Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and friendly staff and a wonderful flight experience we wish we had chosen the longer flight but even the 15 minute flight is an experience you won't forget, the only negative I could put is the helicopters are a bit snug if your tall once you have the head set on but this is a very minor point.

Positive experience: Average ride. And there is few hidden charges like for Fule they will charged you 50$ each and if you come late there is penalty of 100$ each.

Positive experience: As it was my second time so I didn't mind but if you are in the middle seat it feels unfair that you are paying the same price as the others. Totally different experience than sitting at the side. They shall let you know beforehand where your seat will be, you may even want to give up on the trip. As we sit there for sometime we watched the safety video but they made a mistake and they too us to the helicopter without letting us watch the safety video. In the safety video it was showing that the bags can be taken to the helicopter, just carry in hand, not wear it. But they rudely told me to put it in the box. How can I know what I can take with me if you don't tell me. It's my second time with the Zip Aviation but I would try the other company if there was a chance. 250$ for 15 minutes, it was a mediocre experience.

Positive experience: Was an experience I was keen to do as soon as I booked to go to New York and glad I did so. However still very expensive and windows were constantly steaming up with 6 (plus pilot) of us in the helicopter.

Negative experience: Worst experience and ride was less than 15 minute’s , it was 9 minutes , and the price was crazy , the team was unprofessional plus the seat you can’t get the view

Fantastic experience: I just had this crazy chance to fly with Manhattan Helicopters, and it was off the charts! The staff was super chill and made everything easy. They gave us all the info we needed and made sure we were safe. When we got in the helicopter, I was like, "Whoa!" The views of Manhattan from up there are insane. I mean, you can see everything – the Empire State Building, Central Park, the Statue of Liberty – it's all right there. The pilot was cool and told us all about the different landmarks and stuff. The ride was smooth and it felt like we were flying. It was so sick to see the city from a whole new perspective. I definitely recommend sitting by the window so you can get the best views. After the flight, the staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. They even had a souvenir photo package so we could remember the experience. It was an epic adventure, for sure!

Negative experience: Tried to charge us an extra $50 for photos when we'd already spent $1000 on the flight

Positive experience: 3 bills seems a little steep for the experience but it was pretty cool. Live narration would have been better and the pre-recorded one said Hoboken was by the GWB which it's not. It's Ft Lee. Having said that, the staff could not have been nicer. In particular, the gentleman who greeted us outside and sold us the tour. Major props to him. So can recommend if you can stomach the .

Fantastic experience: All rhe staff are professional with processing the passengers, the whole atmosphere is relaxed and calm which contributes to relieving any pre-flight stress. Our pilot was very good, during the flight her airmanship was impressive. I can only recommend the Deluxe tour which takes you almost to the north end of Manhattan and gives both sides of the heli great views.

Negative experience: Our experience was the worst. We paid around $670, only to be placed in a cramped seat between two other people. Additionally, they charged extra for pictures, but the quality was poor, with only two blurry photos taken. I would never recommend this, as it's a waste of both money and time.

Fantastic experience: i bought my ticket on get your guide for 15 minutes ride €221. SO worth it! the place is very easy to reach by public transport, staff is amazing, all inclusive price, the ride is awesome. not so much waiting if you choose the early ride. at the end the ride is a bit more than 15 mins. You do not have to call before your ride, just come 30mins before the schedule. they will weight you, and if you are small around 45-55 kg they might give you front/window seat, otherwise ask for it. (not guarantee you will get it) but i heard if you are petite there is a better chance to get good seat. i know i do.

Negative experience: Completely dissatisfied with this. Having paid the same as everyone else I found myself directed to a rear facing seat with limited view compared to everyone else and a commentary of approaching sights I couldn't see and therefore could make no sense of. I had no idea that on the basis apparently of what I weighed I would be disadvantaged and at that point had no option to object. I had a vastly inferior experience to forward facing passengers with better visibility/ views and a commentary they could relate to. I complained and was offered no rebate on my payment. I was simply told they weren't responsible for the design of the aircraft. I do not accept this as they are entirely responsible for how I was seated. This is completely unfair and I could not enjoy the experience. Everyone paying the full amount should have the right to the same experience. Very disappointed and angry. I would urge anyone I know not to do this unless they are prepared to be the unfortunate person who gets the rear facing seat with the small window

Fantastic experience: staff was friendly, ride was just long enough given we get a little motion sickness. price at 400$ per person was fine in my opinion, i recommend to anyone to at least do this once in their life

Negative experience: Got to the heliport to enquire about a trip. We were intercepted by a worker before we could enter. He was rude, unprofessional and flat out refused to help us after we mentioned the word “online”. Clearly only cared about his commission rather then helping people to book.

Fantastic experience: We booked our helicopter tour with Zip and we had the best time. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the helicopter very clean and comfortable. Our pilot (Rico) was very polite and made us all feel welcome and at ease. The helicopter takes 6 people but they attend your preferences of sitting and always try to put groups together. The views were incredible and definitely something you should consider doing when visiting New York.

Negative experience: Not worth the price. They ask you to come an hour early to check in yet the check in takes less than 5 minutes & now you’re just sitting there waiting for an hour. They finally call us up and we’re riding with 3 other strangers. That wasn’t stated before & for the price I assumed it would just be me & the person I came with. They took 4-5 photos in front of the helicopter before the tour, the man says great look good. During the tour the pilot didn’t say one word. We flew past the Statue of Liberty & etc and he didn’t tell us when we were coming up on it, and facts about the stuff we seen. He didn’t say a word the whole 7 minute ride. Yet we paid for a 15 minute ride. We get off and look at the pics, half of them our eyes closed. Yet he said looks good, if we would’ve known that half of them were useless we would ve asked for more. I liked one or two so we bought the flash drive for $35 more. For $549.72 we expected more. Myrtle beach was less and we got more out of it.

Positive experience: It is worth another view of Manhattan. I have done it 30 years ago starting from 34th and flew over buildings including twins. Thats is not anymore allowed. You have a fantastic view of Liberty monument, Staten island and all across the Houston river to midtown and back. Staff is pro and they guide people to avoid accidents or scaring moves.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional when i book tickets they mentioned only due to weather we may cancel sometimes but they had some vip movement and they lied and cancel it even when i wait there that time they cancel and waste my time also they email me if cardholder is not in rider group email us card and id but they didn’t give me email address and i need to call them to get email address.

Negative experience: Amazing ride. But... Inspite of charging high, they don't take photos from your camera and charge you additional 35$ for digital copies later. Do take all your photos before ride, even though they are asking you to quickly wrap things up

Negative experience: A true scourge in the city. Noise and pollution rain down on the residents so a privileged few can get to the golf course faster. This place should be closed to all but essential, life-saving traffic.

Fantastic experience: We did a walk-in an where very lucky to get a spot on a helicopter right away. Staff was ver friendly and the views where amazing. I also felt very save all the time during our flight. I recommend to book in advance. We decided against it due uncertain weather conditions.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, several parties were upset with the experience. They were close to an hour late stating they didn’t have any fuel . When we finally got on we were rushed and weren’t allowed to take pictures in which we were told we could . They only had 1 helicopter and seemed to be very unorganized.

Would have like to have seen the listed sites a little closer than we did, as it seemed and up oneside and down the other on 1 side of NYC centre - on a loop, and everything was at a distance. Time seem to go exceptionally quickly.

Negative experience: Not exactly a welcoming staff. Quite rude and minimal interaction. With heliport fees and the ride itself we paid over $500.00 with tip and left with much to be desired. We were seated with two other couples… Who were more interested in an Instagram photo shoot and a live commentary the entire flight which blocked and hindered everyone else’s view and experience. They DID NOT wear masks. And no one asked for vaccination cards. We were completely disappointed and frustrated. Perhaps flying private with another company would be ideal. The one star is for the breathtaking view of the city.

Incredible view from above! Worth it! The pilot, competent, experienced and polite, will inform you about the sights that will be in your field of vision... I was lucky enough to sit next to the pilot, which is the best place to enjoy the flight! The staff working at the reception is also polite and experienced! We came from Greece and had a lot of fun here! Very good work from everyone!
