Fantastic experience: We had a great time here. The beach access was great & spacious. We also enjoyed that all 3 bedrooms in the condo had a great ocean view!

Negative experience: Did not end up staying here. I have a Bad FEAR of heights and we were put on the 14th floor. Literally scared me to death the railing they had around the walkway was a long way from the door we were supposed to enter into. I was walking against the walls it was so bad for me. The place looks old and worn out on the outside to most of the entrances to the places you stay at. We could not get in because we had no key or code. It was at night and we could barely see our paperwork with the sparse lighting that was outside the door. So we went back to the garage parking area where we had a hard time finding our spot. The spot was small and narrow and a huge SUV was parked next to us, which made it tight for us to get in and out of. We put our suitcases back in our vehicle, left there and found another hotel. Went back to this place and got our $85.00 back for the plastic arm bands we did not use. The person who waited on us was not a very personable person. I was a bother to her for not being happy with the place. I have not tried yet to get a refund. I do believe the paper work said no refunds after a certain date which has already passed. We booked a flight, a place to stay and a rental car as a package deal. I will not recommend this place at all. To beat it all, we never saw inside the place, because we had no key or code. The walkway to us, was way toooo dangerous for kids, older people, drunk people and scared of height people. This review may sound stupid to some people, but if you are scared of heights you will understand.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and neat rooms the beach access is easy and very convenient. With parking on the grounds, it was well worth the price, and with the location of the resort, it's close to Pineapple Willy's.

Positive experience: I really like these condos! The rooms are super spacious, decor updated, amazing size balconies, and every room has a beach view! That alone would make me come back. I love the lagoon pool, but super disappointed that it closes at sundown. Maybe this is only for off season? The other pools stay open until later, but the lagoon pool is the best one. This resort, at least in mid-late August, seems to attract an older southern crowd.

Negative experience: The fitness center is closed and a disaster area. It's the only condo complex in which we have stayed that didn't have a center. The pool bar was out of most beers. The condition of the condo was abhorrent, with the exception of the bathroom. Corrosion on fixtures including an outdoor electrical outlet, stains in the side of the fridge, mismatched silverware, stains on the bedroom ceiling, on and on. No response on any of these issues from the management company. Never again!

Fantastic experience: The room is beautiful. Cleaning could be better. Walk around in bare feet, and your feet turn black on the bottom. Amazing view from a large balcony. The ac needs serviced. The air blowing out is the same as the ac on or off. Other than that, it was great. I left them a message about the ac. Guess future guests will see how the ac works.

Fantastic experience: This resort is great. A smaller resort with 4 towers, 2 small pools between towers 1 & 2, and another between 3 & 4. The main pool located between towers 2 & 3 has an island with trees and water fall in the center and a tiki bar & grill perfect for lunch or light bites.

Positive experience: Everything is old and dingy. One of the elevators was broken most of the time. The view was the best part of the trip. Also, after nightfall, the beach parties started and were loud until 2 or 3AM.

Fantastic experience: My husband and i stay here every year for 7 nights during memorial weekend. We also come back in September with the kids and grandkids. We love it here great pools and beach access

Positive experience: The condo was not clean. It was appropriately stocked. Floors were filthy. The pool and grounds were clean and secure. The security team was very through. Poolside bathrooms were clean . Beach was beautiful!

Negative experience: Everything is so out dated it’s not worth the money. Beautiful beach but, you can find that or better down in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota as well. We are from Orlando, the 6 hour drive was boring. There’s nothing but trees. I was hoping the property would’ve been worth the drive but it was your typical beach apartment, scratched up furniture and dirty, which explains why. The water situation is HORRIBLE. We stayed in Tower 2 Unit 503 and we barely had water to shower, cook, do dishes. If someone was in one shower the water pressure for the rest of the apartment was little to none. See my picture of the water running in the bathroom sink when someone was showering, that’s the most water pressure you will get and if you leave it open for a minute water is off for the entire apartment….If someone took a long shower we had to wait 30 mins for the water to come back. We reported it and maintenance came to tell us “that is weird and they were going to tell the association”. That didn’t help our issue, 7 people and no water??? That’s 3rd world living!!! We came to vacation, not to be reminded how good we have it back home. And the hygiene was very bad overall…..All the faucets looked like the picture, the sink in the kitchen was so nasty I had to deep clean the kitchen when I got there and a thick coat of grease with dirty water came off the kitchen sink and counters. We stayed 3 nights and had to dry clothes and towels, I felt like I was going to catch some sickness after using the washer and dryer. They have never been wiped down. The dryer had pieces of hair or a wig stuck in it. We had to empty the dishwasher and clean the filter because it was not washing dishes, it had a puddle of water at the end of the cycle on the bottom (we found it empty with a puddle of water when we got there) The table in the balcony had some nasty stuff on top like spit or some gooey human body fluid. It looked like it had not been wiped down for decades because the part where people put their feet on the bottom was completely black. The owners left 1 roll of toilet paper that was used. Mind you, the property has 2 bathrooms. 1 trash bag and 1 dishwasher pellet. When we opened the door the first day, they had left 2 trash bags with sheets and some towels in the living room (right after the kitchen where you enter the apartment) and we thought they had forgotten the garbage, we were missing towels for all the people in our party until we noticed that it was clean towels. We never saw a comforter, just white cheap sheets. The room with king bed (my room) the bed smelled like dried up sweat or old something was sleeping in it. Under the bed they had plastic bins that I never noticed until check out, when I was making sure the kids didn’t leave shoes behind. I still don’t know what was in them because the bottom of the bed is not a storage room. That’s just weird The mattress box springs had covers and I removed them to see if there was bed bugs because the place smelled musty, the box spring was soooo dirty!!! It was scary. I didn’t take pictures of everything because I was just beyond upset at myself for bringing my kids and family to this nasty rat hole. We have paid half at other airbnbs by the ocean and they even have left snacks and souvenirs, water, etc. I should’ve been paid for leaving their place cleaner than it has ever been!! 3 nights for $1200?? Insane to pay that again here. In Anna Maria Island, we had a fully renovated home 3 bedrooms 3 bath beautiful huge kitchen for $800. Again, We will not come back to Panama Beach unless we see that all the buildings start renovating as everything in the apartment including hygiene, ac thermostat, decor was from the 90’s. Unless you are coming in an RV it’s not worth coming here. We went to Walmart to buy cleaning products to clean this place and it was the ghettoest place too! I mean, Walmart is ghetto, but here it’s worse! We were all so happy to get back home, and take a nice shower and have a clean place to put my head at night like never before

Positive experience: Decent condos. Only one of the pools was heated, elevator out, no workout facility. Location good on the beach.

Fantastic experience: We booked a short getaway during February! We absolutely loved our room and the resorts proximity to everything. We were able to have a beach view and private access!

Fantastic experience: Was a beautiful place to spend our anniversary. Both the living room and bedroom led to the huge balcony. You could see the ocean and beach clearly from both rooms. I actually enjoyed washing dishes, because I could see the ocean from the kitchen sink. Went to sleep and woke up to hearing the waves and we miss it. Couldn't imagine staying at a better place. I highly recommend staying here, on beach side of course.

Fantastic experience: I love that all three of our rooms were beach front. One elevator was being worked on the whole week we were there so there was only one in use for tower 3 & even that one started having issues. There's no chk in office that I could see or find. The pool was nice & a lil heated. The hot tubs were nice but they had no net so we could clean out debris or bugs. We used a small net from our condo. The gym room was closed the whole week. Not sure why. Grounds are well kept and for the most part the pools and hot tubs were clean. They need more lighting around pools and in the areas under the building that you walk past going to the pools or beach. They have a bench in a few of those areas to sit, but it's so dark after the sun goes down. I like the beach access having a code to get out or in from the beach. I will be staying here again, but hopefully the next time they will have two working elevators and the gym will be open.

Fantastic experience: This place is a RARE JEWEL in a treasure chest! It is simply WONDERFUL seeing THE VIEWS FROM YOUR ROOM. Such comfortable living space and sleeping quarters. It's like you're in a high-class hotel you can call home. All the kitchen things you need to make a meal or nighttime snack. I cannot say enough about this high DIAMOND-rated condo!!

Fantastic experience: We are staying again this year, because this accommodation is amazing and so easy to book and check in! The owners are very communacative and the view is stunning as well! So very satisfied with Long Beach resort! I am tempted to book every year!

Positive experience: Building and grounds need to be better taken care of. Really run down and old. Plaster falling off outside walls , needs painted really bad and plaster fixed . Luggage carriers are rusting and falling apart. Getting worse and worse everytime we come. Hot Tubs did not work and luke warm and had dead bugs floating in them. Swimming pools were ice cold. Could not swim in them. Been coming here for over 5 years , 3 times a year. Might have to try somewhere else next year.

Positive experience: Have been coming here for years, stayed in several condos and truly enjoyed them. Just beautiful. For five years at the least, the elevators are an issue. This year was the worst. At times didn’t work. But mostly the elevator especially on the left the floor is almost rotted out. It’s scary. It tweaks and bangs and it’s hot. I can’t say enough about these elevators. The rest of the resort we love. But coming and going from is not fun. HOA please fix these. When I’m spending well past 5k to vacation for a week, I need the elevators to be good to me.

Negative experience: Walked in to a flooded kitchen! Everthing was filthy and caked with dust even though we were told housekeeping was there that morning! Greasy film on cookware and utensils! Then got email about the mice being gone but now there is bugs! (Roaches in looked like)! Lived out of suitcase5for a week! Left all items we washed on towel on counter! Had to clean entire fridge and appliances! 4 HOURS! Pics were totally deceiving because everything was faded and dusty! If we were told about the infestation in advance we would have cancelled! They knew well in advance of our trip! Never heard of accoustic tiles in shower ceiling! Looked moldy! Would never recommend even though people say LONG BEACH RESORT is good! NOT OURS! Did manage to get a partial refund from owners though! The only good thing was the view!

Negative experience: The overall experience because we made it that way, was amazing. The room 1202 do not I repeat Do NOT stay in the suite, it's not a condo experience. Needs updates bad, mold, peeling paint, things not working and lets talk about the smell. Used toilet paper and paper towels. Dishes left in the dishwasher. Not enough dishes to utilize just awful experience

Negative experience: Nice place but they charge you with a $319 “management fee”. That you are not told about until after you book. SAD

Fantastic experience: Our condo was really nice but it can depend since they are individually owned. 1-106 was great! The pool was nice and well taken care of and the location is great and right on the beach. They provide two chairs and an umbrella but I recommend bringing your own if you want the best spots or are a larger group. The exterior of the condo/hallways looked a bit rough but doesn't really matter.

Negative experience: Absolutely a dump!!! Stinks , elevator is a JOKE BE PREPARED TO WALK 7 FLIGHTS OF STEPS .. ROOF LEAKING FALLING , NASTY CURTAINS RODS FALLING OFF THE WALL BLOODY BEDDING CARPET MISSING. Paint all in the tub. Refrigerator leaking

Negative experience: Room was ok, missing covers on some electric outlets, ice maker didn't work, screw was loose in one of the beds, door to the balcony was very hard to open and close, there was a pile of peanuts in the floor next to the bed from a previous guest, and the tv didn't work in one room. View was nice and access to the beach and pool was good. Service was terrible especially the beach chairs. Had 4 chairs with the room and they assigned us chairs then gave half our chairs away to someone because they refused to move and it was easier on them to just give our chairs away. Ruined the vacation for me and the family, and the people they have running the chairs didn't care at all. Terrible service. Going to look for a new place to stay next time we come back.

Fantastic experience: This is our favorite place to stay in PCB. The pools are nice, beach access is easy, the elevators are fast, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. Because of the footprint of the resort, the beach here is much less crowded than most of the other resorts in Panama City Beach.

Positive experience: Beautiful area to stay. Tower 4 second floor condo was really nicely furnished and convenient to the beach. The air fryer did not work, one tub of water hardly drained, most wall sockets didn't work, the ice maker was broken,and the deck was dirty. Regardless we had a good time. The security was good with entry codes required at all gates. A very nice beach and chairs were furnished. They need to enforce keeping other people from in front of the rental chairs. I would return to this resort just to a different condo.

Fantastic experience: Great parking lot that isn’t crammed like most of the condos garages are. East beach access from each of the four towers. Plus a heated pool if you’re staying during a cooler month. Nice little bar located at the pool for a quick drink or snack.

Positive experience: One elevator of two went out while we were here and the lagoon pool was closed for at least a day. The temps were in the 80s so that was not a huge issue for us as the beach was where we wanted to be anyway

Positive experience: Rooms and grounds were a little run down they need some updates. The main pool was beautiful(but not heated) . Wonderful views of the beach/ ocean from our room. Easy access to the beach. The security was excellent we felt very secure the entire stay. Would recommend and return.

Fantastic experience: I started here with some friends that had the place. I have not tested the service as I did not experience it. The place I was in was great. Clean, large, with all amenities. The hot tub and pool were clean and available. The beaches were great. The time I started, it was shoulder season and quite quiet.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed here twice now. We have never experienced an issue other than the the door lock didn't work. They were great when I contacted them. Perfect location with beautiful views.

Fantastic experience: Nice vacation rental condo. Was clean and up to date with nice amenities around the property. The weather was not nice enough for to swim but was still a good area for walking in the sand.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed in 3-101 several times. This unit is worth every penny and more. Very well decorated, clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful view of the beach and pool. Very satisfied and will return.

Negative experience: The view was amazing and that's the reason I gave 2 stars but the condo was pricey considering we had to share it with several uninvited guest that meet us at within minutes of arrival. During our 3 night, $900 stay we had the pleasure of encountering the guest/water bugs on several occasions. The floors were terribly nasty and dust was all over everything from the pictures on the walls, bedside tables and lamps to the fruit in the bowl on the kitchen table. I'll spare you a picture of the roaches but will leave a couple of beautiful pictures took from the balcony.

Positive experience: I do pest control at two of the units at Long Beach for private owners. This is one of the nicer condominiums on Panama City Beach. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. Like I said, this is one of the better condominiums on Panama City Beach

Fantastic experience: We had a soccer tournament in PCB and this condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for the family the security team was very friendly and attentive. The beds were alittle hard and the linens were hotel-ey (not soft or fluffy polyester) but other than that it was great.

Positive experience: Biggest complaint is the elevators. Not all we running takes a long time to get anywhere. That is not good for the tallest condo between Jacksonville and New Orleans

Positive experience: We always stay here when we go to PCB. The room was very spacious with a nice big balcony. Long Beach is very convenient to everything. It's across the street from Walmart. It's been around for years, but is well maintained. We will continue to stay here.

Fantastic experience: Its a lot nicer than the last condo we stayed at. Saw a couple roaches but they treated for them. When different people stay at a place every week... someone's gonna bring em in.

Positive experience: Kim's condos are a great place to stay, but the 3 bedroom condo prices increased from $2800 in 2021 to $4800 in 2022.. Totally ridiculous to price gouge. This was my last stay at her place. I'll be getting a house for less with a pool and hot tub that isn't used by others while my family is there. The pot smoking from other tenants needs to be cleaned up by LBR security as well. It was terrible!

Positive experience: Close to attractions and restaurants. Close to Walmart. Very crowded beach though. If you like a peaceful beach experience this won't work for you. Also, if younare accustomed to catching a bucket of sand crabs every vacation, prepare for disappointment. They are overhunted and nearly non-existent here. Nice pools. Great sunset location if you don't mind a ton of people in your sunset pics. The lobby of tower two smelt like soured vomit the entire week. On the last day, I figured out why. I saw an employee carry a leaking garbage bag across the rug and out the lobby doors. I would go back though if come next year I still can't afford the far west end of the beach.

Positive experience: Nice place, obnoxious Beach goers. Drunks and offensive music blaring. Definitely more redneck party atmosphere than family oriented. Had a good stay but will probably take family to Perdido or Navarro next time.

Positive experience: Our experience wasnt very please at all specially for the value we paid that was almost $2,500 4 nights. The view to the Gulf of mexico was the best and seating on the balcony surrounded by friends. 1st when we arrived we couldn't get in the condo, the access code was totally the wrong one. It took me an hour and half to get a hold of Maureen ( person in charge) because phone kept going on voicemail (her attitude was the most welcome when I called) and VRBO couldn't do anything...horrible! The poorest cleaning I have seen in a condo or hotel, and I travel a lot. That is so sad..this location needs better investment, condo property is old and poor...updates around the apartment are needed asp. They left us a started toilet paper in each bathroom and one small soap not even the set.....Very Very sad!!!! Would I come back to your property? Noooooo ..oh and on top of everything @9am sharp someone knocks on our door?...who is it? MAUREEN ..WE SAID GOOD MORNING AND THE LADY WAS SO RUDE WITH HER FACE AND SHE STAND RIGHT THERE RUSHING US TO GET OUT!!! We decided to stay one extra night and we went to to the Holiday Inn Express. ..was amazing!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Spent a few wonderful days at a condo here and loved it. The whole booking process was easy and the facilities were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic experience: The condo is really nice. I truly could live here. Two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Both are ocean front rooms and the living room and kitchen is really spacious and clean. The furniture also was comfortable as well as the beds. The balcony is very spacious as well. Coming into the condo and the first view is the ocean. It looks as though you could just walk through the slide doors and be on the beach. But we know that's impossible for it being on the 10th floor. But this is the experience of this condo. We turned the air off and just opened the doors and let the sound of the ocean in. Even at night, we slept with the doors open. Perfect night sleep!! The only time we turned the air on was when we left out to sight see. Then we came back and turned off the air again and opened the doors. Perfect place to stay.

Fantastic experience: Amazing views! Perfect layout for two couples on vacation. Super clean. Easy to get in and everything was just as promised. We loved the beach! So well maintained. Walmart grocery nearby. Very convenient spot. We will definitely be back. Favorite spots: Salt Water Grill - get the lobster bisque, Grand Marlin - get the Grouper Piccata, Firefly - get the She-crab soup, Pink Pelican - ICE cream!!!

Positive experience: The views were perfect, the condo was nice and I had no problems with check in; however, there was a problem with the guest bathroom toilet, and though maintenance was supposed to fix it, when we returned that evening, it was not fixed and they didn't notify us as to why. That was the only disappointment about our stay.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. We stayed for 10 days and had no problems. They have 3 pools to choose from, the center and biggest pool can get crowded but still plenty of room. Beautiful ocean views. Nice kept beach front. Close to restaurants and Walmart if you need anything. Several size condos to choose from.

Positive experience: I would have left 5 stars, but whoever you all subcontract out to your Chair service to are some of the most disrespectful people I have ever met. One person in particular. On April 2 he moved our stuff out of our chair at 2 PM…throwing our stuff on the ground and leaving just 1 chair. I’m pretty sure he stole my coach watch as well, but I can’t prove that. Then when I saw him throwing the rest of mine, my mothers, and my little girls items on the ground again at 330, I asked him to please stop. He immediately got an attitude and was extremely rude to me, my mother, and my little girl. I can not imagine someone like this allowed to rummage through guests belongings and scattering items on the beach. I got his picture after he threw my mothers towel at her. I managed to get some photos as he drove away, but this was one of the rudest things I have experienced somewhere where we pay so much money to enjoy a vacation. This boy should be reprimanded and is an embarrassment to your establishment. I will be posting this all over social media as well so people can be aware of this and know not to walk away from their chairs or you will come back with your stuff stolen and scattered (before closing just because we were 10 feet away throwing the ball)

Positive experience: Great spot close to the beach. It was great to have 3 different pools and hot tubs. We stayed in a rented condo on the first floor. Walmart was very close also.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful day and not a cloud in the sky. the beach from the pool view was amazingly beautiful. The poolside Bar and Grill with souvenir cups, totally awesome. The hot tub was a blessing nexted to the ice cold pool... But it didn't stop us from enjoying a beautiful day, at a wonderful condominium.

Fantastic experience: Rented for a week for family vacation during Christmas holidays. The unit was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable for all of us to spread out. Lots of supplies provided. We chose this unit because of the larger balcony to enjoy the beach view with the comfortable chairs on the balcony. Only wish they allowed pets so our visiting family could have brought their dogs but that is understandable. Security was on point too at the gate.

Fantastic experience: This resort has incredible people that make it a special place. From the first face most people are greeted with the security team is exceptional. They set the tone for everyone else. The resory had plenty of rolling luggage racks to ease our move in and check out. The elevators were never gross or too busy. Always saw staff cleaning everyday with a smile and kindness for our family. We got to see an awesome boat show on Wednesday with a few day fly overs by the usaf. All in all it was an awesome place to be I would highly recommend. T

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Apartments are very large and nice decor. 3 pools, huge hot tubs. Great drink shack on site very strong drinks. They keep the beach spotless and they accommodate all your needs rapidly. If you bring a large group, the only down side is you can only have 2 cars. A ton of empty spaces but anything over 2 cars, you park off site and have a good walk.

Negative experience: Total waste of money. No wifi no room key no remote for one tv no gift card I was promised,roaches. Supervisor wouldn't speak to me was told sorry can change your room for a cleaning fee or send up a bug man. Then maintainence showed up to fix a ceiling tile. Was told to wait for bug guy. Today is my birthday and getting married on the beach tomorrow. So very dissatisfied with the whole room and way the take customer service. Will not return. Thank GOD for the beach and opportunity to marry my wife hete.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY WILL RETURN! We used Kim's Condo's for rental & we'll definitely be back! Every condo faces the beach & has its own balcony overlooking the beach. Very private, can't see your neighbors balcony. Gorgeous pool, clean facility, & NOT CROWDED beach!

Fantastic experience: Very possibly the best beach rental that we've ever experienced in the Lower 48! Perfect for a couple. Interior design and decor are the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort!

Negative experience: This Place is a mess. We were told we could check in early. Wrong. We were given 2 wrong room numbers. Then the App based room key didn’t work. Standing outside the door to our room and can’t get in. (With everything on cart) Person on the phone tells us to load everything back in the car and drive to Majestic Properties to get a key. Was also told there was only one security person on duty and they cannot come help us. Check-in was at 4:00. We finally get in our room hours later and both balcony chairs are broken and are usable. We were assigned a room through the App based check-in (which is your only option) without being able to see the room or approve it first. There is no front desk and you never see a person.

Positive experience: The Resort is very nice, nice clean beach area. The Resort has a fenced in parking area and security guards for your safety. Our family that went with us their condo was very nice. Ours on ther other hand was not so nice. It was not very clean there was dirty cups in the cabinets. The tub was stained and dirty looking. The pot light over the tub was hanging out of the ceiling . I had to push it back in everytime we took a shower. The patio furniture was old and dated it was rust all over them. I was very careful when sitting in them. Unit 3-205 for the price we paid for it I was very disappointed in it. We have been to PCB 5 times this was by far the worst condo we have stayed in.

Fantastic experience: Come here year after year. Never disappointed. Nice rooms, several points of beach access, very nice pools (3), snack bar at one of the pools, 2 grill areas and friendly staff. Also very secure entry

Negative experience: Dirty floors, babies crawling on the carpet n kitchen floors and knees/feet were black from being dirty. Bad ant infestation, esp in bedrooms. Soap dish wasn't clean, still had soap in it from previous customers. Only give u 1 roll of toilet paper for whole week we stayed there. Pool was dirty. Elevators definitely need repairs done to them, maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Great condos at pretty affordable rates. For being directly on the beach, with amazing floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony above the beach, with access to multiple pools, it was well worth the price. Some of the condos are better than others, so definitely shop around to find the best looking one. Will be coming back this summer!

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly, breathtaking view. Beach is unbelievable with soft white sand. Heated pools were perfect since we went when it was a little cooler

Fantastic experience: Wow best place to stay if you're vacationing in Pamela City Beach. Largest condos with the best ocean views anywhere. Also largeset balcony areas of any condos on the beach. I highly recommend that you experence what Long Beach Resorts has to offer. 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in tower 4 room 1205 it was beautiful the room was clean and comfortable it had washer and dryer , stove , refrigerator, 2 coffee pots and a toaster and microwave. It had everything we needed.

Fantastic experience: We love it here while in PCB, Florida. 3 pools, massive beach frontage. Studio, 1-2-3 bedroom condo selection. Easy access to everything you need.

Fantastic experience: Nice condo complex with a huge beachfront. Great location to restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Several beachfront restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful beachfront views and sunsets from every condo.

Fantastic experience: Easy check in. Plenty of carts to get our items to our room. Room was clean with a light left on that was really inviting. Beautiful view on both sides of the condo. Easy access . Helpful guard at the entrance.

Fantastic experience: Great location, condo layout was great with both rooms having ocean view. Rooms are quiet with very little outside noise or noise from floor above. Multiple pools and hot tubs were nice and the grill/bar at the main pool was fantastic!

Negative experience: The resort itself is great but unit 101 tower 3 was pitiful. We have stayed here several times but this unit was dirty, ice maker didn't work, the kitchen lacked supplies like coffee cups, the baseboards around the doors were crumbling and the towels were threadbare. I called to ask then to come clean the floors and they left a voicemail while we were still sleeping telling us they would be there in 20 minutes to clean and we had to leave. The house keeping supervisor was rude! We will stay here again but never in this unit. Never. Again. Brought our family for the first time- what a disappointment!

Fantastic experience: Nice rooms. Our coffee maker was leaking and we called owner. Next day they brought us another one. They have good security. Lots of room and comfortable furniture
