Negative experience: This insurance company wrote me a check that bounced. Yes, really. I know it's hard to believe. They won't fix it either. Apparently they're broke. Avoid this company like the plague.

Negative experience: After spending time with one of the travel agents at the Burbank office for airline tickets for myself and a friend, I realized we would have been better off booking the airline tickets online. Waste of time. Not only that I was informed that there was an agent fee after I was getting ready to purchase the tickets. I also had informed the travel agent that me and my friend want to purchase our airline tickets separately and at the end that did not happen because the travel agent stated that there would be restraints and the agent seemed reluctant in handling the restraints with the airline. So I had to charge both of the tickets on my credit card which complcated things more. At the end of the day, if I had known what I know now, I would have booked the airline tickets online and not wasted my time with the travel agent. There was no added value in using the travel services.

Positive experience: A bit disappointed with the service I had yesterday. I went very early around 9:15am to have one of our car registered, everything was ok at first line was not too long, I feel good and productive until when I was about to pay using my cc, the POS terminal they have is not connecting they say its like this in the morning. So we tried and tried until she asked me to just come back at a later time. Tell her name at the check in to not have to wait in line. It was my last day to have it registered to avoid paying penalties, I know, sorry. Anyway, I got off early at work went there around 420pm, told the check in lady her name and voila, I’m still back in line. I didn’t complain, I was patient and just waited for my turn. Fortunately, I was assigned to the same lady, she remembered me and was wondering why I had to wait in line, told her its ok I don’t mind let’s get on with paying, I hope POS terminal is working, she said its good now and been using it. So far so good, until all of a sudden she realized the car was not registered to me but to my uncle. It was not a problem that morning we were trying to charge my card already. I’m a AAA member and so is my uncle. Does it really matter that I’m renewing it? Why does she need my uncle’s credit card instead of mine? I don’t get it. If I did it online, I won’t worry about this. So what happened, I had to pull out cash to pay for it which I felt like I should’ve just done in the morning to avoid wasting time. I went back and forth thinking I can use my card because I was trying to budget my expenses for the month. Anyway, bad day I guess. Hope will experience a better AAA experience next time.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this AAA DMV! The people who work there are all super nice, and very knowledges. I worked with a gentleman named Eric Zargaryan, and he is awesome! The second guy I worked with, Herbert, was just as nice. I have gone to different DMV's before, and I spent hours and hours waiting. This is the place to go!!! The wait time was very short also. If you have to pick a AAA DMV to go to, go to the Burbank branch! You won't regret it...You guys rock...

Thank you to the woman who helped me for registration she taught us the difference when registering a car because of the weight and if its a pick up truck or a regular car. We are clumsy buddies Thank you to the woman who helped me with my car insurance she gave me a peace of mind knowing under writing is helping me. Now life insurance they have a gem in there. Karina helped me understand life insurance as well as comprehend what i can do with term and permanent life. I now understand what effects life insurance as well as car insurance. She explained it so well i felt like i got the best understanding.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Betzy!! She was fabulous in getting ky sister and I in and out, quickly and effortlessly, because she handled everything- including the phone call to the DMV. Aside from that, this AAA office seems well run. There's bottled water in the fridge, bags on the counter and hand sanitizers were passed out. Bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy. Places to eat close by. I got a travel luggage bag for applying firvtheur credit card where I get cash back on purchases. Pretty good day at AAA.
Negative experience: Don't get paperwork notarized here. There notaries can't tell the difference between a revision date and a page number on a legal document. Smh.
Negative experience: Staff are friendly. Check in is fast. DMV services are fast. Other services like notary are slow. Hard to tell who works there because they all dress so very casual, they look like the people who walk in. They do not wear name badges so you do not know they work there. An insurance agent spoke to me, I thought he was a customer waiting to be checked in. He did not say he was an agent until after he talked about their insurance discount. Lower the rating due to having to make multiple trips because agents do not tell you when you check in for the notary, that you need all pages even if they do not require signatures. The wait can be long since they do not tell you how many are ahead of you, unless you ask. Also not able to provide direct feedback because there was no return call which I requested multiple times. I would not recommend this location.
Fantastic experience: They were very helpful. They even "saved my bacon" by picking up and returning my wallet to me before I'd driven away. It fell out of my back pocket
Negative experience: This office hands down is the worse aaa office I have been to. There are never ending lines. I had to wait over an hour just to keep being sent to different line. And I told every counter why I was there after 3 different lines I was sent back to the initial line. The employees are not helpful. They are worse than the DMV. I recommend you choose a different office. The south bay Manhattan Beach is one that had great staff and very efficient. Burbank is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: It took no more than 30 mins to have my resgistration paid, and they were busy. A lot lot less than going to the dmv!!! Also Carolina was extremely friendly and helpful. Negative experience: we came from Ukraine. i bought a car. without vehicle in LA is impossible. came to AAA insurance Burbank 08/10 at 10.00am. Heard a lot of good things about this company. immediately from the threshold the manager saw a Ukrainian passport and refused. I will look for a good one. everything is clear here
Fantastic experience: Going to AAA is vastly superior to visiting almost any California DMV office. There are never long waits and AAA representatives don't suffer with attitudes as do so many DMV representatives. Today I visited AAA to renew my vehicle registration after attempting to pay it online using the state's DMV site. The state added a $29 "administrative" fee to process my request. I declined. California is fiscally mismanaged and it's officials may believe that the cure for their inability to spend responsibly is adding fees, charges, and increasing taxes. Just more evidence how non-government entities like AAA are able to out perform mismanaged top heavy state government departments.
Fantastic experience: Although there was a 15-20 min wait, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making you feel like they were there to help you and not just forcing themselves to help because they were required to do it.

Positive experience: I like AAA, but this place is always packed. You're going to save time if you go here rather than going to the DMV, but it's always a lengthy wait. Employees are great though so it's not a customer service issue, it's a staffing issue. I'm only giving this place a 3 because first world problems.

Positive experience: I have been a member of AAA for 47+yrs ... Phone customer service seems to get worse every year... One day AAA said we had roadside service for a motorhome and the next day I was told I had to pay extra for it and it would take 7-days to go into effect ... I paid the required amount and said we were already on the road ... They more or less said, oh well! The service inside the Burbank office is stellar .. Employees are friendly, helpful and professional and will go beyond the normal to help their customers... During Covid, they even stationed an employee outside to warn and pace customers about masking up and social distancing at least 6' apart .. Burbank office is great ... Just don't try and do business over the phone with them bc they take on another character and are rude and obnoxious!
Fantastic experience: Nobody likes renewing their tags, well Yvonne managed to make it an "almost" pleasant experience, lol I didn't realize I had to do the smog test again, until after I got up to her window. She let me go ahead and get all the paperwork and payment stuff done, she even suggested a place for the smog test that gives a AAA discount, whoohoo!! Once I came back with the completed smog test she let me come directly back to her window, meaning no waiting in line again, now that's a big deal. Her great mood was "almost" contagious, lol. She definitely made a most unpleasant situation, almost" pleasant. That's deserves big props in my book. Happy Holidays!!
Negative experience: I have been a AAA member for many years and I have always had professional and courteous customer service until now. I cannot believe how rude, disrespectful and condescending I was just treated by a woman there named Yvonne or Evonne. I wasn't able to get the spelling of her name but she was working the guest check in counter and she was rude, rude, RUDE. I get it that everyone has bad days but come on, this was just awful. On my way out (which was no more than maybe 10 minutes later and she had only checked in 1 other person) I stopped to tell her that I was not done speaking with her before she shoo'ed, me away and before I finished my sentence, she cuts me off to say she doesnt remember helping me and then went on to argue with me. Hello? Did someone forget to take her meds today? She became so combative that I was actullay stunned and in her most condescending tone and with her eyes big and wide open says " Sorrrrrrry" and it was so..... condescending and patronizing and just RUDE. The whole experience was not that of which one would expect from AAA. I wish this happened before I renewed my membership because now I never want to see that horrible person again :-(

Negative experience: Miserable service to renew my registration. Snotty Juan wouldn’t complete the registration and instead tried to sell more useless services. 18 years or rip-off from these miserable people at this office
Fantastic experience: This is a terrific all-American Auto Club, with pro (and nice), knowledgeable staff and vast array of services. It's probably in the highest echelon of Triple A's nationwide. Plenty of free parking in the lot outside. It is a very popular place and can get a bit of a line so if you mind that, try to go at non-peak times if possible.

Negative experience: This Department should be called department of excuses, O boy I think we all some how have our time at the DMV good or bad, but when Supervisor at a AAA Says going to make an exception but only 50% This is a totally different level of smart bc For simple people it is either Exceptional or NOT Exceptional, therefore not going to be a AAA member even for a free. We We're trying to have name change on a title. The owner of the vehicle was a long time customer never had use claim on her AAA policy.
Positive experience: First time visit here, came in for DMV services. There was a small line for "check-in" staff were really friendly and helpful ( think Chik-Fil-A friendly) they direct you to whichever service department you came in for. The person from the DMV service counter was ok ( more McDonald's friendly). There's plenty of parking and restroom are available.

Fantastic experience: I needed some DMV assistance and members can receive it as part of their membership. I was very happy and received fast efficient and helpful services.
Positive experience: Though this establishment has been around for decades, I was a bit disappointed as a member when I discovered that they no longer accepted payments via debit cards for any transactions. They're only accepting payments via cash or regular credit cards. I barley had enough cash available to pay for my registration renewal. I let the agent know that I was truly disappointed as a member for almost 20yrs as this should have been explained to its members. I'm hoping that other members are aware of this as this new measure could be a major inconvenience for others.

Negative experience: Let me preface this by acknowledging that I’ve been a member for 27 years and usually have pleasant and helpful experiences... Went in to get passport photos and was ‘greeted’ by a rather condescending woman that seemed more like a bouncer... Wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone inside, denied me use of a restroom and basically ushered me out as quickly as possible. Makes me question why I’m spending money on a membership if I don’t have access to the benefits.

Negative experience: Go in to pay for a licence renewal and wanted to use a debt card my bank card guess what it is no good they want cash and if you use a credit card they charge you 1.4% ontop of you bill so the scam continues, charge people what ever they want and pay the government half and pocket the rest
Fantastic experience: It was easy to reach them by phone with insurance business I couldn't do on the app or web... unlike a lot of places which no longer allow you to speak to an actual person. I bought and sold 3 cars in a matter of weeks and the AAA agents were efficient and pleasant in making sure that I had the coverage I need in spite of the frequent changes.
Fantastic experience: Line moves fast employees are very knowledgeable and swift to get you in and get you out. I always have a pleasant experience when conducting business at this location. The only thing I don't like is my wallet always feeling lighter when I leave from here." lol" of course I'm joking about the money and I can sleep easy knowing that 99% of the other options for handling DMV business out there would not be a joke and they do charge a bunch in fees. They will even help you at AAA to save money every Chance they get. Great place get a membership and handle your DMV business gracefully in Burbank, CA.
Negative experience: I have been here for trying to notarize my documents, however this place always have super big line. Sadly, I tried going twice in last 2 days however the folks trying to help organize line were not able to accomodate our request to get documents notarize. If you are urgent in need to get documents notarized at last moment like me, then probably try going at particular bank or usps to get your work done.
Positive experience: I love AAA. it's one of those places that is well managed and everything makes sense. However, I deducted one star because I was not able to use contactless (mobile) payment. And this isn't just in this branch. Despite having the necessary equipment for mobile payment system, I had to hand over my credit card and then sign with my finger on the card reader. What's the point of having the equipment and not being able to use it in 2021 in the pandemic? Although, some transactions can be made contactless if you are enrolled in autopay, but why? I don't mind the transaction fees that they charge if you use a credit card, but certainly there's a room for further improvement. Thank you for reading.

Fantastic experience: Instead of driving down to the office I called and asked for a tour book on England, Scotland and Ireland. Customer service was very polite and helpful. The book arrived quickly and I'm a satisfied customer.
Fantastic experience: You can get all your automobile and home insurance needs met, as well as roadside assistance, car registration, and they can now take Passport photos for many different countries with software that has all the specifics for each different place!

Fantastic experience: I reiterate, I went to renew my vehicle registration. The whole process took about 5 minutes from when I entered the premises until I left with my 2022 license plate sticker. Much faster than before the pandemic hit.
