I haven’t done anything wrong apart from writing reviews. In reality these guys are the fraudsters!

Great location, cool vibe, on site cafe and small bar with live music. Close to Broadway, but also just far enough away. The 2 bed/2ba apartment style hotel was perfect for our party of four adults.

Negative experience: We had to make changes to our 100% cancellable reservation. Instead of alowing us to alter our reservation, club one said we must cancel and rebook. This change included moving around three hotel stays with 6 family members. We canceled and rebooked and were stuck with being double charged an extra $9000 dollars. It has been 4 months and no refund. Thank God we used our credit card. We're now disputing through our card and these sucker's are fighting to keep our money. Complete jerks. Also be very particular to screen shot text chats and take pictures on their site of there cancel notes as you have no other proof of canceling within your cancel period except what they list on their website. Don't fall for the, "just cancel and rebook if prices drop" scam either. They will refuse to refund your original booking. If Club 1 hotels chooses to respond to this review then my request is that you stop fighting our credit card company and allow us our refund. That's the only thing you can do at this point to come close to redeeming yourselves!
