Fantastic experience: Today my sister and I visited the Automobile Club to transfer ownership of a vehicle. There was so much to be done, but Lisa took great care of us and made the process seamless! She was professional yet very kind. Fantastic experience: I needed to renew my vehicle registration and replace my license plate because it was stolen. I made a police report for the stolen plate, went into AAA early on a Monday morning and was literally there no longer than 15 mins. They didn't even ask for the police report which was good because the Police said , I had to wait 10-14 days to get the paperwork /copy. I had the police report number but there was really even no need for it. I walked out with my new vehicle registration, stickers and license plates in hand. Saved me the 2-3 hour wait at the DMV. Plus I still had to go to work in the afternoon, so It worked out perfect. I hope this helps someone else in a jam and short on time. If any questions, you might wanna call AAA ahead of time but I definitely walked out of there happy and fast.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern I have continuously tried to make an effort to resolve my claim and have my vehicle repaired to its previous condition but AAA has prevented me from being able to do so. From the start of my claim, I have had trouble reaching people to talk to and often was left with no response. This accident was not my fault and I was promised that my insurance would take care of everything for me and make this process the least complicated—that has proved to be untrue. As a paying customer, I am frustrated. My doors were not damaged prior to the accident. I had no issues whatsoever and was able to safely get in and out of the car with my two small children. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident. I am now being told that the doors will not be covered by my insurance, which has caused concern for additional costs that I can not afford and concern about the safety of myself and children in this vehicle that AAA will not help me get repaired. I believe that AAA is being unfair and not repairing my vehicle to its full condition prior to the accident. I believe my calls are being avoided and I am not being assisted. I believe AAA is just trying to cut corners and cost.

Positive experience: Triple AAA has always been a great insurance and i stay loyal ! Altough we have had sum bad experience with their bad adjusters and sum bad reprecentative staff ! Over all is so far best insurance i wish they could train their staff a bit more. We were at the facility on central in riverside ca and the one of their staff did not want to assist us with the paper work that the check in lady said she could actually help us and we ended up being helped by another staff member so a bit more training goes along way so definatelly AIDA SERMENO. Is not the person to have you help with your questions ! Triple AAA adjusters cut your estimates to very little cash for repairs ! And i know these because they gave us a check of way less than the repairs turned out to be so i ended up doing the repairs myself i am a certeffied technician and my co-workers are to so its ideal for their staff to get trained more and avoid putting hard honest and loya customers like us in a bad situation! So i encourage them to step it up a bit more and get back yo the level they used to be at when i first got my membership 10 years ago

Negative experience: We waited over two hours for a tow truck. When a AAA service vehicle arrived, it was not a tow truck, and that's all we needed. He came out and tested my battery and my alternator because those seemed to be the problem together. My alternator was missing the belt when he checked it(I didn't know that at the time), so he lied about being able to see the output because there is no way he could check it without the belt that fell off while driving. He also couldn't accurately check the battery without being able to check the alternator. He said I needed to replace both my alternator and my battery, which would cost over $1,000. When he called for the tow truck and left, we had to wait for the tow truck to arrive, having to wait again. When the tow truck arrived, we had him tow it to the place I wanted to go. When the shop opened the next day, they looked at my car and said that AAA lied about being able to check the alternator because I didn't know that I didn't have my belt off at that time. They said that it is impossible to check it without the belt. All I needed was a new belt and a new battery. I did not need an alternator like the technician from AAA said. I'm very unhappy with my service with having to wait over 2 hours for assistance and being lied to about having my car checked. When I called AAA for assistance, they said the technician would arrive 35 minutes after that call ended. That was obviously not the case. I didn't need someone to come out and tell me that my car is undrivable because I quickly found that out myself. The service that the technician provided was overall useless and a waste of time. He also called us when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, but didn't end up showing until 35 minutes after. Terrible service. Wouldn't not recommend.

Negative experience: My brother passed away and I needed to get his cars changed into my name. Nobody there knew what they were doing and I literally made 6 different trips there (for the same thing ) because each person i saw kept telling me I needed different paperwork filled out and signed. My other brother was the executor of my brother's estate so I had to keep going back to him to fill and sign more paperwork. One gal was so rude to me and gave me additional wrong information that I never needed to have. The only one who knew what she was doing was Lisa B. She overheard me at the window next to her and happily helped to settle my problem. She even stayed past her scheduled time to help me. Also last year we signed up for auto insurance and the guy never processed our policy and we didn't know we didn't have car insurance for a month. I went got done my Smog , came back again in the line . When I went inside they asked me to have cash or CC . I had my Debit card . Had to go back to bank to get cash. When I went inside , they asked me to go back in the line. 3TIMES WENT IN THE LINE. Lady name EMILY was very rude , I asked for a manager . I wish I would have got a text that said the driver was on his way every 5-10 minutes to assess how long it took him to get there. I had to cancel. I had to call on different roadside assistance company and within 15-20 minutes they were there. I wish you would have vetted the tow company' you use better. That was horrible customer service on the towing company. And they represent you guys. Again they never came, also this happened in downtown riverside.

Negative experience: I received a call from a lady called Jessica and she was very rude. Instead of her helping me to understand why she wanted to cancel my policy she seemed annoyed when I asked her to explain. She was not helpful at all. I had to ask for the manager in order for him to explain and resolve the issue.

Fantastic experience: I have been with AAA for at least 20 years, they are always fast and friendly. I went there today to register my vehicle it literally took me less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled up in the parking lot until I got back in my vehicle, anytime I need them with help when I am broke down on the side of the road they come within 30 minutes, if you do not have AAA you don’t know what you’re missing, it is well worth the price for their service

Fantastic experience: Best thing I have done is joined up with AAA...I should of done this when I was younger...parents I suggest u have ur kids enrolled with AAA. Or just let them suffer at the DMV lol. But these people are great...I also recently acquired car insurance for 3 of my vehicles. My rate was low nd thanks to Quin at the riverside office she returns all my calls nd does a great job helping me out.
