Negative experience: Upon trying to use the coupon book they gave us, the first time, we were told by the restaurant this was a scam. We were their fourth group trying to use that coupon and they do not accept it and it’s a scam. Also spoke with someone who pursed the “free cruise” and they said it was crap. Had to stay in a cabin that had bunk beds and the flights were with spirt and frontier.

Negative experience: Scam! scam! scam! Presentation made logical sense to a frequent traveler but they don’t give you a chance to really dig deep into the company beforehand. They put a 26k number in your face to wake you up and at the end of the day will settle for $600 starter fee. May potentially be worth it but not worth it to be impulsive and move forward without prior research. - Update Searched the entire internet for people who may have taken advantage of the 7 night cruise they offered. After a couple hours of scrubbing I came across 1 Reddit post about and a guy got led on for 9 months and ended up not getting what was promised. Don’t give these people the time of day

Shantell explained everything to me thoroughly and even followed up to make sure I received the info via email. Very helpful and friendly. Once there, although I didn’t purchase, they weren’t pushy like timeshare presentations. Everyone was very professional!

Negative experience: This company does not care about its members. They only want you to sign up for the program and collect money. How corrupt. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! I wish someone had posted this when we looked into the membership. The platform is very dated, and I have nothing to say. The presentation made us believe that this would improve family vacations. How can this company sleep at night, knowing that they are liars? They should be ashamed of themselves.

She was very thorough about all the information we needed to know prior to showing up for the presentation . She was very friendly and funny! We have our presentation in 2 days and hope they are as nice and easy to talk to as she was! Thanks Leona!!

Fantastic experience: We decided at the last minute, to go on a quick weekend getaway. We went to our Club Esprit account and found some nice places in Indianapolis that were pretty reasonable. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and returned refreshed and ready to face the upcoming week.

Fantastic experience: Everything about the Club Esprit experience has been a pleasure. Their representatives are very helpful and their website is simple to navigate. We’ve booked hotel stays through Club Esprit that have gone off without any issues and we are in the process of booking a cruise. Most recent trip was to Gatlinburg with extended family and the locations were spacious and comfortable for a big family and easy access to all of the most popular attractions. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for one stop shopping for deals on all travel options.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of talking with Octavio about the travel savings benefits if we went with club esprit. The value and savings alone was what sold me. The staff here is friendly, hospitable and honest. We couldn’t afford the initiative al offer, but are planning to return to book with club esprit when we are ready. And when we are ready we will definitely request Octavio. He just seems to be the most personal, honest and relatable person to do business with.

Negative experience: Predatory sales tactics in full force. I accepted the invite to attend the presentation out of curiosity. They're selling membership to a "vacation club" and using every deceptive sales tactic in the book. The cost to join starts at $25k, then goes down to $16k if you buy same day, then $8k with a down payment financed at 19%. When you think you're done, they get you into a very cramped office for the last ditch effort to get anywhere from $700 to $2k from you. I'm on the fence about whether or not the discounted cruise that was offered for coming is even worth looking into. Club Esprit has nothing to do with that and they make that clear. It may be theoretically possible to save money through a membership with them but ask yourself this, "If they were selling a good product, would they have to corner you with deceptive sales tactics to sell it?" p.s. they have so many 5 star reviews because they pressure people to do it on the spot in front of them saying "We're doing an in office competition to see who can get the most 5 star reviews".

We got a lot of great and useful information. We didn’t get the platform today because of our current financial situation, however we will be back in the future! What they have to offer is something for us to work towards!

Fantastic experience: My initial experience with Club Esprit Vacations was very good. Leona, the person I spoke with, was very competent, professional and had excellent phone presence. Leona was very patient and answered all questions my wife and I had. I look forward to a continued great services as my wife and I plan our vacation.

Negative experience: Darius was amazing! Update: During the presentation, we asked several times if we could cancel at anytime. We were assured we can cancel at anytime. But if you finance any amount you CANNOT cancel. I just called to cancel and was told we cannot cancel because we took out a loan. What should have been said when we asked the cancelation question was "You cannot cancel if you finance any portion." The total was around $3000 with a down payment of $1500. The only way to get our money back is to hire a lawyer, and that isn't a guarantee. We might though. Do your research before committing to anything. Also, the "deals" they show you on the computer screen during the presentation are not a true representation of what you actually save. This may not be a scam, but it is balancing on the ethical/scam line. The salespeople leave out important information.

Negative experience: As someone who worked here, I cannot in good faith recommend this place. It may save you some money if you travel to very popular destinations frequently, but in my opinion it's a rather shady operation. The "free" gift isn't a horrible deal but be prepared to pay around $1000 in taxes and fees, not including any upgrades.

Fantastic experience: From the moment Hailey checked us in at the front desk, I can say we felt very welcome! We met with Chris in the back and then enjoyed an amazing presentation given by Kelly. The staff here were very kind and we truly enjoyed working with Chris. They really took their time answering any questions we had and gave us clear answers as well as detailed information to assist us in making the best choice for our vacation needs. I’m not sure why people are saying they were pressured into writing a review because we were not pressured at all. In fact, we were the ones that asked if we could write a review. Also, I saw a lot of negative comments on being pressured to buy a timeshare and then being treated rudely for saying no. This is NOT a timeshare. This is a Vacation Club that offers you highly discounted vacations. Also, no one was rude to us for not signing up. In fact, they sent us away with a smile and were still very kind! If you take frequent vacations and you are a frequent traveler? This is DEFINITELY A VALUABLE CLUB to buy into. Is it pricey? Sure. HOWEVER, if you’re a frequent traveler? You will make up your investment in no time. Once you pay off your sign up fee, you only pay a very low monthly fee so yes. It is worth it in my opinion. If I was a frequent traveler, I definitely would have taken advantage of these big discounts. Highly recommended this group!
