Negative experience: I placed an online order with this agency to be sent to Cuba, and it turns out that the order didn't arrive complete. This agency also does not want to take responsibility for the poor work done and will not refund the money for the products that were not sent... in addition to charging me shipping for 46 lb when the package only weighed 13 lb. Negative experience: Here we are almost a year and cuballama is doing all they can to avoid allowing me to use a credit of $430 that expires on October 13th 2024. Tried to select dates and alll I get back is alternate dates date I can not use because I can take time off from work for the days they keep pushing for me to take. Almost a year ago they said I will have no issues to use the credit and now it's impossible. Almost an hour and half on the phone with these people with no positive outcome. They are a bunch of thieves and live of hard working people that live pay check to pay check. Avoid this company like the flu.

Negative experience: They are scammers, I paid $2719 for 2 tickets from Cuba to Nicaragua and they called me to charge me an additional $668.5 because they had to make a stop in Bogota. In the end, the tickets were executed poorly and my family was left stranded in Peru. Now they don't want to refund my money, they are scammers and when I call they hang up the phone because they don't want to give me my money back. They were even capable of leaving a family with a 4-year-old girl stranded at the airport without food, without being able to bathe, without being able to sleep, and stressed out. They don't deserve even 1 star.

The hook is the 7-day promotion but they don't fulfill the terms at all....On June 14, I sent a package with them and they said it would arrive quickly...I had a flight with them and I went over the baggage limit...I have been in Cuba since July 2 and my luggage hasn't arrived.....When I call them and ask, they just make excuses. Negative experience: We sent a 32-inch TV on May 17, which had a delivery period of 15 to 20 days. The TV never arrived. I have had many calls with Cuballama and every time we talk, they never have an answer for why it hasn't arrived. Their response is that they sent an email to the supplier. The thing is, they justify themselves like this, and the reality is that I bought a TV from Cuballama for 238 dollars, and they must respond for it. Today, June 29, and still no one to represent such a purchase. The agents only say the same, there is no manager, a representative, no one you can hold accountable for your purchase. It’s always the same every time I call; they come up with the same excuse. What a shame, such poor service. Some of us have better luck and others don’t, but the true reality is our sacrifice, our money, and my 87-year-old grandmother is still waiting for her TV in Cuba.
