Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named Joe during timeshare presentation linked with Save on Branson. From the start, the salesperson over-shared a significant amount of personal information, including details about his sister’s manipulative behavior, which felt entirely unprofessional and irrelevant to the process. To make matters worse, he had a severe cough throughout the entire presentation, which was distracting and off-putting. As the discussion continued, the salesperson repeatedly insisted that we were making a bad decision, not just once but multiple times. His communication became increasingly aggressive, and when I set a clear verbal boundary asking him to stop repeating this statement, he escalated the situation. His tone and attitude became more hostile, and when we were alone in the elevator, he raised his voice at us. I had to ask him to stop before things got further out of hand. Though he later attempted to apologize, his apology was far from genuine. It quickly turned into an argumentative, passive-aggressive exchange. This kind of behavior was borderline abusive, and it even affected my elementary-aged child, who had to tell him to stop arguing during the condo tour. Overall, the salesperson's conduct was completely inappropriate and far beyond what I would consider acceptable in a sales setting. The pressure typically exerted by salespeople can be expected, but this crossed a line into hostility and emotional manipulation. I would strongly cautioice.

Negative experience: Was the worst Branson experience I ever had. After requesting a handicapped room (I'm in a wheelchair) no handicapped rooms so I barely made it thru the door. Couldn't get to my side of the bed or desk. Could not get into the bathroom so no shower for 3 days and had to use restroom in the lobby. Thousand Hills Resort Hotel women at the front desk were very rude about check in time. When we got to our floor they were installing flooring so we had to wait for them to move everything so we could get off the elevator. This hotel not very handicapped save. Our 3rd show was cancelled and we were not informed so we sat there for an hr to be told they had cancelled at 2pm and Save on Branson was to let us know. They did not let us know then they gave us another show over the phone so we went get voucher she tells us they had cancelled also and since all other show started at 8 and it was 7:40. We decided to just go to bed. They did give us a ticket to see the lights but wasn't the same value as a show. Will not be recommending Save on Branson any time soon!!!!

Negative experience: Places like this are subsidized by the ripoff timeshare stuff they try to sell you at the “preview” that you’re required to go to in order to “save” money. Skip this place and go to BRANSON 2 for 1!!! Branson 2 for 1 is honest and straightforward with their policies. No timeshares or other crap. Save on Branson is shady and not straightforward or honest about their policies. If you don’t attend the 2 hour preview with your spouse… and find a babysitter for your little kids, they will charge you MORE than you would have paid if you just went and bought the tickets. Michelle was kind to make attraction recommendations, but not completely honest with their policies. Joffrey was rude and did not keep his word. I went back and Tabatha took care of it… however I would have been better off just getting the tickets myself through the showboat website.

Fantastic experience: Michelle Lippincott was amazing working with us. We had to talk back-and-forth for two days because I have a special-needs daughter that I had to take care of and she made sure she called me back. She was very sweet and nice to talk to you and make sure we were 100% satisfied. If you need anyone to help you out, this is the girl to call.

Fantastic experience: Visited Branson Missouri in November 2024. Had great time and made wonderful memories. I had a fantastic experience. All the show where very good. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend to go and have fun.

Negative experience: The gentleman I spoke with on the phone led me to believe that I would only need to endure a brief presentation. Instead, I found myself meeting with a salesperson who was incredibly disrespectful. After that, I was subjected to yet another lengthy presentation. When I confronted them about the misinformation I had received, they asked me to leave. I insisted that I wouldn't pay any exit fees, and they agreed to waive those charges and directed me back to the welcome center. Unfortunately, my next encounter was with Jared Baird, who was by far the most discourteous person I dealt with. The whole experience just wasn't worth the trouble, especially for a couple of free tickets.

Fantastic experience: Working with Save On Branson was great. We booked our lodging and show tickets through them. Dan Whorton recommended lodging and shows. He provided me with a detailed agenda and was very patient with me regarding questions I had. To be truthful – I was very skeptical about using any of the online contacts for Branson. They did a great job from beginning to end. Our tickets were great for all shows and activities. Our confirmations for our hotel and shows were ready for us to pick up when we arrived in Branson, and tickets were ready at venues when we got there. Seating was great – in front few rows for majority of our shows. We had a great time! I would use them – and specifically Dan – again. Take a chance and give them a call.

Negative experience: So I book a stay for 79 yr old Aunt..3 days, then upgrade & pay for changing to 4 days. See arrives at the Resort, attempts to check-in, told by staff that she doesnt have a reservation..Of course she calls me, I call customer service & ask can you notfiy the resort of the upgraded dates? Answer: no, she will have to come-in to our office..I explain she is 79 yrs old, started her day at 4am, flight then drive, it is now 3 pm..ask again:" You cann't call or do something so she can get cked in & rest"?..Nope, she will have to come to our office...me: so you just dont give a damn?..answer: nope, email to her says come by here for show tkts...well atm she dont need show tkts, she needs REST!! YOU CAN BE SURE...NEVER EVER AGAIN!! And will tell everyone AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Negative experience: The lady on the phone lied to us about how long the presentation was when you called back she then updated it when we got to save on Branson. We got there at the time that they instructed, but apparently that was the time for the timeshare that they said wasn’t really a timeshare. It was a vacation club, which is a timeshare. We ended up going to the facility, but it was 15 minutes late so they didn’t take us. They wasted all of our time. Then they wanted to have us pay for the tickets Which would be more expensive than if we went and got them ourselves. The girl at the front desk was very kind however, our experience in general of the whole process was extremely negative. I felt we were on several different occasions except for the girl at the front desk. Angelica was great. We didn’t get what we needed, but she was very kind. We had to get a refund for the money we paid upfront. Pretty much lost all of our time going through this process and aggravation.

Negative experience: Horrible experience....they put us in the grossest hotel they could find in Branson. The second night there, we ended up finding a bed bug in our room at 11:30pm, ( picture shown) and had to switch hotels that same night. They did not reimburse us for the money we had to spend to get out of that disgusting hotel they put us in. Not only that, but the time share presentation was only supposed to be 2 hours but ended up being 3. Also, all the shows and attractions they give you are the worst in Branson....the one we chose that was recommended to us by them, which was said to be kid friendly, wasn't...and it was not worth our time. I do not recommend anyone taking part with Save on Branson unless they want to waste their time.

Fantastic experience: We have had the pleasure of working with Kathy Law for help with show reservations, things to do and see in the area, restaurant recommendations, etc. for the last 2 years. Kathy is totally amazing. She worked with us and for us. I could not recommend anyone better to help plan a vacation with. She is so very kind, very personable, very knowledgeable of the area and treats you more like family instead of customers. I absolutely love this woman. My husband and I wished we had the pleasure of working with her many years ago. If we had, I think every vacation would have been fantastic. I would love for everyone to have the opportunity to work with Kathy in planning their Branson visit. We are already excited to plan next year's trip. Kathy Law will definitely be my go-to for all of my vacations and getaways. She is a huge asset to "Save on Branson". Also planning a trip to Pigeon Forge in the next year or so. I will definitely use Kathy to help us with that trip also.....Kathy Law You Are The Best !!!!!

Positive experience: This is an excellent place to get a variety of savings on shows, photos, and attractions. Pro/Pluses: We worked with a woman named Kim who listened to us and put together a package of things to do that fit our wants. Branson has a LOT of "country music focused" entertainment and my spouse hates country (i love it) but we were able to get a package that included the Reza show ( absolutely 100% recommendl) magic/comedy show, Titanic exhibit, and a musical review show. They mention "shows" but there's many other things to do in Branson, so just tell them. The lady we worked with was very helpful. The earlier you reach out the better your seats will be. They give you their name, phone# and email so you actually are talking to someone IN Branson. Real people!!! Questions? Let them know and they get back to you! They have a place right on the main strip where you get your VOUCHERS (SEE BELOW) And while you're there you can talk to a real person (!) Or stop in after you've been in town to see about other options and discounts. Cons/Concerns: in order to get the best savings we had to sit through a vacation presentation that we did not enjoy, and was VERY high pressure. And the "free" vacation coupon comes with ... you guessed it, fees. Ug. If you don't want to waste 2 hrs and feel like you were slimed, skip it and you can still get discounts but you'll pay a bit more. Sanity vrs savings. You get VOUCHERS - no actual tickets. And it states you need to go at least 2 hours before your performance time to "trade your voucher for tickets". Which is a waste of time, EXCEPT it's not completely true. We found out afterwards you can go 30-45 mins ahead of time to trade your voucher in (you'll want to a way. For best parking). Wish we knew this before, but Save on Branson reached out after my initial post to advise they will make sure the counter people explain this better in the future. That high pressure sales pitch - just know never to agree to the first initial "offer". they start at 19,995 plus $396/yr "fee" but it quickly gets reduced to 4k!!! So don't be taken in. Say no and walk out. ===== Also: once you're in Branson there are offers in the local newspaper, throigh groupon or even call the shows you want to go to see if there are discounts. HIGH SEASON: I would 100% suggest Save on Branson if you're traveling mid October thru Feb and if Dec holidays are your thing, call now! Tix sell out and we spoke to a lot of people who said the businesses rely on high season. [They were already booking NYEve events in August]. LOW SEASON: we went in mid-August (but had called in June) and it was perfect. Great weather, no crowds, tolerable traffic, still a lot to do. If you're looking for R&R mixed with a couple to-do things, this was the perfect time time. 5 stars if it hadn't been for that high pressure "vacation" presentation. The only damper on an otherwise great deal.

Negative experience: The staff at Save On Branson were courteous and I would possibly use their services again. BUT do NOT let them talk you into going to a presentation on Sapphire Resorts in order to get free hotel stay and free tickets. We went to the 2-hour presentation at Sapphire. The first group presentation started with ear-splitting music. The presenter thought he was funny but was rude and condescending. He and other Sapphire reps assured us many times there would be no high pressure sales pitch. Total LIES! It was very high pressure. We’re RVers and explained over and over again that RVing is our preferred method of travel so no interest in hotel stays. One rep rudely practically told us we were stupid because our method is more costly (according to him). He also practically called me a liar when I said we only stay in hotels 2-4 times a year. IF you are as gullible as me and go to this presentation and IF you’re talked into buying, hold out for awhile. We were first told $10,000 was a great price but, when pushing us to buy, that price decreased to $6,000. It’s a total scam!

Fantastic experience: Hi, I visited Branson May 6 - 10, 2024. Lindsay helped me every step of the way, from suggesting that I attend a 2 hour timeshare seminar (to save money). To helping me with choosing an extremely nice condo over looking a golf course and 3 different excursions at a VERY IMPRESSIVE PRICE . That was my first time visiting Branson and I will definitely, return again in a few years. I did a solo vacation and I was able to have fun, relax and create lasting memories.
