Fantastic experience: UPDATE: After leaving the review below, I got a personal email from the CEO of Tripmasters letting me know they will be switching their site back to air-inclusive package searches. Can't tell you how excited we are! We've used them for 4 trips to Europe, and last year Egypt! So glad we get to use them going forward. Updating to 5 stars. Fingers crossed! --------------------original review------------------------------------- We've used Tripmasters for years and always loved the convenience of their vacation packages, which included airfare. Unfortunately, the website has become practically useless. In the past, you could easily browse vacation packages by price, with airfare included—a game-changer for budget-conscious travelers. Now, their offerings are limited to "hotel-only" packages that skyrocket in price when you add airfare, making it impossible to compare deals effectively. Airfare is the most unpredictable and costly part of any trip, so removing it from the equation defeats the purpose of using their platform. Instead of shopping by price, you're forced to shop by specific dates, and if you have to use other websites to figure out affordable airfare, why not just book the entire package elsewhere? Booking.com anybody? It's actually easier now. It’s a shame to see such a reliable service lose its edge. Tripmasters, you've lost a loyal customer

Fantastic experience: So we just got back from Italy and the trip was amazing. A big thank you to Trip Masters for making it all so easy and seamless. Flight canceled…they got us on a new flight quickly. Questions…they got answers. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We are already looking at our next trip and it will be through Trip Masters without a doubt. 100% recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I have used Tripmasters three times for trips to Europe. Each time I was very happy with all aspects of booking travel and hotels through them. You can filter flights and hotels in a variety of ways and see user hotel reviews and ratings as well as map locations, if there’s a certain area of a city where you prefer to locate. Also, if you swap out hotels or flights, it always updates the cost of your trip. I will use them again.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my third european vacation with Tripmasters. Their approach takes the stress out of planning; their assistance in creating the best trip is amazing. Their pricing is also great. I could do all the separate pieces and parts myself, but Tripmasters walks you through the steps and provides a great, easy to follow package.

Fantastic experience: Loved the London at Christmas trip! So much to see, and our hotel, St. Ermins, was wonderfully located and all around wonderful. Close to Westminster Abbey and the Thames. Great walkability and proximity to the tube. Fifth trip via Tripmasters and always pleased.

Fantastic experience: If you are trying not to deal with the hassel and stress of planning for a trip, Tripmasters is a great website to get your itinerary set and ready to go. The customer service is great and they have many options for you in regards to transportation, hotels, and tours. Im already planning my next trip for 2025!!

Fantastic experience: The trip was incredible, everything went so smoothly. The price was awesome, the hotels, and flights. The personnel was great helping with the small details ,such as getting window seats on all of the transportation. My granddaughters enjoyed seeing the great views where on the planes and trains.. The trip was well coordinated, there were 5 different flights, 4 hotels, and 2 train rides. Everyting was seamless and I grateful because I was traveling with a 13 and 5 year old. I like the variety of different of combination of places to travel. We visited 2 countries, consisting of 4 cities (Paris, France and Venice, Florence, and Rome, Italy). This was my 3rd trip with this agency. I can't wait to plan my next trip.

Fantastic experience: This is our second time using Tripmasters to book a trip. We had an amazing experience both times. I like being able to choose dates and the destination and they populate recommendations for flight and hotel stays. In both instances, we went with the initial recommendations and it turned out really well. On our most recent trip, we flew into Lisbon, Portugal and stayed for 4 nights, took a train from there to Porto, Portugal and stayed 4 nights. From there, we flew home. Our previous trip was similar. We flew into Madrid, Spain and stayed for 3 days and then took a flight from there to Barcelona, Spain for 3 days. Both trips were amazing. The tours we booked were well worth the money. The cost of food was comparable or cheaper than USA. We are already talking about doing Eastern Europe in the next couple of years.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I go to Europe at least once a year. We started using Tripmasters after I saw an ad form them, in the London metro I think, around 2015. Along with flight tickets and hotels, Tripmasters allows you to travel the country that you are visiting by train, usually the high speed trains, instead of trying to force you to fly to different cities. That lets you see many cities and do so at a much cheaper price than their competitors. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t left to go on our trip and have already had a problem. You don’t get your vouchers with itinerary until a week before you leave. Prior to that, there was nothing that said we would need to return the rental car and fly out of a different airport than the one we flew into. So we naturally, we booked our flights out of the airport we fly into. I called trip master and they are emailing the rental car agency to see if we can return the car to where we picked it up from for an additional fee. Of course, this will take 24-72 hrs, to get a response. It’s understandable they want you to book everything through them. But when you are using credit card points to make a trip more affordable then to have added expenses add on, doesn’t sit right with me. Update: They fixed the problem. I changed my rating. Fantastic experience: I will be the first to say, I was doubtful that my "DIY tour" through tripmasters would actually work once I and my family took off for Italy. I was sooo wrong, however. We had one of the best vacations I have ever had and were amazed that absolutely every detail worked flawlessly. I went online and used the "advanced tab" to create exactly the vacation we wanted. I went through each detail and then clicked the button to book my DIY tour. Wow! I was impressed. Every driver showed up on time. Every excursion worked perfectly. We swam in the Mediterranean, saw the ancient city of Pompeii, romped through Rome, and took a cooking class in Sorrento. We did everything we wanted at a price that was entirely affordable. I would highly recommend this site. Be brave and try a DIY tour yourself so you get exactly the vacation you want.

Fantastic experience: I have used Tripmasters for several European trips and I have no complaints. We just came back from Lisbon and Barcelona. ( we’ve used for Venice (twice), Paris, Florence and Rome). I love doing the research and planning my own trips. Tripmasters stays in touch during the duration with hotel and flight info so I always feel informed. I can’t wait to go to Europe again and use Tripmasters!!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Price for our trip was the best we could find. Airfare and hotels were very good to great. Hotels in London and Lisbon were great. Hotels in Dublin and Amsterdam were very good. All Hotels were at the included price. We were surprised when our Dublin plans changed. Trip masters was able to get us a partial refund for days not used. Much appreciated. We were updated on flights regularly. A word of caution, not the fault of trip masters. American Airlines and Ibera are partners. Iberia was a headache from Lisbon to Madrid. Madrid to JFK and home. They do their best to NOT provide accommodations for their flight errors. Trip masters did their best to help and were a good sounding board. Five hour battles with Iberea customer service in Madrid and JFK very bad customer service finally got us a room. A lot of passengers just gave up and walked away. fight for what you are due. Having said that, the 5 star review is correct. They covered all travel issues, passports,visa etc before your trip. Great information and customer service. Will definitely use them again..

Fantastic experience: This is the 2nd time I have used Tripmasters to plan an international, multi-day vacation and both times were amazing! Everything was taken care of in one site, and one reservation. I love that I can adjust days, hotels, transportation all in one sport! The itineraries were thorough and accurate. Fantastic experience: Hello, We recently used Tripmasters to plan a trip to the Czech Republic, Vienna, and Budapest with my husband and family. This is the ✌️ time using Tripmasters. We are already planning our next one. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The flexibility of the packages allowed us to customize our itinerary to include all the cultural experiences and destinations we wanted to explore. ️We thoroughly enjoyed the imperial architecture, vibrant culture, and thermal baths. Each city left us more in love. The booking process was straightforward, and everything was well-organized, which made our travels smooth and enjoyable. If you travel in a group. But book separately. They do their best to get you on the same train schedule etc. ‍ Their customer services is top notch. We’ve never had any bad experiences with Tripmasters. We Highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: I have used Trip Masters on six different occasions from the US to Europe. I love the fact that you can browse and choose your own flights and hotels, which made it so convenient to be where I wanted to be, when I wanted to be there! I now manage Europe in just a four night stayover. Their choice of hotels allows you to pick the area you want to stay in and that makes all the difference and only need four nights in Europe. I just came back from a solo Finland trip and everything that I chose through tripmasters was fabulous. I'm preparing right now for Nashville, Tennessee and Dublin, Ireland. I will be booking both together 2 months apart of course!

Fantastic experience: Tripmasters did a stellar job on our vacation plans. Everything was just as expected from the airline to the rental car. Our hotels were superb. We appreciated staying in the Skeffington Arms in Galway. This old boutique hotel had an interesting historical background and we thoroughly enjoyed it and the connected lively pub. This was the trip of a lifetime for us and TripMasters made it a delight. Everything was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: We had originally investigated Costco Travel for our trip to Europe but as a checks-and-balances I randomly selected TripMasters to compare against. Big surprise that TripMasters was several thousand less for around the same level of service and support as Costco Travel. Of course where the rubber hits the road is how things went during the trip. I can tell you everything that TripMasters scheduled for us went off without a hitch. From the British Airways flight from IAH to LHR, the hotel Wellington by Blue Orchid in London, the EuroStar train from London to Paris, the hotel Le Colisee' in Paris, the Air France flight from Paris to Venice, the hotel at Montecarlo in Venice, the train transport from Venice to Florence, the hotel La Casa Del Garbo in Florence (the absolute best hotel on the square next to Uffizi), the train transport from Florence to Rome, the hotel Relais La Maison in Rome, the British Airways flight from CDG to LHR, and finally the British Airways flight from LHR back home to IAH were all near perfection. It was a big stress relief to know that the base trip infrastructure was in place during out trip. Thank-you for that Trip Masters for a well supported trip.

Fantastic experience: This recent wonderful Santorini & Athens trip which Tripmasters helped booking for us was outstanding. You have outdone yourself again from registration, suggesting the perfect hotel locations to guide us thru the whole trip procedures. Fantastic experience: Tripmaster offers the best packages for traveling. It gives you the option to pick your hotels. The best price in the market for traveling which also most of the time includes sightseeing tours.

Fantastic experience: My vacation time in Rome was fantastic and tripmaster help me set it up . At some point I would definitely go there again. My family and I had so much fun great restaurants near the hotel that we stayed in the independent. And we even hopped on the train and went to Venice that was a great experience too.

Positive experience: Update: edit: Everything worked out in the end for the travel insurance claim. Communication about the process could be better. Changing one star to four stars. Don't get the travel insurance they offer through Redpoint, which I'm sure they get a kickback from. Anything that happens, they want itemized proof of everything. Problem is that Tripmasters won't give you proof of individual line item costs, citing confidentiality agreements. They say they will send the information directly to Redpoint, but they never do. Scam!

Fantastic experience: All the hotels acomodations where perfectly place , very secure environment. Airplane seats were good. Hotels where in a good neighborhood we felt at home very peaceful environment.

Fantastic experience: I have traveled to various countries over the past five decades and more recently used TripMasters in planning trips to three destinations within Costa Rica and two destinations within the Basque region of Spain. My experience in using TripMasters was exceptional. The organization of the website, costs and information and support provided by TripMasters are excellent so I highly recommend using this website for planning your next trip.

Negative experience: Worst booking service ever DO NOT booked with Tripmasters, they used to be a good travel company and have lost their quality. They are not transparent on their pricing and give suggested routes of the “best way” to travel from city to city, we used them with ease in the past so we trusted their recommendation but ended up getting an additional ~$700 charge for a rental car from one city to another, when a train or a cab would have been significantly less. I am outraged that this was what Tripmasters suggested at first I thought it was just a hold on my card and surely a one day rental wouldn’t be this price, I tried to dispute it with Tripmasters and they refused to acknowledge the suggestion and pricing was incredibly unreasonable. I was a long time customer of Tripmasters and will NEVER again use them.

Fantastic experience: Tripmasters is my new go to for traveling. I love that you can customize your trip with all the different tours and change hotels to your needs or flights. All their tours and hotels we used were in great areas and such nice people. They were also so quick to respond when I needed to change things or had questions. Amazing company highly recommend!

Tripmasters Was very easy to work with, gave me all the choices to choose my direct flights to Paris and hotels in the neighborhood of my choice, allow us to add on excursions as desired. I will definitely be booking with Tripmasters again.

Negative experience: Although easy to book, they have one major flaw. They are not open 24-hours. This is problematic if you are in Europe and have a problem, they will not be able to help you. We had a cancelled flight back home and the airlines didn't want to help us because we had booked through a travel agent and kept telling us to contact them. Of course we couldn't because they were closed. This resulted in us having to wait until the next day before we could leave. It was a terrible inconvenience in several ways. Probably won't use them again for this reason.

Fantastic experience: Amazing trip to Croatia booked through Tripmasters. Booked everything online with multiple city hotels, rental car and ferries. Had to make some changes while on the trip and Tripmasters agents were so helpful and always picked up the calls right away and were very helpful and gave us good advice and were able to rebook things for us while we were on the trip. Everything was exactly the way we had booked it. We got the best pricing and service from Tripmasters.

Fantastic experience: I have used Tripmasters many times to plan my vacation trips abroad. I get to customize my own trips, yet have complete confidence thier agents are with me all the way in case I run into a snag. They provide me with all the necessary travel documents and reservations. Negative experience: We booked 3 nights in Munich. Arrived earlier so we can dropped off our luggage for us to head out to our afternoon tour. Arrived to know our room at Le Meridien Hotel canceled by our travel agency. Tried to call but no freaking one answer because they closed from 12pm to 8am (Eastern Time) . We couldn't check-in our luggage and now drag our luggages around in the high heat outside waiting until they open to call. After more than 10 phone calls back and forth. We still don't have hotel when it's not our fault for the cancelation. They won't be able to find us a hotel near where we booked because there is an concert going on. So what, not our fault that our hotel got canceled. They offered us crappy hotel and hotel far away, which we can't because we got no car. Finally we have to find a room to book at this crappy hotel. The room is not even 1/2 of the size of the room we booked and hotel old, stink, in a geto area, drank no freaking streetlight. But Tripmasters said nothing much they can do. Wth? Really? I paid for my hotel, and now I had to pay additional almost 1500 for this hotel at the most crappy hotel, like Motel 8 compare to Le Meridien of Marriott? Are you freaking kidding me? I demand my refund, reimbursement, etc. No email responded and no one say anything yet. Look at the first 5 photos of the room we received vs. The room we booked and paid for at Le Meridien(the last 4 photos)

Fantastic experience: When researching a vacation to see all of the hot spots of Greece, I was quite skeptical when I came across this agency that I have never heard of who seemed to be hassle free and very affordable. Of course, I did my research, read the reviews, and this agency was TOP TIER! EVERYTHING was exactly as stated! Emails and apps were updated regularly if there was a change. My trip was 10 days total, with 4 different hotels at three different cities in Greece, ferries and domestic flights in between (yes, very busy) and was easy to follow along with all of the instructions given by TripMasters. We never needed to call the agency because everything was precisely as stated! I picked my own hotels and airlines wisely, as I saw that the very few "Karen's" who rated this agency poorly, solely had issues with their hotels and/or airlines (Lufthansa). Thank you, Tripmasters, for being our "travel agent" without having to actually hire a travel agent! The process was so smooth, that I HIGHLY recommend to ALL and will be traveling again with you all in the future! Cheers!

Negative experience: Beware!! They booked our whole trip and everything and they didn’t include luggage in the middle of the trip going from Abu Dhabi to India We had to pay for luggage which cost more than our airline tickets $1200. That is unacceptable and I think dishonest. Must be how they’re trying to make you think you’re getting a good deal! We tried calling them working with the airlines they wouldn’t do anything and then after the fact we’ve been talking to them and they’re saying try to get a discount from the airlines. We tried, obviously they weren’t gonna do that and they still aren’t and now trip advisor won’t respond to us either. Just awful when you save for a trip but something like this throws it completely off! It’s Too bad cause the trip was nice other than that but I won’t use them again. So check everything g carefully.

Fantastic experience: At first we were skeptical, thinking the pricing was perhaps too good to be true. But in the end, we are raving fans. Not only does Tripmasters make it easy and convenient to book everything together, allowing you to choose your flights, inter-city or country transport, and hotels, but their customer service is amazing. The app was incredibly helpful, giving you all of your vouchers and every piece of information you'd need, with notifications of upcoming departures, etc. Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. We'll be using them for years to come.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using trip master. While I found the initial app a little difficult to navigate I was glad that we powered through and finished the process! We particularly found the customer service to be very helpful. Spoke with live people every time we called and they answered all of our questions. (We were booking a trip to Nicaragua so we wanted to just make sure everything was in order!) Also they are quick to respond in email as well. We were able to adapt things even after the initial booking. The transfers we had were fantastic and it was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry about that once we were there. Overall, I would recommend tripmaster and will absolutely consider using them again!

Fantastic experience: Another great trip planned through Tripmasters. Beautiful hotels, seamless travel, and allows us to package a vacation without a tour. This way we create the itinerary and Tripmasters supports our dreams!

Negative experience: The Radisson Blu Hotel in London had no hot water for 3 out of the 4 days that we stayed there. Also there was only one working elevator which was very inconvenient, especially if your room was at the opposite end of the hotel. They promised a partial refund which has not materialized yet. Tripmasters had to get involved to investigate the situation.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a 7-night trip to Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona through Tripmasters, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The flight selection was perfect, with minimal layovers and a schedule that fit our plans beautifully. After comparing prices on various booking sites, Tripmasters offered the best deal by far. The hotels they booked for us were in prime locations, right in the center of everything, which made exploring each city incredibly convenient. Although I booked my excursions separately, the overall trip went smoothly without any issues. Based on this experience, I will most likely book my next trip with Tripmasters again

Fantastic experience: I have used Tripmasters for Italy and just recently Portugal. Definitely an agency I recommend in trusting to put your trip together and provide great choices. They send out reminders regarding check-in times, activities or overall any updates or changes. This time around they provided me a link to download thier app that had all my information. I loved the app because it also included a map of destination that provided so many local restaurants, landmarks etc.

Fantastic experience: I just returned from a 9-day trip to Canada. We flew to Toronto and took the train to Montreal and Quebec City. Everything went smoothly and we had a fantastic time! TripMasters customer service is top-notch along with their very useful app that provides the itinerary, maps, attractions for each city, and any updates in real time. This was my second time using TripMasters and they are the BEST! We went to Europe in 2019 (Venice, Florence, Paris, and Barcelona) and had an unforgettable vacation. I don't think we could book all our hotels, flights, trains, and other transportation on our own and have the same high-quality experiences and value for the money that TripMasters provides. I am always telling friends, family members, and colleagues about how great TripMasters is. They get my highest recommendation and I cannot wait to plan future trips with them!

Fantastic experience: The really cool thing about TripMasters is that their site allows you to customize a very interesting itinerary along your own preferences and create a unique vacation experience that simply cannot be recreated by a cookie-cutter touristy tour. The only thing better would be if you had an actual local directing your stay and transportation choices. The planning by the TripMasters site is the next best thing! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have used your travelling service twice first was to South Africa in 2023 all the plan was done by your wonderful, professional and knowledge JoAnn. From the flights and hotels were so perfect everything went off without any problems and the group were place in the perfect hotels walkable to stores and restaurant Second was trip to Dubai this June and JoAnn was on point again she found us the best hotel our rooms were as she said ocean views, the transportation from airport to hotel and back was so welcoming with comfort. The tours were very good, and I cannot forget the cost I think overall both trips prices were reasonable. Thank You JoAnn, I sure will be returning to TripMaster for my next plan vacation

Positive experience: I’m giving this trip 3 stars just because our round trip flight to Iceland and London was very uncomfortable. Unless you upgrade your seats for business class you will be cramped in with no leg room whatsoever. Icelandair reminded me when I booked a flight with Frontier airlines to save money and I regretted it. If you don’t mind flying cramped in an airplane for almost 6 hours flights, then is okay. Now on the positive side, the hotels were nice and we really enjoyed our vacations.

People are always shocked that we can travel at the prices we get from their packages. Our adult children now and extended family now use it for all travel. Fantastic experience: First time using Tripmasters and I was nervous because some of it felt too good to be true. I made two trip itineraries for seven family members flying out of three different airports, so there was a lot of room for error. The biggest mistake I made was spelling a family member's name wrong for the airline ticket (whoops!), but the customer service line was so reassuring and helpful as they made sure everything was ready to go by the time our trip started. Also, I almost never had to wait on hold to reach a customer service representative. We had zero issues the whole trip, which included two hotels, a train ride, and one tour purchased through the website. I will absolutely be using this service again and I can now recommend it with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Great travel website allowing you to save a lot of $ by creating an itinerary that best suits your needs. Make sure you try several different locations and choose different hotels based on star rating and location. We saved tens of thousands of dollars departing from Atlanta vs New Orleans and also choosing the same cities but in different order. So many combinations and dates to put together but again you can save thousands and thousands. The hotels they usually offer are mid level in great locations next to subways/metros so if you want more upscale then select five star only. They also allow you to choose different flights/times for different legs of your journey so as long as you put in the work you will love them. We have taken 5 international trips with them and they only get better! Thank you, TripMasters!

Fantastic experience: Booked a car through them in Sicily only to find that EuroCar required an international drivers license which I did not have. We had to rent through another car company, but Tripmasters did the right thing and refunded our money. The only problem was that we booked 2 rooms in each hotel we stayed at, and they were pretty far away from each other. Otherwise they did a great job.

Negative experience: My wife and son used Tripmasters to travel to England and Scotland in May 2024. When my wife went to check in at Premier Inn in London on May 22, 2024 she was informed that they had no record of the Tripmasters reservation and had to reserve the hotel with our personal credit card. She did so and was promptly charged $1098.60. She then called Tripmasters a few hours later and was informed that they apologize for the mistake and they will contact the hotel so they can cancel the charges. Since then the charge has not been cancelled and still remains on our credit card today, which is 7 weeks from when the charge occurred. I called Tripmasters on June 18, 2024 and was told the Tripmasters hotel section was working the issue and they would contact me. I then called them on June 24 and July 2 only to be told the hotel section is still working the issue. So, if your booking a trip, look elsewhere. They will only take care of you when its in their best interest. You would think a million dollar company like Tripmasters would reimburse me the $1098.60 and then they deal with the hotel. No, instead, they can deal with this well deserved one star review and continue to give me the run around. Update: On July 2, I spoke to a representative who told me that his Supervisor would be calling me that day. This did not happen. Another promise broken. We will be calling Monday, July 8, I will be sure to update my review to document their inaction. We called Tripmasters again on July 9th only to be informed that they are having difficulties contacting the hotel to resolve this and they should be sending us an email update in a few days. I guess that means the UK is a third world country that does not have email or phone. Well will see what happens. Update: My wife called and spoke to them on July 15th. She was informed that they had contacted the hotel and we should see the refund soon. As of July 22d we still have not received the refund and our again calling Tripmasters today. Well after multiple phone calls, emails, broken promises from Tripmasters we finally disputed the credit card charge. Bottom line, you can't trust Tripmasters to take care of you.

Fantastic experience: Tripmasters is an awesome trip-planning service and I highly recommend them! I was able to build a trip to Croatia using their website and didn't have to stress over arranging flights, hotels, and transportation because it's all built in to the website. I loved that I could edit/choose the hotels and take away parts of the itinerary they created to make it more personalized to my preferences. Their customer service is very prompt and helpful!

Fantastic experience: As always, Since 2005, I had a great experience with TRIPMASTERS Last trip to Madrid- Rome I was unable to do the check in to comeback to Miami and they kindly did it for me!!!! WOW; I really appreciate their help. Great customer service, and the one and only to allow you to book flights and hotels for different countries providing tips for the whole trip. They are fantastic.

Negative experience: I honestly don't understand how this company gets such great reviews. The website is easy to use, that's about all it has going for it. Travel arrangements are terrible and they don't vet their drivers. Our first driver's vehicle broke down and we were stranded on the side of the interstate. They told me I would have to contact the agency they booked him through. They didn't seem concerned that the driver had contacted a friend to take us to our destination instead. Very sketchy. I had to contact friends and family with the new drivers information to make sure that someone was aware and then we had to get in a car with a complete stranger that had absolutely no affiliation to the organization. Go with a reputable travel agency. They will constantly change your travel arrangements. They will downgrade your vehicle the night before. Just don't. Vacations are too far and between to gamble on. Lesson learned. Note on company response. This sounds like a solid protocol but it's not what happened and I did not rest assured. "If a driver comes across a vehicle breakdown, they contact the local operator to request another vehicle to bring the customers safe and sound to their destinations. Please rest assured that the alternative transportation is always affiliated with the local operator."

Fantastic experience: I’ve used TripMasters twice now. The first time was for 10 days in Italy (Rome & Florence with day trips to Pompeii and Venice), and we just returned from South America ~ Colombia (Medellin and Cartagena). The TripMasters website was easy to use, easy to customize, and by far the best price I was able to get when comparing other sites or trying to doing it à la carte. Most importantly, when we had a flight canceled in Colombia, TripMasters was on it, and sorted out the communication with our hotel so they didn’t give up our reservation when we didn’t show up that night. I love that they have 24 hour customer service for travel support. Next trip… Spain! And we will definitely use TripMasters again!

Make sure to make a dinner reservation as soon as you get there! The food was wonderful. The location was also great! I will definitely use Tripmasters services again.

Fantastic experience: I've used Tripmasters for two euro trips now and I really like their services. My aunt recommended them to me. They make it easy to plan travel when visiting multiple countries and give you plenty of options when booking. They are quick to respond whenever I've had inquiries. The first trip we booked with them was to Amsterdam, Edinburgh, and Dublin in 2022. We just came back from visiting Florence, Venice, Naples, Sorrento and Rome. I have and will continue to recommend Tripmasters to others looking to book a multi destination trip :)

Fantastic experience: Tripmasters was given the task of arranging hotels and transportation between airports and hotels in 6 different countries. In addition, we added some activities in each city after our trip was all programmed. When traveling for 3 weeks to six different countries, many things could go wrong. The program Tripmasters put together not only worked perfectly, NOTHING WENT WRONG! Every driver that met us, from the first one picking us up at the airport in Zagreb to the driver picking us up at 3:05 am to take us to the Prague airport, were on time, knowledgeable, spoke English and highly competent. Going from country to country, the drivers knew the routes, took us to interesting places, and made sure everything worked as it should. We could not have been happier. There was one issue which was taking the train from Vienna to Prague. It seemed that the instructions from Tripmasters was that actual tickets would be delivered to us and the voucher that we printed out was going to be replaced by a physical ticket. In fact, that was not correct and the voucher was the actual ticket. This was a very minor discrepancy. The train ride was long and we wound up basically losing a day in Prague. Had we known better, we probably would have flown or gotten on an earlier train. The hotels in each city were located close to the main, old town areas. Clearly there were many tourists in the areas we were in, but after all it was our first time to each of these European capitals (Zagreb, Belgrade, Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna and Prague in that order). The only hotel we did not particularly like was in Vienna—very expensive and not particularly customer oriented—its location, however, was excellent and the room clean and well equipped. We eventually picked some activities in each city. Tripmasters had way too many activities to choose from in each city and trying to read through all of them was impossible. We picked a couple in each city, most of which we were very happy with. The six hour walking tour of Prague was a bit too much for us—the tour leader had an encyclopedic knowledge of the history and current affairs of the Czech Republic and spoke nonstop for most of the 6 hours. He gave so much information, we could not process most of it. But that was our responsibility, not Tripmasters. We definitely will use them again. As we are seniors (both in late 70’s), and while physically active and in good shape, it makes a trip much easier to have someone else take care of all the minute details. We have learned to do things more easily and this certainly was. We give Tripmasters an A+ for their outstanding work.

Fantastic experience: This was our first experience using Trip Masters and suffice it to say, we will definitely be back. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint!!! It was our first time visiting Greece and we were able to put together a great package which included tons of international flights to choose from, an expansive list of hundreds hotels to choose from and inter-island transportation.....one stop, seamless shopping at its best!!!!! We were able to find a non-stop flight, which was great (hate layovers) and the hotels we chose had excellent accommodations, service and staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable, accommodating and stress free as possible. That's the beauty of this site....they put together a package but you can change it to better suit your needs. Trip Masters turned our once in a lifetime vacation into an unforgettable experience that did not disappoint and at a price that could not be beat!!!! Fantastic experience: This was our 9th vacation using Tripmasters. That should tell you all you need to know as to what we think of them. Like every other trip that we have booked through them, Tripmasters provided excellent and very attentive customer service both before and during the trip, pricing that is second to none, hotel options that always turn out in perfect central locations, and did I mention that I really do not know how they keep the booking costs as low as they do. On this trip, there were 6 of us,. We visited 10 European countries, taking 14 flights. It was seamless. We are already brainstorming where our #10 Tripmaster vacation will be.

Negative experience: If you are very familiar with the area that you are traveling to, you might be ok, but if you are a casual traveler, please do not use trip masters. I should have stayed loyal to Gate 1 but TM was cheaper and I thought I could handle it since I have traveled quite a bit. Our vacation was a hectic mess, no person “with a sign” ever met up with us anywhere. The tours we purchased were not accurate, hard to access or find and didn’t cover the things listed. I tried so hard to have a nice vacation but it ended up being so stressful and costing more than it would have if I had just gone with a company I knew was awesome.

Fantastic experience: I have used Tripmasters twice now and it is great. You can choose your hotel, read reviews, add tours, airline and car rental. I had one issue with a hotel in Prague years ago, contacted Tripmasters and they found another hotel right away. Highly recommend!! I will be using them again.

We also had the advantage of paying this trip on a monthly payment plan which made it possible for us.
