Negative experience: Hands down the worst financial decision I have ever made. Everything seemed great until we actually tried to use the program. By the time we realized that we wouldn’t get the value we expected, they had our money and that was it. Ignored my emails, and were rude to me when I called. And to think they were so nice when they were making the sale…

Negative experience: 1 star only because Zero starts isn't an option. RACIST.... First we was accused of making top much noise, while wasn't at the cabin, we we're all gone tubing. They left a nasty and unprofessional voice message stating because we had 5 cars in drive way, that mean we had more than 10 guest. We only had 7 total guests. As you can see in picture only 7 guest. Then I received and email stating they are charging and additional $80 for cleaning due to excessive cleaning with pictures of 3 item left in fridge, soap in shower and 1 bathroom trash that we must have forgotten to pull. In what world is that excessive cleaning. You can see the pictures they sent and claimed to be excessive cleaning and want to charge $80.00 They look for reasons to charge you additional fees. DON'T BOOK

Negative experience: I attended a presentation in San Antonio, Texas and to say the experience was horrible would be nice. I wish I did not have to give this company any stars. To start with they call you several times before the presentation , so many times that it becomes stalkish. The pressure to buy into their company is on an all time high, it makes you uncomfortable. To top things off you never receive the gifts that were promised. A complete and utter SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Negative experience: ****BEWARE**** If I could give zero stars I would. This company is nothing more than a MLM calling themselves a travel agency. A legitimate travel agency doesn't make you buy a membership in order to book your travel. When I first answered the phone they told me they were Embassy Suites. When I asked questions I was transferred to another person who told me the name of the company. They repeatedly told me that they were a travel agency trying to get the word out about their business. They invited me to come see a "presentation" and in return I would get a "free" 3 night vacation with airfare included. I have been in the travel industry for 7 years and it is companies like that that give travel advisors a bad name!

Fantastic experience: This is an experience everyone should do. Zack explained everything very clearly. Everything went great and we can't wait to go on our vacation. We really look forward now after many years to our first vacation after getting married. This was a truly happy experience.

Negative experience: Complete lies and manipulation while you sit for 4+ hours hungry and tired. Was told the presentation would only be 15 minutes due to lack of people showing up to 1.5 hours of what Arrivia has to offer not Vacations 4 you. We were told vacations 4 you are rated A with BBB not true they are rated F. Our paperwork was filled out by the agent not by my Wife and I. We where asked to click on a link sent our phone for confirmation to the bank that we received the loan application. Not true the link is a binding contract that was told to us by U.S. Credit one of the financial company that our agent stated. We also seen two different sellers of numbers for total saving for members. First one was during the presentation our sales agent logged in (supposedly). Total savings was listed $102 billion plus. Our agent logged on his laptop the savings number changed to $73 billion in savings. Same website.. Go figure? This so called business is focus on trapping people into a b.s. contract. Within 24 hours we decline and canceled the loan and contract. People bank and trust who writes the check out to Vacations 4 you stated we had a the right decline the loan within 3 days. We did it 24 hours. U.S Credit also stated that there a list people requesting a refund and we would be added to the list. I contacted several resources to have companies shutdown. Vacations 4 you staff threaten me with about if I don’t pay the loan they will destroy my credit worthiness. What company make these type or remarks/ statements? My Wife left a review and will be updating as well.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, this is not what I expected. Many inconsistencies I have found, since the presentation. And, I still have not received the free gift, as promised for attending, which is okay,but it's the principle of the matter. I don't know if this is supposed to be Arrivia or Vacations 4 You. Either way, I am not conducting business with them.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic opportunity!! My wife likes to travel, so…..done!! No pressure but you’d have to live in a cave and never vacationed not to do it.

Fantastic experience: Kevin P., Michael, JJ, and the rest of the team at the downtown Vacations4U location are a top notch team selling dreams as a reality! The investment is worth it! You won’t believe how your quality of life will improve!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will place you in financial DEBT. My wife was lured into one of their schemes and loan payments were increasing after making monthly minimum payments. That's how bad their interest rates are. An agent named Troy signed her up and did not do anything that he promised her. Don't sign for anything with this company. I have exchanged emails to prove how corrupt this company is.

Negative experience: It's a scam and a get rich scam you taking people money and then tell you that you can't get out of it they using 3rd party lenders and they gotten paid for the package already and tell you that you can't get out of the loan. I know if you don't wont nothing in your name or take out a loan you have 3 days to counsel it. I Called the bank that they used and everything. But when they kept trying to make me get the package I signed the paperwork not knowing you could not cancel at all. They talk do fast you missing the point. This is scam don't do it please you going to be sorry. They tried it with me

Fantastic experience: Good experience learning about what Vacations 4 You has to offer. Cannot wait to book some family vacations and trips and save the money to do more. Glad to be part of this new family!

Negative experience: I absolutely was scammed with this company. Prior to going to watch a presentation in exchange for 2 flight tickets and a trip for 2. I was advised the presentation would only last 90 mins. That was absolute lies. I literally spent 6 hrs being hoodwinked into buying this product. The presentation shows you outstanding prices, but when you actually join, those prices never exist. Everyone is out to get a sale and there is no real benefit in taking part in this company. I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy and if you have any advise how I can get out of this, please respond. I give this company 10

Fantastic experience: V4U is a SCAM! A Rip Off for sure. Do NOT make a purchase. My selected dates for travel were blocked. They promise you no Block-Out dates. I have never had the opportunity to use the service due to dates unavailable. They won’t answer your calls!! Stay Away!

Fantastic experience: Vacations 4 You was a great experience for my girl and I. Diane and Logan were absolutely wonderful and more than helpful. Diane knows her stuff and was very direct with her presentation. Logan's enthusiasm made the time go by even more pleasantly.

Fantastic experience: Mr.Vicent, Miss Linda, Miss Diane were Tremendous Teachers in explaining this Wonderful new way off Traveling. Especially in having the Patience to explain the reasonable plans that fit your Budget. But what I really Love was Mr Vincent and Miss Linda WHERE Truthful in everything they Told US.

Fantastic experience: Diane has been very easy to work with no silliness or high pressure tactics. I appreciate that. She is patient with questions (and I had lots!) and allows you to fully understand before continuing.

Fantastic experience: Brittney was a very professional sales rep. I would consider her for head of my sales department. However, the free $500 dining card is BS. You spend $19 to sign up for a dinning card that is mainly good in big cities and the restaurants in Duck, NC only are good for two restaurants that offer a $5.00 give card after you pay $2.00 for it.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly. Offered snacks. Vicente was making me feel very comfortable when I had questions. Help me through my questions & personal concerns.

Fantastic experience: Vacations 4 You showed us a great presentation on a lot of travel benefits (well worth the value). Diane was our specialist and she was able to get us a great deal on the package we signed up for.

Fantastic experience: We were skeptical about the meeting we went to, but pleasantly surprised with how friendly and low key everyone was. No high pressure sales!! The program is very flexible, well thought out and user friendly. They will let you know what will work for you best and what won't. It isn't cheap, but it is fairly priced, again, with options. This would be great for young families, or couples who love to travel. Check them out, you won't be sorry.

Positive experience: My husband and I just left the presentation a few hours ago in the San Antonio office. I must say Diane was a gem to work with with as well as your director of the Nashville office (I can't recall his name, very long day but very nice guy). We purchased the membership which I'm hopeful will yield the level of savings I'm anticipating. One thing I would recommend, these call centers your company is sourcing to solicit clientel has got to improve. Not just my personal experience, but MANY of the negative reviews I've read stem from false "promises" by these outsourced companies, they are flat out lying to your potential clients. I wrote up a report on what my husband and I were promised, nothing of which was true. That being said, your director took this very seriously and seemed to get on the horn immediately to address it. As a consumer, please understand the companies you're choosing to solicit for you represent your company in our eyes. It's not up to a consumer to know what fees, taxes, etc will be incured or that a $500 "dining gift card" actually comes in the form of incremental $$ off here and there, especially when they directly ask the solicitor and are blatantly lied to (I hope our recorded call is listened to, it'll knock your socks off). My husband and I specifically asked these questions and were flat out lied to. I was about a half second from cancelling the entire deal b/c it initially made me question your company's integrity, until it was explained that y'all have been trying to iron out these issues. A better marketing angle would be to just keep it simple, offer a $100 gift card, sea world/six flag tickets, etc. to those who attend and if someone purchases a membership you "buy back" or give some sort of discount price on the package in lieu of the gift cert. It may save your product from being discarded as unworthy and a scam. The old saying, you never get a second chance to make a first impression, this is a prime example. Overall my experience is that you have great people working for your company directly, it's the outsourced solicitors you're choosing to represent you that will tarnish your reputation. I think the concept is great, you offer points that can be used towards traveling, you offer a 110% price match guarantee, family/friends can use the service and I'm sure there are some excellent last minute deals. I'm going to give this 3 stars for now based solely on the balance of gross misinformation by the solicitors and your wonderful employees doing all they can to balance that out. I will definitely be back to give a review of the overall service and benefit once I'm set up.

We went in to our meeting very closed-minded and skeptical and left excited and comfortable with all decisions that were made. Everyone was patient with my wife and I as we discussed our choice and did not make us feel rushed. Very pleased with Vacations 4 U and the new San Antonio office!

Negative experience: They continue to solicit me with "final notice" letters pretending to be late bills. In actuality they are sending a letter designed to collect my information and sell me vacations. The disingenuousness is rather disappointing.

Positive experience: I can't attest to the value just yet, but at this yine I will say it seemingly is a no brainer. The sales team was amazing and very personable people. Although a little pushy, I will say they were invested and seemed genuine. Very friendly people, but the process was extremely long and got to the point we just wanted out of there. However, still bought it tho!! So hopefully this pans out!

Negative experience: This company is a scam. Once I start paying for this program, the company ghost me I’m unable to reach anyone for help or help me with any of my concerns very disappointing and money wasted still paying for no services. I looked the company up on better business bureau, and there is one complaint after another again a big scam.

Negative experience: SCAM……don’t sign up!!! Use Expedia, Travelocity, trivago, Hotwire…..research your trips for BETER DEALS!!!!For all you that feel that you’re stuck in a contract and have not used their service. Cancel payment before it goes through. A CONTRACT IS NOT LAW BINDING UNLESS MONEY IS RENDERED FOR SERVICES!!! You can DEFINITELY cancel your contract. BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT GOES THROUGH.

Negative experience: Terrible company. This is a complete fraudulent ran business. It is a scam and should be treated as such. If contact by anybody for a free gift or prizes being rendered and it’s these guys. Run. Do not give them the time of day. Horrible customer service. They will be nice a cordial in their initial ‘meetings’, but once you sign they will force you to remain ‘in contract’. Do not fall in their trap. Again this wanna be ‘vacation club’ is a scam. Ran by frauds. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Vacations 4 you are frauds and scammers. Horrible customer service. They hounded and harassed me to attend a ‘meeting’ with no explanation of what said meeting was pertaining about. They ask you for house hold income information and run your credit for a so called free gift. After mistakenly signing up they would absolutely refuse to cancel my contract after just 2 business days. James Reilly is the worst. Erica, the front desk receptionist in the Nashville office seems lovely over the phone. Do not trust these scammers. They will tell you anything to sign you up and take your money. This coming from a recently widowed, semi retired, single women just trying to make it. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Steer clear of these losers. In response to ‘the owner’ I was able to escape your scam thankfully for my son who runs our commercial banking account.

Fantastic experience: I actually didn’t know what to expect walking into this experience but I have to say I was presently surprised by everyone I was greeted by. I will say Andrew was more than amazing, pleasant and very knowledgeable in this business. Thank you for the experience.

We could either stay the course and give our money to the 2 big companies taking advantage of us or give that money that would have been given them and pay for something that can be passed down and benefit our families when we are gone. Negative experience: Marcus Marzette and his boss Troy have not answered not one phone call, text message or email. None of the customer service numbers are valid numbers and the one that called us is no longer active. They are located downtown Nashville, Life and Casualty building. Preying on the dreams of others. Shame on you Vacations4U!

Fantastic experience: Trea, Stan, & Brittney were AMAZING. They didn’t apply any pressure, nor did they talk us into anything that we did not want. We enjoyed our entire experience.

Negative experience: I left a good review initially, but after having gained my personal access to the "membership", don't waste your time or money. You get TripAdvisor pricing... maybe a $60-$70 difference (not worth membership pricing/financing). Not true wholesale as presented.

Fantastic experience: Brittney has been so nice to us and really convinced us to accept joining as members. She is a good sales agent, very polite and always smiling. We will not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family.

Negative experience: Do not trust these reviews. According to online reports, they have people leave a 5 star review during their high pressure sales pitch. Moreover, they are suing a customer for leaving a 1 star review.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was exceptionally hospitable. From the receptionist to my personal assistant, Kevin Piana, it was a relaxing and informative experience. They were not “pushy” at all. I felt good once I had the information and was able to make a decision to enhance the quality of my life.

Negative experience: If there were negative stars, i would give them. I get sick to my stomach every time I think about the money I lost. Was able to find better value on my own and without the poor app that goes along with this program. Really lost it when I started getting a renewal fee email after all the initial money I invested with ZERO return. Run!

Negative experience: Do not fall for this scam like my family did. We were shown rates that were great while in their office and under their account, rates that beat typical booking websites. Since we have had our own acct though, not once have we seen better rates than the normal booking sites. They told us it could be because we are booking in a less touristy location…but Destin FL, Los Angeles, Playa Del Carmen, Nashville TN… these are all popular places… still not even once have the room rates been lower. TOTAL Scam….. not to mention the fact that they still keep calling a couple times a month trying to get me to sign up for something that I have already been signed up for over a year. Do Not Sign Up!!!!! And now we are fighting to get out of this contract they promised us was so good!

Fantastic experience: Our host was Brittany ,Brittany is very high-spirited and has a great personality. The presentation was filled with lots of information. And it was an overall great experience I would recommend it for anyone to come just for the presentation

Positive experience: Ladies where so sweet BUT LIES LIES LIES on gifts promised.The dinner card is a LIE it’s just a discount card. And airline tickets YOU DON’T GET because they SO CALL GIVING YOU DISCOUNT WITH THE VALUE OF TICKETS. Which is A LIE!!! Hope company works out for me but the LIES that got me there have me VERY SKEPTICAL in what else to TRUST from these people. Was gone sign but after the reviews and me feeling uncomfortable. I didn’t sign and leaving NOW AS WE SPEAK

Negative experience: They gave me a link to post a great review based on their sales presentation. The review should come after you try the product. This company has let us down.

Negative experience: Please don’t fall for this. If you look in BBB would can see all of the elderly people they are taking advantage of. Very unfortunate, especially since their “high” google rating is making people give them 5s during the sales presentation without doing their research.
