Fantastic experience: Went in 08/12/24 around 4:15 P.M. in hopes of obtaining my registration in a timely fashion. Guess what? They knocked it out the park for me, thank you Gina. Thank you AAA. Gina was brilliant, patient, and welcoming. Deserves a raise or hire more Gina’s.
Negative experience: 40 years of membership and Tobyn at this location gave me my first negative experience.
Fantastic experience: Great service, I get my insurance here now :)
Negative experience: They don't answer the phone, and have a message saying they are helping other customers, and will take calls in the order received. If you stay on the line, you are given the option to leave a call back number and other info, and they will get back to you. THAT IS NOT TRUE. I left two messages over a two week period, and neither call was returned. Oh, and I'm a 30 year member. This might be my last.
Negative experience: Terrible communication. Snakes. They don’t bother to reach out about important documentation. Carelessly managing clients account without following-up, reaching out, or following through on their communication. Go to State Farms and pay more for a better service.

Negative experience: Robyn was the worst rep I have ever come across and I've been a member for 12 years doing business at this location. This rep was told 3x -4x I needed dmv and still was rude enough to say she couldn't understand what I said even after SHE separated the line for dmv versus other services. Someone else was able to cut ahead of me because of that and i was on limited time. ROBYN was just very rude and her voice was very condescending to me and another older gentleman. Robyn briefly looked at my new registration docs and said no we can't do that I never even got to see a real dmv rep. I was upset and she did nothing to resolve it she was the gatekeeper to say no as if she were a manager. I went to the office in Redlands and they properly looked at my documents and helped me. I can totally see why there was more people waiting at redlands to get sufficient help/excellent customer service than at this highland location. Never going back this simple transactions shouldnt be a headache and Robyn shouldnt be handling the front. I can only imagine how many people leave because of her and her refusual to get a manager when she becomes rude or inefficient. It shows she doesnt care about clients or her job. I told her i was going to complain she argued back saying im the problem. It was too early to argue with someone like this and i know she was just looking to say no because she can like a bully. I'll keep going to the aaa in my nearby city. Highland aaa was the most convenient option, but Robyn has made it inconvenient with her horrible attitude and customer service. Never going again and will be escalating the matter to corporate.

Negative experience: I love my AAA membership and insurance but this place is awful. I’ve been a member for many many years. I came here to get a moving permit for one of my vehicles, that’s insured by them. They should be able to pull up the info on the vehicle they have insured. They acted like they couldn’t and acted very bothered and rude that I asked them to pull up the info. They have DMV services but can’t pull up the info they need? I find that hard to believe.

Positive experience: My husband and I didn't have AAA when we first went here. We went because we brought a truck from a friend and he has AAA, so to put the truck in our name it would be easier to come here instead if the DMV. It was still a bit of a wait time maybe like 45 mins to an hour, but we were a walk in. However the customer service was very friendly. They had some kids books for sale. I noticed the travel agent area. I am curious if travel agents are still needed though since everyone can really book flights, hotels, BnB's, ubers, etc by themselves through apps.
Positive experience: Nice place. Employees are friendly and helpful. Haven't had any problems with transactions or DMV services. Decent parking. Easy to get in and out quickly most of the time. Rarely have I spent more than 20 minutes total.
Fantastic experience: Karen is AWESOME!!! Went in to get an insurance quote and Karen got us the best rate possible. She was polite, professional, kind and got us in and out in a timely manner. This location is convenient, comfortable and clean. The staff here is an example of what ideal customer service should be. Thank you for always making my experience pleasant.

Negative experience: Will take advantage of customers who aren't 100% aware talked to management about my situation denying my request and held my account status hostage when asking if i can call to clear some things up she told me she would help me i went to the car then called 1 min later and she refused my call i feel lied to taken advantage of and treated as if i was nothing but a payment not sure if that's how the entire company is training its employees but i wouldn't want a company i pay to protect me when i see that they will take advantage and use me first chance they get instead of working with me.
Fantastic experience: I went on a Wednesday about mid morning and they were busy but I got in and out quickly. I went in for DMV services and the young man who helped me was very professional.
Negative experience: I’ve had AAA for many years and this office makes me want to cancel my membership. The main reason I have a membership is for DMV services. I am typing this review from a DMV due to this office’s lack of knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. What a waste of time and membership service. Would give zero stars if I could, one star is too high!

Fantastic experience: The wait wasn't too long, less than 10 minutes. The AAA rep Joe was awesome and super helpful, friendly and relatable. We were able to get everything finished and signed in under 45 min. But I was there for about 2 hours just having a great time learning about different types of auto insurance and other insurance plans and policies. No question went unanswered and I didnt feel embarassed to ask more questions nor did I feel rushed through the process. With representatives like Joe I totally understand why sometimes the wait can be super lengthy. Thanks Joe!!! You rock Bro!!!
Positive experience: Went for DMV services the overall experience going very well. Staff friendly efficient and very polite until the my encounter with an insurance agent. The information she gave was accurate but he body language and tone was nasty and she dismissed me while I still had questions by calling another client over while I was still standing there. So much kindness by all the other staff an this one person ruined it all! The first cubicle to the left when you walk in is the person I am referring to. I was so upset I didn’t remember her name. Overall the experience was good just one bad apple maybe she was having bad day as we all do.
Positive experience: Update. They used to be helpful, but it is starting to go downhill. There is no consistency in procedures as I have come back 3 times for the same thing and have been told 3 different requirements. Provide service that your paid for.

Fantastic experience: AAA is so awesome if u dont have it you got to get premium package it's like 137 bucks a year, But your first toe is 200 miles and every toe after that is a 100 miles way worth it not to mention travel rental car dicounts

Negative experience: Many of the online functions are disabled and have been for a while. Cannot manage my Policy online during the Pandemic. Am not even able to add or remove vehicles as I sell or purchase them in real time to satisfy DMV requirements.

Negative experience: 2 weeks ago I asked a representative to turn off the auto pay to my account. I explained that It was going to be a very tough month for me financially. She explained that after 10 days I would be charged a $7.00 late fee, and then after9 more days my insurance could be cancelled. I said understood and to take off the auto-pay. I called to confirm a couple days before originally due and the rep confirmed that auto pay was off. Well the $32.68 was taken from my bank anyway. Which left my account not only overdrawn, But I will now have to pay overdraft fees from the bank. I am a 64 disabled woman and now can't eat for the rest of the. month!! I called back waited an hour and 1/2 to be told nothing you can do. Tough luck for me.
Negative experience: I'm planning to change to a better customer service company. AAA is a really bad experience for me.

Positive experience: I would rather go to AAA then DMV any day of the year. The people are very pleasant and eager to help. My only complaint is that they do not take my bank debit card. You can pay by cash, check or credit card but if you pay by credit card you are charged a 3.8%!

Fantastic experience: I've been with Aaa some years they really do work with you to make sure that you keep your insurance they have great low prices Do everything they can to remind you to pay your insurance before having to report you to DMV they really do want to help as an Triple A customer I love there roadside service is quick and reliable anywhere anytime They have wonderful communication skills the entire time you're not just sitting on side the road wondering if someone's going to show up Their customer service make sure to keep you safe and get you where you need to go Triple A offer more than just roadside assistance you should call agent and become a family of Triple A it's worth it value customer

Positive experience: Got surprised by the line not very courteous, no restrooms in case you needed them they had lots of service agents don't why when you call they put you on hold and then they call you back in and hour or so very poor service , social security is faster believe it or not, I wouldn't recommend better off going to DMV asked lady outside what about seniors or handi capped she said it don't make difference I seen a few seniors and handi cap that got back in there car and left.

Positive experience: Road service will leave you on foot...if you are not familiar with the small print in the policy, ... 4 calls that is all you get lock out, tow, battery jump that is it. Tow request companys can refuse to come out to you cause they are lazy....if you live in a rual area, be prepared...know what you are getting for your premium membership.Trippal A discounts, bate and switch... Overall, cant live without them...Thank you Geico will come out to you quick

Negative experience: Very rude ladies at this location. Won't go back, usually AAA is very helpful and pleasant but not this one. Go to a different location.
Positive experience: Called 4 times before I could even get a quote to add my son BC apparently it takes a whole month to process the addition of a car to my policy. Kept getting agents that were "so sorry the previous agent couldnt help" and "promised to personally look in to the matter". No one ever called me back. Finally was able to get a quote 2 weeks later. The agent that helped was great and very helpful. Got a quote within minutes and was even able to find out why there was an issue with adding a car... Turns out they weren't sure if the car was registered to us. What? We only register through them. So frustrating!!
