Fantastic experience: Our family stays at Regency Towers every year. We love that there are 2 pools, one that is heated and the other is not. The walk to the beach through the sand is super short, which is great when lugging around all the stuff for your kids. There is a food/drink bar between the pools, which is so convenient when you don't want to cook or load up in the car. There are also large swings along the walkway to take in the view when you don't want to walk in the sand. Very family friendly.

Positive experience: We had to make a change of plans to Panama City Beach and were lucky enough to find two available condos at Regency Towers. The best thing about this condo was the fact that it was right on the beach. The views were amazing and the amenities the condo offered were also fantastic. Kids loved having two pools to chose from and the adults loved having Bikini Bobs available to get a cold drink at anytime.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a wonderful stay! Everything at Regency Towers is always what we want in a stay at the beach. We have stayed here many times and plan to return! Condo 208 was perfect! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Took my son here for his first birthday, we had a great stay enjoyed our time at the pool and beach! Only issue we had was our floors were really dirty still like made our feet black dirty. But other than that it was great.

Negative experience: The owners of Unit 126 have profited from the hardship of others as Hurricane Helene hit and my friends and I were unable to travel from Atlanta through devastated South Georgia on September 27. They, and Regency Towers’ management, kept $664 of our money. We were not able to come within the limited time given for rescheduling and were given no other options. There was absolutely no flexibility or compassion for the very special circumstances. Think twice before renting from these people!

Positive experience: Positives: Our room was comfy. Great customer service. Great location. Wonderful beach/pool bar/food! We really enjoyed our stay! Negitive: Could use better follow up inspection on cleaning the rooms. Ex. Dried spilled soda under couch, dirty dishes(told front desk and they IMMEDIATELY came and replaced them), and the a/c return has a door with slats that were COVERED in dust.

Positive experience: The only aggravating thing was the elevator. But...it was a holiday weekend.

Positive experience: Loved staying here! Our condo was great! The only reason I didn’t give 5 is because of all the cockroaches running around the pool area this prevented me from ordering drinks and food from the bar

Negative experience: I enjoyed my stay but I believe whom ever the owner of room 412 could really do so improvement fo 1 thing the front door wouldn't stay locked all you had to do is wiggle the handle and it would just pop right open! Not safe at all!!! And the sliding doors 1 want lock and they need cleaning or servicing cause you can't hardly open or close either one!!! The patio ceiling fan has been removed and the wires are hanging down!!! NEED IMPROVEMENT!!!

Negative experience: Is it possible to give ZERO stars . This was the worst nightmare I’ve ever experienced, luckily through air bnb I was refunded the same day and was able to find another place . This place was very old and disgusting. The unit was filthy in every way possible , outdated and bed bugs . Do not waste your time or money just pay a little more for a good place . I don’t have time to get into all the details but here are some photos .

Positive experience: The elevators were always broken. Only one worked most of the time. There are 14 floors with 30+ rooms on each floor. But only one elevator for hundreds of people trying to get beach/pool equipment downstairs. Plan to spend 15-20 mins waiting for an elevator and be packed in there like sardines. The pool bar has good cheap drinks. There’s also a snow cone stand but the people working it are always rude. Location is great. Right on the water. But it’s too pricey for the poor service you get. The sheets had stains on them, furniture was much older, dust was caked on every fan, and things were falling apart

Positive experience: Ridiculous they make you get out of the pool when there’s no lightening. They say there’s lightening over 10 miles away but it’s no where near us. My family has been coming here since it opened and they’ve never done this before. We paid over 4k for a condo, we should be able to swim.

Positive experience: I’m only writing a review because of how the pool security is. I don’t understand why the pools get closed if there’s even a chance of rain. I understand if there’s thunder and lightning and heavy rain but most of the time they closed the pool was about an hour before the storm came or there ended up being no storm at all. I just don’t get it. You also are not allowed to drink near the pool which doesn’t really make any sense either considering there’s a bar a few feet away? I just think the pool security is wayyy too much and should be better managed or a little bit more lenient on when the pools get closed. I’ve never been to a condo that has pool security like this and it honestly makes me not want to stay here again. Hope something can be changed with this. It’s my only complaint of this condo.

Positive experience: Everything was awesome with the exception of the elevator. There are three, but the main one in the middle locks up constantly and we had to walk to the others. I realize with tons of floors and rooms there would be a wait, but the elevator being broken really messed up the trip. The pools were awesome. Views were beautiful and our condo was top notch.

Positive experience: So first of all me my family come to Panama City beach every year, gotta say this was this biggest overpacked condos we ever stayed in, Gotta say we all had very fun fun time, the bar outside of the pool was super, the 2 pools are over populated to many people not enough seats, they got a security guard walks around the pool no ball throwing, no drinks by the pool but you can drink them in your chair, this location is at the very end of the strip, the elevator took sometimes 20m or so, tons of people waiting on elevators so took 30m to go up the room and back,Now the condos are super nice, patios , very difficult to find a parking spots , like I said we had super fun here but I be iffy to stay here again just to big of a place to many people saving chairs at the pool and don’t use them a very good ocean view from the pool and rooms plenty of bathrooms, very good music they play, take the double red flags seriously , I say definitely stay here 1 time

Negative experience: We stayed 7/11 till 7/15 The location was great. The condo itself was great but the cleaning staff sux! The condo floors were nasty. The bathtub was dirty with a gross soap scum ring around it. We were in condo 1320 so the 13th floor. The view from the balcony was wonderful but getting to and from the room was horrible. Half the time at least one sometimes two of the elevators were down. There are so many people using the elevator that after waiting sometimes 15 minutes for one it would be so full u couldn’t get on. It’s also a disappointment when you go to the hot tub but can’t get in cause it’s full of kids. Or u try to take young kids to play in the grassy area but get taken over by teenagers coming down to throw a ball and run all over the young kids. Why do parents let their kids do these things. Security is lackluster. I will not stay here again due to elevators, cleanliness (cleaning staff) & property management.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money on this place, the room was ok but the elevators didn’t work, the staff, especially the security were awful and rude, they closed the pool for no reason with no signs to let people know and then threatened to call the police if you didn’t get out, again for no reason, no sign on the elevator to let people know that they were not running, I paid a lot to stay here and they treated everyone so badly. I guarantee there will be a lot of bad reviews this week.

Positive experience: I've stayed here a few times and the condo is nice because it's privately owned. Once outside however it's a different story. The property is in need of updates. Thankfully the elevators are faster this year. One of the biggest issues I witnessed however is employees removing guests belongings from the pool deck. I don't think people should be able to save pool chairs if they haven't been there, however their items should be stored securely if removed so they can get them back. Today an employee removed a substantial number of towels and bags and we heard the family saying that when they went to find them, they were told by the employees that they were gone.

Negative experience: Witnessed first hand an employee taking peoples Towels/BeachBags(Bogg 100.00 bag)/Pool Toys etc off of the chairs. She piled them behind the bar area and when the people got back to their chairs their personal items were gone. When the people went to Look for their items other people had helped their selves to them. When we confronted the lady in the afternoon she smirked and smiled. Very disrespectful. Picture attached. These people could have had their wallets/medicine or other important stuff in their bags This were about 10 am

Fantastic experience: This was a very nice place 3rd.floor. grest view of the ocean and the pool was very clean and the chairs. Even had a snack bar food and drinks.so give them a try. I think you will like it as much as we did.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place to anyone!! During our stay both vehicles that we drove down were vandalized due to objects being thrown from balconies. Security was no help, of course the one section of balconies that we needed to see on camera "they didn't have one facing that area." When i ask to check the cameras in the elevators to see who came in at the time of the vandalism i was told they do not work. When we were watching what little video we were shown we seen people trying to get over the fence with flashlights around 1am (was not caught by security while happening) on just 1 car we have $3800 worth of damage. Since our stay I have tried to get in contact with them about the issue with no luck.

Negative experience: Room was nice, updated and clean. However, we had to restock basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs etc. Also, our vehicle had gotten vandalized during our stay on the premises. Security was lackluster at best. Cameras picked up objects being thrown from a balcony, although they couldn't pinpoint from what room or floor. Therefore no further actions or charges were placed. Very displeased. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Fantastic experience: My wife, daughter, and I stayed in a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom penthouse looking out at the Gulf. The place was immaculate, and we were provided with beach towels, chairs, and even a wagon for transporting everything. It was almost like being at home, but better... because we were on the Gulf. There were also other amenities (hot tub, exercise room, massage area, pool tables, etc.), all on the main floor. This was a really nice place...

Positive experience: Overall, we were pleased. The location was beautiful and what we were looking for. The condo itself is dated and could use some TLC. The balcony door from the living room was hard to open and close and the outside balcony door handle was broken, making it hard to open and close. The Bathtub was peeling paint. Cleanliness was mediocre. Alot of dust on lights, fans, vents and stationary objects. Floors seemed to be swept but not mopped. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and stain free. Kenny was good host. He was very responsive and took care of some light bulbs that had been burnt out in the master bedroom and the dining room light. He also addresses the spare bedroom with bunk beds ablit the light being broken and will work with owner to get replaced. The pools were nice and the Tiki bar was a plus. I also liked there was plenty of parking and is gated. Overall, I would stay at the Regency again for location.

Negative experience: We stayed in 1202. Room was not stocked with Basic amenities like Toilet Paper , Handsoap Kitchen Trash bags ,etc Pay around $1200 for 3 days and get your own Stuff ! Hope they consider stocking this necessities

Negative experience: Worst condo I have stayed at in PCB. The rooms were filthy and the floors were covered in sand and dirt. As soon as you step on the floor your feet turn black. The room code would not work. There was a broken screen door just sitting on the balcony. The fridge was hot when we got there. The space is great but i am very disappointed in how dirty our room was. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and I have an infant. The car i drove down in got accused of it being someone else’s so they left a note stating to go to the office due to a circumstance that happen. The lady at the security office was very rude. We had no extra towels for showering. I am very disappointed in my stay and will not be returning.

Negative experience: The worst condo we have every stayed at in all the years we have wintered and had summer vacations at PCB. It was unit number 816 called Barbee' Beach Retreat. The owners purchased this place March 2023 and did nothing to the unit before listing it for rent. The complex was built in the 70’s and it shows. Our stay was January 27 through March 2, 2024. Walking through the door of the condo we found the air condition was not working and 77 degrees inside. That repair took two weeks and we lost a lot of leisure time due to different repair companies come in and out of our unit, owners calling us to take picture and coordinating the replacement of the AC. The hall shower was leaking and water was running into the launder area and into the condo below. That took three visits from the property maintains guys to cut out sheet rock and repair the leak. Could not use the master shower because the swing in shower door would not seal and water poured out the bottom onto the bath floor. Had problems with the dishwasher, mini ventless clothes dry took hours to dry clothes, toilets leaked and ran all the time so at night we had to close the doors to keep from hearing it. No private Wi-Fi! Think 1970's building, no internet wiring. The public WiFi was intermittent and slow. I had to tighten the legs on all the breakfast chairs before we could use them. The furnishings look like they came out of a old Super 8 Hotel. The unit has three small closets and one was padlock for whatever reason not leaving enough room for our clothes and belongings. The list goes on and on. The last week of our stay I notified the owners that we were requesting an $800 adjustment of the $3,800 we paid and leaving a day early due to all the problems. This request was for all lost leisure time and inconveniences. Four days after arriving home I sent a text stating we had not heard from them with an answer on our request. At lunch time that day I received a call which include her and her husband. She immediately went into a rant of excuses and even tried to blame us. After a few minutes I realized her intentions was not to grant our request and my lunch was getting cold. I tried to interrupted her rant to tell her my lunch was getting cold and we could talk later. That’s when her husband blew a gasket and went into a profanity lased fit using every word from G!! Dam to Mother F!!!ker. I informed him I was not going to listen to his profanity and hung up. I would steer clear of this place and owners. They are lot nicer condos for less money that have really great host at PCB PS, warning about reviews posted on Emerald Coast By Owners website. They allow listings by owners to block bad reviews on their properties. That means you will only see positive reviews on the properties and not get the truth. Rick

Positive experience: Room was so so. Could have used a better cleaning and some maintenance. One downside is the construction next door. Guys were out there saw cutting concrete at 7am Saturday. 2 pools, one heated amd a hot tub. Plenty of parking, elevators, and beach access

Negative experience: Door didn’t fit the master bedroom so it wouldn’t stay shut, = no privacy. The soap dish in the bathroom shower was broken and sharp. I’m glad no one fell. Remotes didn’t work, even after sending us emails stating we would be charged for non working remotes. I called the number and they said they would send someone with new remotes. No one ever came. Advertised as sleeping 12 but only had 4 forks. We ate in shifts til I could get to WM. Great location but over priced for the brokenness.

Positive experience: Loved it. Granted the condo we had wasn't exactly facing the beach because we were on the side of the building but it was still incredible. Going in the off season is so nice and peaceful. I highly recommend it. Place had 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, 2 pool on the grounds, it's own part of the beach ....not in the middle of the strip place.

Fantastic experience: Awesome condos, had everything you need on the resort. Bar, food, game room, pools, beach. What else can you ask for. Night life across the street. Man let me tell you!!!! Smh!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beach service very accommodating for memorable beach memories. Excellent area for grilling and games. This is the place to enjoy and make memories.

Positive experience: Beautiful view of the beach! Beautiful condo! Such a beachy and peaceful vibe. Definitely family friendly. The condo could have been a little cleaner. Older blankets. Also one of the tubs did not have hot water. I tried to inquire about it but no one got back to me. It was okay though since we had another shower in the condo.

Positive experience: From the front seems a little dated. The backside is awesome. 2 big pretty pools with a tiki bar in between. Food and drinks good prices. Strawberry punch great. Hotel is right on the beach out the pool area. Nice soft sand, pretty water, nice and warm. Surf was rough b/c there was a hurricane nearby a week ago. Still swimmable and fun though. Lobby cute. Plenty of parking for our stay. Oh yeah, the elevator on our side broke several times during our stay (stuck open on 1st floor). Didn't effect us too much, we could walk to/from 5th floor, but many others frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Condos are excellent 3 bedrooms are selling for the same price as 2 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are about 1400 square Feet. 2 bedrooms are 1200 square. These are a great investment in a gated community. They stay rented and if purchasing one they will pay for themselves in 4-6 years.

Positive experience: We rented through VRBO. Our room was on the second floor in front of the elevator. You could hear the elevator all day long. Even at 2 am! We were right over the pool which sounded great except they do not enforce quiet hours. There were teenagers in the pool until 3 am at least every night we were there playing music and yelling. It was so loud. The room was fine but out dated. If we stayed in this condo again I would stay towards the ends of the towers. People ran up and down the hall at all hours. We were there for 8 days and we're only able to ride the elevator twice because the two other elevators were broken making the center one the only available elevator. This made wait times. Absolutely ridiculous and we could carry our wagon and chairs up and down the stairs. Easier than waiting for the elevator. For the price you pay for these rooms. I expected something way different than our experience. Also, we had to pay an additional $25 for our parking and our wristbands. We have stayed at Regency before and never had this experience. Do not rent condo 214!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place right on the beach with 2 pools and hugh hot tub. The service at the tiki bar was great.

Positive experience: Really run down and parking was a nightmare as well as elevators. My husband almost got hit twice trying to cross the road due to the parking issues and there were only three elevators for the entire complex and 3 out of the 7 days we were there, 2 of them were broken. It was a total nightmare trying to load and unload. They require you to leave them your driver's license in order to obtain a "luggage cart" which is not even a luggage cart. It is more like a small rolling cart like they use in hospitals when discharging a patient. Will not be returning to Regency Towers.

Negative experience: Condo's are very dated unless owners have updated them. Elevators are trash all three have broken at some point during our stay this week! Just waited almost an hour to get to the beach on our last day. Our condo was nice and the owners are very courteous when needing something!

Negative experience: While the view was great, the rooms were very lacking. The warm water was tricky for the showers and once you finished the shower the floor was flooded bc the shower doors leak. There was mold in the grout of the shower. The drywall is cracked in numerous places. 1 of 3 elevat'ors didn't work the entire time we were there, so a 20 minute wait on elevator was normal. Most of the light switches didn't do anything bc most of the rooms didn't have lights other than lamps and half of those didn't even have bulbs. Guest book showed that this is not any sort of a "new issue" and contained many complaints of maintenance being called but not showing to correct issues

Positive experience: The hotel was nice however there were no luggage carts. Also there is a lot of time spent waiting on elevators though there are 3. There is a decent sized pool and a tiki bar with food and drink options. The location is great as it is not nearly as busy as pier park.

Negative experience: Rundown. Not clean. Elevators stuck with us in them several times. Hotel security focused on people having a drink by the pool or kids throwing balls when no One around and riff raff bothering everyone not a problem. Way better experiences other places. Won’t be back.

Negative experience: Stayed at the Regency Towers for the 4th of July since all other options were booked/ over-priced. Overall experience was mediocre at best. The Good: It is located on the beach and there are 3 pools and a bar which also serves food making grabbing a drink or bite to eat very accessible. There are 14 floors, so if facing the ocean, the view is not bad. Overall, once inside the room, things stayed quiet, and you couldn't hear much of the outside noise. The Bad: The hotel itself is very dated/dingy. Our room had a musty smell when entering, and most dishes were found dirty. Check-in was a frenzy, and the elevators are atrocious (very small, no air circulation, and while here for 5 days, they malfunctioned/ got stuck 4 times). Parking was a pain with spots quickly filling up, and it's all in direct sun, so your car will be a guaranteed oven when you want to go somewhere. The trash chutes are near the elevators, so you get to enjoy the fragrance of hot garbage every time you go anywhere. The patrons were a mixed bag with some questionable figures, kids in their 20s, families, and older couples. This 4th of July wouldn't be complete without the pungent smell of the stickiest of the icky flowing through the air at night. Overall, if you are looking for a family oriented atmosphere, I would suggest another place. If you are looking for a nicer, more luxury oriented hotel, keep looking elsewhere. Update 2024 4th of July Room 1023 Came back to give this place one more try, and boy, do I regret it. This time around, we had an even worse experience than last year. Not only did we pay $3200 for a week, but we were welcomed by a dirty room with vomit on the bed cover, sand in the beds, pubes in the restroom, and an unflushed toilet. Many of the appliances and furniture were not working, the AC made the most horribly loud noise and made it very hard to use one of the rooms due to this, the beds were absolute trash along with the couches, parking spots were filled and we had to park across the street and cross traffic, etc. I will no longer give this place a chance because it sucks. I highly recommend trying anything else besides this place... our favorite is the Seychelles, just a few yards down the street or anything with a little more class and cleanliness. Overall, I'd give the Regency negative stars if possible.

Positive experience: I can't really speak on the service since these are all personally owned. It's a nice resort. 1st place I've rented that I had to provide my own toilet paper. Luckily, there is a Dollar General within walking distance. Overall, nice place; nice stay.

Fantastic experience: Family vacation to celebrate my son's college graduation. The rooms were perfect and the location was great. Not too crowded. Nice amenities.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't say anymore praise. Our family comes from all over the US once every 2 or 3 years. This was a perfect location to meet. Double red flags on the ocean all week (absolutely no swimming! This warning should be taken seriously). Never underestimate the power of a rip tide. A 35 year-old NFL player took his chances and lost his life! Back to the positive. Condo was clean, sound proof... always a plus. Opened the bedroom window at night and slept like a champ to the sound of waves and fresh air. Beds, front room furniture, nothing but comfort. I'm sure we'll be back in the future! P.S. Don't forget to visit adult beverages around the two pools and jacuzzi!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The location and everything is perfect if you have little ones. I really have no complaints. You don't have to leave for anything. Bikini Bob's is super affordable and delicious. The pools are heated and the beach is gorgeous. Did I mention that I love this place.

Negative experience: This is an older place. Had to use the stairs, It needs more elevators. The atmosphere was very loud outside with terrible music playing non stop until about 11:00 pm. Not quite time on the balcony near the pool area. Never again......

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vacation spot for the family! I used to vacation here as a child. Now, 20+ years later, I’m getting the opportunity to take my children to Regency Towers. We leave for PCB this Saturday!

Negative experience: Rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week. The nicest thing about the condo was the view. Our condo overlooked the ocean. First gripe is that the rooms were dirty, everything covered in a thick layer of dust. Headboard on one bed had what appeared to be blood on it. Ceilings were moldy. There was trash in dresser and night stands. Refrigerator door was difficult to open, the kitchen area induced claustrophobia. One bathroom needed serious updating, and there was a massive cockroach in the shower. Outside, the balcony furniture was stained and covered in sand. The walkways were littered with trash and food. Nothing was ever cleaned, the food remained there for our entire stay. Roaches were a common sight. Every night, we could hear people running back and forth down the walkways outside, giggling, beating on people's doors. Had someone beat on our door and windows numerous times after 11pm. There are 3 elevators, that were always crowded and water puddles were common in them. The condos are close to all sorts of gift shops and attractions. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach without crossing traffic, the beach lies right beyond the fenced border of the condo property. We didn't use the pool, as it was always crowded. The men running the beach chair rental were rude, don't you dare talk to them before 9am! Generally everyone we encountered in our trip seemed to be in a foul mood.

Negative experience: Room 214 is horrible, out dated, dirty sheets, over priced, very poorly maintained, filthy floors, very very poor elevator access (only 1 central elevator for entire property), and poor management for room 214. There is mildew in the showers, grime build up on sink handles and faucets, toothpaste and soap on all mirrors, urine around the toilets, and shower doors. Booked this room for 6 nights and left as soon as we could get into another condominium. Parking is over crowded, with the bar at the pool not a great spot with kids after dark. Do not recommend this property to anyone.

Positive experience: Stayed in room 1004, view was the best thing about it. Condo is definitely in need of some serious updates. Plug ins in the bathroom don't work at all. Loose plugs throughout condo. Furniture has rips and tears. Cleanliness wasn't the best either. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. Lights in oven don't work though. The view is nice but when it rains water stands on the patio. Definitely not worth the price.

Positive experience: We stayed in room 710. The best thing of our condo was the ocean view, and the beach access. If I stayed at Regency Towers, I’d have to make sure it’s not condo 710. All beds were uncomfortable. Have hubby and I back aches. Mold in ceiling of one of the bathrooms. Plug ins are outdated, plug falls right out. Rusty refrigerator. The blender was broken, liquids was spilling. Toaster burned our toast. Pots and pans in worse conditions than those I have thrown away back home. Sofas hard and uncomfortable as well. Old rusty furniture. Water in bathtubs drain slow. Broom was falling apart. Vacuum had not been emptied, full of trash. And to top it off, our water was shut down for 3-4 hours. They closed pool for one day. They closed one elevator to paint. I better get a good deal and a better condo in order to get me to stay here again. I did like the ambiance. In the pool area, they sell food, and they play music from 9am-10pm. I’d open the doors and my kids enjoyed dancing to the music. I would close doors and I wouldn’t hear music.

Positive experience: For the condos being as old as they are, they were in good condition. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the balcony was off track & wouldn't close all the way so we tried as best we could to prop it closed with someone under the door. The cleanliness was not the greatest! The master bath shower had purple dye all over it, and there were some brown spots on some of the towels! I will say it is definitely a quiet friendly place to stay and has an awesome view! Condo we stayed in was 719.

Fantastic experience: 1403 has an amazing view. Four bedroom three bathrooms all extremely nice. Two rooms have ocean views with balcony access. Very large kitchen with ice machine and a wine fridge. Can sleep up to fourteen people. We watched dolphins and sail boats from the balcony. Highly recommend. Love this place .

Fantastic experience: I loved being here when I visited Florida for 6 days, they employees were very nice and I was on floor 11 and had the most beautiful balcony view of the beach and was the best hotel I have ever been to! I will visit again next year!

Fantastic experience: Great unit with plenty of room! Easy access to stairs to avoid elevator congestion. Quick walk to the beach! Will definitely rent this unit again.

Positive experience: The place was nice. Older bathrooms and kitchen but very clean. 3rd floor great because elevators can get busy. Love Regency Towers with 2 pools and so close to the beach and the tiki hut. The kitchen only has 1 frying pan and no mixing bowls or Tupperware so you might want to bring your own. Does have both a drip coffee and a single serve Keurig. They require the guest to wash and dry all towels. I'm not very comfortable with trusting that other guests did that. Also the washer is very small and old so can only wash 3 towels at a time. The drier is not good. Had to run it 3 times for each load. If we hadn't started the night before, we never would have finished.

Positive experience: My only complaint is that we had to go buy a coffee maker. We didn't have one in the room. I had to sweep the floor the first night there because of the sand in the floor. We had not even gone to the beach yet. The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the decor. It was really roomy as well. We did have a hard time at first trying to register as no one was at the front desk but other than that, have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again!

Negative experience: We stayed in room 702. First and foremost the room was beautiful but then it got ugly. The room was filthy. The sheets on one of the beds were put on backwards and stained up. The Tv in one of the rooms would not even come on. All the dishes were dirty some even having food caked on them placed in the cabinets. Some outlets did not have covers on them. One shower had a 1900’s shower head on it that barely worked, the balcony glass doors two were smoked over that you couldn’t see through them. All in all the pictures were very decieveing from when we rented. Spoke with a few others in the 700s they said about the same. So unfortunately we will never stay here again however some perks to the place is the front desk staff are super nice and there pool and bar area is great. The Rec room and weight room were nice as well

Negative experience: After spending a week at this condo, I recommend avoiding it. You have no choice but to spend your entire stay listening to the music the pool bar decides you are going to listen to. All... day... long... *UPDATE* It is karaoke night... again. Also, I found out today that the complex has an intercom system installed in the unit so they can randomly announce bingo is about to start right into my condo.

Fantastic experience: Just left after a weeks stay and it was great. Our room 217 was absolutely perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. The staff was super nice & helpful, the older security lady was actually very cool. The pool restroom was clean the 2 times I used it. I did see people waiting for elevators but we used the stairs. Will def be back

Positive experience: Based on this particular room, a 3 bedroom, it's not well maintained, not we'll decorated, very thrown together & absolutely not clean! The extra linens are all wadded up on the shelf! Bedroom carpet is Disgusting! I've stayed here before, but rented though individual, thought I'd use the condo directly this time & very disappointed in this sad unit! #925! I've been waiting since Monday morning for the rental management to call me or handle this but.... Nothing

Fantastic experience: Regency Towers is in the perfect location. So many restaurants nearby and the marina to catch a boat to shell island is just a few minutes away. Pools are very nice and bar staff were very friendly! Only thing I can complain about is I wish there were elevators but it wasn't a big deal. Just sometimes we had to wait in a line to get on the elevator at the end of a beach day.

Fantastic experience: One of the best priced condos in Panama City. Very clean, well-stocked rooms. Even the corner and side balconies have excellent views of the ocean.

Negative experience: This hotel is right on the beach, but that's the only nice thing about it. With hundreds of rooms and at least 12 stories you would think this hotel would have more than 3 elevators. You'd probably also think that the 3 would work. Not so. We were down to 2 for the thousands of guests, very quickly. The rooms were nice, but don't expect normal hotel things. No toiletries, no service of any kind. You can hear the pools karaoke and the bad bar bands from anywhere in your room, so if you enjoy sleeping to the sounds of off key drunks, this is absolutely ideal! For the price, I'd say save yourself the trouble and find literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to vacation in Panama city Beach ⛱️ We just love this place and they keep a close eye on it to where they're only guesses! It's beautiful with 2 huge swimming pools and a kids pool.Love everything about it we came last yr for aweek and this June for a wk an hopefully we can get in another wk r afew days before next year

Positive experience: The condo (620) had a great view of the gulf. Kitchen was well appointed but had no spices. We had to purchase our own and left the rest for next vacationers. Some updates are needed throughout.

Positive experience: Sofa bed was still wet from previous guests. Airbed deflated in less than 10 minutes. Doorhad to be kicked to open. We did have an amazing beach view. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was upgraded. Facility was well maintained and lots of other amenities. Close to bars, shopping and restaurants - walking distance to most.

Negative experience: Old building with problems. The west elevator would always break. The pool restroom only has one 1 toilet. The place is a madhouse with people moving tons of stuff into there rooms on checkin. Not worth all the issues

Negative experience: Horrible experience, we were told one day before we got there that someone had complained about bed bugs in their condo and they were moved to our condo and then wouldn't leave when we got there, even though the condominium staff told them it had been inspected and cleaned. So WE were stuck in those peoples condo that they were supposed to be in. The owner of the condo we were supposed to be in didn't do anything about these people not wanting to leave even though we had paid for 9 days. But on top of paying for the condo we wanted we also had to pay for the one we were told we had to stay in as well. Giving us $600 back and saying we'll let you pay for half of that condo that we know you didn't want in the first place. We were screwed out of four days of staying in the condo that we booked. I am furious because the reason we wanted the condo we booked is because my mother is losing her eye sight and covid prevented us from going so this was a one last great vacation for her before she can't see anymore and the reason we booked for more than a week. The condo we wanted to be in is great it's beautiful inside and the many window views are amazing which is why we wanted to stay there for 9 days full days. I don't know who cleans these condos but the comforters, sheets and towels don't smell clean or look clean found hairs on all of them. I seriously doubt we will come back.

Negative experience: Condo 214 bikini, flip-flops and tan lines rented through vacasa. Horrible condo. Rooms were dirty when we arrived, the plugs were outdated and looked like they could catch fire. Chaise lounges on deck were black from mold. Called and asked for new sheets because My husband ended up with food poisoning and asked for new sheets and they said we were provided so wasn't sure if they could bring us any. Went to try and wash them, but the washer is so small idk if they will wash. Dishes were dirty and trash was on balcony. We cleaned it up. Very outdated. Someone before us stole the roku/firestick for the TV, which left us no TV to watch on vacation, reported it on Sunday when we arrived, they finally showed up Tuesday to give us a new one. Doors to balcony would just lock for no reason. Guest bath toilet won't flush so we had to pour a pitcher of water to flush it. By this time, we were so tired of calling not knowing when it would be fixed, we just gave up. There was no reserving chairs at the pool, but by 7 am, all chairs was marked for people, so you couldn't get a chair by the pool. We sat our bags down on a beach chair and was rudely told by the beach attendants we couldn't use a beach chair with out paying a 35.00 a day fee. The only thing enjoyable was the view. We won't stay at this condo again. And the dishwasher kept sounding like it was going to spark and catch fire, and refrigerator door shelf was broke and kept falling Off. But like I said it was taking so long to get vacasa to fix anything, we just stopped calling.
