Negative experience: You guys services starting to suck all the time I need a tow is a 2 hour wait to 3 hours all the time n last time u guys didn't show up in till the next day.

Fantastic experience: This guy is the best! We left our celll phone in the car by accident, and he returned it for free, he came miles out of his way! He was also a great driver, funny, and kind. Very relatable, as well.

Fantastic experience: I have been very Happy each time I have used AAA for my children's behind the wheel training. They are amazing with their schedules and we just love Maria she was an awesome instructor! Very prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest using their services.

Positive experience: Like how fast l got my car tags and insurance covered on this one, but the vehicle reg side people are not warm and welcoming now and getting a bit like the DMV...The insurance side people have not changed, always smiling and friendly. A smile goes a long way and attitude is catchy!

Negative experience: Loyalty means nothing to this company was with them for 9 years without putting in any claims, paying everything on time, and they dropped me without notice. I called and told them not 1 email, not 1 piece of mail was sent to me letting me know I had 30 days to sign a document. They will screw you over 1st chance they get. When I tried to get a rewrite to get my policy reinstated they denied it because they got the rewrite a day late (not my fault) i called right on the 30th day when i received the email saying my policyhas ben canceled. They wanted me to start a new policy with almost double what I was paying and wanted 40% upfront. Bunch of thieves and crooks in aaa.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this week my father and I needed to make an important change to his auto insurance policy. Apparently the loan company for his car needed to be listed on the insurance declaration to avoid being charged an additional $300 . Jazzel an insurance agent from the Victorville branch was a great help , besides her attending us with our delays and she was familiar with the car loan bank and went a step further by faxing them a copy directly.... We SENT MANY NOTICES BY MAIL, BUT YOU MISSED THE DEADLINE SO U OWE US THIS FEE” they are Trash for INSURANCE THEY WILL WIPE YOU OUT !!!!

Negative experience: Been a member for 11 years with my family and the moment I try to switch to an independent primary. The insurance lady SHARON STEALS my cash payment of 87$ and claims to never have taken anything. Triple A refuses to look at the cameras and will not help me further and are still demanding more money for my membership i already paid. Dont pay in CASH here guys. People are dead broke who will steal and scam you!!!

Fantastic experience: Second time I've ever been to this, or any other, AAA and both times Tsunda helped us and offered the promotions that allowed me to use their services. I originally declined the promotion because I was only their for my boyfriend but luckily she changed my mind. She is so much nicer and motherly than any other DMV member I've ever met which keeps bringing me back to AAA.

Negative experience: Got there at 1:03pm on a sat. They refused to help me. Yet they were still in there helping others. I don't live close, and they wanted to be jerks!

Negative experience: We had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to use our AAA towing insurance. The ladies in the office said there would be a waiting period before we could change our package to a longer distance tow service, AND they refused to tell us how much it would cost after that waiting period. They could not have cared less in their attitude.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this branch many times and never once had a bad experience. I have had a aaa membership for 13 years and have never used my notary benefits till today. Marea was who helped me today and she was so helpful, pleasant and attention to detail!!! Would absolutely recommend her to everyone needing notary or dmv help. Having a aaa membership is so worth the yearly fee with the dmv perk alone but now knowing the notary benefits also was like icing on the cake. We pay for our adult kids memberships just for the peace of mind from the roadside assistance. We will definitely be premier members for life.

Fantastic experience: Who doesn't love AAA, it's like a short DMV where you can pay your tags without the long lines. They offer driving school and drivers Ed, which is at a low cost. They also offer home owners insurance, life insurance, earthquake insurance, and more. You also get a discount if you have multiple insurance policies with them. I have had AAA for 22 years, and I trust them with all my needs.

Fantastic experience: I was in the area near AAA, went in instead of calling. Needed I formation regarding home owners insurance. After checking in I was seen by a representative in less than 20 minutes. She was very helpful and pleasant and a answered all my questions.

Fantastic experience: 29 years ago, I bought myself a AAA membership. Choosing AAA has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! Not only am I protected from being stranded after a breakdown, but I have been able to avoid the DMV on many occasions, had help in trip planning, referrals for auto repairs, etc. If you are a single gal, you must have AAA!

Negative experience: It sucks no help at all. Had my car towed and they told me they would send a car to pick up the rest of my family. Never happened . I had to call a family member to pick up the family. Called 6 time's to triple a on hold total of 1hr each time. Going to cancel.

Fantastic experience: My family has been a AAA members for 31 today was my first time as a member of the auto club I went in today to get my tags thinking I had to pay a bunch of money because there was something wrong with the vehicle time to find out if you go ahead of chicken on it or the $177 well since the vehicle was gifted to me they waved that ticket and gave me my tags which I only had to pay $15 for the paperwork I'mma please proud member of AAA Auto services

Negative experience: Took me 12 hrs to get a tow. I put in 3 work orders and 2 of them said I was picked up when I wasn't. Every time I called AAA it took 3 to 4 hrs to even talk to anyone.

Positive experience: My question is why does it cost $102.00 to transfer a title over to my name. And why was there only one window open to serve AAA members which increased the wait time. I became a AAA member to avoid the DMV wait time. There is really no different.

Fantastic experience: I went in about 4:42 pm. 5/09/2021 As at lady asked if she could help me and told me where I could've wait to be help. The sweetest attentive and helpful lady came all the way to me from the other side of the offices and guided me to her station to help me out with my forms to get my handycap placard. From beginning to end she was lightning fast while keeping a warmth and great welcoming atmosphere, so efficient, professional, even though I made her do most of the process twice cause i didn't pay close attention she was the one apologizing and keeping a cool and beautiful smile always telling me not to worry whatsoever and she made right in just a couple of seconds not exaggerating at all. I'm really impressed, happy and more than satisfied with her costumer skills and service. I just hope I caught her name right.. CAITLIN! She is a little, petite lady with short hair with a beautiful, humorous, amazing personality I mean, I went in a little upset mad and in lots of pain and she was making me laugh and brighten up my evening. Thank you so much for (ALL) your help.

Negative experience: I bought insurance for my 3 vehicles and they took my money out of my account the same day ,the next day Andrea Delcid Jerez called me and said they couldn’t take me as a client and Told me they will refund my $250 back.Well they didn’t instead they refunded me $44 dollars only, she literally ripped me off what goes around comes around never will I ever trust AAA.

Positive experience: Its just like any other place don't go the last 2 hours unless you have everything perfect my dad came in yesterday and said i could get my old truck transferred here but he came at 9 in the morning and i bet my dad gets it transferred tomorrow its not all of them they have bin helpful in the past

And the agent Monica Munose was not very nice..she ignored my calls and if she had called me tell me I was going to be cancelled..I could have gotten more of my money back from my car insurance . She would not call me after I called and called for like 6 weeks.. No one needs to ever be treated as badly as AAA and this office in Victorville treated me. My husbad and I were with them for almost 10 years.. My guy passed away on May 22nd 2020.Not covid19 related. Unfortunately may 21st I was cancelled.. I was married 37 years as of march 19th 2020. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. . I forgot to pay my bill for the year..21 days doesnt seem like much of a grace period.

Negative experience: I’ve never in my life been treated so badly by ppl I pay my money to for 2 years. The lady who filed my claim for my accident was rude, did not communicate how the process gose and then when I asked questions they was not properly answered. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she was no better. Instead of her being professional and just being understanding to my situation she decided to ask me, “isn’t your lawyer getting paid 30%? Then should t they work for their earnings. Which sent me through the wall. I have their names and I will be calling corporate and file a complaint. Because of these two sorry employees, I canceled my policy with triple A and now I’m with another insurance company. They made feel like I had done something wrong or I was trying to pull a scam on insurance company. 5 months later and my car still isn’t fix and did I mention it was the other driver fault which they claimed fault

Sales Agent Janee Griego helped me get a full coverage policy on my new Nissan, after my so called significant half went to the VV Branch and signed a declaration excluding me off of the insurance we both had been on for over a year. Janee stayed at her office past closing hours to finalize it. Now, that's what you call true Customer Service. And then after all that I excluded HIM off of my AAA road service and then got a small refund. So now I have my own policy and road service in my name. Thank you Janee, I really appreciate you. Negative experience: Cancelled my policy over missing photos that AAA already had on file very unprofessional agent only received brief message from agent with little to no information will be canceling all membership and business with AAA for not handling this matter better bad business

Fantastic experience: So they are Covid compliant, which means lines outside. Yet they had staff working with the lined up members to get us processed faster. 30 minutes at AAA beats the heck out of a lost day at the DMV.
