Our comment from TraTraTravel about Casablanca Express:

Casablanca Express offers a range of vacation packages, enticing customers with the promise of affordable getaways. Many users have praised their initial interactions, highlighting the assistance they received from representatives like Beth and Julio, who were noted for their commitment to customer service. Positive experiences included affordable trip options, such as a round trip airfare with a 4-night cruise to the Bahamas, which some customers felt provided good value for money.

However, a significant number of users reported negative experiences, warning potential customers about hidden costs and misleading information during the booking process. Common grievances include unresponsive customer service, lengthy wait times, and unexpected fees that inflated the cost of supposedly 'free' trips. Many customers expressed frustration over difficulties in scheduling their vacations and concerns about the quality of accommodations, often receiving lodging in subpar hotels far from their desired destinations.

Moreover, customers indicate that once deposits were made, it became challenging to obtain refunds or communicate effectively with the customer service team. Reviews frequently describe interactions as unprofessional, with reports of representatives hanging up on callers or providing inaccurate information regarding trip confirmations. The overall sentiment suggests that while there is potential for value, the experience often devolves into confusion and disappointment.

For those considering Casablanca Express, it is advisable to thoroughly review all terms and conditions and prepare for a potentially complex booking process.

Fantastic experience: Beth is AMAZING!! People keep writing bad reviews because they are not reading the fine print. YES you have to pay the taxes to get the vacation. We paid $400 but it covers the round trip airfare and a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas. We would have paid double or triple the price for all of this. Beth has been amazing helping us book our cruise and flights. We’re excited to cruise in a month!

Negative experience: I thought I could trust Casablanca Express, but unfortunately I was proven wrong. I will admit that I am not blameless for how I was treated, but Jonathan’s poor attention to detail cost me greatly. Never using Casablanca again.

Negative experience: SCAM!!!! No stars if possible. Do not fall for this! They will try everything to get out of giving you the trip. We have been trying for over a year to firm up a date and actually go. They keep pushing us out. They will claim that you never sent in your paperwork. I finally called them at one point because I had never heard from them. They told me that our trip was not possible because we hadn't sent a paper back. But we HAD sent back everything they had sent us. At one point they hung up on me during the phone call even though I was asking the honest question of "when can I expect to hear back from you?" They will claim that "As you are receiving this letter, it is possible that we have attempted to call you and have been unable to reach you." Not true! They have not tried to contact me at all! I have called for days and days in a row and our agent does not answer. I will be reporting them to the business bureaus, and do all I can to stop them. They put the process in your court and say you did not come through. What a joke! I want my money back! Update: I finally spoke with the agent (I called the main numbers several times and had them forward me to her) and she said that it will be nearly impossible to add our 3rd child. This is something that the scheduling people will tell you is easy to do for a bit more cost. We were willing. But the actual agent said "of course they told you that, but your child would most likely be on a different flight, because how are you going to get that child sitting next to you? You would have to be able to book that seat on your own and happen to get it next to you." in other words, she is not able to book our third child to go with us.... unless we upgrade to a five day package which is way more expensive. It is not in the realm of what their promotion is. She also warned me that the promotion has a lot of stipulations. After reading the reviews about the hotel, I decided to cancel and get my money back. Let's see if they actually send it back. I would rather go on a regular trip that is under my control and pay more, then have to keep working with this company. So basically, if you can get to the point of actually working with the travel agent, they will tell you the truth and it wasn't was I was expecting. I should've known that there would be a catch.

Negative experience: Absolute scam… I paid 50$ to redeem a trip 100$ to upgrade the trip, then they charge me another 150$ to book the room because they are “expensive right now”. Then I get to the hotel and am charged another 150$. The security deposit was 300$ nobody told me about this, parking wasn’t free is was 20$ a day at the hotel they booked me. My room didn’t have a fridge, microwave, non slip mat on the shower floor, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. When I pulled out the iron board it fell into pieces all over the floor. The room was unappealing in general too. Aswell as the gift card for 200$ at dining advantage. Nobody made it clear that it was 200$ worth of coupons when I was upgrading my package they made it seem like it was 200$ of food served at the casino almost like a gift card. Let alone the coupons didn’t even work when I tried using them at the correct location. I believe these guys are a business model made to scam this is not a rewards program like it was pitched to me from my jewelers who gave me the trip to redeem. It’s just another way for them to pull more money from you and give you a terrible experience we actually ended up leaving our trip a day early because it was so unappealing and bad vibes.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Should have known better and trusted the reviews that this is truly a predatory travel scam. We were talked down to, yelled at, interrupted, and totally ignored when we tried to gain clarification on how our cruise was sold out when we had received a confirmation letter that they had booked us on that sailing date. This experience aged me. Would have been cheaper to book directly with Carnival. I would not give this company a single penny. Do not do business with them!

Negative experience: You can try and call them. You will be on hold and when they do pickup you ask your question they will put you back on hold and rinse and repeat. Never will get any kind of help from them .

Negative experience: Terrible experience. They make it seem like they are providing you with a great trip at a resort and then you find out you are receiving a 1 star hotel location! Then when you ask for the money back (I spoke to Patricia), they don't even send it! She didn't even provide me with her extension. I had to look through my emails which took a lot of time and end up finding some other name and then when you call back with the long wait they end up stating they don't have anyone by that name and then ignore you, and suddenly put you back on the waiting line. RIDICULOUS!!! The manager Julio did not even call me back when I made complaints. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to cancel another trip because I was "gifted" this additional trip because I complained in the past but I am absolutely fed up with this place and just want to cancel everything and better get my money back ASAP!!! Will make sure I caution whoever I know to NEVER EVER go with this company. TOTAL SCAM

Negative experience: We supposedly won a trip to Disneyworld 3 day 2 nite. In making final arrangements we were told our flight arrives 1130pm, then 1 day at the park and fly home 6am.Really!! Stay at a Motel 6, 35 miles away and find own transportation. What kind of prize is that?? Not as originally presented. Very difficult to contact a rep. for info.

Negative experience: Waste of time! Made me do all this process which took me 6 months lots of time back and forth to only find out I have 10 hours flight both ways or I upgrade for $1800. They did promise me a full refund but what a waste of my time. I got nothing in the end

Valentina Alvarez 10 months ago

Negative experience: SCAM!!!!!! We try to activated our trip and called to schedule, only to be told it was too late. When we redeemed the tickets, we were informed we had a year to use them. Now, they claim that due to their “policy,” we should have scheduled three months in advance. Since we’re nearing the end of the year, we’ve missed the window and lost the trip. The representative just offered to email the policies for us to read. Why didn’t they clearly state the three-month scheduling requirement when they told us we had a year to use the tickets? We booked these for the end of the year for my daughter’s birthday, and now we’re left with nothing. This is a total scam, and customer service was no help at all!

Amanda Lukens 10 months ago

Negative experience: What a joke. Get a call saying we "won" a free 2 night stay. Amazing! Needed it. Got no information except a pamphlet and said that has our step by step instructions to activate our certificate. We have a year to use it. So we activated it(its october). Then they tell use you have to use it between April and October of next year, that's not a year. We were wanting to book for December/January from this year or next. After doing the research and trying to find someplace to take a family, we wanted to enjoy snow during winter time. But once activated you can't change that. (Was only told we had a year to use it) Then you don't actually get a 'year' like was said. They won't let you change anything, after not giving us any information to start with. This "certificate" will go to waste. Seems like a scam. Very frustrated.

Negative experience: Scam, Be aware. Sales agent gets mad. I sent in certified mail to request refund. No service was provided, no arrangements were made, and therefore I have my right to get my deposit which they signed and I have return receipt. Been 3 weeks and nothing. Sales guy calls me out of the blue advised him traveling not in my mind right now due to herniated discs, then claims can expedite my refund if I say yes to a different trip to Vegas instead of Honolulu. After I told him I’m not fit not do a vacation. (Poor listening skills) then hangs up, I talked normal the entire time, buddy starts to raise his voice and hang up. I called back and hangs up every time I call. I have proof of brochure, check #, request for refund letter signed, proof that they received the letter as well from post office. I’ll be most likely filing a small claims through the court. One for Fraudulent behavior, waste of resources, and harassment. Company need to work on who they hire and provide training. If the sales person talks majority of the time you ain’t getting a sale buddy and making up stories to try and connect with the customer “breaking 3 vertebrae’s” nice try buddy you ain’t building rapport and trust like that.

Negative experience: Worst business ever! I really want to share my experience to prevent more people falling for it. Pls note this company is a huge scam. They got us at the Dodger Stadium and based that it was at a credible place we fell for it! We drove to San Diego and sat two hours during a presentation for a hotel, ( this is a requirement to get the free trip) I sent out the deposits requested and email the girl in charge Jessica who never responded. I requested a refund over the phone and they also of course never responded. I am surprised this business is still going as it is a total scam, stealing money from people is not ok. So pls whatever they tell you , save yourself some money and time and DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Negative experience: We had everything setup for our trip that we won at the Spokane county fair back in 2023. The trip was scheduled for this year 2024. 9 days before we were supposed to go on our trip this October we still hadn't received anything about where we are staying. They are supposed to give that to us 10 days out. We bought the flight tickets weeks ago still thinking things are good. We called and asked what's the hold up. They canceled our trip and stole our 100 dollar deposit. Save yourself trouble and go do business at some other place. That's after doing the seminar and waiting over a year to go on this trip due to my wife being pregnant. This company cheats you and steals from you. They do not honor their word.

Negative experience: Same thing as everyone else happened they make promises and suddenly your trip Is canceled. Please report to BBB I just reported them and also reported to FTC they use a bank in California called city national bank and there account number is 024901130 (add that bank info to FTC report because even if this company closes that account, the bank will have record of all the money they have received from everyone they have scammed) I found that information on my checks they cashed.

Andrea Scott 11 months ago

Negative experience: These people are not legit. Things were promised and not delivered. Phone calls were made, and they claim the phone calls never happened and that they went through all the phone calls to verify even though they were 100% made. I would not recommend this company- spend your time elsewhere. The manager who talked to me was very unkind and I’m sure that phone call will be deleted as well. :-)

Negative experience: So, I got their promotion in the mail for a free trip (with fine writing) to the keys. Ok, then they tried to sell me a life time plan for vacations for $30,000 and then when I finished this interrogation style interview, I got the “free trip” I ended up paying more than the listing price with Expedia. Dude, I had to pay for the deposit $70 then an upgrade for $189 then a resort fee $65 which is about $324 and online Expedia is offering $131 a night. What’s up with that? Never again. The little resort was nice. We had a good time but curve saved. And the impression that they were selling to us was a 5 star top of the line luxury hotel and spa, it’s not that.

Michael Heil 11 months ago

Negative experience: This company is a scam. They take your money, promise you a vacation, and make you book it 6 months in advance only to tell you that it is cancelled. After booking the vacation I called four times to check where we would be staying. Each time they told me to call back later because they did not have the details. The month before I left I called again, the agent was incredibly rude, I told him we wanted to buy our plane tickets and needed the details of the trip. He told me everything was confirmed and that they would send me the details the week before the trip. The week of the trip I called again and they told me the trip was cancelled because the agent could not reach me. This was after me reaching out to them at least six times and the agent confirming that my trip was all set. After the agent told me everything was confirmed I went ahead and bought the plane tickets, rental car, hotel nights for arrival and departure date, and everything else, only to find out that they cancelled my trip without notifying or informing me. This place cost me thousands of dollars. Do not trust them. It is all lies.

Negative experience: After learning what a joke my cruise would be, I asked for a refund a month ago. Was told would have in 2 weeks. At end of 2 weeks called again on a Monday and was promised check would go out Friday. Still no check. Just called back and spoke to Agent Julio. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a customer service rep. I’d better have a check asap or next stop Better Business Bureau.

Negative experience: They took my $80 as a deposit, and then make it impossible to actually book the trip. I have called a million times to schedule, they never answer their phone, or they transfer you to some voicemail, or they put you on eternal hold. Not a legitimate business.

Jordyn Stacey 1 year ago

Negative experience: Don't waste your time. I wasted months going back and forth with these people. Every time I called to confirm details of trip, they promised me I would hear back from a travel agent the next day. It took weeks to actually hear back. When I finally did talk to travel agent, she said we wouldn't receive any physical confirmation, like tickets or even confirmation email, until 7 days before the trip. Was very sketchy. The only reason I give 1 star instead of zero is because they did at least refund me all of my money.

Negative experience: My trip is supposed to be in less than 3 weeks. After calling multiple times finally got ahold of Jonathan the scheduler. He had diff dates for my trip than I scheduled with him back in February. He also said it was for only 2 nights instead of 3. I have left messages with Karen a supervisor and have yet to receive a call back. I have also emailed customer service 5 or 6 times and get nothing back. With customer service like this im not sure how they are still in businesses.

Kimberly Sheares 1 year ago

Negative experience: This is not a legitimate business, but more of a travel scheme. They make you pay a few deposits ($50, $250) and upgrade fees $150 and don’t provide adequate details about the “said” trip that you “won.” The rep assigned to your account (like Jessica) won’t return your calls. They make it hard to speak to a Manager. I tried to reschedule my trip due to medical reasons and the “assigned rep Jessica” won’t answer nor return my calls. She knows I want to cancel so she stopped responding to calls and won’t reply to emails either. This company takes your money and runs! Casablanca Express is the BIGGEST SCAM out there and I wish I had come here and read reviews before I fell for the “free trip” to Vegas. For all the money I’ve paid them already I could’ve booked the trip myself on Expedia. Do not use the fraudulent business. I’m contacting BBB to report them.

Negative experience: Rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me I couldn't fly out of Boise when it says ON THIER information that I can. Picked the worst flights possible. I will be surprised if I get a nice place to stay. They are just sooooo rude. I do not recommend this, do not waste your time.

Jack Bamis 1 year ago

Negative experience: They hype a free trip. You get all excited, the week of the free trip they call you to tell you the flight is at 8pm. The flight also has 2 layovers meaning you won’t get there until 2 AM. The flight leaves Friday morning at 6. On top of that, you still got to pay $100. Meaning you pay for a sleep. If you have a kid and can’t afford an actual trip, then yes it’s decent. But overall, this is terrible.

Jeffery Scott 1 year ago

Negative experience: Keep this in mind when you get a free trip to disneyland with airfare: It will take you at minimum 9 hrs. to get to California and you will arrive at midnight, stay in a hotel over an hr. away from Disneyland, get a voucher to redeem at a ticket office that opens up at 10am after getting maybe 7 hrs. of sleep the night before, you won't get into the park until 11am after all of these hoops, and then your flight the next morning will leave at 6am and you will be exhausted out of your mind. So they entice you to buy your own flight at which then they will give you the actual disneyland tickets (which they have all along but won't give if they will give you the free trip entirely) and then they will move you to a hotel that is closer. So, if you reallllly do the full free trip it will destroy your body. Plan on getting your own flight. Nothing is as good as it seems. No company wants you to really enjoy something for free. They make it horrible and exhausting. And they don't actually contact you 10 days before your departure date like they say they will. More like I have to call them and 5 days before I finally see my options and details. Enjoy! We did however get into disneyland and the hotel was as promised.

Tiff Goodsell 1 year ago

Negative experience: I am so grateful I didn't buy into their vacation deal. the "free hotel" was a dump so I upgraded to a nicer hotel in a better part of the state. When I called the hotel to upgrade to a two bedroom, they said that I had to make the upgrade through expedia because that was where I booked it through. I had to call Casablanca to make that upgrade and they said that they couldn't do it and agreed to give me my money back as well as my deposit. I then booked my own trip and found an amazing place without their help. I have called 4 times and spoke to Jonathan, Edward and Karen - they have each promised the refund and a call back. None of them have called back and I still don't have my refund. The girl who answers the phones, Samantha is great but unfortunately she can't get anything done. They say their hours of operation on Tuesday through Friday and when I call during those times, they are not available. Accounting is never there. They should not be allowed to continue to do business as they can't follow through on any of their promises.

Negative experience: I had received a voucher for a Disney vacation and I paid a $50 refundable deposit. Then I received correspondance asking for another $50 non-refundable deposit which was not clearly stated in the voucher. I didn't send the other $50 because it was fishy, however I called to request a refund of my $50 refundable deposit and it has been months and I haven't received my deposit. I even spoke to a manager and he assured that they were going to send me a refund but never did. A total scam.

Negative experience: Would be Zero stars if I could. Won the package deal then made the call to ask about it. When they finally reached back out to me, the guy tried to get me to take a whole other deal. When he finally sent my deposit request, there was no attachment to print out, no travel id number and no certification number on it. I’ve called their number more than 10 times, and I’ve gotten transferred to a voicemail number everytime. Sometimes they’ll transfer me mid conversation, and at times the will say that they’ll transfer to a supervisor, which is a full mailbox everytime. DONT DO IT

Negative experience: I'm so upset that I fell for this scam and bad business transaction. I will do everything in my power, connections, research and knowledge to make sure they stop taking advantage of people. I won a free trip at the county fair. Husband and I attended a presentation and did not become apart of the travel program or investment because we were not ready to invest requested amount. They said for showing up we won an additional trip that would require a deposit between $100-$199. Then they gave us like $60 in cash and said we had deadlines to book our trips. We never followed through. Someone called me today to follow up. I was frazzled and should have asked them to call me back at a better time. She took my deposit of $250, rushed information on the phone, didn't provide clear details, gave me a sketchy email with no actual receipt of my transaction and limited information. There is no name, call back number or details for our "future" booking. I normally don't get scammed but I fell for this. I will make sure to get my $250 back. I just read all the poor reviews before posting mine. YALL please AVOID this company at all cost!!! I'll be following up with BBB as well.

Negative experience: Worst of the worst. Went to one of their presentations for a "free trip including hotel and round trip air". Jumped through all of their hoops for a year, just for them to say I have to pay a ton of fees for hundreds of dollars. The 3 day 2 night stay was a 1.5☆ motel where we would have 2 layovers each direction and get there 1130pm and leave 6am. That's one day. They were really mean and rude the whole time they were supposed to be verifying our trip. We are not going on the trip and it ruined our plans for our anniversary. Bunch of shitty scammers

Negative experience: DO NOT USE CASABLANCA. I honestly can't believe there are good reviews for this place. My wife and I already know that not only will we never use this company again, but we will never enter drawings for free trips or trip deals/discounts again nor will we ever buy a timeshare. It is absolutely disgusting how some companies treat their customers. 1). We took 2+ hours out of our honeymoon to attend a presentation from a timeshare vacation club. My wife won the golden "Choose a 3-day/2-night trip" option. We wanted Hawaii, but because of where we lived, the only option was Las Vegas. This is not Casablanca's fault, but I'm not finished. Our agent told us that we would have to make multiple connecting flights and arrive near midnight on the first night and leave early in the morning on the third and make all those connecting flights again for other trip winners. 2). He recommended we consider other options, not explaining that we would not get the same perks. We choose a 4-day option for Vegas so we'd get a REASONABLE time there for an extra $317. We thought that was decent since we'd still get airfare covered, a 4-night stay covered, and 2 tickets to Cirque du Soleil. However, we originally had the choice to stay at MGM Grand, Monte Carlo, Luxor, or New York New York, but we were put in Harrah's instead. That was thrown on his unexpectedly. We also paid a $250 deposit, but weren't told that that $317 was with the $250 deposit already applied until we asked. So, in reality we had to pay $567. 3). Then, of course, the "fine print" says you have to pay resort fees. We were not told this outright, we didn't think to ask because we've never been to Vegas before. We thought resort fees were for people who intended on gambling in the casinos or the other exclusive options there. Then, we're told we have to pay an extra $50/night for a resort fee that we weren't expecting, and additional fees if we wanted a refrigerator in the room, so that plus parking was an additional $192. 4). When I tried to call them about it, I had to wait extremely long wait times: 30+ minutes each time. I was referred to a supervisor on 3 occasions and each time left a message that was never returned. Our travel agent also conveniently took a 2-week vacation without informing us, so I was mindlessly trying to call him for two weeks to straighten things out before our trip. We knew there would be a catch to this free trip. We knew we would have some things paid for, but that we would be responsible for other things as well. We were NOT expecting this level of unprofessional, lack of communication/clarity, and such a rip-off. These travel companies know how much people need a good vacation, but they will rip you off to make a handsome profit. Never using Casablanca Express again.

Negative experience: Trash Company. Scammed out of money for "upgraded flights" at better times. Tells me that the airlines are subject to change flights at any time, but they just gave me the incorrect times and told me I would be getting a nonstop flight after I paid more money. Customer Service did nothing to help me at all. The first time I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes only to hang up the phone. I called a second time after waiting for an agent for another 20-30 minutes.

Negative experience: SCAM! This place is a total scam. I paid a deposit in NOVEMBER 2023, canceled promptly and still now in July have not been refunded. Each time I ask for an update I am assured “I’m in the Que” but apparently they have a 9 month Que? I call monthly. They will 100 lie to you and steal. Gross garbage company. Feels like the beekeeper movie with a corrupt organization, where is Jason when you need him!

Negative experience: Wow, I literally had a customer service rep just hang up on me. He refused to answer my questions saying I needed to speak to a travel agent, then said I had to have a date scheduled before speaking to one. I told him I needed to schedule it soon, I just had some questions. He kept repeating the same thing, practically yelling at me, and then hung up. Seriously?! I've paid my deposit, but feel maybe I should just cut my losses. What a joke!

Negative experience: Scammers, I had them call me because I activated my "free trip" I won at a raffle and they wanted to offer me a "free Vegas trip" just for activating, when I politely declined their offer the man said "GET OFF MY PHONE" and hung up. How professional. He tried getting my card info and had everything "in writing". IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOO TO BE TRUE ITS MOST LIKELY A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: This company literally places you on the lowest ratings hotels possible. I chose a two night stay at Palm Springs for a "free trip" and got placed in a Motel 6. I decided to upgrade and paid out of pocket, the hotel that I was placed had a horrid smell on the carpet and I decided to just stay 1 night. I understand these are "free" but your company chooses to place people at the cheapest, lowest rate possible and this is just very unprofessional.

CRAZY how you don't seem to care about all the very, very credible terrible reviews. But the new ones, ALL OVER IT XDDD goodluck dude Response to Owner: ABSOLUTE SHOCKER!! now go tell that to the hundreds of terrible reviews clown

Negative experience: This is a total scam. Do not fall for this timeshare presentation. The gift card for $25 is not valid. The number from the person who sent the email confirmation is invalid. You cannot get through to customer service (no customer service). Jake, the timeshare sales person told us to contact him if any problems and he is nowhere to be found as he is out scamming others. Do not give them a penny as a deposit. Also Jake gave us this sob story and we now are assuming it was all made up.

Casablanca Express

Casablanca Express does not offer $25 gift cards nor are we a timeshare or vacation club that gives presentations. We would appreciate if you would direct your complaint to the company that you visited. Cssablanca Express provides gifts and incentives with one office in Westlake Village, CA.

Negative experience: I called in today requesting to see what airlines they partner with. The representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I did not capture his name. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he stated that no supervisor was available. I also received a voucher from sitting in a timeshare presentation. I'm happy I did not sign up if this is the type of customer service they offer.

Negative experience: We attended a travel club presentation and were given a certificate for 2 free nights from Casablanca Express. After following all their rules and paying $70 to cover taxes for the room we were assigned 2 nights at a Motel 8 outside of Sarasota. The agent advised us to upgrade due to the poor quality of the hotel, which we did. Basically this was a scam. She did not tell us the true cost of the room and after receiving the statement we actually paid full retail. They did not return phone calls, and they do not honor their offers. I would never believe any of their offers.

Negative experience: GARBAGE. SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. Bait you with a "free trip" to big name brand hotel brands, you find out it's really to "affiliate" hotels of these big brands in Mexico and it's not all inclusive. Then they won't tell you where you'll be staying until 14 days prior UNLESS you want to "upgrade" and choose your hotel. The cost for the so called upgrade for just the stay at the hotel is more than both hotel and airfare combined if you booked it yourself and it would be all inclusive. Also, once you "activate" your free trip, they're supposed to contact you months in advance and they don't, they take forever despite how many times you call, then when you finally do get ahold of a "travel agent" they say you have to choose by tomorrow or you'll lose everything. DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

Negative experience: More steps/confirming via letter/sending check deposit than anticipated. Customer service have been helpful spoke with a gentleman named Julio and he was great. Will update review but so far we're scheduled to go to Cabo and should be no more further steps. Updated review: Cxled trip for the refund. Was informed the housing provided was at a motel 6 when we were told by hyatt it would be at the hyatt resort. The casablanca rep said its not their fault and I did not read the fine print... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Avoid I also read from reddit posts that the flights choose the cheapest option vs non stop and could have long layovers.

Negative experience: TOTAL SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, OR MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS HORRID! That said, it took OVER A YEAR to get even a semblance of a promised vacation plan together only to discover the only way to get something good you have to pay more and wait more. Totally a sham. Lesson: Don't just walk, RUN AWAY from ANYONE representing this company. Nothing worth time or money is sold door to door or by random people in random event venues. You do WAY BETTER to just book your own vacay with Expedia.

Positive experience: Update**** Julio (manager) reached out to me after I left the review. He said he was not aware of the situation. He promptly set up the refund and the check was delivered within a business day. _____________________ I had to cancel my trip due to layoffs at my company. They told me the check would be mailed out between 30-60 days. When the 60 days were approaching, I called back and the woman helping me said she would expedite if. It’s been almost three months and I haven’t received it. I called today and again, they said I would receive within 7 days. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Would not recommend going with this "travel agency". I should have known better; from the beginning it was RED FLAG. All the employees are frustrated any time you call (I assume its from all the upset customers). We had trouble in the beginning due to misleading statements by the sales reps., then they tried to make it better with "free" trips so we bought into it. Theres all sorts of caveats like black out days, you can only travel during certain time IF the dates you pick are AVAILABLE. Save your time and money. And to the company, please dont try to make it up to me with more "DEALS". Thank you!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. Took 9 months to get a hold of someone to book our Vegas trip that was “free” minus us paying the taxes… we paid the taxes. Then still took an additional 2 months to get the “free” trip. Then they asked if we wanted to pay $86 to have a direct flight to Vegas rather than having a stop along the way. Worth it (so we thought). We paid the $86 for the non stop flight. Only to get to the airport at 9:57am the morning of our flight that was scheduled to depart at 11:25. Thinking we were plenty early, our tickets were not even in their system at all. We had to pay for our flight to Vegas that was suppose to be a “free” trip. We had already made reservations and paid for vip tickets at a museum, so we went ahead and paid for our “free tickets” Then we were promised a 5star hotel on the strip, which technically speaking that was correct. They just left out if was one of the cheapest hotels in Vegas, and took 22 mins to get to anything from the hotel by car. The only thing near our hotel was an McDonald’s and an Walgreens. Our hotel was surrounded by demolished buildings decorated with a lot of graffiti. Our hotel was in the most run down part of Vegas there was. Our “free” trip ended up costing us over $700. The only thing that was accurate with this scam of a company, was the flight coming back home. Everything else was very much mislead and or false all together. Avoid this company at all costs! They will not refund your money either. We will never recommend them and have been turning friends and family away. Friends and family we once recommended this company to, because they make it sound so good. Don’t fall for their customer service sales pitch. It’s all BULL and you’ll very much be left disappointed and out a lot of money.

Negative experience: Horrible Horrible Horrible service. We had a condo reserved. They accidently put the wrong start date and the wrong type of room which they admitted doing. Negative experience: Husband and I were promised a cruise, we waited close to 8 months, paid $700. Casablanca didn't book as they should have and informed us May 1st (we supposed to leave May 19th) so they said that they could either book another time or refund and give us a $200. My flights alone cost over $1k. Don't trust them.

Negative experience: What a bad experience. They leave out that you will stay in the lowest quality place, an hour away from anything they enticed you with, oh… and they want you to get up at 3am to go home the very next day at the theme park they make you drive an hour to and from. I also had to go through multiple forms, calls and such throughout the year it took to book this trip. Sometimes you will be told that is all…. But it is not. Watch your mail! Because if you miss something you didn’t know was coming they threaten over and over that you lose it all. When you try to call you get out on hold for 30 min at a time AFTER already getting a rep on the line, probably so you’ll just hang up and run away from the cluster mess horrible service they provide. Do not get tricked into “a good time”. Run away and never look back After what I have been through over the past year of hell, they better refund me asap before I contact my lawyer. They should OWE me a trip for all the time they have stollen from me and the stress THEY cause. Complete SCAM. They literally hang up on you or pretend to not hear you. I’m not going away until the refund posts and unfortunately I think this is going to be more headache. If I had nothing better to do, I would stand outside of their building to warn everyone away until they shut down

Negative experience: Most disrespectful customer service representative I have genuinely spoken to. Gave no direction whatsoever and was extremely impatient with me. I have been waiting for a refund check for 3 months now and keep being told that the finance department needs to issue the check and no other update every single time I call. The person I spoke with was a male and seems to be the only male representative there. He honestly needs to consider a career change where he doesn't deal with any customers directly.

Negative experience: Absolute joke! 100% do not recommend! Received a trip to DisneyWorld, when my family was ready to plan the trip (after we paid our deposit, mind you), our assigned travel agent ghosted us for WEEKS! When she FINALLY got back to us after daily phone calls for several weeks on end, she gave us a final quote for the trip that was DOUBLE the amount of the original. Called back an hour later to cancel all together, and we were told we would get our refund by mail in 30-60 days. We are past the 60 day threshold with no refund. Again, we have been trying to communicate with them for a couple weeks now on our refund without ANY response. This company is a scam! DO.NOT. USE. THEM!

Negative experience: Scam. Their business model is either get you to sign a timeshare contract or make any sort of promised reward so difficult to attain that they acquire a few hundred dollars from you for reservations, and down payments. Honestly don't waste your time with any promises they give. Good luck if you're with them.

Negative experience: I took an offer from them to attend one of their presentations in exchange for a free trip to Hawaii Honolulu. They later charged me a tax and deposit for the trip which I had no problem paying. After realizing we would have a very limited time there they offered a 7 night stay at one of their timeshares. I have been trying to schedule that for months now and they are not responding to me. WHAT A SCAM do not go to their presentation

Anna B 1 year ago

Negative experience: Scammers. Do NOT fall for their timeshare presentation! I was approached by a guy in a shopping mall offering to attend a timeshare presentation. I argued with him for 10 min telling him I prefer to book trips on my conditions instead of relying on some shady companies. Eventually, he convinced me to go to that timeshare presentation, promising a 3 days/2 nights luxury trip at one of their 5-star properties. After attending the presentation and selecting a destination location, I was offered a crappy motel in SF (who wants to stay at a junkie motel there?) with a very inconvenient flight (early morning, one-stop flight). Of course, I refused to take this "luxury trip" and was told that my $238 deposit would be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. It's been 8 weeks, and of course, I didn't get any payment back. I called customer service today, and the agent was very rude. He said he'd expedite my request to a financial department and hung up on me after that. I guess I'll just use a stop payment on my check. Stay away from these crooks, folks! p.s. Update. Eventually, I received my reimbursement check. However, it doesn't change my opinion about the company.

Negative experience: Tried getting help on the status of my trip and the manchild "helping me" hung up on me after I couldn't hear whatever he mumbled. This place should be shut down, they way they operate or more like don't operate is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Total scam! If you ever read this, go ahead and change careers, you should not be in customer service.

Negative experience: Was on hold for 30 minutes and some ones answered just to say “hold on a minute” after another 10 minutes they hung up. I called another time asking a question from a customer service rep and they would interrupt me saying they weren’t done talking. we won a free trip but I’m convinced this place is either a scam or they do everything to ensure you don’t want to do service with them. If you want to book the free trip there are so many stipulations and make it nearly impossible to schedule something.

Negative experience: This company will try to swindle you at any step of the way, any chance they get. Never trust them, even if you think it's going well. They WILL pull the rug out from under you. And their completely refundable deposit? They'll just ignore your emails for months and make you sit on hold until you give up and try calling another day, and if you don't, then they'll just pretend to not be able to hear you and immediately hang up. Edit: I contacted them again after their reply to my review... Still NOTHING a week later!

Negative experience: By far the worst experience I've ever had with a TRAVEL AGENCY. They lied to me about upgrading my stay I paid an extra 250$ just for them to tell me I never upgraded and that I was lying. The Customer service representatives are all rude and have very disrespectful attitudes. I've never seen such unprofessionalism. I was very patient it felt like i was begging them for a trip that THEY OFFERED ME, all I wanted was what was promised to me, after going back and forth with the reps and MANAGER JULIO, which is also the most unprofessional manager I've spoke with they gave me two options. upgarde the stay for an extra 700$ or get a refund. I took my refund and it has now been over 2 months and I have not received my refund. I am a platinum points owner with HYATT VACATION CLUB and I am surprised and baffled that hyatt is partnered with such an unproffesional agancy. My advice, dont give them a deposit and stay clear from this place youre better off planning a trip yourself for cheaper and less stress.

Negative experience: This is a Time Share SCAM to get your information. Book your own travel; you will get what you want and when you want it. They just want to sell you a time share and will put you on hold for hours on end to book all your travel. We did get our deposit back after debating why we did not want to continue with the trip, but be prepared to be passed along and sit on hold wasting your valuable time.

Negative experience: Horrible. This company is a big scam. They never respond to emails, it’s takes a good 60-90 minutes to get a hold of anyone over the phone which doesn’t matter anyway because they simply talk a mile a minute and then hang up on you without addressing any of your questions or concerns. Ultimately due to how horrible it’s been trying to communicate with them I just asked for my deposit back and to forfeit the trip. They said they would send it back and gave me an estimated date. It’s been 2 weeks since that date and no one will respond to me, yet again. Don’t waste your time or money.

Negative experience: Horrible company this is such a scam!! Don’t give them any of your money! First of all if you get a free trip with them they will offer you the worst experience possible then try to sell you something better. I bought a package with them and they never emailed me the details. When I called customer service letting them know the person that answered was immediately rude and couldn’t be bothered to send me the email and instead hung up on me! I had to claim fraud on my card to try to get my money back.

Negative experience: Please read and spare yourself from this dreadful company. If you have "won a free trip", pay for it yourself because that's exactly what you'll end up doing in the end. With all the promotional flights, hotel, etc- you will have to upgrade so much (which you pay for) that you dont need this company nor the headache. The only thing they give you for FREE, is disrespect, defensive attitudes, getting hung up on and no follow up. Once they get your deposit- game over, they will almost need to pay you for working so hard to get a hold of someone. Technology wise they are in the stone ages - will not take card, only money orders or cashiers check; emails that are never addressed or include proper/pertinent information- only images; they took a screen shot of our tickets and emailed these terrible blurry tickets. All and all, this is not a business, this is a scam through and through.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I agree with the review below, once you send over your deposit, you never hear back from them. Also, customer service is a DISASTER. I called for almost half a year to confirm my stay and never received a call back and when I did connect to a representative, the majority were extremely rude and unprofessional. Today I was finally transferred to a supervisor/ manager who literally yelled at me over the phone and told me "I did not want a solution", hung up and did not care to resolve the problem. What is strange is that I had a person from a "different department" upgrade my stay to a region he doesn't even cover, and never sending me confirmation information. If I were you, I'd stay away. Nothing but headache and waste of time.

Negative experience: AVOID. This is the most scammy business I have ever dealt with. They never answer their phones or response to emails aside from general info. They’ve taken $350 from me for a deposit for a trip they won’t schedule or respond about. Don’t waste your time with them.

Negative experience: I sat through a 90 minute timeshare pitch with a different company after "winning" a "free 7 day hotel stay" and got a voucher to book through this company. Was disappointed once I got the voucher and details for the trip. The process is convoluted (have to mail a cash deposit to claim the "free" trip and can't pay online, etc.) Ended up not claiming the trip as it would be too much hassle and based on the details described in all these reviews. Disappointed I wasted a couple hours of my life and don't recommend booking through this company.

Olydia Willis 1 year ago

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this ENTIRELY, we were already annoyed with the entire process of receiving the "FREE" 2 night stay that was given by a Timeshare presentation. However he we are 1 year later still trying to get this "FREE" trip and to no avail they've selected the dates we requested but didn't inform us. Usually emails are another form of communication much better than sending stuff through USPS! POOR communication and website is NOT useful also their CSA don't introduce themselves once call starts, just terrible.

Teresa Carvajal 1 year ago

Negative experience: Like many others, I “won a free trip” and had to endure a timeshare style presentation. I have done many of these presentations before and I don’t mind because their high pressure tactics don’t work on me. I listen to their pitch, politely decline, and collect my gifts. I finally decided to use one of the trip vouchers I had for a trip to Honolulu. You have to send a deposit to get the ball rolling. Something around $500, can’t remember exactly. And I had to send a check. Once the deposit was received, they called and I selected my travel date. When that date drew closer, I received another call to go over details and to see if I wanted to purchase an “upgrade” for my trip. Here’s where the catch is. The “free” trip has the absolute worst flights and accommodations. You will spend more time traveling to your destination than actually being there. Unless you spend more, and you honestly have to or the trip just isn’t worth it. Believe me, I wanted to cancel outright. But they already had my deposit and I knew I would never see that money again. So I purchased the upgrade and my “free trip” ended up costing me around $2,000 when it was all said and done. I could have booked the exact same hotel and flight for much less. They won this round, but I will never take one of these free trip scams again.

I’m starting to believe this “CASA BLANCA EXPRESS” free complimentary days trip is some sort of SPAM…be careful!

Negative experience: I strongly advise against using this agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, when we were booking our honeymoon, their agent, Mauricia, not only overcharged us but also mishandled our prepaid deposit. Instead of deducting it from the final price as agreed, she added it, resulting in an unexpected upcharge. It's baffling that such a basic error could occur. Upon raising the issue with the manager, William, he assured us that he would rectify the situation and refund the upcharge (our deposit). However, two weeks passed, and there was no sign of the promised refund. Every attempt to contact William was met with the excuse that he was 'in a meeting' or 'with other clients.' It's unacceptable for a manager to avoid addressing a serious matter in such a manner. To make matters worse, the agency had the audacity to suggest that I contact my bank, claiming they had already sent the refund. This turned out to be a blatant lie, as they never provided any receipts as promised. The level of unprofessionalism, the complete lack of customer service, and the overall deceitful behavior displayed by this agency are deeply disappointing. Their actions demonstrate a severe lack of integrity, and it's bewildering how they continue to operate with such low standards. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this agency at all costs.

Tyan Creed 1 year ago

Negative experience: Do not EVER give these people your credit card for a "deposit". You'll never get it back. We sat through their presentation for a "free" trip. After jumping through many many hoops and a year later, we tried scheduling our "free" trip. The lady on the phone strong-armed us into NOT going to San Diego, which is where we really wanted to go, and go to Vegas instead. The lady on the phone also talked VERY fast. I didn't realize what we had agreed to. We had to pay an upgrade fee, the resort fee for the hotel, and they kept our deposit!! Our "free" trip cost us SO MUCH MONEY! Bad business!

Jim Massey 1 year ago

Negative experience: Their "free trips" aren't very good. I think the point their free trips is really to upsell you. I get the business of upselling, but not when it feels a little like a misleading offer. The time share company that gives the "free" certificate is not really free. Do lots of research before you spend $1 with them. Example: they have a free Disney trip. That includes airfare, a late evening flight out of your home airport and 6am flight leaving your destination. And they book the hotel in LA over an hour and half a away. When I was presented with this very inconvenient offer, they were quick to offer the upsell. I think they are a travel agency with a very creative marketing tactic. I think if you add up their up front costs and the upsell, I believe you can just buy the package for the same costs.

Andrew Stewart 1 year ago

Negative experience: I recently went on a week vacation through this company and have to admit was very disappointed with the level of service, demeanor, and out right rudeness of their workers. The primary interaction I had was with Simon Lewis. The call started off rather innocuously as he tried to upsell me, which is understandable since he probably receives commission. But when I stated that I was good with the normal rates and hotels he proceeded to insult my treatment of my significant other, stating that "she isn't very classy". I guess he thought humiliation would force me into a sale? Not a tactic I would have chosen but to each their own. After we had completed the discussion he told me that I would be contacted a week before our trip to finalize everything. I began to ask "Would I be contacted by phone or email," but before I could finish the sentence he hung up on me. A week before the trip I emailed Simon asking if there were any updates and how I needed to proceed to which I received, "Andrew if you took a basic trip I have nothing to do with that booking as I told you." Essentially once I was no longer an upsell opportunity he wanted nothing to do with me. I am not sure what is more concerning about this transaction. The lack of customer service? The rudeness? The insults? The dismissive behavior? Regardless, I would likely not use this company again in the future.

Negative experience: Went to a vacation club presentation. Got the week stay at a hotel through this company. You have to jump through so many hoops and can't set up the reservation till really close to your travel dates. Between that and only being able to call during small windows of time a week it comes down to the wire pretty easily. We were looking to upgrade to a place that had an extra bed and all the prices we were given were exactly the same as what was on other hotel websites. No discount at all. After realizing this and a bit of back and forth we decided to take the refund which we haven't received after almost a year waiting. Not really worth the time for the presentation.

Negative experience: Not a fan of this place. They had a bunch of "Wiggle room" for booking and wanted to see if we could book within 2 years. I said we weren't interested because we had a wedding and other things to pay for. They stated they could push to 3 years out. I said I was not interested due to other things that require my time and money. They pushed on for about 5 minutes, and when I calmly and nicely stated we just weren't interested, the guy hung up on me. No "Thank you goodbye" nothing, just hung up... STAY AWAY, THESE GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL
