Sundance Vacations

Positive experience: A friend of mine invited me to hear the presentation. Everyone was extremely nice. But the offer reminded me of a timeshare. You are locked into a contract for 7 years paying 580 per year even if you pay off the vacation package (30 weeks for 20,000), in 3 years. The problem for me is this does not include resort stays and no airfare. To be fair, if you truly believe that this sells itself you wouldn't lock people into a 7 year contract. You would be flexible with allowing trails because if it is what you advertise people will be willing to stay. I'm just saying.....

Negative experience: This place is a scam! The people try to be as nice as possible to everyone that comes to butter you up. And to think we almost purchased one of the bigger packages. Thank God my wife's mom was still alive because that was our only excuse, having to take care of her. As we turned down the bigger packages repeatedly for what seemed about an hour, they kept coming back with "more affordable" packages until they concluded with us. Then as we went to exit to get our "free Amazon fire 7" the gentleman giving them out tried to sell us for another 10-15 minutes lowering and lowering the price. My wife is a cognitive research scientist and it doesn't take a PhD to see the predatory and deceitful sales strategies they use. And guess what, the Amazon Fire 7 Tablet does not work. Plugging in the charger and no light, no nothing. I'm sorry but these people are scum, preying on the lower and middle class people that are already struggling.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the presenters and how they explained their process. Aja was wonderful.

Negative experience: They use extremely predatory marketing and sales tactics. Asked them last year to not call anymore, they reached out several more times before stopping. recieved a voicemail from the blocked number today saying they are reserving our vacation rental? Using scare tactics to scam people into reaching out is pretty gross but waiting a year to do so? Even worse. Dont trust anyone here.

Fantastic experience: Dalia was such a sweet woman, she really was intent to make things workout for us in our vacation planning!

Positive experience: We received a call saying we won a free week getaway yada yada yada, we were intrigued for sure and gave it a shot, knowing it was probably too good to be true. We sat through Dalia’s presentation and she really let the company speak for itself. For all those wondering if this is a scam, it is not, it is merely an option to save money in the long run. They break it down piece by piece and the way me and fiance look at it, now we have a stress free vacation whenever we want and can allow our daughter to travel the world without paying ridiculous prices every trip. Don’t get it twisted with timeshare, this is where it’s at - so I made this review after getting home from my appointment, now after reading the fine print we realize this is over exaggerated. The deal they give you if you sign there and then, isn’t actually a deal, they said we pay 15 grand with a remainder of 12 after our 3k deposit, well looking at the fine print in the contract we still owe 19 grand so do yourself a favor and stay away

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Sundance Vacations Was amazing from start to finish! From the front desk check in, to the presentation with Amanda, the complementary snacks, and the consulting we received from malik who was very kind, friendly, and informative! He answered every question we had and made sure there were no grey areas. If you love to vacation, please look into Sundance!

Negative experience: They refuse services to you if you have a disabled family member. My mom put my information in because they claimed you can win a free vacation, which is their first lie. Now they won’t stop harassing me with calls. Yet every time they call, then tell me I’m not eligible if my disabled bedridden husband doesn’t come with me to the presentation. We’ve been through this song and dance half a dozen times now and they still insist on calling back. You’d think they’d update their notes to reflect that I live with a disabled partner so they don’t need to waste their time harassing me over and over if their policy is not inclusive of people with handicap family members. This is just another scam company that swindles people, and on top of that, they refuse services to you if you have a disabled family member.

Fantastic experience: Dalia was amazing and very knowledge on everything. Great deals for anyone wanting to travel often.

Fantastic experience: Amanda, Aja, and Dalia did a phenomenal job explaining their services and were extremely welcoming. They truly do care about you and your experience. I would love to be part of Sundance's clientele in the future and hope to connect with each of them again. If you're unsure on Sundance, do yourself a favor and give it a chance.

Positive experience: Dalia was an absolute WONDERFUL presenter. She broke everything down and made it clear that if you did not think something was within your budget then do not do it. Even though I did not purchase from them they were completely respectable, accommodating, and honest. They will do there best to work with you . Definitely would recommend if you wanna vacation for wholesale. Also, Antoine (who’s new) was amazing as well. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I felt that there should be an option to go home and research the information that was presented instead of having to make a decision right then and there.

Negative experience: It was a nice presentation but then the sales people try to pressure guilt and shame you into spending 20k. Also tons of fees come with the vacations

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Scamdance vacations. Nothing they give you is free I can assure you. Even the free vacations you still have to register and pay something. They bait you into their packages, and then you can't cancel or get refunded after three business days. Their quarterly rates increase each year as a member, and the prices of the hotels increase all the time too. I recently got out of my contract with these clowns and I'm much happier now. All the positive reviews are mainly fake too. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMDANCE!

Fantastic experience: We went to hear the presentation at Sundance vacation. It was very informational and Aja explained everything thoroughly. It was just bad timing to invest in something at this time but we will consider in the future. I would definitely recommend Sundance!

Negative experience: I kept getting a call. Told them my father just passed away and they would not leave me alone to allow me to grieve. They called me back 3 days later to follow up with me and I said I wasn’t interested and they got very annoyed.

Negative experience: Don’t get attracted to them. They are clearly a fraud company. I even know how many fraud customers you guys created to attract innocent peoples

Fantastic experience: I went to a presentation at 8 months pregnant and drove an hour to get there. I had some complications while I was there and Tracey, Amanda, and Adam were above accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I could not be happier with my experience working with them.

Fantastic experience: Today’s experience is excellent. Entering into the Sundance , everyone is very geniue and upfront information is provided without hiding. Dalia and customer manager were excellent to help us to understand and provided options to plan our travel vacations.

Negative experience: They were nice when I went in person however I gave $100 to check out the available properties which they stated would be refundable if I wasn’t interested and I have yet to receive a refund after multiple emails! I would be careful with this company.

She not only answered our questions, but was honest when stating that she would prefer to have her manager fully explain the financing plans as per our specific questions. Dalia gave us the opportunity to be a part of the Sundance vacation group. Her explanation of the plans for retirees enticed us to join. We're excited to take our first trip.

Fantastic experience: DALIA was great and she explained everything well. I wish they gave me shorter trail period like 1 or 2 weeks to try and then commit. She was great though and worth the visit.

Negative experience: Don’t ever go there if you receive any call from them. They never provide any info on the call but they waste your 3 hours for nothing. It’s a scam n the presentation lady is extremely rude. She knows nothing but good at lectures that she learnt by heart. It’s a scam

Negative experience: Lots of lies. Total scam. They preach that it’s cheaper than not having them but if you do the math it’s the same price. Their contracts also cannot be canceled and do not have a clause for any financial emergency if you cannot pay them. They neglected to tell us this and moved through the contract so fast there was no time to read it as we were pressured into getting the signing process quick before we had even a minute to think about anything. I was told that my dream place to travel, Belize, was a travel option. Come to find out after my fiancé and I signed a contract that we were lied to and that it is not a country they cover. So now we are stuck in this contract for life regardless of what life may throw at us. Thanks Sundance Vactions, really appreciate it! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: We went here for a presentation in order to receive a promotional vacation offer. The overall experience was surprisingly pleasant and relaxing. We learned about the company and were given some package options that were honestly great prices, but out of budget for now as we are planning our wedding. Erica and Danny were very polite and super nice about everything and so understanding about our budget situation and did not try to push us at all. I would definitely recommend checking them out for vacations!

She answered all questions that she was able to, for those questions that was out of her scope she requested assistance from a phenomenal coworker named Amanda. Amanda, filled in all the blanks that Azarriah could not. Great meeting!

Fantastic experience: Chelsea was excellent. She did a great presentation. i hope one day to buy a chartered package maybe in the near future. y’all should make that package available at all times or more than once. cause a lot of people would purchase if they had a longer wait time to get that.

I just finished my wonderful presentation received by Dalia where I was handed off to the very capable Jeffrey Wilson, where I was able to finalize my decision to join the Sundance. Tracy the receptionist was a wonder as well
