Fantastic experience: I was thoroughly impressed with April Rodil. She made adjustments to my cruise including adding travel insurance, hotel and transfers as well as flight day change. All of my concerns were addressed in a professional and pleasant manner. Really made my travel plans something to look forward to with peace of mind.

Negative experience: We are not happy with Merritt World Travel. Where are all the deeply discounted tours advertised at the presentation last month? Apparently, for most tours they give you a 10 percent rebate 2 months after you travel. Would not have joined had we known this. Buyers beware!

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I called to make a last minute reservation and we had the greatest agent help us out. April Rodil was extremely helpful, polite and courteous to us. If all of your agents are this kind and helpful, we are going to enjoy our vacations beginning at the time we make our reservations. Thank you April!!

Asked what I believe was a tough question and April answered it without putting me on hold, or having to have a conference with anyone else. Thank you very much April!

Fantastic experience: Booking my vacation was a very efficient and effortless experience. Taylre was able to get me the condo I wanted and the week that was just right for my summer vacation plans. She answered all my questions. She also let me know that all had to do was contact them if I had further concerns. Taylre even advised me to get trip insurance since my vacation was being booked in so far in advance. I am super pleased the service I received!

Even though i had to work through some uncertainty issues all three of these ladies were SUPERB !!

Positive experience: My final payment ended up being a complicated issue. April straightened it out and thoroughly explained everything to my satisfaction. She also corrected some incorrect data, and when I received a copy of my paid receipt, all changes had been made. While I had an issue with the final bill, April explained the $200 increase to me. I do wish that RSI had notified me when they amended the final amount. I had no indication whatsoever that I owed an additional amount. I had to subtract one star due to the issue that was RSI's responsibility. April, herself, deserves 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The telephone service person was extremely pleasant and helpful. She told what each price/year gave me. Her name was Rebecca and she is one you need to keep for sure.

We just signed up for this at a seminar a couple weeks ago, Hopefully they will do better in the future ‍♀️ Rich Lamping has reached out to me to apologize and to make things right-I truly appreciate this and want to update that they have great customer service-which is hard to find in today’s world-I look forward to future transactions with them.

Fantastic experience: We just booked our first winter vacation via our new membership with Options Travel. Concierge Angie, gathered all pertinent information regarding our travel requirements and provided us with four options which checked all our boxes all within one contact! We're booked and looking forward to a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a difficult situation where I needed help securing a hotel room less than a week out. It had to be in a certain area due to the fact we were traveling w/friends. Claire was GREAT!!! She found me just what I needed because I could not book anything.

Noticed a minor mistake in dates from May to March, and Tina was able to resolve the issue and help with Land transportation in Wakiki. 10x better then before trying to book 1 brand and keep up with points. Fantastic experience: We have contacted RSI vacations several times and today I received the best service ever from April. April was patient, reviewed several options for us regarding types of cabins and plans, provided information about travel insurance. She booked 3 rooms for me and did I mention she was patient? We did not have all the information needed to book all three rooms since family lives in different states, but April was kind, professional and completed all the required paperwork for us to be set for our cruise. April - thank you for your amazing customer service skills and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I was directed to leave a message when they couldn’t answer the phone for a while, they called back relatively quickly, and I was promptly directed to a travel agent to discuss what I needed help with. My travel agent was perfect. She was kind, talkative, genuine, and helped me with all my questions. She sought to help give me the best deals, even if that meant telling me to book with our family’s timeshare for our upcoming reunion, because she couldn’t beat the price at that moment. I was very pleased with how well I was treated and will continue to use their travel agent services to help when planning future vacations.

Fantastic experience: I talked with April, she was very polite very helpful, I felt like she went the extra mile to really help me. Normally I want to talk to a certain person, but she helped me understand why it's good to talk to the person who is next available. However I told her it's really nice when you get somebody that knows what they're talking about. She was definitely one of those and I would not have known it if I hadn't talked with her. I hope I get a chance to book with her again.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to work with Jennifer G. to resolve a cruise booking issue. Jennifer was patient and called back multiple times to work through the issue. She sought out a supervisor for assistance and clarification when needed. While on hold with the cruise company, Jennifer provided frequent updates informing me of the status of her call to them. She was very pleasant during multiple calls that ended with a positive resolution to my issue.

Fantastic experience: TINA with RSI Select / MemberGetaway was able to process my partial payment and restored my confidence and faith in RSI. We are new members and this us our first booking. So far while we have had issues getting the reservation correct in both RSI and NCL, and some agents couldn't process the partial payment Tina did. Tina has been truly outstanding.

Fantastic experience: I needed reservations for a road trip. Not intending to hang around, just sleep. Sheena was able to get me the towns I wanted at the price I wanted. Awesome service!

Fantastic experience: We had the most wonderful experience with Angie Ariza who helped us with plane reservations, hotel and rental car reservations. She was amazing giving us several different options with our flights and even found us an extended stay hotel near where our son lives. This lady needs a raise!!!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the services provided to me by Angie at Avalon Vacation Resorts. I needed accommodations in the Los Angeles area on short notice to attend a funeral and they were able to get me a great price on both the hotel stay and car rental. They met all my requirements to include a suite with included breakfast and reasonable parking. Angie was extremely patient and very helpful. It was a great experience, so much better than going online to search for all the pieces myself. I recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: We just spent an hour with our travel concierge Tina from member getaways. She was very personable, friendly and helpful. She spent time making sure we were getting what we needed and allowed us to ask her questions about more than we had called for. We were on the phone for an hour talking about the trip we called for and other possible trips and house rentals for future. Fantastic experience: Nancy was professional and clearly described our annual payment plan options to optimize our benefit over 2 years. She was very personable but also respected our time and conducted our business quickly.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Gucela did a great job. We told her where we wanted to cruise and she gave us options passed on our input and we booked the cruise. She spent a lot of time with us and we are very happy with the results.

Positive experience: First; Positive Point (5 Star): Betsey Galvin was excellent. Very helpful. She worked with me until the task was finished, which took some time. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Second; Negative Point (-1Star) (this has nothing to do with Betsey): When the membership was sold to us, we understood that the the members received a lower list/base price than what was listed on line. The additional rebate made it even a better deal. However, now we found out that the list/base prices were the same as the on line prices from Viking (not counting the rebate).

Fantastic experience: April Rodil is the best! I’ve have worked with her many times throughout the past several years on many trips. She is always polite, friendly professional and really listens to address all of my concerns and needs. I LOVE working with her and highly recommend RSI Vacations and April!

Fantastic experience: Our travel agent was simply spectacular. She spent over an hour and half on the phone with us booking a complicated 3 family Disney vacation. She was patient, polite, engaging, and explained everything very nicely. She worked hard to accommodate our numerous requests, explained all the fees, and made us feel very comfortable with the results. So glad we called.

Fantastic experience: I booked a condo for a week in Florida. The process was very easy. I was able to reach a representative quickly. She answered all of my questions completely and to my satisfaction. Some of my questions included comparing resorts to hotels and which different locations would best meet my vacation plans. I will definitely use them again for future travel planning.

She made sure that I understood everything about the process of booking with a concierge/booking service. I normally hate having to look for a hotel, when traveling but this time it was so easy, and I'm so glad Elizabeth was there to help me. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I had plenty of options to pick from, wanted to be sure that I had all of my questions answered and concerns addressed. I'm really hoping the next time I call in I get her again.

Negative experience: Leo the initial person on the phone was awesome he deserves 5 stars. The next person 'travel agent" - did not review the info. I spent 10 min explaining, she sounded about 90 years old (which is fine if you are on the ball) - she gave me inaccurate information when asked how far an airport was to my destination and she did not research and find multiple options as asked, I specifically said flight with only 1 stop and she offered me flights with two stating "well if you want to do 21 hour layover, then you would do 1 stop!" I explained that when I pay an agency to research my options - I am not looking for simple answers - I want you to do the research I am paying you for. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time using the RSI vacation website to book our vacation. April was very patient and easy to work with. She explained all of our options and how the process works. We can't wait to go on our river cruise next year. Thank you April.

Negative experience: Went to 90 min presentation, that was all smoke and mirrors. It was an enticing presentation for those of us who like to travel, however it was filled with inaccurate information and several outright lies. We have tremendous regrets that we were foolish enough to fall for a scam like this. You only have the opportunity to learn the truth after they have your money, and you have signed several papers protecting them from you backing out. Don't fall for it!!!! I would prefer to give zero stars, but required to give one.

Negative experience: I worked with a member company for RSI called Brio Vacations. One of the worst experiences my wife and I have encountered. We received a post card and was guaranteed at the end to receive a 3, 5, or 7 day cruise and a $100 dining card. Presentation was scheduled for 11/2 hours, lasted two. Twice a moderator came on asking if we were paying attention. Once the presentation was done, we were passed to a sales agent. No hard sell promised. What a joke! While he made his pitch, I was hitting down the figures and facts so I could consider the offer. The agent laughed with my wife stating there is always one in the couple that had to analyze while the other chats. No problem here. After 25 minutes, I said we were not interested. Then came the hard pitch, increase the number of weeks, lower the price, interest free six month financing. Again we told him no. Then came the accusations about how I was really doing anything but doodling and how could we turn down such a great offer. We didn’t budge and we left the chat. We did get the certificate for the vacation ($198 deposit fee) before we could even look at what was offered. The dining cash was even a bigger rip off! You have to find a participating restaurant, print out a certificate and take it to the restaurant, with no guarantee they would accept. Their idea of fine dining? Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Dominos or a few other restaurants over 30 miles or further from my location! Stay away from these scammers!

Fantastic experience: April was a very helpful and knowledgeable service member. She worked with me to answer all my questions and found a way to work through merging my two reservations, then added several discounts to get me the best price. I had no help with my issues from several other service members that I was transferred to during my call for help.

Fantastic experience: Every person I spoke with in the process of booking a cruise was wonderful. Thank you Sheena and Catherine for answering all make questions and processing the booking for me. Very easy to work with and very reassuring if I needed any further help to call again.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!!!!! We had set up to do a zoom meeting with their affiliate BRIO Vacations, we were on time and taking notes and being interactive with the presenter. We got booted off and so we tried calling back in to rejoin and they said that they couldn’t get us back into the zoom meeting. We did get a survey asking about the presentation and at the bottom it stated we would be emailed our gift within 30 minutes I believe. Of course we never received it and I have made a minimum of 10 calls trying to get our gift, always going to voicemail and NEVER getting a response back. This was a big waste of our time and very poor customer service from this company. Ken & Dawn So I got a response saying you would contact me right away regarding this and it’s been a week already and still nothing am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt but as of right now it’s not looking very good

Fantastic experience: Virginia was Very professional and pleasant. She took the time to inform us of any charges which I truly appreciated. When we informed her that it was an anniversary trip she was so excited for us. That made us feel appreciated and heard. Thank you Virginia and God Bless you for all your hard work

She assisted with applying my military discount and unlocked a slew of freebies for us. We got a refund and more amenities, and she laid out everything perfectly!! Friendly and professional! Fantastic experience: Leo was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on all subjects I asked. He explained the extra benefits I am entitled to with my Travel to Go membership. He also reminded me under no pressure to renew, that my dues were coming up soon. I enjoyed his polite services that I voluntary renewed my membership for 3 years at a great discount.
