Our comment from TraTraTravel about Vacations Made Easy:

Vacations Made Easy is a travel service that offers ticket booking for various attractions and events across the United States. While many customers appreciated the ease of booking and found the website user-friendly, several users reported issues that detracted from their overall experience.

Positive feedback highlights:

  • Quick and efficient booking process
  • Easy collection of tickets, with some users appreciating the helpfulness of staff
  • Friendly and accommodating guides for tours

However, there are notable concerns:

  • Several reviews mentioned the inconvenience of having to pick up physical tickets at locations far from the actual event venues, which some customers found unnecessary.
  • Many users experienced pressure to attend timeshare presentations while collecting tickets.
  • Customer service reportedly lacked helpfulness, with numerous individuals having difficulty resolving issues related to overcharges, booking errors, and rude interactions.

In summary, while Vacations Made Easy has facilitated enjoyable experiences through effective bookings and accommodating staff, prospective customers should be aware of potential challenges regarding ticket collection and customer service.

Positive experience: After purchasing tickets for a venue, this company started sending me emails, texts and even called me with the same information they sent in the emails and texts. This was too much! One email to confirm and send the tickets would have been enough. I went ahead and blocked further communication to avoid future solicitations.

Positive experience: I received a message stating I had to pick up a hard copy ticket to the River Walk cruise at “customer service”. No information on a location. I had to look up a Vacations Made Easy location and when I went there, it was closed. From a posted sign, I got another location. I walked over half a mile there. They gave me yet another location in a mall where I finally received my ticket at a hotel desk.

Negative experience: Bought tickets to The General Jackson Riverboat Show through this 3rd party site. Total pain in the ass to try and receive our show vouchers after purchasing. Had to drive to watch a presentation 10 minutes away and listen to a sales pitch. Their front desk was of no help whatsoever. Gave us a huge runaround. Took a chance and went to ticket office at the show site. Looked us up and let us right in. Vacations Made Easy sent me a text message stating I wouldn’t be admitted to show without redeeming my vouchers through them. Stay away from this company. Nothing easy about it

Positive experience: We were told '120 minute presentation.' Was '180 minutes.'

Negative experience: Scam artists and liars! Don’t purchase tickets from these people; they will lie to you with each opportunity. Especially if you want to use the gondolas on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Tickets are cheaper on site and you don’t have a designated time, as their website says. What it doesn’t also tell you is that you have to go to the mall to pick up the tickets. We went to pick up tickets for family members after first going to the Riverwalk where we were told that we had to have paper tickets from the storefront at the mall. Needless to say we were not happy. When asked why they can’t enable ticketing by phone, the employee Emma came unglued and started yelling at us. Never the hell again!!

Negative experience: Such a scam!!!! We booked the Christmas light tour. It never said we would be dropped off at the landing for 45 minutes and then go through a light display that clearly said at entrance that it was $70 for the entire bus to go through! Such a waste of money! The lights was pretty but I could have drove my own car through the lights for $30!

Negative experience: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY to book a hotel!!!! We booked a nice, more expensive hotel/condo room for our first getaway in over a year (for Thanksgiving). They messaged us 2 days before and said that it was overbooked so our reservation was canceled! Now, were left to try to find a place to stay OR cancel our trip! SOOOO upset & disappointed!!

Negative experience: This place is a scam. We had to pick up our tickets at 3608 West 76th in Branson. They were horrible and told us to come back the next day for a refund and it was a scam to sell us a timeshare with Wyndham timeshare. No refund. Seats were not where we were told they were also.

Katie Collins 9 months ago

Fantastic experience: Ticket were ready for pickup within 24hrs. Additional tickets were offered at a great discount for viewing a timeshare presentation, but it was not high pressure to do so.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST! SCAM!!! My wife and I went here to just pick up our tickets. It's best to spend the extra money and go to the shows website and get your tickets. You can't just go pick up your tickets without being hounded to buy other things and when you say no they become defensive, rude and talk down to you for not wanting to "save money"... AVOID AT ALL COST!

melissa King 10 months ago

Negative experience: This place is a scam. The gentleman we were speaking with was extremely rude after we told him no. Do not book anything with them. This is a horrible place.

Cheryl Parmenter 10 months ago

Negative experience: This company is a complete scam. We had to cancel our Grand Canyon trip two days ahead as we were told would be OK. Come to find out, we had a year to use the money on another reservation. The only other place available in Arizona was one place. The prices for everything had amazingly gone up on their website. We finally gave up on finding anything reasonable. The vacation was made easy as far as booking, but forget getting out of it if something comes up unexpectedly.

Negative experience: Don’t let the “guarantee” fool you; we didn’t see any dolphins at all on our sunset cruise. Other minuses include: - The company makes you take a needless trip to their sales office just to pick up a voucher for your tickets. This trip is completely unnecessary (the actual tickets are given to you at the office at the marina where the boat departs from) and its obvious purpose is to try to sell you tickets for other activities. - The crew was very friendly but engaged in too much distracting banter, like they were trying to be AM radio personalities or something. Perhaps this was an attempt to make passengers feel better about seeing absolutely no dolphins. There was also scratchy-sounding, semi-distorted music playing the whole time, which was quite distracting, especially at the few times when the crew was actually announcing useful information. On the plus side, the scenery was beautiful, the trip was completed safely, and the crew provided clear safety instructions and, as indicated above, was friendly and respectful.

Fantastic experience: We loved the helicopter tour, Country Tonite and skyline ranch! Easy to book, pick up tickets and all featured easy parking and easy access! Great memories and experiences!

Negative experience: Don’t use this place you have to pick everything up in person. Apparently they haven’t heard of e-ticket delivery yet. Then you will need your license for something that could have come to your email. Then the place gave me attitude because I was annoyed I had to come I person. Just don’t use them.

Negative experience: Got to hotel just to find out we'd been booked in a double room instead of a King room and the hotel wouldn't change it (even though our receipt showed we booked and paid for a King!) because Vacations Made Easy booked it as a double and charged us for a King. When we called them regarding this, we we transferred to a "supervisor" and promptly placed on hold with a recorded message stating the call must remain civil at all times and to keep your voice down and don't yell at their supervisor's. "Adam" then came on the line asking what he could do to help, which ended up being absolutely nothing, as he stated that when you book with them apparently it is ALL based upon availability so you are not guaranteed ANYTHING you book and pay for. Even though you get a confirmation number, even though you get your "voucher", nothing apparently is guaranteed and as we found out, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! So, Adam states he needs to check on this issue and puts us on hold forever. While we're on hold, I contact the front desk (literally seconds before he comes back) to see if they've heard from VME to remedy the situation, which they have not. He comes back almost a half an hour later to tell us he can't help us, the "3rd party" they book through won't respond and it's their fault. He tells us he contacted the hotel (LIAR!) and they're out of King beds, so there's nothing he can do. We brought up that we just called the front desk and they said they hadn't heard from him, to which he quickly started backtracking saying he had the manager's personal number. At this point, we are over it. This trip is an Anniversary trip and we are pretty much reserved to the fact we are going to be sleeping in separate beds. He then said he would call us back in 30 minutes and could offer us 10% back if he couldn't get us in a King room. Well, 30 minutes came and went, no phone call. My husband called back and of course Adam had for the day, didn't note the account that he was supposed to call us back, or pretty much any of the issues we were having. The new supervisor we spoke to processed a 10% refund. We will never book through them again knowing this is how they do business.

Negative experience: If you go to Branson & want to buy show tickets, buy directly from the theaters. Do not use a third party discount ticket seller like Bransonshows.com (which ends up being Vacations Made Easy). I thought I was buying tickets directly, but you must go pick up vouchers for the tickets from their customer center & then drive to the theatre to pick up your tickets with the voucher. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get my vouchers for tickets I had already paid for. I told the customer service representative I wanted my ticket vouchers and was not interested in attending a Wyndham timeshare presentation. He said I was being “aggressive” & that he would not give me my vouchers. He tossed an empty folder at me & told me to call the # on the back of the folder to have my vouchers emailed to me. Wish I could give 0 stars. I called the # & a woman apologized & said she would email me the vouchers. At this point, I still don’t have the vouchers. Avoid this place like it’s 2020! This is my opinion.

Negative experience: We "booked" Riverfront Cruise (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) tickets through this company and let me tell you it was totally not worth it. 1. You have to travel to Pompano to get your "tickets" for the cruise. Getting into the building is challenging to say the least. Once you get to the desk you don't get tickets you get a voucher to get your tickets but only after you have to endure a sales pitch for their other products. 2. You are then sent to an address in Ft. Lauderdale to get your tickets. Only problem is the address you are sent to is a vacant building. 3. After contacting Riverfront Cruises and explaining the problem you are told that the company is in no way connected with Vacations Made Easy. The Riverfront employee I spoke with was very helpful and guided us to next steps. Bottom line, do not waste your time dealing with Vacations Made Easy because it is A) not easy and B) not worth your time.

Negative experience: This is 100% a scam - I’m left with a very upset 5 year old boy who now can’t go to the pirate show as the tihis company is scamming folk - How they have not been shut down is beyond me and when I return I will be sending this to the appropriate authorities.. Disgusting how they have got away with it for so long . .

Negative experience: When I ordered the vacation package which included a four night stay in Branson Missouri. Upon arrival the room was not as expected as I travel alot. The hotel people were very kind and courteous. No problem with the people at all. My wife is recovering from a knee surgery and the room booked did not meet the current need. I went to the hotel desk and spoke to them about this situation. They were very accommodating for me. I paid for that room. When I asked for a refund on the room booked through Vacations Made Easy they refused to give me a refund. Their solution was 10% refund. When you book a vacation package you are entitled to reasonable expectations. This room did not meet those expectations. I will not use Vacations Made Easy again. Again, the hotel management where I stayed was very professional in this matter.

Positive experience: Selecting shows was easy. However very surprised that a request within an hour of the original order to make a change in one show time would cost more than $50.

Negative experience: Ordered tickets for San Antonio Aquarium for Bandera rd. Went to the Aquarium and was told that "this happens ALL the time the sites misrepresentation of which site you are getting tickets too." You will have to go downtown to get your vouchers. I call and speak with Tash and am told very rudely how I was wrong and NO REFUND. I purchased the tickets less than an hour before my call mind you...BUT, to cancel for refund it has to be 48 hours in advance of going. If you read this and you find yourself in this position...YOU WERE WARNED.

Positive experience: Not sure that I like the idea of having to pick up the vouchers in person miles from where the venue is. I was not aware to that issue prior to making the purchase. Seems it would be much easier to just send them to me by email. Anyhow, I will reserve my opinion of whether this is satisfactory or unsatisfactory after I finally have the vouchers in my hand.

Negative experience: I didn’t realize this was third party when I got tickets. Then was told I had to pick them up in Branson and first takes 15 min to even print. Like why do I need real tickets?? Then they try to sign me up to tour some time share. Like NO. Even brought the boss over offering me a free stay and $100!! Seriously just want the tickets I bought! I not attending no time share so I think they realized I was not budging and finally gave me my damn tickets. Ridiculous.

Paulette Davis, Realtor 1 year ago

Negative experience: The third party company, Vacations Made Easy, certainly did not make our experience easy! We did not know why there was a $90 plus administrative fee and we only got a credit of $8 for three seniors, that is less than $3 for each senior! The drinks were VERY expensive. This 3rd party vendor should know what they are selling. They did not know if there was a parking fee. As it turns out, there was massive parking available in the shopping center. One Department does not know what the other department is doing. Yesterday, we asked to talk with a supervisor before going to the General Jackson Dinner Riverboat Cruise. We got transferred and then had to leave a message and hung up on. A supervisor did call back yesterday and we voiced all of our above complaints. With no success, they would NOT issue any credit or additional senior discount. Then, this morning another supervisor called us at 8:30am and woke us up only to go through the SAME conversation of yesterday. Again, NO credit offered or additional senior credit. Some may think this post is unimportant and insignificant, but if we don't explain all this, no one knows what is happening or NOT happening. After explaining all this to the the man at the General Jackson Dinner Riverboat Cruise whi was checking us in, he said that the 3rd party vendor does not care. They are making millions. This is only one platform we are providing our rating on. We will also go on Google, Yelp, Trip Advisors, NextDoor, which we told Vacations Made Easy, the 3rd party vendor, that we will be writing several reviews of our experience. Be aware of 3rd Party companies that sell tickets to different venues. They DO overcharge you. Buy your tickets DIRECT! We did enjoy the General Jackson Dinner Riverboat cruise down the Cumberland River. The food was delicious and all the entertainers and music were superb!

Negative experience: We ordered tickets to a show (cirque show) and we were told we had to pick up our tickets at customer service at broadway at the beach. So we go to pick up our tickets and then we were offered some free tickets to 2 more shows and a restaurant gift certificate. It’s a time share scam! The young man trying to get us to sign up assures us we are not going to be harassed and we can get up and leave after the mandatory 2 hour presentation. Set your timer he says and just leave. You get your free tickets before you go in and just tell them thats all you're there for because they know only 1 in 17 will buy. Ok, we agree and then they charge us $40 on a credit card that is supposed to be refunded when we show up. Of course our salesman wanted to be our best friend and ignored me when I said we are only here for the tickets like everyone else. He did his sales pitch, we said no, the next guy came over , we said no, honestly, it was extremely overpriced. And they wanted tens of thousands of Dollars down at that moment! The yearly maintenance fee was more then we spend a year now on our vacations! The sales guy got mad and stopped being our new best friend…. He then told us that he didn't understand why we came, just for the free tickets? Well duh, I told him that right away! He was very rude and at that point I said we were only required to spend 2 hours and its now been 2 and a half hours. Then they send yet another person to detain us! She wants us to take the survey to tell them how wonderful the experience was! At that point I said no, we are leaving, after being treated so rudely after we were promised this wasn’t going to be a hassle I had had enough. I highly recommend not buying any tickets online or do not get talked into wasting your time and being treated rudely, its just not worth it.

Negative experience: 100 percent SCAM! 1st I was contacted by a young man . He left a voice message stating the guest relations would be closed the following day till 12:30 pm . The riverfront cruise was to launch at 12:00 pm. I called and they said “oh well let me check that out” they came back on phone and said they would send a link for the tickets. They did, then I get a text for me to come and get tickets that day. Not possible. So, we have the voucher. We drove 2hr and 30 minutes to the address on the ticket. 2901 Seville st. It is a dead end! No boats, no ramp. I called the number again. 1st person could not help, Manager gets on the phone. Told him our story. I said this is a scam and I want my money back! He said,” well, that won’t happen” said, we were early and be patient. It should be there at 11 it was 11:15 already. So I asked the boat name. “ He said, Ft Lauderdale. Looked up boat that said Ft. Lauderdale. Not one came up.! The I received another call from some one who was going to send me a picture of the boat cause it doesn’t have a name! Well, they sent me a email alright. It was the original website. SO DO NOT place any orders with these crooks! I want my money back! You ow me $100.00

Negative experience: Wow. HORRIBLE. All of the five star reviews MUST be paid reviews, because there is just no way. I bought tickets online for the alpine slide in Branson, turns out I bought them through this place?!? Thank goodness I called because they told me I had to have a physical ticket and I had to pick it up in-person and it's NOT at the alpine slide. When you arrive it is not labeled as Vacations Made Easy. It is labeled as a ticket center. Huge red flag. I go in and was told by a gentleman in line that they are pitching time shares. WHAT?! How deceptive is that? The tickets are a just a way of getting you in the door. But wait, it gets worse. I waited in line for about 10 minutes so I only had about 30 minutes to get my tickets, find where the alpine slide was and get there. In my mind this was enough time, but after waiting in line and being told they were taking quite awhile, I was worried. When the guy waved me over to his station, I asked if we could hurry so I could be sure to get there on time. His response? “Well then you should have arrived sooner, shouldn’t you?” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! At that moment I looked at him and said that I was debating if all this trouble was worth the $30 I spent on the tickets. Again, he responded RUDELY by saying, “Well if you’re going to have that attitude then I’m going to make this take as long as possible.” I lost it. I turned around and walked out. I honestly wish I’d made a bigger stink about it in front of other customers, because how dare you?! You bait and switch me and then have the audacity to speak to me that way?! BEWARE. They are a fraud and they aren’t even nice about it.

Negative experience: We got tickets for Queen Esther for 8/9. The front page had 8/9 but the tickets were for 7/9. We got to theater and noticed the error. The box office had us call this customer service number to which a woman named "Chelsea" with broken english answered. I told her the issue to which she sat just breathing into the phone for over a minute without saying a word. I said hello and she finally said to give her a minute, to which i sat for 5 minutes of her breathing into the phone. I said hello a few more times to no reply. I hung up and called back and they closed and i got ab automated message. This place is a dumpster fire with worse customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANY TICKETS THROUGH HERE.

Joseph Riner 1 year ago

Negative experience: I can only comment on the Branson location…. Disabled Veterans, and others with physical disabilities should beware of this business because Vacations Made Easy is a third party (not representing the attractions/shows) and sell tickets that they do not have yet; Vacations Made Easy requests the tickets through the Branson attractions/shows “AFTER” selling the ticket(s) to the customer. To point, I purchased four tickets with special seating (handicap seating/transfer from walker to seat) because my daughter has Cerebral Palsy and Vacations Made Easy was unable or unwilling to provide the seating information, after the purchase was made. Three weeks after the purchase and still no response from Vacations Made Easy, I contacted the attraction/show directly and was informed that the ticket requested by Vacations Made Easy was not handicapped accessible, and the meal was also wrong. —— Other locations may be fair and honest, but the Branson location appears to be intentionally dishonest; the customer service is elusive and will not provide a specific answer to specific questions. —— I strongly recommend that potential customers communicate directly with the Branson attractions/shows to ensure they get what they purchased in good faith, and to ensure that their families are not victim of this locations actions/lack of actions. —— Copies of my phone logs and multiple e-mail to Vacations Made Easy are maintained for documentation purposes.

I called the vendor and was told there was nothing they could for me,and refused to give me a refund or transfer my money to another venue. I was told I should have read all the fine print and it was completely my fault therefore there was nothing they could do or would do for me and then they hung up on me while I was still talking. I will never use Vacations made easy again. VME IS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR UNWILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY.

Negative experience: We purchased a sunset dolphin cruise in Myrtle Beach and seen no dolphins. The price was ok but their guarantee is not a guarantee that can actually be used. When you are in the town for only a day or two and no availability is available within that time. They give you “7” days to use the guarantee. I spoke to a customer representative and asked for only 2 out of 6 tickets my niece would be in town on day 10 could I transfer my guarantee to her to use she said only 7 days that it could be used otherwise sorry out of luck. She was very rude and didn’t care to give any Leway. Don’t fall for their supposed “guarantee”

Fantastic experience: I've done vacations plans before with other companies and this one is the best in completing my itinerary and answering any questions whenever I've called and it was quite a lot with making changes. Every single person that I've spoken with was very professional, helpful, kind, and patient with me. Thank you all. Finally the location that we stayed in was Baymont by Wyndham at Thousand Hills. IT was comfortable, clean, friendly, pleasant and the breakfast was fresh eggs omelets, biscuits, sausage and gravy if you want. with other options. not frozen breakfast sandwiches. When I return I will be staying here. Word of month is powerful and I have a lot to say when I return home to family and friends.

Negative experience: I put 1 star only since there is no LOWER option. I bought tickets for the Motown show through VME. Well... * The final cost was NOT what promised/advertised... * the process was shameful, disrespectful... * it took 11 !!! phone calls to get into the show... * VME tried to FORCE me to come to some remote office for the tickets !!! not to the show, just to get the tickets !!! So, what if you are a tourist here without a car or printer handy? * The show box office refused!!! to honor the tickets finally sent to me by email with a barcode etc... 7 more phone calls to VME to rectify the situation. In the delayed process I lost my place and que in the line (I was the first in line, Came ahead of time). I had been entered finally LAST and and LATE after the show had started, placed by the toilets by the theatre staff and had been told times and again that: "since the show gets ONLY a percentage of the ticket cost when bought on VME, so, I am NOT a customer anymore and I do not deserve more than that" ... In short... a disaster !!! never again. My recommendation- STAY AWAY !!! Still, Thank you 'supervisor-lady' from VME that helped me remotely to get into the show.

Positive experience: The price seemed good, however they were unable to print my tickets. Therefore we were unable to participate

Negative experience: I'm really upset with these people right now. They advertised a great deal for the hotel I wanted during the days I needed and everything was great until it wasn't. Booked it online, received a confirmation email and I thought everything was great. 2 weeks later, I check my credit card statement and find that they charged and then credited my card on the same day. When I called to check on the reservation, it was no longer there because according to them, the hotel was sold out. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS??? You NEVER sent me notification that the booking was not possible. So now, I'm screwed because NOTHING IS AVAILABLE!!! If they want to make this right, there is availability at a hotel nearby (El Tovar Hotel) that costs twice the original booking price, but I'm willing to split it with them. Otherwise, this review stands. #ticktockticktock

Positive experience: I did not know this was a way to introduce you to a timeshare sales company. The sales lady was not high pressure, but I prefer to be told when I am buying a ticket why I need to pick it up at a location different than the entertainment venue.

Fantastic experience: every person that we dealt with was friendly and courteous. The venues that we attended were great. Had a wonderful time.

Fantastic experience: Booking was so clear to know what I was getting and the bonus ride at great prices. We are so looking forward to our trip there.

Fantastic experience: Got event tickets for a discount price that worked without any issue. They told of other offers, that would require listening to to sales pitch, which was optional and we declined.

Fantastic experience: My request was dealt efficiently; now I'm looking forward to get tickets on Aug 16 in Nashville, TN. Once I get tickets I'll be in a position to confirm (or not) the above rating

Fantastic experience: It was very easy to book the event. We are really excited for our vacation in the Gatlinburg area!

Positive experience: The beginning of our experience was not good at all. We were given incorrect information which caused us to be late for the tour. The meeting place was not correct nor the description of the tour guide. My husband and I sat at the wrong address for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come. I walked around the area looking for a tour guide who fit the description that was given to me by a staff member. After I got the correct location for the start of the tour, we had to rush there find parking and the tour guide. Fortunately, the tour guide did an absolutely awesome job and so the experience ended well. I started with 3 stars, but I extended a little grace, so 4 stars it is!

Fantastic experience: I used Vacations Made Easy to plan a trip to Tennesse for my husband and I for our 40-year anniversary. It was very nice and easy to deal with.

Positive experience: I had no difficulty booking our reservations on-line ; I didn't know that I would need to go to pick up our tickets instead of them just needing to be printed from my computer

Elaine Alestra 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: The site was easy to navigate, and I ordered my tickets in minutes and received the confirmation. They also sent me free guides to the city!

Joyce Bialozynski 1 year ago

Positive experience: This experience was easy to order but the tickets should be digital. It's a big problem to make an extra trip to get tickets in person when you're out of town. This is the 1st venue I've had this problem.

Negative experience: Ordering was easy. I had to CANCEL my Order# 6627264, and that wasn't easy. Your Representative, John, explained to me that a MONEY REFUND would only be equal to 2/3 of the Total Order Price... OR, accepting a Gift Certificate for use at Myrtle Beach would be EQUAL to 100% of the Total Order Price. I chose the Gift Certificate. John assured me that I would receive the Gift Certificate via Email. I am STILL waiting for the Gift Certificate. When will it arrive? Lastly, your Company SHOULD post the TWO (2) choices for Cancellation, when making the Purchase. It seems UNFAIR, to me to sacrifice 1/3 of my payment, to reclaim what I'd paid. Thank you.

Negative experience: Worst service, un professional. I booked ticket on 31st Dec Evening for San Antonio Cruise. When I received ticket it was mentioned that I need to collect it from their designated location and when I reached there, that office was closed, their customer center call was not answered. Later after 2 days when I called and escalated to next level they only refunded only 65%. Very unfortunate.

Negative experience: Nina scheduled me for something on Sunday, turns out the attraction is closed and I can't get my money back. Then when I go to the office to pick up my tickets the system is down and I have to go to will call. Went to will call and they don't have any information on me or my tickets. 0/10 do not recommend. Don't use Branson shows or this travel agency because they don't check what's open or not. On top of that I go to pick up my tickets at the customer travel center a second time they try to pitch me on TIMESHARES for Wyndham, I KID YOU NOT.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I bought a ticket for a tour in San Antonio on their website, and was told I had to pick up the physical ticket in their office. Went to their office only to find out their staff is not on duty on that day. Called for refund but was told I could only get 65% of my money back. Definitely will avoid next time.

Fantastic experience: The General Jackson dinner cruise was very nice. The meal and entertainment were both excellent. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Negative experience: My experience has been downright bad. I booked ticket online thinking that is easier. After purchase I realized that I had to pickup tickets from your office and the office was closing at 6.30 pm. Why I had to pickup a ticket when it could be easily emailed to me I don’t know. Had to rush my family including kids in cold weather only to not find your office easily. I called customer care and was guided but they were not even aware that your office is not evening working on thanksgiving. Why would you sell tickets online and ask to pickup when your office isn’t even working ? Then I was given ridiculous choices like 1 year to use, 60% refund and 90% refund all through a 30 minute call. Isn’t this an obvious case of fully refunding the money? My vacation was not made easy and infact made painful.. very very bad customer service and experience, will never buy from your site again !!

Positive experience: Food excellent and plenty Pirates was entertaining, especially for the children.

Julia O 1 year ago

Positive experience: Nice place with friendly staff. However I did not like that I had to drive to a location to pick up my tickets. They could have just as well sent them to me via email. When you come in they give you your tickets with no problems, but to come to the location is a way to be a time share lure.

Cheryl Sharp 1 year ago

Negative experience: They are simply horrible. I accidentally made a reservation and immediately called to cancel. They would not cancel, they reimbursed 65% of the amount. Their customer service supervisor was worse than a robot call. Droned on and on about policy. No personal opinion whatsoever. Would never consider using them again. Misleading!!

Negative experience: On Thursday night 10/26/23 I bought tickets to the Haygoods show in Branson MO. I requested handicap seats so I could get room for my bad legs on an isle. I got seats with a wall in front of us with NO leg room because of the concession stand next to me and the walk way to it right behind me. Complaining to the office doesn't do any good. Samuel answered and said he was the top person and wouldn't help me and truly didn't care. DON'T Use THEM! The Haygoods are good.

Positive experience: Ordering the tickets was easy. Only issue I have is the the confirmation email said I could print vouchers then received an email telling me to pick up my vouchers at thier office. Not much time in Pigeon Forge to have to pick up vouchers

Sue G 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Easy to make reservation. Good directions on how to pick up voucher. Please note voucher will not serve as a ticket…must take voucher to theater or entertainment venue to trade voucher for entry ticket/s. Great selection of shows. We booked hours before event and had great seats, two for the price of one, as a bonus we received a no-charge voucher for another venue the following day.

Positive experience: Simple purchase and pickup process. Of course being owned by Whyndom Resorts a sales pitch for seminar is given offering cash cards to attend 120 min meeting. Doesn't, t bother me but for those who don't like this sort of sales method might should choose other event ticket vendors.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed that I had to travel a half hour to pick up a voucher when the boat was 10 minutes away. Then when I picked up the voucher there was a sales pitch for Wyndham which we are already owners at. That was a big waste of time. The cruise itself was ok. We did see dolphins and got a very nice picture at the dock of our group. But I was very disappointed with crew members and guests smoking at the back of the boat where I could smell it. I am a non-smoker and we were told at the dock that there was no smoking on board. Very disappointing. I will not use this service or Voyager again.

Negative experience: They held our tickets hostage trying to make us listen to a time share deal. I had to come in from our vehicle before they would let us have them. I thought, maybe they had to check my ID, even though my name was not on the tickets. They just wanted me there to try to pressure me into pressuring my hubby to get a vacation place. This is a scam and should illegal. Go to where the show you want to see is being held and buy tickets there!

Negative experience: late addendum- this review is for the Nashville location. Blitzes w emails. Requires onsite tour tix pickup.Charged more than the tour company. In-person staff was friendly and accommodating. Phone customer service required a supervisor with several brick walls prior to actual connection.

Fantastic experience: Great experience super easy and got great seats! Will say the receptionists at vacations made easy was very rude and gave me a disguising look and asked well do you have your license?? As if I’ve been there before and knew the drill.

Sal Venuto 2 years ago

Negative experience: We booked a Nashville tour with this company. 5 days later they notified us by email that the tour has been cancelled but charged our credit card the full amount of the tour. Due to the notification delay, they ruined our vacation since we lost the opportunity to book with someone else. When I contacted customer service, the representative was both rude and arrogant. Buyer Beware!!!!

Adrian Robledo 2 years ago

Negative experience: BEWARE! This is definitely a company that is out to scam you and find every way possible to get your money. After making reservations and buying tickets for my vacation, I realized that I was overcharged for everything! They try to sway you into getting a “good deal” by trying to offer free admission tickets to the aquarium but in reality they are charging you for them in your other tickets! I paid $80 for zoo tickets when they actually would have costed $60 at the zoo and $18 on an online offer. In total, after doing research I overpaid by over $100!! I called customer service to see what was the deal with all of this and I received the worst customer service ever. No empathy and no caring expression for the horrible experience i’ve had with this company. This was my first time using VacationMadeEasy to plan my honeymoon trip and never again will I use this company and I would encourage everyone else to avoid them as well if you’re trying to save money.

Positive experience: I received the confirmation but am somewhat upset that I now have to drive down to Mrytle Beach to pick up the tickets. That is very inconvenient. Why can't the tickets be emailed to me??

Negative experience: Vacations Made Easy has been horrible to deal with. We booked a weekend stay in Branson and we booked two rooms since there was going to be five of us. They advised us that they had it all taken care of and we would just need to stop and get the vouchers. Once we stopped and got the vouchers and got to the hotel. The hotel advised us they did not get the second room reserved. We attempted to work it out with the hotel, as well as vacations made easy and no one would work with us so we had to all shoved into one room. On top of that Clarion Hotel made us pay for the roll away bed instead of comping it. So, needless to say I would not recommend either business for your stay on vacation.

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all. I didn't appreciate having my intelligence insulted by telling me that the tickets were BOGO when their ticket price was 89.99 but the Dinner Theater tickets were 39.99!!! THEIR "fantastic deals" cost me more AND had to make A SEPARATE TRIP TO THEIR OFFICE TO PICK UP THE VOUCHERS so they could try to talk us into listening to a pitch for a TIMESHARE!!!! UGH!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I feel like we got a great deal. My husband and I enjoyed the interactiveness of the Lumberjack Feud. We also loved the relaxing atmosphere of Skyland Ranch.
