Negative experience: An extremely bad experience

Negative experience: I’ve been a member for over 6years, they wouldn’t reinstate my plan because I was 1 day late on my reinstatement payment so the extremely mean office manager said I needed to come up with $1497 plus an additional $179, then wait 7 day’s for approval. He was so shady he couldn’t look me in my face, he let all his placards surrounding him in his cubicle get to his head! Good luck with this guy oh he’s very short you can’t miss him!

Fantastic experience: Quinn Redman was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us the best auto insurance pricing. Thank you Quinn! Highly Recommended.

Negative experience: They lie about rates and charge interest on the insurance bills very dishonest had them for 6 years before I found out other insurance co. Are better and cheaper like gieco

Negative experience: 0 starts if possible, Triple a insurance is a joke never got my own Insurance adjuster for claim filed with my policy, just because the other party also had triple a insurance this company is a joke

Fantastic experience: Have had AAA for over 15 years …helped me, my teenagers who are now grown and I used it today for a flat on the freeway … such a HUGE help when help is needed. And always service with a smile!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I love the convenience of AAA, and this location is a big part of that. Huge parking lot, great location, friendly staff. Going to the DMV takes half your day sometimes. I’m so glad I can just come here and handle DMV stuff. I always forget about the other AAA membership perks so coming to the office is a nice reminder of what’s available!

Negative experience: WORST & RUDEST INS. I CALL FOR A QUOTE AND WAS ASK SEVERAL QUESTIONS SINCE IM A NEW DRIVER HE SAID MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD BE $4000.00 TO JUST STAY WITH MY OLD INSURANCE AND HANG UP ON ME !!!

Fantastic experience: Today my sister and I visited the Automobile Club to transfer ownership of a vehicle. There was so much to be done, but Lisa took great care of us and made the process seamless! She was professional yet very kind. Lisa guided us through every thing that needed to be done (there was a lot of paperwork)with such care, precision and compassion as it was a somewhat emotional transaction. We really don’t know what we would have done without Lisa. My sister had started the paperwork process about 2 weeks ago with another agent, only to find out today that she had been given the incorrect information. Lisa Truly saved the day!!!

Fantastic experience: Great service including driving school

Positive experience: Had a nightmare on the phone dealing with the AAA toll free customer service person. Went to West Springfield office and had the issue addressed pleasantly and professionally.

Negative experience: My experience was not good. I was helped by a woman named Angelica and she was very rude to one of her coworkers in front of me and it made me very uncomfortable. I do no know how the upper staff allows that behavior.. especially in front of the customers. I will NOT return to this location because of Angelica and her rude sassy mouth. She made my whole transaction so uncomfortable. Her poor coworker did nothing wrong and I did not like what I saw.

Positive experience: Asian front desk lady was a bit rude. I said hello and looked at me like I’m some sort of alien. I guess it’s a Riverside thing? They were somewhat speedy though in the DMV process. AAA, Upland employees way friendlier, better service and more attentive towards their customers!

Fantastic experience: AAA driving school is great! The instructors were patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel my teen is ready to be a safe driver. Thank you AAA!!

Fantastic experience: I needed to renew my vehicle registration and replace my license plate because it was stolen. I made a police report for the stolen plate, went into AAA early on a Monday morning and was literally there no longer than 15 mins. They didn't even ask for the police report which was good because the Police said , I had to wait 10-14 days to get the paperwork /copy. I had the police report number but there was really even no need for it. I walked out with my new vehicle registration, stickers and license plates in hand. Saved me the 2-3 hour wait at the DMV. Plus I still had to go to work in the afternoon, so It worked out perfect. I hope this helps someone else in a jam and short on time. If any questions, you might wanna call AAA ahead of time but I definitely walked out of there happy and fast.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern I have continuously tried to make an effort to resolve my claim and have my vehicle repaired to its previous condition but AAA has prevented me from being able to do so. From the start of my claim, I have had trouble reaching people to talk to and often was left with no response. This accident was not my fault and I was promised that my insurance would take care of everything for me and make this process the least complicated—that has proved to be untrue. As a paying customer, I am frustrated. My doors were not damaged prior to the accident. I had no issues whatsoever and was able to safely get in and out of the car with my two small children. Had it not been for this accident, I would still have working doors and no problems. The impact is what compromised my vehicle and is what has affected the doors. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident. I am now being told that the doors will not be covered by my insurance, which has caused concern for additional costs that I can not afford and concern about the safety of myself and children in this vehicle that AAA will not help me get repaired. I believe that AAA is being unfair and not repairing my vehicle to its full condition prior to the accident. I believe my calls are being avoided and I am not being assisted. I believe AAA is just trying to cut corners and cost.

Fantastic experience: Had just gotten the car smogged and went down the street to complete the registration on a Saturday morning. I had almost no wait. I was out so fast. Everyone was really friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I live in corona California a technician name Jerry came out. He was super helpful. A great guy. The man needs a raise!

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to the office I'm in and out quickly, it's always clean and the employees are always helpful and nice.

Fantastic experience: I always go here instead of the DMV when possible, and it's such a nicer experience. It can get busy at times, but even then it's way faster than the DMV and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Griffin, Travel Advisor is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with - will contact her again for my next travel plans. Overall the staff at this AAA are fast, efficient and friendly - beats the DMV (30 yr member)

Negative experience: Most of the employees are helpful and courteous but several of the women at front counter come across in a militant fashion. Guess that's the wave of the future.

Negative experience: Representative did not give the information correct. The house insurance was already paid and check was already cashed by the back and she told us to verified the info from the bank because was incorrect address and they did not get the bill to pay them. Very inaccurate info.

Positive experience: Triple AAA has always been a great insurance and i stay loyal ! Altough we have had sum bad experience with their bad adjusters and sum bad reprecentative staff ! Over all is so far best insurance i wish they could train their staff a bit more. We were at the facility on central in riverside ca and the one of their staff did not want to assist us with the paper work that the check in lady said she could actually help us and we ended up being helped by another staff member so a bit more training goes along way so definatelly AIDA SERMENO. Is not the person to have you help with your questions ! Triple AAA adjusters cut your estimates to very little cash for repairs ! And i know these because they gave us a check of way less than the repairs turned out to be so i ended up doing the repairs myself i am a certeffied technician and my co-workers are to so its ideal for their staff to get trained more and avoid putting hard honest and loya customers like us in a bad situation! So i encourage them to step it up a bit more and get back yo the level they used to be at when i first got my membership 10 years ago

Negative experience: Beware. Avoid purchasing annuities with AAA. Real brokers get the application completed, offer higher interest rates on CDs and offer one year terms instead of 5 year terms. AAA WANTS TO PROFIT OFF YOUR MONEY. After 9 weeks I find out the check was sent to Charles Schwab Bank in Tx. My 45K is floating around a P. O. Box. Now my broker is hoping to locate my money

Fantastic experience: Employees here are always kind, helpful and friendly. They do their best to help you no matter what service(s) you are seeking. Always shorter lines and comfier seating than the DMV as well...

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of speaking to Quinn today! She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable I'm ditching my vehicle and home owners, AAA has better coverage and is CHEAPER!

Negative experience: Horrible towing service. I called in a tow after being in a car accident at 9pm tow truck driver pushed for hours I stayed on the side of the road until 3am never showed up..the following day I called to findout what the deal was .. All I was told was we can help cover any costs from having someone else tow you.

Fantastic experience: AAA has always done right by me in the many instances I have used them and have called for help, I gotten my use of this membership with gives me great satisfaction because I save money and peace of mind to know that every time they have come to my aid when I have been stranded and knowing I can count on them makes a world of difference in these situations so here to send a shout out to Maisha Johnson who called me to make sure an issue with Angelo's Towing was being handled and I feel better because I know this will get expedited....

Negative experience: They left my 16 year old daughter sitting on the side of the road in LA for over 6 hours before telling us they couldn't provide service we called several times to talk to a supervisor with no luck

Fantastic experience: Stopped into AAA to transfer car title for a used car and check on getting the car insured. Title change went very quickly. Aldo Reyes was the insurance agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the right insurance for my used car.

Fantastic experience: very patient with student learning to drive. helpful with any questions we had with process. great customer service

Negative experience: Wow, so far about 30 minutes have past and I have been completely ignored. Apparently I checked in around 345ish and was told to have a seat. So I did, but about 6 others have came checked in and were assisted already, after me. I guess I'll just post my review and be on my way. All I needed was to add my spouse to my membership since I couldn't do it online. Thanks AAA Riverside

Negative experience: We waited over two hours for a tow truck. When a AAA service vehicle arrived, it was not a tow truck, and that's all we needed. He came out and tested my battery and my alternator because those seemed to be the problem together. My alternator was missing the belt when he checked it(I didn't know that at the time), so he lied about being able to see the output because there is no way he could check it without the belt that fell off while driving. He also couldn't accurately check the battery without being able to check the alternator. He said I needed to replace both my alternator and my battery, which would cost over $1,000. When he called for the tow truck and left, we had to wait for the tow truck to arrive, having to wait again. When the tow truck arrived, we had him tow it to the place I wanted to go. When the shop opened the next day, they looked at my car and said that AAA lied about being able to check the alternator because I didn't know that I didn't have my belt off at that time. They said that it is impossible to check it without the belt. All I needed was a new belt and a new battery. I did not need an alternator like the technician from AAA said. I'm very unhappy with my service with having to wait over 2 hours for assistance and being lied to about having my car checked. When I called AAA for assistance, they said the technician would arrive 35 minutes after that call ended. That was obviously not the case. I didn't need someone to come out and tell me that my car is undrivable because I quickly found that out myself. The service that the technician provided was overall useless and a waste of time. He also called us when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, but didn't end up showing until 35 minutes after. Terrible service. Wouldn't not recommend.

Positive experience: The Staff aptitud sucks in this place , those ladies need to work in courtesy and aptitud . All i can say !!! Im not coming back here. 3 stars too much

Fantastic experience: Went in after purchasing a new car and needing a new policy . Quinn was such a great help & explained my policy to me and broke it all down for me . Extremely happy and satisfied with my visit all thanks to Quinn .

Negative experience: Triple AAA insurance is the worst insurance. I have two day trying to town my car from LA to Riverside. Triple AAA is not doing nothing they just said we are looking for someone. that it. They rude, they hang the phone also the towing truck drivers.

Fantastic experience: I love triple AAAthe real best insurance in CALIFORNIA NOT WAWANESA it should be called Womp WOOP WOOP OR WAWA WAWA NESA. Today I called AAAand called customer service and a young lady called Addy heled me she kind and very knowledgeable if you want to change insurance use TRIPLE AAA absolutely the best insurance, travel agency and DMV services available as far as I'm concerned.

Negative experience: My battery died and the person they sent to help was not helpful at all he said he ran out of my type of batteries and was going to answer another call before he could tend to mine he advised me to jump start the car and hold my brake and hit the gas so the car would not stall I had to call again for a tow cuz the car battery was completely drained and would not stay on very unsatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly reps which keep everything moving efficiently forward without long lines and wait times. Even with the pandemic you are able to get in and out quickly. AAA reps NEVER make any mistakes either. Just a good business. We LOVE AAA!!!

Fantastic experience: I have always heard of AAA but never used it until these last few years. It is worth it just to avoid the DMV lines, but the tows, lock outs , and battery jumps make the service a life saver in the end.

Fantastic experience: Abit offsetting in the fact that debit cards are not accepted, not sure ever or just at this period of time due to sanitation purposes, especially when the 'chip' can be used to complete transaction. Otherwise, considerably welcoming, clean, efficient service for both AAA & DMV services. Calming customer care and comprehensive services.

Positive experience: It's always so crowded, long wait times, at least 30 minutes. But most staff is friendly and cheerful, and usually resolve what you came for pretty quickly.

Fantastic experience: My sister-in-law rest in peace Doris Banks has been a member for so many years with AAA and her my husband her brother David Banks is still a member with AAA and always will be they are very good company very good employees we went there today to go get our tags done actually to get her tags for our vehicle it was fast no line no wait and we got the same lady that we had got last week I'm going to call her hello Kitty because she loves hello Kitty just like me now if anybody needs car insurance or any kind of travel and other service that they have go to AAA they're very good

Negative experience: My brother passed away and I needed to get his cars changed into my name. Nobody there knew what they were doing and I literally made 6 different trips there (for the same thing ) because each person i saw kept telling me I needed different paperwork filled out and signed. My other brother was the executor of my brother's estate so I had to keep going back to him to fill and sign more paperwork. One gal was so rude to me and gave me additional wrong information that I never needed to have. The only one who knew what she was doing was Lisa B. She overheard me at the window next to her and happily helped to settle my problem. She even stayed past her scheduled time to help me. Also last year we signed up for auto insurance and the guy never processed our policy and we didn't know we didn't have car insurance for a month. When we called them to inquire why our bill went up 200 dollars, they said he mis quoted us.

Negative experience: Rude, walked in no greeting....stood there for 5 minutes....was never even acknowledged....we left. That happens a lot at this particular Jumba. And always the same 2 rude workers! Was there at about 7pm & it wasn't even busy!

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 star .. I am at AAA INSURENCE main office at central Ave. I came here to get transfer my car . Went in the line went inside .. they asked for smog . I went got done my Smog , came back again in the line . When I went inside they asked me to have cash or CC . I had my Debit card . Had to go back to bank to get cash. When I went inside , they asked me to go back in the line. 3TIMES WENT IN THE LINE. Lady name EMILY was very rude , I asked for a manager . A lady TRUDIE STRONG (branch supervisor) was not help full at all and asked me to go back in the line . Bad customer service . I am been AAA since 20 years . WORST experience. I canceled my INSURENCE . Will never recommend anyone. I just called WAWANESSA and have new insurance.

Fantastic experience: Although I did not get my issue resolved, the customer service that I received was top notch. DMV gave me incorrect information but the AAA customer service individual I dpoke to corrected the informstion, told me things I did not know, asked me to return when the time is right, and did it all with a smile and a demeaner that made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. She made me feel at ease and worth the trip. KUDOS AAA, for being above and beyond.

Negative experience: Very sad that one cannot speak tp anyone. Simple question! The IVR says it is because of Covid. Sad because most if not all businesses have staff working remotely from home. It seems so simple if they had reps available to answer questions especially when one has a membership! Yikes! Not good!

Fantastic experience: Went in to transfer registration for selling my car and the lady that helped me was very helpful. They limit the people that go into the building due to Covid social distancing. The line outside went fast though, that's why I'm glad I'm a AAA member. Saved me a trip from going to the dmv.

Negative experience: My name is Kaplan, I called in and they were very knowledgeable and professionals the customer service person. The issue I had is I was text that my service was dispatched and the next text I got was the driver was at my location and I was with my truck and no one was there. I wish I would have got a text that said the driver was on his way every 5-10 minutes to assess how long it took him to get there. I had to cancel. I had to call on different roadside assistance company and within 15-20 minutes they were there. I wish you would have vetted the tow company' you use better. That was horrible customer service on the towing company. And they represent you guys. Again they never came, also this happened in downtown riverside.

Fantastic experience: Much better experience than DMV. In and out in 20 mins. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I received a call from a lady called Jessica and she was very rude. Instead of her helping me to understand why she wanted to cancel my policy she seemed annoyed when I asked her to explain. She was not helpful at all. I had to ask for the manager in order for him to explain and resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: They are very fast at this AAA. You are in and out in no time. Its best to do your DMV stuff here as well.

I went there today to register my vehicle it literally took me less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled up in the parking lot until I got back in my vehicle, anytime I need them with help when I am broke down on the side of the road they come within 30 minutes, if you do not have AAA you don’t know what you’re missing, it is well worth the price for their service

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have done is joined up with AAA...I should of done this when I was younger...parents I suggest u have ur kids enrolled with AAA. Or just let them suffer at the DMV lol. But these people are great...I also recently acquired car insurance for 3 of my vehicles. My rate was low nd thanks to Quin at the riverside office she returns all my calls nd does a great job helping me out.
