Negative experience: The WORST decision I ever made was signing the contract with Holiday Lounge. They sold me the membership for $11,500 with a monthly installment of $291. However, every time I try to book a trip (even with a month's anticipation), I'm unable to do so because there's no availability. THIS IS A SCAM!!! They won't let you cancel the membership either. When you try to book a room at the price they offer, they charge you hundreds of dollars in additional resort fees... essentially making it the same price or even more expensive than without this worthless membership. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Negative experience: Do not believe the good reviews! I am 1000% convinced they are fake. As per the true 1star reviews - 1) you go on a cruise, you enter a raffle where you have a chance to win a holiday you have to enter details E.g. name, address etc to enter this raffle 2) conveniently we got picked, maybe because we were from the UK and all we had to do is listen to a 2hr presentation and give a 40 dollar deposit, which you will supposedly get back 2) an Uber picks you up and takes you 40mins away to Newport hotel which is rundown and not even a fully functioning hotel 3) you get taken to a room in which there are desks saying ‘holiday lounge’ you fill in more information and rep comes and sits you down 4) The rep delivers a speech which is rather convincing and then they bring in the ‘manager’ which they go over the same thing as the rep trying to persuade you to join the scheme. You are promised 5* hotel/accommodation which are supposedly 1k a night but look at the reviews, the pictures speak for themselves and you have to pay for flights yourself 5) you are lectured for 2hrs and pushed into a corner to buy their memberships which are 12k for the year for the basic packages 6) during this lecture you’re asked for your occupation probably to determine your financial situation. As soon as you show that you’re not interested in the plan, their demeanour changes within 0.00001 of a second, they look at you with utter disgust. 7) it is quite the operation they are running and there are actually people that fall for it 8) they then take us down to get this gift in which there’s is another rep to convince you give it a try with a cheaper fee 9) when you get the ‘gift’ and your ‘deposit’ back, they put the deposit on a debit card, when we tried using it, it had no money on there and when we tried going on the website to retrieve this gift holiday, the website just looks pure suspicious 10) under no circumstances do not fall for this scheme, the positive reviews on here are all fake SCAM SCAM SCAM And to anyone that does fall for this, you will find it out for yourself

Fantastic experience: Sandy has been and will continue to be our cruise consultant. For years I have relied on myself to cross the t’s and dot the i’s, but I have Sandy now. Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience. This has been our best trip yet! The resort is peaceful and the staff are overall very friendly. We really loved how Publix and a few restaurants options were only a 5 minute walk away. We wanted to get away without having to go out too much. It was nice to grab a cheap lunch or buy groceries for basic amenities and to cool occasionally. We’ll definitely be back!

Negative experience: Three words to start with SCAMMERS, SKETCHY & UNPROFESSIONAL. My wife and I were on a boat tour in Miami and won a “free cruise” but we had to attend a two hours sales pitch to be able to claim the gift (and there was no obligation to buy anything.) We went there and we had our presentation with Ethan who seemed at first to be a nice guy and was friendly, although his demeanour changed 180 degrees when we said we are not buying. He gave a straight poker face and wasn’t even paying attention to anything we were saying after. He also bragged about his luxury life; cars and watches that we were not interested in hearing. After the presentation was done he grabbed one of his managers to gives the “offer” which was a $15,000 one time payment that we can split into payments with an interest rate of 18% and a down payment of $ 2,500 for a promise that we would be able to get cheap packages at Luxurious hotels. You have only THAT day to decide, you have no time to think or do your own research. The manager, Martin, had an aggressive, rude and unprofessional sales technique that made us uncomfortable. When we brought up to him that we have read the reviews about Holidays Lounge he starting showing us pictures of a Parliament member in Philippines and his wife and saying “ this is a parliament member and his wife is a judge and they bought with us, who are YOU then to doubt?” Martin and Ethan called our dream travel destinations “cheap” in poor taste. We vehemently declined their offer as we don’t feel we need to be sucked into debt for a service we can’t verify. He then left and then another manager came asking us how the presentation was and why we did not sign up with them, I explained to him because we don’t feel like to commit into loan payments while we were on vacation and that I don’t like being pressured into something (we like to take our time to think about it.) He then offered us a “free trial” that we don’t have to commit to. At this point I was more sketched as to why this was not offered in the first place- it was just a trick to get your feet in. They were still trying their sales pitch well after the two hours was over, we asked to leave as this was over the time the informed us and we have other plans for the day. They didn’t believe us that we had snorkelling reservations (we did) They told us to go the bottom floor to redeem our free cruise, there we were approached by another associate who asked us the same questions again and also tried to offer us something claiming “ the people up there can’t give this offer” we declined it again and asked to please get us done with that gift so we leave. We got the gift sent to us via email but still not sure of the legitimacy of it as we haven’t booked yet. I want to tell the manager, Martin, that he needs to learn how to talk to people professionally because he was doing a terrible job and was very aggressive and pushy. And to that guy Ethan, for a second we thought he was a nice guy but the moment we refused the offer we can tell from his face and attitude how fake he was. For people reading this, PLEASE do your own research and understand that you are signing a loan- Promising deals that other victims in the reviews have never received.

Negative experience: The most aggressive form of marketing I have ever experienced. We won a “free cruise” certificate while vacationing in Miami. In exchange for a mandatory “120 minute presentation.” In reality it’s 3 hours of being interviewed and encouraged to purchase. Once you decline their whole demeanour changes and they send sales rep after sales rep in to give you more speeches. The company is probably going to comment on this to defend themselves and their reputation (no hate to y’all individually, I get that this is your hustle) so please do not bother contacting me. Also the happy costumers who bought from them, hi! We were shown a dozen of your profiles (full names, ages, whatsapp group chats, pictures, careers and income) in an effort to gain our trust and interest. Keep your personal info close because there are freaks out here!

Fantastic experience: I got my membership 05/31/24 and am in love with it don’t regret it at all. In Sept/2024 I took my nephews to Orlando and stayed at Westgate town in a 2 bedroom villa and when I tell you that the price was unbeatable and nobody believed how much I paid. I want to thank my members service representative Juan Carlos Cruz for always addressing any concerns that I could’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Holidays Lounge, their page is really user-friendly, their customer service is always there and very helpful! Totally recommend.
Negative experience: Wish we could give them no stars. Don't fall for the scam. They will take your money and you won't be able to go on any trips due to availability. You have to pay additional fees on top of payment for your trip as well your yearly fees for membership with interval and holiday lounge. As well as the credit bill that we're still paying off cause we were foolish enough to fall for the hype.

Negative experience: I was deceived into purchasing this. It is nothing close compared to what was promised. Specifically, Hector Reyes and Mohamed Alwalidy were the two who promised excellent customer service and even volunteered themselves to be resources to help, and now both are ignoring me after I simply got deceived into paying for yet another bogus charge that was yet another scam. Do not even think about signing up.
Negative experience: Trust me when I say do not sign up for this trap people. This is total BS this company is just making money off of people you can get vacation for way cheaper prices else where. I have this for quite sometime now I do not use it I want out and they wouldnt let me because i sign some paper charges me every month for something i dont use, someone please help me what do I need to do to get rid of these people.

Try to tell you about all the positive aspects of there supposedly company and the benefits that don’t add up to your expectations. They literally give you 3 days to change your mind and if you don’t within that time frame. You become got by a company that doesn’t give a damn about your feelings or your money. Negative experience: Firm Demand for Immediate Resolution-Account CC-019076 In June 2022, we initiated a membership with Holidays Lounge. Unfortunately, after joining, we were forced to wait 30 days before accessing the Interval and Holidays Lounge websites, delaying our ability to explore travel options for 2023 and 2024. Our initial excitement quickly faded when we realized that booking availability was a significant issue. Despite adhering to all best practices, including booking well in advance and providing multiple date options, we were unable to secure a vacation outside of Orlando in a two-year span for family travel. We did not sign up for this membership to only book vacations in Orlando. Despite reaching out to both Interval and Holidays Lounge, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. It appears that this company preys on the dreams of hardworking people, forcing a 30-day wait period only to reveal that availability is severely limited. Additionally, my husband and I were promised a cruise and vacation to Hawaii—promises that were never fulfilled. Our so-called VIP membership offered nothing close to VIP treatment. We’ve lost thousands of dollars and have yet to enjoy any travel. Worse, you have now impacted our credit. We demand the immediate removal of this negative mark from my credit report. You’ve taken enough from us, and we will not tolerate further damage. If this issue is not resolved, we will be contacting the Attorney General and providing evidence of the ongoing deceptive practices documented in numerous BBB complaints. Furthermore, this review is going on the BBB immediately and we will not hesitate to pursue civil litigation against your company along with the other victims of your scam. Resolve this immediately.
Negative experience: I am writing this review in order to hold the company responsible for anything that will happen to my credit &/or money. I visited this place today 9/29/2024 with my husband due to winning a vacation at the mansion tour. Everything was great, numbers were making sense to us, the staff was pleasant & we agreed to talk it out & decided to go ahead with the deal. When it came time to sign the contract, the agent Genesis was scrambling through everything, I was still on edge and unsure if this was something that I wanted to do (mind you, they ran my credit & took out a 12k credit card “credit line” under my name) when I asked her if I wanted to back out what would happen, she caught a little bit of an attitude and brought in Hector the financial rep, they both tried to convince because I was hesitant about the payments and I felt at the end I would be paying double for a vacation instead of less like how they portrayed. My husband caught on that I did not want to do this so we said no before actually signing a contract, they brought in 2 other people, Franco, which offered us a plan for 4,900 & when we said no came in Rafael the director, which we also said no to. I come to find out they had charged the 12k to the credit card they took out without my permission, once we said no, they proceeded to refund the amount to the payment method & we were given a paper (Genesis was the person in charge of the refund). Overall my experience was not bad, I wouldn’t know how the vacations work but I did not feel comfortable with it. The point of this review is to hold this company liable & responsible for anything that could happen & I will lawyer up if I have to. I would like to add on that we were recorded with volume as well so if anything were to happen that recording better be available upon request.

Negative experience: I recently had a deeply frustrating and unpleasant experience with Holidays Lounge. From the very start, the representatives were disrespectful and rude, showing a complete disregard for customer service. I initially approached them with high expectations, but was met with condescending attitudes and an unwillingness to help. Rather than providing solutions, they seemed intent on belittling me and making the entire process as difficult as possible. Their tone was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected throughout every interaction. Beyond their lack of basic courtesy, Holidays Lounge displayed a shocking level of insensitivity. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and dismissive of any issues I raised. It was as if my problems were irrelevant, and they did not care whether they resolved them or not. When I explained the impact their poor service was having on me, they brushed it off, showing no empathy or understanding. Their complete disregard for their customers’ well-being is alarming, to say the least. The most concerning part of my experience was the realization that this company is nothing short of a scam. They promised one thing, but delivered the exact opposite. After taking my money, they failed to provide the services I had paid for and came up with endless excuses. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. It became clear that they have no intention of honoring their commitments, and are more focused on squeezing money out of customers than providing any real value. To make matters worse, I discovered that Holidays Lounge operates in a fraudulent manner. Upon further investigation, I found numerous reports of others who have fallen victim to their deceptive practices. Their business model seems designed to prey on unsuspecting customers, luring them in with false promises and then refusing to provide the services or products they advertise. The more I learned, the more obvious it became that this company is not just negligent, but purposefully deceptive and fraudulent. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Holidays Lounge to think twice. They are not only rude and disrespectful, but they also engage in fraudulent practices that are designed to scam their customers. I deeply regret ever engaging with this company and hope others can avoid the same nightmare I experienced. Do not waste your time or money – this company is a complete sham.
Fantastic experience: First time staying at Vista Cay by Millenium, & my family & I enjoyed it. The Villa was spacious, fully furnished, the swimming pool area very nice & clean, Enjoyable! Negative experience: I regret going to the tourism area when my daughter and I first entered the boat where these scammers baited out people either with children or who don’t live in the area who are the perfect target. This is their game. Get tourists from outside the state or country either with or without children to enter a raffle ticket and presumably win some kind of free trip voucher, which by the way you’ll never be able to use. My mother has been going back and forth with them since august 2023 using the free trip. Not to mention they put us in an uber to a hotel where we were led to the last floor where there were other victims unknowing of what would happen when signing up. We were convinced by a representative followed by Camilla (which by the way tiktok is killamila2.0) who convinced us to sign our life away. We have been making payments every month and have not been able to book a trip because it ends up turning us in circles after they give specific days which we can’t even book. When I tried to contact her, she never even called me back. Next up on the scammer list is Louisa Rodriguez, who was supposed to help us book a trip after all the availability she gave, she also made us run in circles so like any normal person, we decided to stop paying them which we don’t get anything for. Since we have decided to stop paying it seems as if they can’t let us go. They have been harassing us through many of their agents trying to call about missing payments when they know we don’t want to pay anymore. I have read many reviews about people going through what my mother and I are/ have been currently going through. For those of you who are fed up with these scammers dressing all fancy like they mean business we need to lawyer up together because these people won’t go away or stop getting more people who chose to go on their vacation and ruin it with their lies. They mean to ruin your life and your credit. If you want to proceed with going against them legally contact me. It's time for us to put our fancy suits on too. UPDATE: Eric (supervisor at Holiday Lounge), We are still waiting for your confirmation email as you promised in order for us to remove our review as per the conversation we had today (07/29/2024 approx. @ 9:57am). UPDATE 2: btw, to everyone reading this including their game is when there are people who give them one star they have their employees or probably paid people to rate 5 stars or write 1-2 sentence reviews to keep their rating up. UPDATE 3: JENYSABEL BASULTO, I read your review and I have to ask how did you get all the benefits from Holiday Lounge? I have read many other reviews and even people from London have fell in there scam.

Fantastic experience: My family and I had a great stay at Vista Cay. My kids really enjoyed their rooms and mostly the pool. It's a good place for parents with lots of kids to go and be able to rest.

Negative experience: First things first, they are getting 1 star because 0 isnt a listed option. Next, Ive come to the conclusion that these people are legal scammers! Please excuse any typos in advance but here's my experience I visited one of their presentations about a month or so ago. I met with Jorge and he was a sweetheart. Polite and professional. Things started going downhill when I met with Michelle Y., his manager (sales manager or whatever the heck she was). However, during her sitdown with me, the director summoned her to the back abruptly in the middle of our meeting. Upon her return she finished her pitch and literally stared me down as I was reviewing the paperwork forcing me to say yes. It got to a point that she knew I was uncomfortable and she said herself “I’m going to step away because this is weird just sitting here staring at you.” Once she left I got on the phone with my husband to deliberate on if this was feasible for us and there just so happened to be another young lady on the phone. The director stormed into where I was seated and practically raised his voice and said "Yall can just sit together. Yall don't have to be on the phone." I was accused of knowing this young lady because we were both on the phone and both so happened to be invited from the Katt Williams show. (Apparently, they don't like for friends to attend so you won't influence each other to say no and he thought we knew each other but were pretending otherwise). Whole time I was on the phone with my husband. That was strike one. After I came to a decision and asked Michelle Y. to return, I specifically asked and stated at least three times if my credit would be ran... She told me no and she reassured me no every time I i asked. She said if I put the deposit down then they would NOT pull my credit score which would result in a hard inquiry. I told her I was in the process of buying a house and getting business loans so I didn't want any hard pulls. Her response was "Even if they did it would only be a couple points," while negating the fact that they still look at how many hard inquiries you've had in the past year (or more...depending on the lender). Long story short not only did I put the deposit down (when I was told NUMEROUS times if I did so they wouldn't run my credit PER MICHELLE Y) but they also ran my credit. This was distasteful, dishonest and inconsiderate. I texted Michelle and til this day NO RESPONSE. I've emailed the company and no response. I ended up getting a refund via customer service. But again no one called me personally to apologize, to try to work things out just no remorse or recognition of bad business and customer service on their part. Neither did her director reach out to me regarding this or about me requesting a refund and neither did he apologize about accusing me and the young lady of knowing each other in the rude and nasty manner that he did. With all this being said, I walked so you can run. So please run as fast as you can from this business. They're not even worth the time. They just care about a sale at the end of the day. At least that was my experience unfortunately. Oh yeah and I told them I don't drink please don't bring a bottle of champagne to “celebrate” and I also didn't want any attention brought to me when I did decide to sign up. What did they do? You guessed it. Apparently, they're good for doing the opposite of what you ask/request.

Fantastic experience: We stayed with our infant and two small daughters and really enjoyed it. They have a small kiddie pool which was absolutely perfect since my daughters are still learning how to swim. The concierge was also super attentive and checked in with us throughout the stay making sure we had everything we needed.

Negative experience: The lounge itself had a beautiful view of the ocean and they provided coffee. Unlike their competitors, they did not provide food. We were told the presentation would last 2 hours…. It lasted 3. When you say you are not interested, they claim they are “almost done…just give me 2 more minutes.” We had to tell 3-4 different people no. They just keep showing up and trying to sell a decreased price. I finally told the last guy… the Quality guy…that I had a medical condition and needed food and water. I told him I pass out sometimes. His response was “I’ve seen people die in front of me. That’s hospitality for you.” Are you serious? You are downplaying passing out and death to the 2 nurses in front of you. I rarely speak out about having Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), but I literally was sitting there so dizzy feeling like I was going to pass out since that failed to provide basic food options and kept us there past the 2 hours. Save yourselves and go buy into Hilton Grand Vacation if you want to truly be spoiled like we have for the past 3 years.

Negative experience: Nothing that they told me and my wife in the presentation was true. They told us that the financing was going to be done one way and it was not. We even have what they wrote down to us would happen with the financing and they told us that is not what they said. The free prizes that they gave us do not even worth it since the taxes and fees are so high. We asked for a cancellation a month ago and still nobody from the corporate office has reached out to us as of yet like the person in finance told us on the day we asked for the contract to be cancelled. We had to put in a complaint about Holidays Lounge so we can have someone reaching out to us. So far nothing. The company is so unprofessional with responding to any issues or complaint that you have. I will not recommend this program to anybody. It has been a very bad experience for me and my wife.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the Vista Cay Resort was totally worth it! The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pools were big and the hot tubs were hot! We were close to Universal Studios and were able to take a Lyft to avoid paying for parking. Would definitely go back.

Negative experience: If there is a (-) I would rate it. It is an extreme disappointment and frustration in my recent experience at Holiday Lounge, particularly with Sales Agent MARTIN. My encounter with Martin left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and utterly disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and discrimination I encountered. Firstly, the entire setup at the seafood festival, where Holiday Lounge had a booth, felt like a scam from the get-go. They were offering a raffle to win a package, but it quickly became apparent that this was just a ploy to lure unsuspecting attendees into their web of deceit. Martin, the sales agent representing Holiday Lounge, was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude and judgmental. His demeanor was offensive. It was evident that he lacked basic customer service skills and had no regard for treating potential clients with respect. What was supposed to be a pleasant day out with my daughter turned into a nightmare thanks to Martin's abrasive attitude and pushy sales tactics. He made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of my child, insinuating that I couldn't afford their timeshare package. His behavior was completely unacceptable and crossed the line of decency. Furthermore, the mandatory attendance for a presentation at their sunny island location was not disclosed upfront, adding another layer of deceit to their already shady practices. In conclusion, my experience with Holiday Lounge and Sales Agent Martin was nothing short of a disaster. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless they enjoy being subjected to unprofessionalism, rudeness. It's appalling that a business would condone such behavior from their employees.

Negative experience: This is a scam. Do not sign up. I have been a member since 09/2019 and have not once been able to use my benefits. Never redeem free cruise or reimburse for the terms we weren’t able to use during the pandemic but yet every month they harasses you about a monthly payment. Threatened to report late payments to credit bureau. Ive requested to receive options to pay online but was advised I was be sent a link but never sent. Now attempting to pay for my membership and get sent an inactive link. My job is currently on the line because they will refuse to respect my availability hours and continue to call during my work shift which causes conflict for me while I’m on duty.

They have no remorse and take advantage of people who are vacating and try to scam them into a time share. If you write a response to them on Google , they just respond with the same answer to call their number but when you do, they never answer. Multiple people have taken lawsuit action with this company and I’ve personally consulted with lawyers that said they’ve dealt with holidays Lounge before. We are starting to take legal action and if you’re involved with them, I suggest you do the same. Negative experience: This company is a FRAUD!!! Don’t fall into the trap. I’m having sleepless nights because of this. It’s a high pressure sales presentation, with promises of things you will never get. Super high interest rates. I’ve been paying for months and only $370 went to principal and $800 to interest. Plus don’t mind that I put down over 2k. Neatly the properties they said you could get for cheap is not true they come with hidden fees like must purchase all inclusive package and extra fees that cost more than if you went on Expedia and got it yourself. Could never get in touch with my so called concierge. Also don’t fall for the “non alcoholic champagne” they give you. I felt the alcohol and they swore it was non alcoholic. I have an alcohol sensitivity due to a medical condition. They give you that before signing the documents. Horrible situation to be in paying for a service that you can never use with a bunch of extra fees attached. I called to cancel the month after and was pressured to stay with extra free trips and airfare but never received them. This has me so upset that I am now looking for attorneys to help. Positive experience: My husband and I have been using Holiday lounge for so far 4 years and enjoy it so much their services are very good and affordable with holiday lounge we don’t have anything to worry for our vacation. Thanks to the team

Negative experience: Must give it 1 star. It’s really a 0 for me and my family! Don’t fall for their bait. You did not win a free trip to Cancun! Tried to cancel my membership within the allotted time that’s indicated on the contract with no solution yet. I sent them a notarized letter with tracking so and multiple emails. The only reply I have received is we have forwarded your email to our cancellation department and they will be in touch with you within 21 working days. However, to withdraw the money it took them less than 3 hours. I’m trying my best to be patient and not get an attorney involved, but this is ridiculous. Also, to add to what someone else said about phone usage and how they encourage against it… all of a sudden when we arrived to this facility all cell service was unavailable for my entire family (long time Verizon customer I have cell service inside a walk in freezer) and when asked if they had WiFi they said we do but I don’t know the password. They offered to go “try” to get it but no one ever provided us with it despite asking multiple times, which left us with no resource to look this place up. They also advised if you were not interested to just let them know and they would not insist or pressure you… well that’s very far from the truth. We said it was a financial responsibility that we didn’t want to take on and the manager said “I don’t think that’s what it is… seems to me is more lack of trust because you think we’re a time share…” We insisted that we did not have that money and he said “well if you didn’t have money you wouldn’t be vacationing so let’s be real that’s not the issue… I’m sure you can spare $100/month” Again, I said “no and you don’t know how hard I had to work to save up this vacation money and how many overtime hours I worked” He looks at my husband (given that he’s quiet and timid) and he said “sir, what’s your take on this?” My husband replied “it’s whatever my wife says.” The manager proceeded to attempt to guilt trip us because we were not trusting him and his “amazing discount” that’s not offered to anyone else (because I’m a first responder). The $60k plus membership miraculously dropped to under $10k. This experience has been a complete nightmare. Please do your research on this company prior to your arrival. Don’t discuss your personal life. They use so many tactics including your children and how they will have better vacation stories to tell their friends, family, etc. It very much gives timeshare. Which they make sure to ask you multiple times what you think about them. Oh before I go… if you win the supposed raffle to Cancun or wherever you decide to go while on a mansion cruise in Miami… don’t fall for the “where are you from or are you a local?” from the crew. They rig their raffle. All they want to know is that you’re not a local to put your name to the side and when they call out the raffle winners you somehow feel super lucky that you “won.” They have a tactic and I’m sure if you arrive with children you’re even more desirable. I hope this is helpful to someone.
