Fantastic experience: I purchased the At Home Trip Smart Pass and used it for the observation deck and shuttle bus tickets, among other things. I think it's really great that everything is bundled together and can be resolved at once. The fact that there is a lounge right in the middle of Manhattan where you can store your luggage for free is also a plus. I recommend it.

Fantastic experience: It seems efficient to use At Home Trip when going to New York. I used the smart pass while visiting three places among several, and it was a bit more affordable. So, I hope to use the At Home Trip smart pass. Also, although I didn't, I was attracted by the possibility of refunds and the ability to use it anytime, anywhere, for 365 days, and it’s really nice.

Fantastic experience: I used the Smart Pass to visit the cruise, the Top of the Rock Observatory, the Empire State Building, the MoMA, and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. It's the best for saving money and time. I recommend planning your route around the Smart Pass entries. Since I had my luggage stored at two places, it was convenient because it was near Broadway.

I still can’t forget the streets of New York that I saw from the bus. The Landmark Tour Cruise was also great. I can’t forget the skyscrapers I saw from there. Fantastic experience: I booked tickets for the Broadway musical Chicago in New York! The price is affordable and it is very accessible, which is a big advantage hehe. I was assigned a seat in the central orchestra section on the first floor, so I got to enjoy the actors' expressions and performances up close. I didn't have to wait in line; I just showed the QR code sent by email and entered, so there was no time wasted! The theater is a bit small, but that actually helps with immersion, so just keep that in mind!

The Smart Pass is so well organized, it includes everything from airport pickup shuttle buses to cruises, metropolitan docent services, and tickets to the Natural History Museum. Fantastic experience: I had a comfortable trip to New York through At Home Trip~ By purchasing the smart pass, I was able to buy tickets for the Empire State, Top of the Rock, Summit Observation Deck, as well as the Metropolitan, MoMA docent tour, and round trip tickets for the Top View bus, Isim, and Woodbury Outlet, and even one-day bike rentals at reasonable prices. Since it was my first time in New York, I was really unsure about where to go, but with the At Home Trip smart pass, I was able to organize my entire schedule, and I got a lot of travel information about New York through the website and Instagram, which made for a fulfilling trip haha. When I go to New York again, I will definitely use it again!

Negative experience: There is a problem with complaint handling. I reserved the 9 PM Top View Bus Night Tour and went to the exact reservation location, waiting in the cold for over 30 minutes, but the bus didn’t arrive. I shared the situation through KakaoTalk with At Home Trip and came to the live map location on time, but the bus still didn’t come. When I reported this, Top View did not verify the facts and told me that they could not refund because they had indicated on their website that the operation of the bus could be affected by weather and traffic. Even though At Home Trip has a contract with Top View and is responsible for consumer handling and sales, their attitude was a typical evasion of responsibility regarding product defects, which made me angry. Is it the consumer's fault that the product sold by the travel agency didn’t proceed as reserved? Even if Top View failed to operate correctly, the risk lies with At Home Trip for promoting and selling such unstable products, not the consumer. Even after firmly asserting that I could not use the reserved product despite having confirmed the information shared by At Home Trip, I only received a refund of 1/3 of the ticket price. (Since I couldn't do one of Uptown + Downtown + Night Tour, they said it was a 1/3 refund, haha.) They avoid responsibility for various variables, while the opportunity cost of the consumer's trip is considered only as 1/3 of the ticket price. I was angry and felt bad that during my precious family trip, I wasted time shivering in the cold at night without being able to take the tour, and this is not something that can be compensated. If they had checked the facts from the beginning before notifying me and hadn’t evaded responsibility, I would not have been this disappointed. Knowing that businesses care about reviews, I usually don’t write disappointing reviews, but this is the first time I’m writing a one-star review due to their evasion of responsibility. They had an event that gave cashback for writing a blog review and giving five stars on Google Maps, but it seems I cannot trust Google ratings. Please verify properly before the tour.

Negative experience: <최악의 도슨트 투어(메트로폴리탄) 및 불합리한 환불 정책>불쾌했던 메트로폴리탄 도슨트 투어 경험을 공유하고자 합니다. (긴글주의) 1. 10월 30일 뉴욕 일정 마무리를 하루 앞두고 아이들에게 미술작품에 대한 전문적인 설명을 듣게 하고자 앳홈트립에서 도슨트 투어를 예약함. 메트로폴리탄 미술관 입장료는 (앳홈트립 아닌 MET홈페이지 기준) 12세이하 어린이는 무료이며, 성인 $30임. 이에 따라 성인 2명 입장권+도슨트투어 포함티켓을 앳홈트립(우린 PICK4로 구매, 단독 구매시 70$)에서 구입하였고, 아이들에게 도슨트는 양도할 예정이었음(양도 가능함 현장 확인) 2. 당일 메트로폴리탄에 30분 일찍 도착해야 한다고 해서 갔는데, 규정에는 가이드가 피켓을 들고 있다고 했으나, 가이드는 보이지 않았음. 우리는 미팅장소 근처 한국 사람들에게 앳홈트립이냐고 몇 사람에게 물어봄. 사람들이 다 온 후 투어 시작직전, 뒤늦게 도슨트 가이드가 나타나 입장 티켓 및 도슨트 인원 체크함. 우리 일행은 도슨트는 아이 2명만 참석 예정(초2/초3)이라고 하니, 보호자도 인원수당 구입해야 하며, 구입한 2명 외에는 투어 일행에 동행이 불가하다고 함. 우린 이미 미술관 자유 관람은 가능한 상태이고 규정의 취지에(미국법상) 맞게 어린이 케어만 하겠다고 함. 구매규정에 아이들 보호를 위한 "참여/동반"이 유상 참여인지, 무상 참여인지 명확하게 구분되지 않았는데 개별구매 해야 한다는 말만 반복함 (밑에 첨부와 같이 인원수에 따른 개별구매에 대한 내용은 없음) 앳홈트립 구매 시 해당 약관은 면밀히 보았고 나머지 인원의 자유관람은 가능한 상태이므로, 투어 방해 안되는 선에서 애들 케어만 하면 될 것이라 생각하고 구매했던 것임. 자 그럼, 앳홈트립 주장대로 인원수 개별 구매할 경우를 보면, 단독 구매가격이 성인/어린이(5세이상) 동일하게 인당 70$(약 10만원)임. 성인은 입장료 30$+도슨트 40$인데, 어린이(12세이하)의 경우 입장료 무료+도슨트 70$이면 어린이 도슨트 비용이 성인보다 너무 높은 폭리 구조 아닌가? 타사의 경우 입장료를 제외한 도슨트 비용만 별도만 구분하여 판매하고 있음. 우리 일정과 안 맞아 앳홈트립을 선택한 것임. 가족 여행을 준비한 사람이 어린이 입장권 무료인 것도 모르고 어린이 70$ 상당의 비용을 지불하면 호구 잡히는게 아닌가? 또는 그런 구조를 아는 어떤 사람이 4명 비용을 정가로 구입하겠는가? 당연히 도슨트를 별도로 구분해 줘야 살수 있는 거 아닌가? 인당 10만원에 상당하는 비용인데, 4명, 2시간 투어에 40만원 임. 약관도 인원수에 따른 개별구매인지 명확히 써 놔야 미리 구매를 하지. 현장에서 아이 옆 보호차원 동행조차 안된다고 하니 황당하였음. 3. 그런 불편한 상황에서 어쨌든 투어는 시작함. 아이 2명에 무선 송수신기 주었고, 와이프와 본인은 “무상 청취”를 피하고자 멀찍이 따라다님. 근데 분명 다른 사람 통행에 불편을 주지 않았는데 가이드가 불쾌한 기색으로 손짓을 하며 통로 비키라고 몇 번을 지적함. 아이를 제외한 우린 도슨트를 참여하지 못하는 “일반 관람객”이고 아이들 케어만 집중하고 있었음. 10시30분 시작 1시간 후 잠깐 10분 휴식타임이 있었음. 앳홈트립 홈피에 들어가보니, 규정 한줄을 추가함. “어린이 동반시 보호자도 인원수에 맞게 개별 구매해야는 된다”라는 규정이 맨 아래 추가되어 있었음. 앳홈트립에서도 규정의 모호함을 인정한 것인지? 아님 투어 후 추가비용 지불에 관해 우리와 논쟁할 목적으로 급히 약관을 추가한지 모르겠으나, 수정되었음. 2부 투어 시작 후 일부러 멀찍이 케어하고 있었는데 한 두번은 이해하였으나, 너무 과도하게 통로를 비키라고 지적을 함. 이에 우리도 기분이 굉장히 상했고 결국 아이들 도슨트 중단하겠다고 함. 아이들도 가이드의 태도에 무서워함. (투어 비용은 아깝지만 내돈 주고 굳이 지적까지 받으면서 할 필요 없다고 생각) 그래서 송수신기 2개를 가이드에게 반납하려고 하자, 오피스에 반납하라고 함. 가이드, 본인이 나눠주면서 송수신기 미반납 시 개당 50$ 패널티가 있다고 본인이 설명해놓고, 기분 나쁘다고 수신기는 오피스에 직접 반납하라고 하는게 말이 되는 경우인지? 우리는 어쩔 수 없이 오피스 반납 생각하고, 도슨트 투어 중단 및 그룹이탈 후 자유관람을 시작함. 그 이후 앳홈트립에 아래 카톡내용과 같이 오피스에 송수신기 반납 의사를 밝힘. 근데, 투어종료 이후 갑자기 100$이 결제 청구가 된 것을 확인함. 가이드는 송수신기 반납을 거부하였고 앳홈트립 카톡으로 확인하여 반납 문의했는데 청구된 상황임. 우리도 가이드 행태가 좀 이상하여 체크카드 잔액은 빼논 상태로 둬, 최종 결제까지 진행 안됨. 가이드의 송수신기 반납 거부로 정해진 뉴욕 체류시간 및 교통비를 소모해가며 앱홈트립 오피스까지 방문함. 오피스 직원에게 컴플레인 하려고 했으나 책임자가 없다는 말만 하고 카톡이나 이메일로 문의 주라고만 함.(->컴플레인 시스템 미흡) 타도시 여행 등 잔여일정이 10일 이상 남은 상황에서 들뜬 여행기분을 망쳐가며 컴플레인을 하는 것을 억지로 참음. 한국으로 복귀해 이제 리뷰 작성함.<문제점>판매자 입장에서는 보호자의 “동행/참여”가 곧 별도 구매라고 생각할 수 있으나, 구매자 입장에서 그 규정이 무상인지, 유상인지 명확히 하지 않음. 입장권을 취득한 자유관람이 가능한 상태에서 미국 법적 취지에 맞는 아이들 보호가 가능한데, 왜 참여하지 않는 도슨트를 인원수 대로 구매해야 하는지 이해가 안되고 구매 약관에 그런 문구도 없었음. 당초 그렇다면 구매하지 않았을 터! (어린이 입장권이 무료인데 도슨트만 70$에 구매하라는 얘기?) 4. 또 한가지 앳홈트립 불합리한 정책. 앳홈트립의 탑오브더락 전망대 일정이 있었는데, 투어 21시간전(정확히 투어는 오후 5시, 통지는 전날 오후 8시) 관광지의 긴급 폐쇄로 일정 변경이나 취소/환불해야 한다는 긴급 문자를 받음. 우린 그날이 뉴욕 일정 마지막날 밤이어서 변경 여지도 없고 갑자기 일정이 틀어져 버렸음. 당연히 환불 요청하였는데… PICK 4 -> PICK 3 액티비티 차액 및 추가비용이 환불 되었음. 근데, 우리의 귀책사유가 아니고 앳홈트립 판매 상품의 내부 문제로, 즉 회사 사유로 취소가 되었는데, 단순 차액보상만 될 뿐, 내 일정에 대한 보상은 일절 없음. 소비자의 구매상품 취소 시에는 각종 패널티 조항 및 비용(50%~20%, 당일 환불 불가)을 붙이면서도, 소비자의 일정손실에 대한 보상은 일체 없음. 또한 내가 구매한 PICK 4 -> PICK 3로 떨어지면서 나머지 액티비티의 개당 비용이 상대적으로 상승한 것은 소비자의 금전적 손실임. (액티비티 수가 많아질수록 1개당 구매비용이 적어지고 적을수록 개당 구매비용이 높아지는 구조 시스템) 본인과 협약된 곳의 일방적인 폐쇄라는 변명을 하지만 소비자는 대행거래 이윤을 포함하여 앳홈트립과 구매행위를 한 것으로 취소로 인한 일정 손실은 앳홈트립에서 책임져야 함. 단순 차액 환불만 돌려주면 그만이라는 생각은 회사 이익 보호에는 최선이고 소비자의 권리는 뒷전이라는 느낌이 듬. (소비자의 당일 취소는 환불 불가이고 회사사유로 인한 취소는 일정손실 보전 없이 환불해주면 땡?) 미국 일정이 이미 끝난 상태에서 회사에 컴플레인 해봐야 얻을 것도 없고 해서 당시 불쾌한 경험을 작성해 보았음. 타사와 금액 시뮬레이션 했을 때 금전적 차이는 거의 없었음. 만약 다시 미국여행 간다면 앳홈트립은 절대 이용하지 않을 것임.

Fantastic experience: I bought the Smart Pass pick5 last month and had a great time!! When we arrived, those who hadn't bought tickets separately were in line while we could just breeze right in!! I’m so glad I got the Smart Pass.. If you buy separately from the official site, there might be omissions and it can be cumbersome.. Managing tickets can be a bit annoying, but I did it comfortably at home..!! If you release something like this in countries other than New York, I think I would trust and purchase it♥️

Communication was good, and above all, it was cheap to use, which is great! Fantastic experience: I did an Uptown tour through At Home Trip. I was worried that my teenage son would find it boring, but he said it was very informative, which makes me feel proud. Negative experience: I was told to come to the office to exchange my physical ticket for the natural history museum, and it was quite a hassle. Then, I had to come back to the museum to exchange the ticket again and stand in line. Also, I tried to save money by using the At Home Trip Package, but there were some things I couldn't do within the package, and in the end, it seems like I ended up paying more. Be careful when choosing a package.

Positive experience: It's located in a place with good accessibility, but it completely closes at 5:40 PM. Luggage storage is only available until that time, so please keep that in mind when you visit! In the case of the New York Pass, there are many items that incur additional costs at final payment (airport shuttle, summit entry), so for me, it wasn't such a cheap option. Make sure to compare with other platforms before deciding on a place to visit!

The Summit Observatory was the most fun and unique among the observatories I visited. They take photos of you at the observatory that turn out quite well, and they seamlessly edit them, so I highly recommend purchasing photos or a photo book! At Home Trip has many different events, so it was great to participate. I want to travel with At Home Trip again on my next trip!
