Negative experience: On this station, while traveling to Tampa, Florida, a girl whose name and identity I never knew accused me of recording her and claimed she was watching. I am a 26-year-old gay man, in a relationship for over two years. That wasn't the whole problem; the driver and the station workers threatened to kick me off the bus halfway and throw my things in the trash. They made me turn away from everyone for the entire journey, unable to look at anyone. It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had in my life. When I tried to change buses, a receptionist rudely told me no.

Positive experience: The service from the employees is excellent, the buses are very outdated, and the food they sell there is terrible, horrible, and the treatment for customers in the food area is one of the most arrogant.

Positive experience: There are some issues with the seats, and the air conditioning leaks water due to a lack of maintenance. I used the most expensive one of the two floors and was sitting in the back seats at the bottom, near the bathroom. They should fix it because the drivers' service is excellent.

Fantastic experience: 32 years ago, I traveled to Houston, Texas, from Brownsville Texas on El Expreso bus, and since then and before I traveled, the company still provides safe, economical, and reliable transportation services to the paisanos, that said it all.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!! Was treated extremely poorly!! Bus was more than two hours late, the next bus going to the exact same place refused to take us even though she had plenty of empty seats!! Finally when our bus shows up the guy didn't honor our seats and just made us find seats separately, (having 2 empty seats in the very front) and nothing was done to compensate me for sitting outside of a gas station waiting for them for over 3 hours late... Oh because the guy that sold the tickets to me said we had to get there an hour early??

Negative experience: Hahaha they seem like the public transport service of the Houston metro, picking up passengers all the way from Michoacán to Houston, hehe. 33 hours once, years ago we took 40 hours. This time I didn't use it, but a niece who was coming for the first time did.

Negative experience: We are losing more than 7 hours and they keep telling us that LLA is just the same.

Negative experience: They say there's 2 types of tickets one that goes straight shot and the other stops and pick up people on the way they lied they both stop and pick up people adding extra hours on the trip all the people on the bus says the same to next time go and buy from CHEVAS there better and don't lie....

Negative experience: Terrible service in Houston, the driver is very arrogant, they don't plug in the chargers for the phones, they don't even play a movie, they don't want you to use your phone, and to top it off, they don't even want you to talk to your companion. Terrible service.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time on coming thru this bus line so name company ) we just left this morning from Houston arriving all the way to Morelia Michoacán it’s being 7 hrs of driving with no ac I already complaint they said they can’t do anything about to when we get to Laredo ,tx to let the terminal know so that they will look into the problem I feel this is a ripped off the bus is full of passengers so they staking up almost $12000 from passengers tickets with no ac first time ever in this bus company would no recommended to nobody and bathroom do not flush at all

Positive experience: Good price bus trip, most buses have been clean and without bad smells so far, location and adequate cleaning so far, only one doubt the staff mentions to us that you cannot wait outside the building, everyone has to wait inside in the waiting area, because the city does not allow it. But it usually happens that there are too many people at this time and there is not enough place to sit in the waiting area as seen in the photo.

Positive experience: THIS ELDER SELLS VERY EXPENSIVE PERFUMES AND HEADPHONES THAT DON'T WORK. HE SPEAKS LIKE AN ARAB. WHY? THE TORNADO ALLOWS THIS TYPE OF SELLERS. LAST YEAR THIS TYPE SCAMMED ME.

Fantastic experience: It is a good place, I give it 5 stars just because there is a friendly person at the entrance who asks if they can help you; that is good service. However, on Saturday, January 6, 2024, a lady at the window was very rude as she came out to chase the guy serving the people, yelling and running them off. I don't think she had the right to do that since she is neither a manager nor a supervisor; what a racist person, honestly.

Negative experience: People working there lack courtessy for the customers,who wich without they would not have any business,owners should trained employees to be helpful and courteous.

Negative experience: Terrible service, they receive you yelling and aside from that they don't give you the instructions to board the bus. They speak to you very badly. It's the first time I've traveled with this line and I have no desire to travel again. A person in a red shirt spoke to me very badly and the one who puts the tags also did.

Negative experience: At this terminal, we were greeted by a shouting employee from tornado, shouting at us and waving for us to go back as we got off the bus. There is no way they should treat elderly people like that. A young arrogant man was only going to take down the luggage and didn’t want anyone near him, what nonsense, and the drivers were making fun of it. I don’t know if it was of the employee who was shouting at us or if they found it funny that the staff was so rude. Most of the people were older, with a trip delayed for hours; I think it was coming from Morelos. I took it from San Antonio to Houston with a delay of hours, terrible service besides being expensive.

Negative experience: I would give up to ten stars to the driver we had from Matamoros to Houston on November 14, 23, but he didn't let us sleep at all during the trip with a friend of his, and when he got off, he scolded a person who was talking on the phone, the man was arrogant.

Negative experience: They kept your ids/residents cards and lie about it. They didn’t even show any signs that they care and supposedly view the cameras and don’t even know the person face

Positive experience: I would give it 5 stars, but they no longer provide coffee or bread for travelers who have traveled hundreds of kilometers, and some buses do not have working outlets to charge mobile phones or the tornado movies system.

Positive experience: Well, the trucks are good and the drivers are very responsible with the passengers. But the only bad thing is the bathroom, they are all ugly and smell bad, and the seats are also uncomfortable.

Negative experience: On Saturday, July 15, I took a bus from San Antonio to Houston, and I am truly disappointed. The seats in front of me were not properly screwed in, and because the seat kept moving during the 4-hour trip, I hurt my knee. On top of that, the bus was a mess. Honestly, terrible company, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Negative experience: It is my first time using the service of Atlanta McAllen, TX. And I am disappointed because all their 'buses' are old; one would think that by operating in the USA, they would have better buses than in Mexico, but sadly ETN and PRIMERA PLUS surpass them... The Tornado Bus Company really needs to check their terminals and their 'buses' - 'no soap or paper in the terminal restrooms and dirty.' It feels like you are traveling in a yellow cab; the buses are of that style.

Fantastic experience: This company cares that you have a nice trip. They handled all baggage in Texas and at the border. I am disabled and will always travel on Tornado. FEW businesses make disabled people feel this comfortable and cozy.

They were rude to my parents and rolling their eyes when we asked them about the luggage we were told 4 times before the trip that was fine to take and that day they made it a big deal and they had to leave it. And I could tell they were taking bad about us when we left.

Negative experience: My girlfriend and I paid extra so we could ride the same bus, we spoke with employees who said this would be okay. The bus departed 30 min late, the bus route switched last minute, and theymade me switch buses so we couldn’t ride together. The bus driver was very rude and didn’t make an attempt to translate what he trying to say in english. Overall, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: The driver that we had with this company is a person who does not care about his passengers. He left us on two occasions and they had to take us close to him so that we could continue on our way. On the first occasion he made a stop, he took more than 1 hour, and was an hour late leaving the terminal. But when we made the second stop, he announced that we would have 30 minutes to eat and left after 10 minutes. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent travel time, the only thing was our driver was using profanity while talking to himself and didn't realize his bus microphone was on and the whole bus heard him cursing like a sailor and when the people on the bus reacted to his words he didn't even acknowledge the fact of what just happened and apologize for his indiscretion. Other than that, smooth sailing and I would definitely recommend over Greyhound bus lines.

Negative experience: The restroom on bus was very dirty that by the time we arrive to Mexico I was vomiting, I did tell the driver if they were going to clean the restroom and he just lied about it, another important factor is that they told me I could take a small cooler with me it wasn't a problem but when I was coming back they made me leave it cuz they said it wasn't allowed apparently they had different policies but from my knowledge is the same company if one goes one way it should be coming the other way back around. Plus if you want to take a long time to get to your destination go ahead and ride with them because they are stopping constantly it took us forever to get to Mexico so no I don't recommend them to anyone.

Positive experience: An okay bus company, this is for people who can't afford airplanes, the seats are okay not the most comfortable neither are they the most uncomfortable, you do have to worry about sitting near someone who is a unpleasant and you can't reserve seats they are all assigned, there is a fee for wifi, more than 30 kg worth of luggage including carry-ons, there are a few break stops to eat and relax depending on your final destination, if you're traveling internationally you will get through customs when you get to the physical border. Overall they are a okay bus company.

Fantastic experience: It is now the place where the Express is also, since the Harrisburg station disappeared. I find it better located without congestion and with more businesses within the establishment including a restaurant. It also has good access for wheelchairs.

Negative experience: First time using it and I hate it. Delayed my transfer for 9 hours not even a courtesy apology or discount towards a future ride. The station is so hot it’s like they have the a/c at 85 degrees. No vending machines. They do offer a little store which opens for like 4 hours during the afternoon. The buses are the same hot and the power adapter don’t even work they don’t even offer wifi.

I was only disappointed that they don't have more routes to Houston. Not to mention if the pandemic is what is holding them back with the routes well my bus was packed. So they should not over book their busses. Other than that the service with the taquilleras and maletero from laredo tx were extremely helpful and GREAT
