Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I have used them multiple times and they have come through on price/responsiveness, but the most recent transaction is where the Company and Tyler went above and beyond. I and my partner had a flight to Morocco that was departing in 15 hours and I was checked in. Due to a medical emergency I had to cancel the flight. I had very little hope of getting any refund (it is harder when you book through an agent, and I didn’t have any travel insurance). I called the airline and they said to call Arangrant. Tyler worked hard and got 80% of my expense back (paid taxes and some other costs). Great experience. Recommend working with Tyler. He will follow up, and do the work.

Fantastic experience: I had a last minute booking -- Amora, my customer service representative, was excellent, provided options, prices, and very thorough...The price she found in First class was better than coach fares to the same destination and date. Highly recommend Amora, due to her great customer service and diligence.

Negative experience: As a very frequent traveller (and many reviews), I would advise caution. Do not be fooled by all these 5 star reviews - check the reviewers and the number of reviews to their names, in order to get an idea of their authenticity! My experience with this company has been terrible. I booked and paid for a ticket, was subsequently offered a " better" deal that cost 80% more and involved a transfer, then told my originally booked fare was unavailable. On requesting a refund, was informed no payment had been taken! Then an apology and assurance that my money would be refunded, still waiting. At best, this is a highly unethical business, and best avoided.

Positive experience: I had a very good experience. My customer service representative, Saiba, was extremely helpful. I will definitely use the service again.

Fantastic experience: Moses was very helpful. I was dealing with Moses at Arangrant and he was able to accommodate all my request and find me the best flight with the best price. His communication skills are far and beyond. This is not the first time I am dealing with Arangrant but this time was definitely the best.

Fantastic experience: My sister and I worked with John S at AranGrant to book our trip in September to Athens and Paris. John made sure he understood what we wanted and he spent a lot of time to satisfy our specific needs at a fair price. On numerous occasions, John gave us multiple options while making sure he was meeting our wishes. We finally selected the best option that met all of our needs. Very attentive to my time by not putting me on hold while searching for flight options. This is my first time to check Arangrant website and will definitely use it again. Positive experience: The last two trips I booked with AranGrant haven’t gone as well as several previous trips I booked with them. One previous trip turned out to be super expensive and included two coach tickets with the only business class leg being in business. The coach tickets came with crowded middle seats and they later explained they couldn’t book the seats and I needed to contact the airlines directly. The ticket was over 5,000 Europe to USA and seemed overpriced for a company that offered discounts. This last flight I just booked cost over 5000 and I was disappointed to find that I could have gotten it for 3,800 on the Lufthansa website. On top of it all, the agent who booked it keep aggressively trying to insist that I needed insurance I neither wanted or needed. It was hard to get her to stop the sales pitch. All in all I’m pretty convinced there were no real flight deals here and I’m sure I will never use this site again. If you can get a better price on the airlines website, what’s the point

Fantastic experience: It was my pleasure to work with Derek from Arangrant. This is my first time to buy airline tickets from this company. He is professional and promptly took care of business class tickets at a reasonable price. Since, I was in a hurry I bought Insurance through Arangrant also. However, to other traveler's I will recommend for cost efficiency and more coverage (Hotels stay/the whole trip etc) buy insurance from other carriers like IM Global. Since our trip to Europe is in June I can say any more. I will certainly recommend “Derek” for his professionalism and efficiency.

Fantastic experience: Raun was very helpful in planning our complicated flights to Africa. When I was unable to access the tickets, he stayed on the phone with me made the choices and helped me access it. He found much better pricing for us than I was able to. The experience in getting the ticket was excellent. I don't know how it will work out until we take the flight. The only thing that concerns me is that AranGrant says that they won't help you after the ticketing is finalized unless you pays the extra fees (that are not insurance), but instead their own version of an insurance policy that does not cover everything need that other travel insurance plans cover. So know that they won't help you after the ticketing is complete unless you pay extra fees for help.

Fantastic experience: Gloria was my representative at AranGrant and I couldn't be happier with the international accommodations that she found. Saved me $500 on what I could find and it was better quality than what my search turned up. She got back to me immediately with any questions I have. I will use her each time I do international travel!

Negative experience: We booked and paid for a business class flight from Brisbane (Queensland) to Boston (Massachusetts) on 22nd November 2023. The flight was leaving Brisbane at 0.55 on 13th September 2024, stopping over in Hong Kong for nearly 11 hours and arriving in Boston at nearly midnight on the same day. They provided me with all the flight details, including airline booking references and eTicket numbers. Two weeks before we were due to leave, I checked online with the airline to confirm the flights. No record of the "reservation". I felt sick! I'd never used Aran Grant before and immediately thought I'd been scammed - for over $A 12,000! I tried to call them, to no avail, so called the airline. They eventually advised that they had a record of our names, but none of the booking references or eTicket numbers were correct or "live". Apparently, the booking had been made using redemption points. How? We don't have an account with that airline! Bottom line - we hadn't been scammed. Ripped off, of course, and caused a huge amount of stress! They eventually put together flights that were actually better than the original itinerary, but we had to pay for overnight accommodation in Melbourne and two nights in SFO. However, they refused to upgrade the flight from SFO to Boston to business class, which we were not happy about - having obviously paid for business! The whole debacle was a nightmare! Particularly when they told me that the reason the flights were cancelled was because I has called the airline, so it was MY fault!?!?!? The booking was never valid - because Aran Grant's staff forgot to confirm and actually pay for it. Without our money, which they had had for 10 months!! We will never use Aran Grant again, and would certainly not recommend them! Just imagine what would have happened if I hadn't checked the booking? We would have rocked up to the airport for our red-eye flight to find we had no reservation. With over nine weeks of meticulously planned holiday, and no outbound flights? I would have had a breakdown!

My booking got cancelled a few times and he helped me reschedule it and was very patient with me and kept following up to make sure that I was satisfied and was able to have a flight. Fantastic experience: I have read a number of customers reviews concerning AranGrant travel agency based out of Texas. The reviews range from “the best thing since sliced bread” to “deplorable”. All in all, not very helpful in terms of getting a good read on the quality of service. I can only comment on my own experience. I was searching for Black Friday deals on Business Class flights. My search led me to a number of websites that I contacted. In the end I went with AranGrant. Not only did I end up with the best bang for my buck price-wise, but Moses, the agent I dealt with, went the extra mile in talking with his team to assure I did get the best bang for my buck. Further, he even offered insights and suggestions re the difference between Business Class and Premium Economy offerings making sure I knew exactly what I was getting with each choice. My flight doesn’t leave for a couple of months so I can’t speak to the actual flying experience, but I can confirm that dealing with AranGrant (and Moses) was a pleasurable experience.

Fantastic experience: I am always skeptical of 3rd party travel sites. i had used one in the past but it recently has gone downhill. As i searched for flights I came across Arangrant and I was connected with Saiba. I was so surprised on the fabulous customer service Saiba provided. You just don't get good customer service like that anymore. Not only did she quickly provide flight options, but she found us a good flight at a great price. Saiba was professional, very kind, patient, always in communications via txt, phone and email. But what really shocked me is that she called the following day after i booked to make sure I received my ticket information. That blew me away. Just love her and I thank Saiba for being so good and taking care of me - the customer. Saiba was off the charts - awesome!

Negative experience: Avoid if You Value Your Status and Miles I recently tried AranGrant, and I must warn others not to fall for their so-called "cheap business class" fares. If you have high status with airlines like Star Alliance, beware—they don't actually book you in true business class. Instead, they reserve an economy ticket and somehow upgrade you to business class. The big catch? You miss out on the bonus miles and perks you'd normally get when booking business class directly with the airline. As a Star Alliance Gold member, United 1K, and 2-million-miler, I’ve come to expect better. Initially, the booking through AranGrant seemed like a deal—about $2,000 cheaper than booking directly with Star Alliance airlines. But when I needed to change one leg of the trip, the situation went downhill fast. They charged an extra $3,000 for the change, plus a $150 fee on top of that. I asked for the $150 fee to be waived since I had no choice but to pay the massive price hike, but they didn’t budge. To make matters worse, my original booking agent disappeared and wouldn't return my calls. The savings were not worth the hassle, unexpected fees, or the loss of miles and status benefits. I’ll never use AranGrant again, and I’d advise others to stay away, especially frequent fliers who value their airline privileges. Verdict: Not worth the trouble—spend a bit more and book directly.

Fantastic experience: Came across AranGrant while searching on Kayak for an overseas flight. Their price was unbeatable. The customer service was amazing. I even got a call to my home phone concerning the booking. I read some things that concerned me from other travelers. I saw they had a 4+ overall rating on a large number of people. I had Jerome as my consultant. He went above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. So, give this company a shot at your travel plans I think you won't be disappointed. I have never written a review good or bad before.

Negative experience: Terrible service. I am left dissatisfied with their disgusting service. I booked a first class ticket Dallas to London Ref number is 178820119- i was informed day before the flight that they decided to downgrade me . when i called i was constantly cut off and sent between departments then they tried to cancel the flight and i was constantly told i was not allowed to speak to anyone in authority. this is not an honest service. this is not the fist time i have had major problems with these guys but i stupidly booked multiple flights with them all of which are a mess . this is the last thank goodness. once i post this they will get post fake positive reviews to push mine down. But i am going to keep posting to save people from these predators

Fantastic experience: Have accessed AranGrant through business class.com. They usually post the best prices for business class flights. I have handled this through voice communication and this last time it was Sammy who serviced me. We booked the flight and then once all the booking was done he contacted me back to help me choose seats. And to help matters Sammy was very sociable. Thanks Sammy!

Negative experience: I booked a British Airlines flight BA1642 to Athens from JFK Booking ID 194393272. from the processing time for the ticket to be confirmed your end I received a confirmation which the airline I paid for was now American. Never was I called to be notified and I don't want to fly American Airlines. I called twice one time the agent said but it will be a British Airways plane which I found out on my 2nd call it was not correct. I called a second time and the agent said well that flight is no longer available but I said well I paid for this British Airways ticket, it's not my fault your system is delayed in confirming the flight and how dare no-one call be to advise me on this. I have since canceled this flight for obvious reasons. I flew with Arangrant this year to Greece and now will never fly with you again. I promise if no-one calls me to offer me the same original flight which apparently is not even available the dates I selected, I will go on every sight possible and post my review on every site I can to show potential customers how this scam works. I fly at least 6 times internationally per year and never have I experienced this in my years of traveling. Oh and apparently the agent says that it states this in my communication that flight change, deals are no longer available due to lapsed confirmation times etc. It's so dishonest and I will be very vocal...

Fantastic experience: Amora helped us with booking tickets from US to Australia for our vacation. She was very courteous and professional. She was patient and helped us be patient and stayed on call until we entered all passenger information. She also helped with entering all frequently flyer information and arranged for seats. She also worked with us to reduce layovers and switched us to more convenient flights. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and most importantly she worked Sunday to get us the tickets, where others were strictly Monday to Friday. I will work with her again on future trips.

Fantastic experience: My experience booking a multi-stop European trip was outstanding. My travel agent Raun was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive in researching options with differing dates, as well as walking me through the pros and cons of each options. Raun consistently did what he promised without any prompting, and he was assiduous in working on options in the background to be right on top of a drop in pricing. I can recommend Raun without any hesitation, he is wonderful to work with. This is our second time booking international travel with AranGrant, and I wouldn’t consider any other company for our international travel.

Fantastic experience: Alison helped me find an alternate flight that was even better than the original booking after the original booking changed our layover time to 12 hours. She also helped facilitate the refund of the original booking through her supervisors due to the change.
