Fantastic experience: Nicole Pucci planned the most incredible first visit to Disney World for our family of 4. I would have NEVER been able to navigate the Disney planning labyrinth without her patient instruction and knowledge. She assisted me with everything - from the moment we got off the plane (arranging transport) to helping me select and book all our lightening lanes and dining plans to stroller rental to car rental - and more!! She was beyond accommodating with her time and so easy to work with. I have happily recommended her to many of my friends already. This is my second time using ET (we went on a Disney cruise last year) and are already booking another vacation with them in 2025.

Fantastic experience: Leah Ricker did an amazing job for our Polynesian/South Pacific cruise and trip to Australia. She took care of any challenges that arose for us on our trip. She saved us so much time handling everything for us. The Hyatt hotel in Melbourne that she booked for us was amazing in every way. The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast buffet every morning of our stay and it was a fabulous buffet. The hotel also gave us early check in so we didn't have to wait for our room when we arrived at 10am. They also gave us some credit to be used during our stay, and gave us a welcome amenity of chocolate and wine. None of this would have happened if not for Leah's great service to us. She is an incredible agent, and we will definitely use her again. We highly recomend Leah for your future travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Lauren N. was absolutely fantastic! She booked our first family trip to Disney this past thanksgiving weekend. Right from the thought of Disney to planning was an absolute breeze. Lauren answered all and any questions. All of Lauren's tips and tricks were so helpful with her knowledge of the parks. Fantastic experience: Chelsea Guffy planned our surprise Disney trip that we took earlier this year with our kiddos. After working with her, I will never NOT use her for our vacations! She made the process so easy for us and stayed on top of everything! Fantastic experience: I told my travel agent Christina I wanted to go to Jamaica, she found me a last minute deal at Sandals resort. The resort is for couples only and I told her I was traveling alone christina found out that my daughter could stay with me. The room was big enough to share with a comfy sofa. It was a butler service suite . The hospitality was top notch and the food was so delicious. I wanted to thank Christina for making it easy at no cost to me which can be very time consuming and frustrating. I’m looking forward to Christina finding me my next trip.

From the start- Larissa was able to help me narrow down and decide which Sandals Resort was perfect for what I wanted, the booking was smooth and easy; Larissa catered to all my preferences and allowed me to ask any questions about anything about the trip. A few days before the trip, Larissa reminded me of required travel documents and forms and also checked on me during the trip to make sure everything was going well! Fantastic experience: We just got back from a trip to Marrakesh, Morocco. We booked with Aristea. We would be pretty lost on our own in Africa, but Ari was on top of booking activities and itinerary was clear and ready to go well before our trip. She kept us on schedule and she was on top of it. Fantastic experience: Thanks to my very educated and patient travel agent Alex Kinder our family vacation at Disney World was everything we hoped for! She walked me through all the complicated reservations at the parks and even made most of my reservations for me! She really took the stress off of me because Disney is A LOT…! Alex went above and beyond and I am very thankful! My hotel was great, I really enjoyed the club level at the Beach Club, they had food and drinks all day long! She secured two Bippity Boppity Boutique reservations for our girlies, followed by a fantastic late lunch at Cinderella’s Royal Table—talk about making dreams come true! She also made sure we hit every single ride on our priority list and was so patient with my million questions. Before and while at Disney! She may be so good that We’re now counting down the days (T-minus 75!) for our upcoming mom and dad only trip to Jamaica, which Ashley also planned. If you want a seamless, personalized Disney experience (or any vacation for that matter), Ashley is your go-to girl!

Fantastic experience: A few months my husband let us know he had an IT conference in Orlando and I decided to take the kids to Disney. Knowing it would just be me and 2 kids for most of the trip I decided to try a travel agent for the first time. I could not be happier with Jenn Bond who was so amazingly helpful and responsive leading up to the trip as well as during. Jenn helped me with hotel, dining, and had about an hour call with me to walk me through the LL system and advice for rides and planning the time. We were able to eat everywhere we wanted to at reasonable dinner times. When my husband was able to join us early she was right there with the intel on how to add him. And so many helpful infographics that I referred to multiple times. You can’t go wrong with Jenn!

But, Trisha’s travel expertise does not stop with Disney. She has also booked a large multi-family All-Inclusive Vacation, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and an Alaskan Land-Sea Cruise. Fantastic experience: Lauren Nacewicz !!!!!! I’d give her 20 stars if I could, 5 is simply not enough. I had always dreamed of having a family of my own and experiencing the magic of Disney with my own children AND my parents. Lauren helped me plan this bucket list dream of mine without leaving a stone unturned. Over the past year she had spent hours on the phone with me (Disney Novice!) explaining EVERYTHING about each resort, theme park, restaurant, ride all so I could make the most informed decisions for my trip. We recently returned after a week away and it’s taken me days to sit down to write this review because I’m still unsure if I can put into words how truly grateful I am for all of Lauren’s hard work and help. If you work with her you will surely see how passionate she is about her job. She is ALWAYS available for questions (even if you think it is a silly one) and never makes you feel as if you are a bother. Fantastic experience: Trisha is THE BEST!!! Our Disney trips, one kid focused and one adult focused, were a blast (and a breeze) thanks to all she did. With her magic, she got every reservation we wanted, she guided us through Genie+/Lightening Lanes before and during the trip, she helped us decide on the best hotel for each trip (and saved us money while she was at it!), and she shared tips, ideas and experience of what to do and how to do it. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. I can see how a trip to Disney could so easily get away from you, but with her advice, guidance and planning ours were seamless and simply magical. Fantastic experience: My husband and I decided a week before fall break to go to Disney! Thankfully I decided to text Ashley Harrison Fuller and ask her a question about flying in and also decided to hear her thoughts on a last minute trip. YALL… she killed it! She made it happen! I had to answer a few questions so she knew what experience we were looking for and that’s it. She booked all the things Disney and I booked the flights and just like that… the trip was planned! We have been several times and this was hands down the easiest, least stressful and most we’ve ever gotten to do/ride/see in one trip!! And we booked it ONE week before check in! Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Arden Resnick for planning our Disney trip for our family of 4 and my parents! She made the planning process so easy and enjoyable for us. My husband and I haven’t been to Disney since we were kids so we didn’t know much, but Arden made sure we were ready with our hotel stay, dinner reservations, itineraries for our days at the parks, lightning lane reservations and more. I’m so glad we planned our trip with Arden. We ended up staying at Disney during a hurricane, and Arden checked in multiple times to see how we were doing. She even proactively suggested we modify our plans to make the most of our time there and I’m so grateful she did that! Having Arden’s help truly made a huge difference to our trip. We’re so thankful for all of her thoughtful and hard work. Our kids, 1 and 3 year old, had the best time. They’re already talking about going back. Fantastic experience: I’ve booked 2 trips with ET family travel and they have been WONDERFUL! My trips have been completely seamless, and stress free thanks to their service. Fantastic experience: We worked with Tracy Hamilton and she was incredible! She planned and booked a 5 day Disney vacation for a party of 18!! 10 kids & 8 adults. She did everything from transfers, to hotel, to dining experiences, park days, and even our lightening lanes for ALL 18 of us!! Even while we were at the parks, we she was getting us on our next rides as soon as we’d check into a ride so we never had to fuss with our phones. My friends and I all called her our “Fairy God Mother”, she was like a wizard- truly!! We couldn’t have done this without her. She was amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Our Disney trip unfortunately had to be rescheduled because of the hurricane. We decided within 2 days of leaving once our flights began getting cancelled. Megan from ET Family Travel sat on the phone the ENTIRE DAY making sure our reservations were cancelled, that we were able to switch our Halloween party tickets (and made sure we were not changed for this) and re-booked our entire trip. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her dedication to making sure everything was done perfectly and smoothly. I would recommend her to ANYONE and truly insist you use ET Family Travel if you are planning a trip! It has been the best decision to ensure we have a fantastic vacation!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Linda Walter for your help with booking our first cruise. The NCL Joy (NY to Bermuda) was the perfect cruise to test the waters. We had a great time. Lots of options for food, casino, comedy club, 2 water slides, pools, hot tubs, mini golf, a race track, themed parties… I could go on. I’ll share some pics of the cruise ship, Horseshoe Bay Beach, a glass bottom boat and snorkeling excursion booked through NCL and some pics of Bermuda. Thanks again for everything!

She helped me understand and navigate the My Disney Experience application and pre-book rides using the Lightening Lane system. There was a lot to learn, and she guided me through everything! She also helped me book a special character dinner for our family, which was a highlight of our trip. We loved the Disney themed meal and meeting the characters, who were excellent. We also really enjoyed our Disney hotel because of the rooms, its location and the fabulous pool. Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Krista as she helped plan our Disney vacation for our family of 6 (3 kids and 3 adults). Krista kept us on track with panning, gave us great guidance on planning out the days for my kids (age 5, 3 and 1) and was extremely patient with me especially when I had trouble making final decisions.
