Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. Please save yourself the the struggle and do not use Cheapticketsdeal. The whole experience was a nightmare dealing with this company. Short version : after tickets were purchased, they called and said apparently tickets at that price weren't actually available and charged me over $100 more, saying it was still a good deal.. it was not. Got more than one confirmation email but didn't actually have the tickets confirmed ( check with the airline ALWAYS), cheap ticket deal company also didn't issue the infant ticket which was a whole other issue that took forever to be rectified. Cherry on top was anyone I spoke to was rude when any issues were brought up . They don't know what they're talking about and try to gaslight you, the ticket company needed to contact the airline about confirmation and tried to tell me that I had to , but I was told by the airline that the company had to. Not worth the trouble of not actually getting a good deal.
