Fantastic experience: Clean place, nice amenities and great location! The amenities are great, check in easy, nice to have a bar, plenty of staff available and working. The room was modern, light and bright. Pool was great except in October it's shady for a couple hours due to the adjacent high rise. Plenty of open spaces to relax and enjoy. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they were skimpy especially for a 4 day stay with long hair. Bring your own make up remover so you don't dirty their wash cloths.
Fantastic experience: Overall, we had a fine experience at natiivo austin. The location is great, and the condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and well-kitted out. The unit has modern appliances, including an oversize washer and dryer, and a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. While we didn't cook in the unit, it is well equipped to prepare full meals. There is a supply of coffee, sweetener and creamer, as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. The bedroom has ample storage to unpack. The building offers a gym, a pool and a lobby coffee bar that doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening. The rainey street district neighborhood boasts multiple bars and restaurants, as well as a small grocery store less than a two-block walk. I'd definitely stay here again on a return visit to austin. There are a few small negatives. The condo faces a busy highway, so even on the 22nd floor the noise is noticeable. While the bed is comfortable, the thick, hard pillows are equally uncomfortable. The unit needs hooks on the back of the bathroom doors or the bathroom walls for hanging damp towels, and the bedroom needs an overhead light. Finally, no kleenex in the bathroom is a big miss.
Positive experience: I enjoyed my stay with Vacasa - Rental location ‘Natiivo’ in Austin, TX. We did experience some bug issues in the bathroom (drain flies), but the staff was very attentive to the matter.
Fantastic experience: The name says it all Great location for venturing out to the surrounding areas. Clean, quiet, peaceful. Could have used a couple more hair dryers, but hey, the texas heat could count a one!
Fantastic experience: This hotel is incredible!! "this hotel is incredible" that's what my 4 year old son kept repeating no matter how many times i said, "that's because it's a lake house, not a hotel." but that pretty much says it all! Great little house, fantastic amenities, comfortable beds. We swam and cooked and lived our best lives for 3 days. Nobody wanted to leave.
Fantastic experience: Perfect riverside retreat. Waking up to a view of the river each morning and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private balcony was an absolute highlight. The location couldn’t be better — close enough to local restaurants and downtown austin, yet still offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with picturesque views and top-notch amenities, this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!
Negative experience: do NOT do business with Vacasa. several months ago my parents, husband, and I booked with vacasa through VRBO for a wedding (yesterday). we received a confirmation for the booking and this was the last correspondence we had received until the day of. we assumed everything was good to go. we drove the 4 hours to the home in austin, stopped at the grocery store for things to cook in the home, as well as last minute things for the wedding cake (my mother was doing the wedding cake and needed to decorate in the home). we received the entry code for the home prior to showing up to the home. just after the check in time, of 4pm, we show up the home. to our surprise, we show up to another couple in the home already. they had ALSO booked for the same days, received the same confirmation code, and entry code. thank God we didn’t enter the home and get shot. we kept the car cranked as we had cold and frozen food, as well as the wedding cake supplies. we immediately started calling VRBO for a resolution. VRBO just led us person to person with no resolution. Fortunately VRBO was able to assist us in getting a place to stay for the night since VACASA would not answer phone calls or assist us in the situation. we stayed in our car for SEVEN HOURS and lost all the frozen and cold food and ran through an entire tank of gas, plus some. we missed the wedding reception as well. we missed out on valuable time with family that we will NEVER get back. the only thing VACASA could finally offer, was a partial refund after so many business days. VACASA left us stranded in a city we don’t know. VACASA should be held responsible for their actions and be thankful we didn’t get shot entering an already occupied home. we have tried over and over trying to get ahold of upper management for the money and time lost in the situation and vacasa can only email back “we are sorry.” VACASA also says since the ticket is “closed” they cannot do anything else. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. this is my request for someone in upper management to contact me and find a solution. no more customer service agent’s apologies. we don’t want a “i’m sorry for the inconvenience.” DO BETTER VACASA.

Fantastic experience: Great stay! Love Natiivo! On-site staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Natiivo is a fun place and the amenities are great! Will definitely stay here again. The communication from Vacasa, from booking to check in, stay, and check out, was fantastic! They made it so easy to reach out with any questions, though I didn't have to since they provided all needed info upfront and everything in my room was perfect. Thanks to Natiivo and Vacasa!
Positive experience: Overall it's probably reasonable if you have a large group and want to save some money. The property is nice but with the amount of volume, it may decrease with time. Check-in and check-out is kinda a mess - there needs to be more people during that time period. Elevator are bad during those periods as well because it's like herding cattle lol!! Expect to wait. We went one day with 4 people so it was just cheaper to go this route but in the future, I would probably do a hotel nearby ... just better service, nicer and bit cleaner.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, great location close to UT and downtown Austin. Kitchen nicely furnished. Pet-friendly vacation homes are always a great find! Would recommend this great house for visiting Austin and would stay here again!

Fantastic experience: A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Very nice Aparta-Hotel concept type of property but definitely worth the stay. Check in and check out was a breeze with 24 hrs valet ( $40 a day ) You can also rent parking next door or across the road which are both very very convenient. The views alone are worth the price. Bars and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk on Rainey st.
Fantastic experience: Bats and luxury We came to see the bats and treated ourselves to the luxury of the natiivo penthouse. Grandkids loved the rooftop pool which was only one flight of stairs away. Easy access to all that austin offers and the efficient valet parking made life easy. But the view of austin and lady bird lake from the windows and balcony are what makes this condo breathtaking.

Negative experience: This is a HORRIBLE company. They were supposed to be managing my short term vacation rental property in the Texas Hill Country but after signing up they deleted my listing on-line. It took several weeks of not receiving any bookings before we looked into it and discovered that my property wasn't even listed. Then when brought to their attention, they gaslighted me until I proved it to them. Then it took a few days to get back online and they offered a paltry $500 as compensation for their mistake. It then took several months for me to receive the $500 compensation and only after I asked for it again. Fast forward a few more months and I get a call from one of my friends about our listing. He tells me that there is some weird photo showing up as the main photo, instead of the photo of our property. Sure enough, somehow VACASA managed to screw up our marketing photos on-line and are now showing a crappy little brown shack AS THE MAIN PHOTO for our listing. I notified VACASA immediately. 2 days later they responded to my concern. Now it has been over 1 week later and lo and behold the same stock photo is the main photo of my listing. Now I have notified them that I am firing them and the local manager tried to tell me that I can't fire them without 90 days notice because of our contract. So I had to threaten a lawsuit and argue over the phone about their gross negligence until they relented and agreed to let me out of my contract. Do not make the same mistake that I made. Do not trust this company with your vacation rental property.

Fantastic experience: Austin family vaca Came into town for a concert. Initially picked the rental because it was close to the venue. What a wonderful stay! Place was beautiful, exactly as pictured! The rental was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The gated backyard with parking was a major plus!!! Will definitely return

Fantastic experience: Amazing r&r place We highly recommend this stay! The vibe was the best! The room was beautiful and very updated, all new! The balcony was a pleasant addition for the evenings to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine all the amenities are amazing from the rooftop pool , the doggy park on the 10th floor, the coffee/bar downstairs and the list goes on! The staff hands down are 10/10 !!!! We will definitely be back!
Negative experience: After using them to rent out my Canyon lake home, my damaged garage door was replaced by a cheap piece of tin garage door. It makes noise every time the wind blows. Washout summer with them and will never use them.

Fantastic experience: Loved the apartment. It had a beautiful view. Bed was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The only down size was the elevator wait. Not a big deal, we just factored in the elevator time when we had to be somewhere. Would definitely stay again.
Fantastic experience: Adorable, clean, great location I took my family to austin and we stayed at this awesome home. The home itself was very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen had top quality cooking items, stove and fridge. Location was great, we did a lot of walking everywhere. Simply a peaceful place to stay, we will return!!
Fantastic experience: Stayed here for our first trip to Austin - AMAZING views! We loved looking out to the city (can see the bats from the Congress Street bridge in the sunset even), great access to Lady Bird Trail -10 miles around, we got through half of it this trip. And most important, super comfortable bed :)
Fantastic experience: Excellent location and staff We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It's in a great location right in front of lady bird lake and right next to rainey street and walkable to other parts of downtown austin. I would definitely rebook this building. There is construction around the building but it didn't effect us at all. No noise, not traffic or anything.
Positive experience: This is a great place to stay - great location, beautiful building, incredibly friendly staff, friendly tenants and guests... This unit is really nice - very spacious for a one bedroom, and all the furnishings are comfortable and nice. The one drawback of this specific unit is it faces the highway and is quite noisy. I used my white noise app and was totally fine, but plan ahead (just as you would in a hotel).
Fantastic experience: I recently had to spend a month in Austin, and travel to the West Lake Hills area regularly, and this condo was perfectly located for that. It was reasonably priced, super close to a great grocery store, and had everything i needed for my stay.
Negative experience: Do not recommend. Despite multiple calls and e-mails from us to confirm the reservation vacation rental was cancelled the day before our trip, without contacting us first. We are still waiting on our refund, weeks later.

Positive experience: I mean for a last minute reservation you cant ask for very much. The cabin itself was actually pretty nice and in a good location. But we payed 1600 dollars for 2 days and no one de iced the driveway. We almost crashed our vehicles a number of times just trying to get in and out. We spent a good amount of time breaking and shoveling ice instead of having fun. For the price we payed I would expect for this not to be a problem the ice was super thick and it hadn't been shoveled in quite some time.
Positive experience: DO NOT RENT FROM TurnKey or Vacasa! We spent 9 nights on the big island in Hawaii in November, 2021. While We had no issues with the property(condo was nice enough-see my review on VRBO), the TurnKey/Vacasa group was unprofessional and horrible to deal with. The shower head in the second bathroom broke and flew off of the wall mount into the back of our daughter’s head! Imagine if that had hit her face! Surgery would have been required! She had a headache, huge bump on her head and we missed two days of activities due to the discomfort. It took two days to get maintenance in to repair the shower causing four of us to use one shower. We paid over $500 per night for this condo and TurnKey/Vacasa, after being pestered by me, reimbursed us $185 for the inconvenience. They made no comment of apology for my daughter’s pain and bruise. If we had stayed in a hotel(we are extensive travelers and have platinum status with most major hotel chains), the property would have comped us for the cost of the room until the problem was resolved. The TurnKey/Vacasa strategy…put you on hold, return to the call and state they have done all they can do…Same strategy used by management when I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. Abysmal behavior. Extremely disappointed. I could not recommend this company, and hence its rentals, any more poorly. Stay with any other company, especially Airbnb or a major hotel chain. I am amending this post on January 9th, 2022. After discussion with TurnKey via email, they have responded in a quality, professional manner. The issue has been resolved and we are willing to give a TurnKey rental another try in the future.
Negative experience: We gave this property a rating of “1”. We booked the house for 4 nights. The house itself was nice and clean, but as we walked in the house and smelled of typical “rental property” scented air fresheners. As the evening went on the smell became more and more intense and it was in every room. If you have any nasal allergies or sensitive skin DO NOT rent this house! Every room had oil diffusers and all the linens and towels were cleaned in very strong fragrant detergent and dyer sheets. The fragrance was so strong it seeped into the pillows and the mattress bedding. The sent made us sneeze, cough and develop headaches. We saw in the laundry room Tide flavored “Spring Meadow” detergent and Downy “Lavender & Vanilla Bean dryer sheets.” Every extremely bright outside lights were on all night with no option to turn them off (they were on timers). We couldn’t enjoy the night sky. Now we know why the house has blackout curtains everywhere. The house is lit up so much, I can’t believe the neighbors haven’t complained. After sleeping on a couch and a loveseat, we knew we could not stay in this house. We called the company to tell them what was wrong and that we were leaving. My 67-year-old wife is currently in chemo treatments and because of her health issues this environment was very toxic and unenjoyable. PS, “Turnkey” rentals decided to keep all our $2,200 rental fees. So, it was $2,200 for ONE NIGHT and we are retired and living on a fixed income. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Oh yeah, we had to spend another $500 to get into a different rental other than Turnkey. We would highly recommend not using “TURDKEY” for any getaway vacations!
Positive experience: The house had two new bathrooms and it was pretty clean for a rental. Great amount of room. It had a fenced in yard and dog doors for the puppy, which worked out great. The beds were ok comfy. Linens and towels were great. It does get warm upstairs, which is great during the winter.

Fantastic experience: This was our first experience with TurnKey Rentals and the process was very easy and the regular communication was helpful. The property that was stayed at was beautiful, just like the pictures. There were no hidden surprises or gotcha moments. The owners left very detailed instructions on how everything worked/functioned. We would definitely stay at this house again and use TurnKey for sure.
Negative experience: Turnkey has unfortunately become entirely concerned with serving property owners, not guests. I had a very bad rental experience (fuzzy instructions, unresponsive team, code that led into the wrong property that was trashed by prior guests) and ended up having to stay the night in a different location. They then refused to refund that one night their team couldn't get me into my rental safely. They also used their partners (Expedia/RedAwning) as a way to make sure they could shirk responsibility. Somehow in their minds, ~$200 would be better spent trying to fight my reasonable ask in customer service calls and a bad consumer review than doing the decent thing and just giving me a refund. I rarely feel this way, but I won't be booking from either RedAwning or TurnKey Vacation Rentals again.
Fantastic experience: Took the family to Big Bear for a weekend getaway and had a great time. Everyone with turnkey was very helpful and responsive. Our cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. Absolutely loved the cabin and it’s location. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: We stayed at The Cod House in Yarmouth, MA for a week in October 2021. Managed by TurnKey Vacation Rentals, the Cod House might just be the perfect vacation paradise. If you're looking for a well appointed, comfortable, relaxing place to stay - The Cod House fits the bill. If you want a place close to it all but on a quiet, walkable street just a short walk away from the beach - yep, The Cod House has that, too. Everything about our stay was perfect from booking to communication from our hosts to check-in and check-out and everything in between. We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Cape Cod and we're glad we chose The Cod House - a little bit of Heaven right in Massachusetts. Working with TurnKey Vacation Rentals was a breeze. Communication was prompt, clear, and easy and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation!
Negative experience: I would not suggest renting any of their properties or allowing them to manage your property. They’re not responsive and they inaccurately portray rental properties and the number of bedrooms. The property we stayed at in Austin was in poor shape for starters but when we had an emergency they didn’t handle it for 18 hours which is unacceptable. Plus we thought we were staying in a 3 bedroom home. What it was was a 2 bedroom home and the 3rd bedroom had a tiny couch that you couldn’t even sleep on. The air stream was absolutely foul and not habitable … the list goes on but we were not treated with respect and I’m highly disappointed.
Negative experience: Too bad there is not a zero! This is the worse experience I have ever had with any vacation rental - ever! On July 7, 2021, I booked our family vacation effective November 22-27 (Thanksgiving week). In good faith I paid for the rental which the contract requested. Getting confirmation from TurnKey, in good faith, I made plane tickets. On September 29, I get the following e-mail, "We are sorry your stay was canceled at 5706 Cicre Circle, South Padre Island, Texas for an arrival on 11/22/2021. Please keep TurnKey Vacation Rentals in mind for your future vacation rental home needs." What!!!??? TurnKey can that easily ruin our family vacation? Let me give a bit of a background. We needed this family Thanksgiving vacation because: my mom just died (funeral is 10/22/21/); my husband has cancer (just had his prostate and bladder removed and now they believe it's gone to his bones) and my eldest son went through a divorce...plus COVID. We were all needing to breathe and bond. So, I was giving us something to look forward to and rest from the difficult and sorrowful year we've had. After receiving the cancellation via e-mail, I called TurnKey four times to talk to "representatives" and get a place to stay that would fit all of us (including kids and grandkids) and our dog at a reasonable price in S. Padre Island like I had done on July 7 (It's a surf spot and my sons are surfers). The first time I called and talked to three different people as they tried to figure out what to do. My favorite response was from a supervisor, "Well, you have to understand the owner's side too, they may have decided to have their family vacation there on Thanksgiving week." This is the worst customer service and response I could imagine. So, in other words, you can book with them, but at the last minute if the owners wants it, you're out. I would not back down or have empathy for the owners who changed their minds on September 29, to not rent their home out. The supervisor said that the Corporate office would call me within 24 hours to resolve the situation. Here I am over 48 hours later waiting for the call. So, I call TurnKey again. Same nonsense. Well, enough said. This is a horrible Thanksgiving story that I hope to get on the news, "My Thanksgiving Story in the Middle of Crises and Death." I will also be blasting every social media possible to get my story out. My sisters are attorneys and said they would help me too. Seriously, this is a horrible situation for my family and TurnKey is ignoring me. Worst customer service ever.

Fantastic experience: The house was charming - very clean and beautifully renovated/updated throughout. It provided a perfect home base for our group of 6 adults. We were close to the airport and all the roads we needed for getting to downtown Austin, Lake Travis, and San Antonio. We also enjoyed taking morning walks around the neighborhood and visiting the cute local coffee shop. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Austin!
Fantastic experience: The apartment we rented in Sorrento, Maine was impeccably clean. I have rented many places, but the cleanliness here was OUTSTANDING. The apartment was perfectly spacious for my family of four. Amenities were exactly as described. I would rent from TurnKey Vacation Rentals again most definitely.
Fantastic experience: The vacation rental we stayed at in Park City, UT was amazing. Being in the mountains we had some trouble with the internet but the TurnKey team was always on-call and ready to help! The condo was very well kept and had all the necessities one would need to cook and clean like it was your own home! I am personally allergic to feathers and liked that even though the condo was prepped for cold weather, they has fluff blanket and pillow options for me to swap out! Would recommend to anyone looking to travel!
Positive experience: They're expensive. They need to do a better job I'm the cleaning department, especially during covid season. I booked through airbnb and pointed out the things that went wrong during our stay about a week ago. Until the day I haven't heard back from them. We found a used mask next to a nightstand in the master bedroom and other things but I think that's what topped them all. I think we would have over looked everything else if that wouldn't ve happened.
Negative experience: Stayed at a nice property at 2814 Avenue Q1/2 in Galveston on Friday August 13 and out on Monday August 16. When we arrived there was a huge dead roach, no power in the kitchen, and the refrigerator did not work of course. Remember this is Covid and we wanted to get away, stay safe, and planned on most meals at home. So we brought perishables with us, already ordered groceries from Kroger for pickup, and had medication that needed refrigeration. I called Turnkey and the rep giggled about the roach and called someone out to check the lights and the fridge and explained we needed the fridge and had perishables. After a long day in traffic we went to dinner because we did not have an ETA and were not going to start vacation waiting. When we returned the lights were fixed and the fridge was on but we were accused of leaving door unlocked. Not true, but fine whatever, just here to relax in safety so had a good evening and went to bed. The next morning the fridge was not on so we called it again. What ensued was several days of "please be patient while we work to get someone out" and then "your not being patient" and then "we have shared your concerns with home team and they will get back to you". Also during this period the smoke alarm began to chirp and we were told to find a battery and change it! Lol. Ridiculous. As of now still waiting to hear from Turnkey to see what monetary compensation they will be providing. I'm debating on broadcasting complaint to state agencies, researching homeowner and sending letter, and filing merchant dispute with my credit card company. All depends on what Turnkey does next to remedy this issue. I added the address because I want to make sure others tenants before me or after me know this is an issue. If they have experienced the issue with lights and fridge I believe we may have rights under Texas Deceptive Trade Practices provisions. So just laying down the data point in case.

Fantastic experience: We booked a new construction home in Cape Coral Florida. The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed to feel "at home" (yet enjoying vacation) and we had a great time using the pool/outdoor dining area. The representatives from Turn Key quickly answered my questions and concerns making the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a property owned by Turn Key.

Positive experience: This is a great unit close to the marina which is awesome. The unit it nice and spacious for a group of 6. The view is beautiful. The parking was easy. I do think it could use some new carpet, some touch ups on doors that have clearly been scratched by dogs. The comforter in master could be replaced as it had stains. The condo wasn’t all that clean when we arrived we opened a drawer to an old sandwich. The master shower had mold all over it. They did address this issue in a Timely manner but for what we all pay for cleaning fee I would expect it to be perfect. Also, I could not use the washer it would not spin any of my towels correctly. The above neighbors are awful. They walk loudly all day and into the evening. It’s quite annoying.

Negative experience: While our family had a great vacation in Oceanside, there were several safety issues we experienced. The picture of the backyard appears in good order, however, the fence was in extremely bad repair. In some areas, there were large holes that a child (or an adult) could fall into. Someone had put a temporary fix by putting outside chairs around the holes, but it was not an adequate fix. There were other safety issues in the house as well. The oven door did not close properly; it had actually burned part of the cabinetry next to the oven which is definitely a safety hazard (potential fire hazard!). None of the windows in the master bedroom were able to open adequately (and stay open). I found some paint cans to keep the windows open. When I tried to open the windows, they easily came out of the frame. A young child could easily fall out of these windows if they were propped open. Another extremely disturbing situation was that I got a shock when I turned on a bathroom light. I though it was a fluke at first, but my daughter-inlaw said she received a shock in the kitchen downstairs as well. In a previous review of this property another person posted about the problem with the holes in the backyard - the response was that they should have called to report it. People that pay this amount of money should not have to keep track of these issues and deal with repairs. All of these issues has happened over time (not just a simple fix). These are not easy fixes - this property needs some serious repairs. Please beware.

Fantastic experience: Hi - I've stayed in many cabins and this was my favorite. It's spacious and we loved the open floor plan and A-frame style. The deck is great and a bonus is that it's enclosed so our dog was safe and enjoyed being able to roam freely. Very comfortable and cozy and great customer service.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay at a property with Turnkey rentals. Any problems we had they were very prompt in addressing them. I would definitely book again through them rather than Airbnb because of a few things. 1. House was very clean, 2. they have a customer service line through text or calling 24/7 and responded immediately.
Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with the home I rented through TurnKey down in Kiawah Island. The home was ready and cleaned on time. The house was in very good shape and as pictured or better. We were provided with all that we needed to know and have before arrival. Property was well-maintained and it's appreciated. I would use them again.
Fantastic experience: If I were to have a home to rent out, I would hire this company to manage my property. During our stay in Bend, they were very responsive by fixing a small problem with the bathroom sink and changing the water filter on the fridge the same day. The house itself was great. The kitchen was well stocked.
Fantastic experience: The rental was beautiful and was as published. Without requesting it, they extended to us an early check in which was a nice touch. I know this is dependent on many factors but I appreciated it. The house was by far, the cleanest I have stayed in. There is always that forgotten corner or stained cushion but this place was amazingly clean. I received plenty of communication leading up to the date and never felt like I was not in the know.
Positive experience: These guys are OK but their housekeeping staff needs work. The house we rented in Big Bear Ca had a lot of trash under the beds and furniture. Our little puppy kept finding things to chew on. We stopped him before eating a Reese cup. The black ants that took over the kitchen waqs a prime example of poor housekeeping. I have stayed in many cabins at Big Bear and never had ants this bad. We threw a way a lot of food. I didnt call Turnkey and report this because I didnt want someone coming in and spraying the house that could affect our puppy. I read a lot of reviews on other sites and they say alot of the same thing, house wasnt clean. We found several knives and forks as well as pots and pans that were dirty and had dried food on them. Cobb webs and dust. The cabin was in a perfect location to watch the fireworks. And the real kicker, we got there and checked in at their office at 3:15 pm. The cabin was 5 mins down the road. I asked if they would allow us to check in and they said no. I asked why and the lady was rude. Your check in time is at 4pm. So we had to wait on the porch for 30 or so minutes until the auto door lock would let us in. This is bad customer service in my book. I rent houses all over the country and these guys need help and policy changes. I would book through someone else if possible.

Negative experience: Be careful when making reservations with turnkey vacation rentals in Rockport TX. The first thing I noticed was when trying to extend my trip by one day, I called customer service, and while on the phone with the representative I was also on the portal she quoted me a $311.00 difference ,the portal quoted me $300.93 I asked her why the difference she stated she did not know, but choose the portal price. I then received an email from turnkey stating my offer was declined, and I could accept the new and right quote, $416.00 as they don't know why the portal was quoting wrong prices, I declined. When me and my guest arrived to the property for our stay there was a deadly smell that encompassed the front,side,and back of the home, in addition to horse flies and hybrid mosquitoes,I contacted turnkey and was told by the representative that someone would be out to the property by 6pm, no one showed up until the next day after 11am, he stated as he walked up "where is it I can smell it", he stated he would have to go get help to remove the dead animal but would be back. He never returned, we were stuck in the house with the exception of going out for food ,and coffee, the flies and mosquitoes would get it whenever you opened the door, the smell got worse by the day, dur to the heat and rain, we were ready to leave, had it not been a 6 hour drive to return to my comfortable home. I don’t plan on doing business with turnkey, I will stick to the rental properties we have used and enjoyed in the past, this was the worst vacation to date!!! Also there was no internet access, even though you are told to log into the portal with your email. turnkey has some unethical practices that they need to address!

Negative experience: My family and I booked this vacation home in March, fully planning to spend a week at the beach enjoying each other. My husband died in ICU 3 days before our vacation. We contacted TurnKey immediately asking what we should do. They advised we cancel and then they would speak to someone in management about the situation. After we canceled they came back and told us they could not help. We are now being refused any sort of refund because of “policy.” This company is absolutely disgusting and has no human decency. All they care about is money. We even asked for some type of credit to go later in the Summer so my girls could still enjoy the beach after losing their dad. Beware. This company has no idea what compassion is.
Positive experience: TurnKey Vacation rentals was very responsive in any questions I had. Our vacation rental was fair. The only complaint I have is the lack of kitchen supplies. There were no trash bags or paper towels. The home was very clean but definitely needs some updating. Overall was a great stay and the location was amazing!
Positive experience: The condo was in good condition and the location was very good for our needs. We were not there specifically for the beach but were playing in a soccer tournament on James Island. We could walk over the bridge to the beach area pretty easily. One star off the review because there are a lot of rules to follow, and particularly the parking is pretty limited if you have more than one car. Plus, the steps to the second floor unit are very narrow!
Fantastic experience: The house itself had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly by Turn Key. We asked for a full propane tank and it was replaced within the hour. They have a 24 hour contact which is very comforting when issues arise. We will definitely book with Turn Key in the future.
Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We rented a beach house on Feb. 1. On May 25, twelve days from our departure, they unceremoniously cancelled our vacation via an auto-generated email. No explanation was provided for the cancellation, no attempt was made to remedy the situation, and we will not be refunded our money, which we have paid in full, for 3 to 15 business days. Now, I have two young children who've been counting down our vacation since over 100 days whose hearts I have to break. Shame on you Turnkey.

Fantastic experience: TurnKey Vacation Rentals is awesome. The place we stayed was immaculate. Kudos to their staff that prepared the home for our visit. During our stay, we had to make a couple of minor requests about the pool. Response was fast and they quickly told us how to turn the heat up just a little in the salt water pool. Their 24/7 national and local support is amazing. Thanks so much TurnKey for making our vacation a truly remarkable experience.
Positive experience: The arrangements thru TurnKey were seamless, the property was clean enough to feel comfortable. The property itself could use some updating - but heater worked well , beds were acceptable, kitchen well stocked. Be careful of the kitchen chairs which need repair, and if you are tall , elderly or heavy the bathrooms can be a challenge. Very convenient to everything, nice outdoor deck.

Positive experience: Very nice, lots of room and great location, they were quick to respond to questions. I would give it 4.5 stars as overall it was as expected in photos. I would have bumped it up to 5 except for a few minor things. We could only find one washcloth for both bathrooms, we had three people. The glass ware and coffee cups were a very minimal number, can't imagine if 8 guests were staying. Not a big deal if only staying one night, but we stayed 3. Maybe people steal such items and they have not had time to replace. Overall, we enjoyed and would recommend.

Positive experience: We rented this house for a girl's weekend and the location is great - close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is ample living and outdoor space and the kitchen was great. The bedrooms were very small and the trundle was not usable since the room was too small to pull it out. So, one of my friends had to sleep on the couch. Aside from that, it was very clean and modern and I would stay again, but only with four people, not five.

Negative experience: Most horrifying rental experience ever!!! Please stay away! I booked them through Expedia and paid $1200 for two nights in Austin, suppose to be a beautiful small home with a private pool and nice outdoor area to hang around, with chairs and even a ping pong table. Upon checkin in, the house stunned, trash from the previous people was still in the kitchen cabinet, and no towels could be found, the pool was gross and disgusting with mold!!! Chairs by the pool are covered with dirt, dusts and bird poop!!! I immediately reached out to the management and requested a refund, I wanted to leave and wasn’t going to get into that pool. They said they will call the owner, but nothing, I then texted them and told them I am leaving and on my way out, please just refund me, sent them all the pics I took, see below. Anyways, they denied my request for refund. Please save yourself a huge headache, and go somewhere else. Ohhh the property is actually a tiny add on house behind a main house on a dirt road, there are no drive way and no parking cover, the pool is out in the open to full view of the main House, with people living there. You have zero privacy at this place!!!

Fantastic experience: This was the perfect place for our family of 3. The house was very comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the village, the zoo, and the snow play area. There was also a hill around the corner from the house that we were able to safely sled down the hill. We received immediate responses when we had issues with the WiFi and any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay at this house in the future.
Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at this property while visiting our daughter in Austin. The condo was very clean, well equipped and the service we received from TurnKey was stellar. There were some minor things in the condo to attend to and they were very responsive and got them fixed. The neighborhood is a mix of old and new with a fair amount of new building going on. It's very easy to get around the city from this location; it's close to downtown and East 6th (closer to I 35) is up and coming with a lot of cool bars and places to eat. It is not walkable to many places. However Palomino Coffee is on 12th St about 1 mile further east and is a great little coffee shop. I walked there a couple of times!! 12th is a busy street so you can expect to hear traffic. And yes, the garage is quite cozy so if your car is not on the small side, you'll be parking on the street or perhaps parallel to the garage like I saw in many of the other units.
Fantastic experience: The customer service at turn key was phenomenal. I've dealt with different vacation rental companies before and this one by far went above and beyond. Communication was easy, responsive time was fast. Definitely suggest turn key. We will absolutely use them again.
Positive experience: LOVED this property! The house was exactly what we needed. We had an issue with the ice maker in the refrigerator. I called Turn-Key and the responded immediately. A service person was on site the next day. While the issue could not be fixed during our stay, we were refunded for inconvenience. TurnKey made our vacation absolutely hassle-free. They called and texted me to make sure that we were happy with everything and if there was anything we needed to let them know. I am looking forward to using TurnKey again for our next adventure!
Negative experience: We just returned back from a stay in Cape Coral, FL. I wanted to share our experience with TurnKey and this property, specifically. If you don’t want to read the entire review, I’ll share that we’ll never stay in a TurnKey owned property again. We’ve been going back and forth with TurnKey, the owners of this property. Sadly, they didn’t make things right after we contacted them about all the problems we had with this home. 1). You like snakes? Good! Because the garage door doesn’t shut all the way, so snakes come and visit you at night. Unfortunately, we are all deathly afraid of snakes, so we were unable to use the bikes and foosball table in the garage. As a bonus, most of the kids didn’t sleep because they were worried snakes would come inside the house too. 2). If cleanliness is important to you, don’t stay here. One of the beds had multiple “food” stains on it. The sheets were never changed. We stripped all the beds and washed ALL the sheets ourselves. So fun to do after a full-day of travel. They offered to send somebody over the next day, but the sheets had already been washed. Plus, we didn’t want a stranger in the house while we were there. We didn’t need a Covid risk either. 3). Do you like saunas? Good! This place has a broken A/C unit, so at night, 82 degrees is the coldest it will get. Hope you like sweating all night long! 4). Free band-aids! They are used, but we found one on a table by the pool. Thanks! 5). Like bugs? There are cockroaches under the kitchen sink. We weren’t fans, but luckily a couple of them had died during our stay. 6). A pool in the shower! Yes, in the master bathroom, the shower drain doesn’t work, so the water doesn’t drain and you’re standing in about 5” of water. 7). Need to turn on a light? Good luck. There are about 20 random light switches around the house that do nothing. It was a fun competition to see how to turn on the light above your head. There are several other properties to stay at. TurnKey doesn’t care about your stay. They want your money and provide you with a dismal product.

Negative experience: Where do I begin? We used TurnKey for first (last time) to rent a house on Lake Travis outside of Austin, TX in October 2020 at THE RESERVES AT LAKE TRAVIS. The house is definitely a drive from everything... through some really windy roads. Keep in mind the closest anything is about a 25 min drive. That aside...and nothing to do w the company. When arriving to house you think wow what a gorgeous place But once you get inside you can quickly see how HORRIBLY the house has been maintained And at almost $1k/night one would expect a lot better than what you get From furniture missing or broken to stains all over every carpet To appliances having missing or broken parts I would highly reconsider renting this house until these things have been fixed And while it seems turnkey has a great customer service w their quick response to texts, I'd say that is also anywhere close to being luxury or what you expect at the price you pay and the way the house and service is advertised On day one I notified of all the issues And while they were quick to respond There was a lot of fluff--promised etc For example the toilet in Jacks n Jill room didn't flush and several light bulbs were out I was told someone would be there that day And then after no one showing up, they said someone would be there the next am at 9am No one showed up and there was no communication so I then had to call and spoke to someone for an hour going over everything I was told a supervisor would call me to go over everything (never got that phone call) The handyman came at 4pm that day To "fix" things Nice guy and he was even stressed how unsafe it was that the beds were in the condition they were (4 twin beds in media room) all unusable with wood splinters and screws undone Someone would be bound to get hurt had they tried to sleep in these beds Aka the kids on our trip Toilet lasted for a few flushes and handyman had to come back next day again Dining table missing a chair and one was brought But after that none of other concerns were addressed and we just had to live with it rest of the week I constantly msgd the texting number and kept getting "apology" But never a call as promised while there for the week Lots of Sorry and please be patient Finally got a call from someone who sounded like he was reading a script after we checked out and ironically while we were flying home This house in Austin/Spicewood was far from luxury as described and pictured If this house was maintained and kept up to the standards you expect w luxury Then easily the rating would have been a 4 or 5 The swim park in complex was great for all ages The house is huge But they don't care about keeping up w a clean and maintained house they just take your money and then apologize for everything wo doing anything at all. I even called prior to the trip and before the cancelation period expired and specifically asked if the maintenance issues that others had mentioned had been resolved. I assured that after each guest leaves all issues are fixed before next renter arrives. This was A BLATANT LIE! Not worth $1000/night

Negative experience: My family booked one of TurnKey's Rental properties in Canyon Lake for Christmas 2020. We paid over a thousand dollars to stay there, PLUS a $200 pet fee for the pups. There were several safety issues with the property, including the front door not working and the sliding glass door on the patio without the ability to lock. The hot tub had a massive leak and wasn’t functioning... which was the main reason we booked. My sister in law communicated with them multiple times during our 3 day stay and they promised to fix the issue, but sadly it was not taken care of. It was cold and we were looking forward to relaxing, especially having a few days off from high stress jobs. My sister in law and brother both spoke with TurnKey reps about these issues and were promised compensation. Three months later they still haven’t gotten anything, not even communication about it. DO NOT BOOK WITH TURNKEY. Poor communication, poor customer service = poor vacation.

Negative experience: Our group booked a stay outside of Austin. When we arrived, we were unable to enter the property. After promising help was on the way and keeping us on the phone and locked out for nearly 3 hours in below-freezing temperatures, they finally informed us that no one would be coming to assist us. No thanks to their customer service agents, we were able to finally enter the property and found numerous broken items including a knife. The property had clearly not been properly cleaned after the last visitor. I do NOT recommend booking with TurnKey. Their customer service is atrocious and they have been unhelpful in seeking a resolution.

Negative experience: I live in Austin TX and we have no water had no heat or electricity for 5 days, was supposed to fly out to stay with a TurnKey property. I could not fly out as the airports were shut down, Turnkey is not giving me a refund of my fee as it is there policy that I did not cancel within 10days of my stay. Of course I didn't cancel until the last moment my flight did not get cancelled until 3hrs before take off and I can not predict the weather. This is the worst run business and has no sympathy. I still am without water, but they are sticking to their refund policy. This is an Austin TX based company too which makes it even more sickening because they can see the havoc surrounding their city.

Negative experience: We called to see if we could reschedule our vacation since my wife was under the weather. We understand that rescheduling might not be an option and was ok with it. However, during the process, we learned that even if you’re test positive for covid or experience symptoms , you may still enter properties managed by Turnkey. This is very concerning , knowing the room that we are staying in might be occupied by someone with covid. A few hours after sharing the safety concern with Margaret from Turnkey, Turnkey sent me an email saying they will canceled our room without a refund if we do not agree to quarantine during our stay. My wife tested Negative , turns out it was severe seasonal allergies. Please be safe and think twice before using Turnkey.

Fantastic experience: We booked a cozy cabin in Big Bear for a weekend getaway. It was our first trip since COVID hit. We arrived later than planned and the check-in office was very accommodating. When we arrived at the cabin we couldn’t park our car because the driveway was covered by three feet of snow. We called TurnKey and they said the owner was responsible for making sure the driveway was plowed. They contacted the owner and they were able to get someone out within 30 minutes to plow the driveway and shovel the walkway. We also had trouble getting into the cabin. The deadbolt on the door was broken and the code was not working. We were able to reach the check-in desk once again and they were able to give us another code to the lock box for an actual key. They stayed on the line with us to make sure we got into the place. I must say I really appreciated how easy and quick their response was with the hiccups we had, especially with the two tired, cold, and hungry kids. The cabin was very clean as cozy. Perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom had toiletries and clean towels. It was as described on-line.
Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience! The rental was just as expected and the Turnkey staff was very responsive and helpful. Had a small snafu upon check in with the cleaning team still working on the house but the management was very professional and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, would highly recommend and would definitely stay at a Turnkey property again.
Fantastic experience: The staff at TurnKey Vacation Rentals is responsive, a pleasure to speak with, and take care of their guest. The home we rented in Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful, lakeside farmhouse with great amenities, a well equipped kitchen, and a great place to spend a nice time with family. We had a few inconveniences throughout our stay and TurnKey staff was amazing at taking care of them timely. I will definitely use TurnKey Vacation Rentals in the future.
Negative experience: Worst experience to 2020 (and that says a lot). One party traveling from Cleveland OH, 3 from North MS (including a 3-year-old). Arriving on the evening of Christmas Day at 7PM after all day travel to this most filthy house. Grieving Son and Granddaughter were coming into town to mourn the loss of their father/grandfather. Limited assistance from Turn Key forced us to make our own reservation at a hotel 45 minutes away at our own expense on Christmas day but we were, left with promises that things would be resolved the following day. Turn Key acknowledged that the cleaning crew dropped the ball. 2 PM on the 26th, we initiated contact due to never receiving an update. At 2 PM there was NO update, no progress. At 3PM, we were told a new cleaning crew would be going out and we would be in for the night. At 5PM we received a call that the cleaning crew was still not going to be at the house until the following morning of the 27th. At around 5:15, we received a call that we would be refunded. That is it – a 20 second call. Around 5:30PM, we get a text from Neal Owens from the Field Operations Team in Pensacola, FL who says to call a number, that he had found another reservation for us and provided an 800 number to call, stating that calling the number would give us the details. We called the number and spoke with three different individuals, all of whom said there was no reservation. We were promised by various individuals that we would “receive a return call ‘within an hour’”, that ‘I will personally see this through to the end’. Never a return call. We called Neil back 15 times from 5:47PM to 8PM. We texted 5 times. Never a response, and every time went to voicemail. We left multiple VMs. This was the worst property and the worst customer service EVER experienced in our lives at a time when we simply didn’t need the stress. I would not recommend this property or this company to my worst nightmare. This property was disgusting, and Turn Key employees are the most inept group of individuals in the industry. Turn Key employees simply do not care about your experience, and their hands are tied at every level from affecting any sort of meaningful change or resolution. RUN from this property and Turn Key. Do NOT give this place an ounce of consideration!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful! Great communication very responsive. Beautiful rental for the weekend. The pictures don't even do justice. Views were amazing! Place was very clean, new linens, towels. Also very fresh and clean inside. Only thing I wish the property would allow an earlier check in like 1pm instead of 4pm.and later check out by 12am instead of 10am. Overall I would definitely recommend Turnkey for all vacationing rentals. Thank you!

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars for customer service I would. I will never use this company again and will discourage anyone I know from using them as well. They have been no help in rescheduling a booking we have with them due to a stay at home order that came up in the county of the house that we are renting. They state in their website that the health and safety of their customers is their highest priority but it seems like that is just lip service when we can't reschedule the booking because we aren't supposed to be lodging with anyone that's not in our House hold and that's who we split our rental with. We aren't even asking for a refund! Just to simply reschedule.

Fantastic experience: Horseshoe Bay The Waters This unit was newly updated! The furniture was great, clean and comfortable. The owners had EVERYTHING you would need. Paper goods to garlic salt. They thought of it all. We didn’t need to purchase consumable when we got there! All cooking utensils were nice and new. The towels and sheets were fluffy and smelled great. The balcony furniture was clean and very useful, 4 loungers and a large table with chairs. The view was amazing my picture is of the lighthouse across the way from the condo! Beautiful bells from a church rang every quarter hour. Peaceful and relaxing.... We had just one small issue with the door lock as it didn’t work every time so we had to press the code and try several times before we could get it open. I would highly recommend this condo, It made our eight hour drive so much bearable! If we return to LBJ Lake we would definitely rent this unit again. As a owner of a beach condo I will add some of the nice touches to my unit,
Negative experience: From beginning to end, my experience with Turnkey has been bad. In booking the reservation, I received multiple emails with varying amounts for the total cost. I spent many hours trying to sort the actual cost out. It finally ended up with 4 different charges on my credit card, with no explanation for two of the charges. That, along with negative reviews, should have been an alert to me not to book with them, but I went ahead anyway with the reservation because I had invested so much time already. I arranged to rent a home in Santa Fe prior to Governor Grisham issuing an order on November 13, 2020, that all citizens in NM were ordered to shelter in place for two weeks and leave home only for essential trips for health, safety and welfare. Prior to this announcement, anyone entering the state did not have to quarantine if they had a negative Covid test, which we planned on taking. Our daughter also rented a home for her family through Airbnb and our son through Vrbo in Santa Fe for the same time period. Both of them received a full refund because of the Governor's order. When I called Turnkey, they were very unresponsive and did not return phone calls. After four days, a supervisor finally returned the call. After talking to several representatives and the supervisor, TurnKey refuses to do anything about it. This is totally unreasonable! I will never rent a home through them again and strongly recommend that you do not, either. I plan on using Vrbo and Airbnb for any future rentals. Additionally, in looking at the poor reviews for Turnkey, I saw this response from Turnkey to another reviewer whose plans were affected by Covid: "Response from the owner5 months ago Hi Jeremy, We appreciate your feedback and empathize with you and many others whose travel plans have been affected by COVID-19. In response to this ongoing situation, we updated our Cancellation Policy to allow guests to cancel and receive a credit that can be used until February 1, 2021, for a stay with a check-in date any time prior to October 1, 2021 without incurring any penalties. We will also guarantee your current rate when booking the same home for the same dates next year. If there is anything we can still do for you, reach out anytime and let us know. -The TurnKey VR Team Andrea Martinez" If this is their new policy in response to Covid, why wasn't I told about it?
Fantastic experience: I booked a nice home in Big Bear Lake,CA for our family weekend trip. The home was very clean and the Turnkey Representatives were very helpful when in came to the check-in process. I was not able to make it to their local office before closing so they worked with me to get us checked in without having to go into the office. I had an excellent experience and look forward to booking with them again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Clean and cozy spot for my family weekend getaway. Instructions were easy to follow and responsiveness was quick. Everything was working well, even with the sign on the fridge that it wasn’t working but our fridge items stayed cool. Plenty of pots & pans to do cooking, but would have liked more mugs for the adults to enjoy their morning coffee (there was only 4 mugs available). No big deal. It was a pleasant stay.
Positive experience: This lake house was lovely, quiet, and had a very relaxed vibe for our girls’ weekend. Overall, I would say it was good. A few small things could have made it great: we arrived at approximately 7 pm and found no toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap in the kitchen. The staff responded they would bring some out the next day and contact us before noon, which doesn’t fly with women sharing the space so we decided to purchase our own supply. With it getting dark earlier, it was pretty hard to see the house and the stairs as the outside lights did not turn on/work. The house is set off the road and accessible by a steep-ish staircase. It was a little nerve wracking trying to navigate in the dark. The pillows on the beds are old, hard, and super flat.
Negative experience: We booked our reservation in Port Aransas. We were offered trip insurance but if you read the fine print, the trip insurance is worthless if you book a reservation less than 30 days out. So we declined. Tropical Storm Beta was rolling in a couple days before our departure. We called Turnkey and were told a local representative would call us. We didn't ask for a refund. We simply wanted to change our departure a couple days. I made 14 calls over the following 72 hours and was met with the same answer: a local representative would call us. The day of departure was September 20. National Weather Statement advised of flooding, tornados, high winds. We did receive a text that advised us to pay attention to weather warnings. Nice. We elected not to go due to the hazards associated with flooding. We couldn't even reach the property! A few days later I received email asking us to rate them. That didn't work well for them. Yesterday, I finally received a telephone call. No kidding! I asked for a full refund and was immediately told that was "against policy". Worst experience of my life regarding booking agencies. These people do not care about the well being of their guests. Bottom line is money. I'd rather be homeless than stay at any property associated with Turnkey. Horrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: This place is super AMAZING! Very clean and the views are to die for!! The ability to have brunch on the lower deck was one of the greatest high lights of this place! The upper deck allows you to feel like you are on the lake yet far away! Sunrise and sunset gives you views that will make you happy to rise and go to bed! All rooms have amazing views!! I’d do it again and plan on exactly that!! The manager for this property is A one! Thanks for making my time there ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Fantastic experience: We loved our stay in Austin! We have a 5 and 2 yr and they loved playing in the backyard. The home had a trailer in the backyard and was a unique experience and we loved hanging out there while the boys played. The fencing around the backyard made it easy to let the boys play around without any worries. The house had everything we needed and was well maintained. Early check-in and late check-out was an added plus! Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a unique experience.
Fantastic experience: The house has great views, location is nice house was extremely clean however I think it would have been better if they at least had cable with a few channels. There was no working radio or stereo system. The pool was murky so really couldn't use it luckily we rented a boat and spent most the weekend on the lake. Overall the stay was nice and the house was really comfortable I would recommend but it would certainly would have been a nicer stay if TV and radio were available.
Negative experience: I booked a VRBO condo in Orange Beach, AL through TurnKey and immediately had problems with this third company. First they made me call to get the credit card accepted because it had my fiancés name instead of mine.. so booking was not simple like it usually is through VRBO. We wanted to stay in this condo because it had a dock where we could dock our boat, we thought based on the listing. The original posting had pictures of a dock with a caption that said you can dock your boat at your own private dock. Then after I booked, I received an email stating otherwise. This is false advertising, and I deserved to be able to cancel and be refunded, especially since I tried to do so a week in advance and they could have easily rented it to someone else. The person I spoke to on the phone was shocked to see that I was right when I pointed out where it stated plainly that we could park our boat at the dock and had many pictures of the dock. He said that their policy on the boat dock had recently changed and he went immediately to change the caption of the photo. Good thing I screenshotted it. He said that since I had time stamped screen shots, and it was in fact falsely advertised that I would be refunding and contacted within 24 hrs. I was not. In fact I kept receiving automated text messages from this number that I had sent the screen shot to and notified that I wanted to cancel. I don’t know when VRBOWNER started allowing an outsourced company to manage properties, but in this case it was done very poorly. A week after I spoke to the first person, I finally got a phone call, but only after I sent a lengthy text message complaining. The person we talked to then said that the complaint had been submitted and would have to be approved by someone else. Finally, 16 days after first contact, we receive a phone call and they tell us that they won’t be refunding us. No explanation, just “sorry that I don’t have better news”. We then contacted American Express who immediately refunded us the money, because they have awesome customer service, unlike TurnKey. Word to the wise, book your vacations with properties that are managed by the actual owner, and use your credit card not your debit. Oh and take screenshots.
Fantastic experience: We stayed at the property for two nights and it was perfect for us. It has everything for a mini vacation with your family. The hot tub was great, clean and ready to use. Our children loved the playground in the backyard. The house is equipped with everything and if you need anything they respond quick. We will be back here for sure.
Fantastic experience: The location was perfect, so close to the water. The house was great. It was so welcoming and homey. You could tell the owners really put a lot of care into the house. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of room. The fire pit out back was nice. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The hot tub was nice too. I liked that we could all be together but not right on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again and I will be telling my friends and family about this vacation rental.
Fantastic experience: We booked a home at Big Bear Lake through VRBO. Turnkey was the property manager on the home and all subsequent communication happened through them. Turnkey was incredibly communicative throughout - in the weeks leading up to the rental, during the rental, and afterward. The actual property we were in wasn’t very good, but that wasn’t TurnKey’s fault. I realized days after we returned home that I may have left something in the rental. I sent them a text on the evening of Labor Day; they immediately responded and asked a series of questions to help with locating and returning the item. I expected a next business day response; the holiday evening response was incredibly impressive.
Fantastic experience: Our stay at one of TurnKey's vacation rentals went very smoothly. We were impressed by their professional manner of managing the property. The property was as they said it would be and seemed to be well taken care of. On top of all that it was a beautiful property that we enjoyed very much.
Fantastic experience: Turnkey vacations rentals are professionals. We stayed at a cabin in big bear and this place was beautiful. It was spacious and clean. I really appreciated the details of this cabin and the little touches to make it feel homey. They provided all the amenities we needed for the stay. Communicating with them was prompt and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The cabin location was perfect. It was less than a mile away from the lake (short 10-15 min walk) and about 10 min drive to the city.
Fantastic experience: We loved our rental. The check in and out was seamless. I received text reminders about relevant details. The policies were clear as well as details of the property. I did not have to submit the names and personal info for each and every guest. I prefer Turnkey over Airbnb and VRBO. It's just better .
Fantastic experience: This was the greatest trip and a beautiful place. We loved looking out over the balcony onto the lake. We were able to pull the boat right to back door in a sense. Turnkey made my 50th birthday very special. We are making it a every year trip for my family. Everyone had their own bathroom and for three adult children and their spouses it was wonderful. This home sleeps up to 18 people comfortably. It’s spacious nicely decorated and when one of our vehicles broke down they allowed us to extend our stay for additional two days which my husband and I enjoyed the alone time after the kids were gone. We could fish swim and enjoy one another. I would tell anyone and everyone to book this place and enjoy it with your family as I did. We are thankful and grateful. Anita Knight
