Fantastic experience: Since the schedule was short, I thought it would be impossible to go to Canada, so I went to New York without making a reservation in advance. A friend living in New Jersey recommended Blue Tour, and I took a 3-night, 4-day tour to Washington and Niagara Falls. It was a really satisfying tour, and I think I made a good choice. With a packed 3-night, 4-day itinerary, we left early in the morning with guide Mike Jeong to go to Washington. He gave great explanations and informed us well about suitable free time and photo spots, so even now, nearly a month later, I can still picture Washington in my mind. The accommodation was also good. As we set off for Niagara Falls, I was worried that the long travel time would be boring and tiring, but the guide kept us engaged with good explanations, and the meals were fine too. Particularly, my son sometimes experiences Irritable Bowel Syndrome while traveling, but the guide was very considerate and made sure not to disturb others, allowing us to enjoy the sightseeing more comfortably. He seemed indifferent but was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you very much! The observation deck, boat tour, helicopter tour, and night view tour... everything was great. The two days in Niagara were entertaining without any dull moments. If you're like me and are wondering whether or not to go to Niagara Falls, I would highly recommend going. I also recommended Blue Tour to my friends traveling to New York!

Fantastic experience: I traveled with guide Eun-ju Jin for 8 nights and 10 days in the Eastern US/Canada. She has extensive historical knowledge about each region, so there was no boredom during the trip, and it felt refreshing while sightseeing. I don't travel often, but it was truly a wonderful trip, and I was able to create many memories. Also, I would like to thank the guide once again for always taking photos in the best viewing spots in each area.

Negative experience: If you are considering for Amish Village tour, prt tour is not the option. Even though they indicated Amish Village’s address on the web page for the tour description, they don't take tourists to there. Kitchen Kettle, the market not to the village. Inaccurate description.

Fantastic experience: I went on a tour of Eastern Canada with guide Jeong Yu-jin~!! The weather was nice everywhere we went, so the photos turned out really well, and it was great that the guide worked hard to take pictures, allowing us to take photos with the whole group! The travel time was long and could be a bit boring, but the guide's witty explanations kept us entertained! The accommodation was clean and spacious, good! I recommend the tour!!

Positive experience: I joined after a two-night stay in Niagara, and I felt that my schedule in Canada was a bit tight, so I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. However, after taking the tour, I feel like I saw a lot relative to the time I had, so I'm happy about that. Fantastic experience: My money, my purchase!!! Travel to the eastern United States with guide Chris. This is a trip I would recommend and want to brag about to everyone. With more than 50 people, the downside of package travel was the long hours on the bus, 4 hours or 6 hours, but there was no time to be bored with explanations of various regions of the USA and humorous guiding!!! Despite the November weather, the daytime temperature rose to 23 degrees and was sunny. The helicopter tour, the Niagara cruise, and lunch at the Skylon Lounge overlooking the falls were all perfect. The fact that over 50 people could handle this entire schedule without any problems was due to the sense of community among the traveling crew!! Above all, I think it was thanks to guide Chris's careful and thoughtful consideration and the skilled driving of Mark. Out of the 8 days and 7 nights, I was unable to join for the part in Canada and had a 3-night, 4-day schedule in New York, but what I felt during the New York itinerary was that the quality of the trip is greatly influenced by which guide you are with. That’s why I felt even more gratitude towards Chris and Mark during this trip. Lead guide Chris!!! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Willie's Comfortable Mid-East and Canada Trip I traveled to the East and Canada. I praise Willy, the guide from the East and Canada. 1. He provided detailed descriptions of tourist spots and took great photos. (There were guides who didn't take photos and didn't explain well.) 2. He helped with the luggage loading with the driver as soon as we got off the bus, so our bags came out quickly. (There were guides who didn't help with the driver.) 3. He didn't force optional tours, which made it comfortable. (There were guides who repeated speeches about not doing optional tours.) During the trip, I realized that being a guide is not an easy job. It is really difficult to cater to the diverse ages, personalities, and genders of so many talkative people, but Willy handled that chaotic situation calmly and comfortably. Willy was my style! Next time, I want to travel the Midwest with Willy again. Thank you, Willy. Good job!

Fantastic experience: I was worried about touring the major travel spots in New York due to heavy traffic, but after meeting guide Jo Kyu-nam, it went really smoothly. Although the time spent was short for a one-day trip to New York City, he explained Manhattan in a way that was easy to understand. Since there were few people, he must have found it tiring to drive as well, but he not only shared the history of various major travel spots and buildings but also included witty stories, making the tour feel much more in-depth. The various canyons in the USA were truly amazing, and Niagara, Quebec, and Montreal in Canada were all great. Above all, I enjoyed traveling with guide Jung Yoo-jin for a long trip of 16 nights and 18 days. Her detailed and humorous storytelling about the rich history and background of the USA and Canada helped me forget my fatigue and made the journey much more enjoyable. The time management was also excellent, so we didn't have to wait anywhere, which was very pleasant. The thoughtful meal guidance and menu selection were good, and I appreciated the kind service, including her staying late to check the heaters and showers in each room at the hotel. Each city we visited had appropriate explanations and added humor, and I enjoyed the good music. She was the best guide I have met so far.

I was very sad to part ways with my guide Brian from the west, but I was also excited to hear that my new guide, Jung Yujin, resembles Kim Guk-jin. As expected, everywhere we went had detailed explanations, and since I brought my parents along, she was considerate enough to offer them her personal pasta. When we arrived at the hotel, she personally came over to explain how to use the hot water and boiler step by step. I really appreciated that she answered all my questions and updates immediately through messaging. I also had a chance to meet a friend I hadn’t seen in over twenty years since I married and moved to Canada. We almost skipped lunch, but I was grateful that they packed it for us. Fantastic experience: Our journey with guide Jung Yoo-jin to the breathtaking Lake Hoi and the majestic Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, the Niagara Falls, and the peak fall foliage of Quebec, Canada, was an incredibly moving and happy memory for my spouse and me, who had long yearned for this trip and hesitated after turning sixty. However, this was solely due to the remarkable efforts of our guide, for which I felt sorry throughout the journey and pondered a lot. Moreover, while taking care of 47 travelers aged 50-70, the guide led us on extensive bus trips of over 5 hours each day, managing three meals, accommodations, bookings, and the different travel schedules of individual travelers with kindness and meticulous attention. Watching the guide and the driver work so hard that it left me speechless made me acutely aware that their labor intensity is excessively high, and that the modification of the itinerary and improvement of the guides' welfare are truly urgent matters. While travelers may benefit from low-cost trips, I worried about the guides' health and the feasibility of long-term employment due to working conditions. I don't know if others share the same thoughts, but I hope the welfare of the guides improves. I express my gratitude for guide Jung Yoo-jin's profound historical and cultural insights and deep commitment to travel. I wish you a long and happy career in a good working environment.

Fantastic experience: As I finish up my 13-night, 15-day trip to the Americas, I've traveled extensively across Europe, Brazil, India, Southeast Asia, and more. Despite the tight schedule for the Americas trip, travel always expands one's positive outlook. This trip was particularly special as it was planned to commemorate my wife’s 70th birthday. The well-prepared guidance from Lotte Travel Agency before our departure was impressive, but during the trip, the efforts and considerations of the local guides, who frequently changed, added to the enriching nature of travel and enhanced overall satisfaction. Particularly, since the guides changed every time we switched destinations, travelers had some regrets about the travel agency, and with the number of travelers also changing frequently, it became evident that the stability and enjoyment of travelers largely depend on the guides’ roles. Therefore, I believe it's essential for the travel agency to prioritize hiring guides who exhibit a familial and professional spirit in their preparations. Many travelers will share their thoughts, but I want to express my gratitude for the well-prepared guide Jung Yu-jin, who I would like to see educated further as a model guide. He was compared to Kim Guk-jin by some, but he truly surpassed that standard as a travel guide and was professional. I would recommend the agency to train their guides better. In short, he demonstrated an ability to observe every move of the traveler, notifying us of any necessities in advance and communicating through personal and group chats, creating a sense of unity among travelers. His study of the travel destinations and entertaining expressions helped us enjoy our daily adventures with smiles. Furthermore, he provided essential services like preparing a first aid kit and navigating through complexities, and his direct engagement with travelers was a significant advantage. Lastly, I would like to recommend to domestic travel agencies in Korea to give specific tips about guidance regarding tips at hotels and restaurants in advance to prevent any embarrassment when local agents fail to explain. One of the most inconvenient aspects during the trip in the Americas was the absence of a coffee pot that could provide hot water easily, so I suggest informing travelers about using existing coffee pots when possible or using hotel ice boxes for water needs. I wish for the development of Blue Travel Agency and the prosperity of its staff.

Fantastic experience: I'm glad to have done the Canada-USA itinerary with guide Jeong Yoo-jin. I had booked a package tour focusing primarily on the Canadian autumn leaves, rather than New York and other North American destinations, but honestly, when I saw so many elderly people at the guide's pickup, I thought to myself that this trip was ruined. I travel on package tours quite often, and frankly, it's not easy to satisfy all the older travelers. Especially during peak season, there were more than 50 people on the bus... it was devastating... However, the guide Jeong Yoo-jin I met in Niagara greeted us on the bus and kept informing us about important notes for Canada, announcements, and tourism etiquette that we should observe among the members through KakaoTalk. Even those who didn’t know how to use it, she personally helped them join KakaoTalk. I thought it was really impressive and thoughtful. From this point, I felt relieved. Of course, the itinerary from Niagara to Quebec ended beautifully and I was able to enjoy the autumn leaves to my heart's content! If she were a junior guide, there would surely have been a lot of issues, but since Jeong Yoo-jin has extensive experience and know-how, I was able to spend the time meaningfully without any hiccups in the schedule. Fantastic experience: It was my first time on a package tour and I was a bit confused on the first day, but from the second day on, I gradually became familiar with the people from Korea and it was nice. The guide (Lee Hee-chul) had experienced and witty knowledge, allowing us to move to the next destination faster than other teams and provided tips on how to eat quickly and enjoy at photo spots and restaurants. The young driver was always smiling and drove very calmly, safely, and comfortably. I also drive a community van. I think it would be much better for teams coming from Seattle to arrive in New Jersey rather than New York, and I hope they provide clients with more accurate information.

Fantastic experience: The experience of a package tour can differ greatly depending on the guide you are with, and this time we had the pleasure of touring the U.S. with guide Jung Yoo-jin from Blue Travel Agency. The detailed explanations and multiple notifications, along with creating a group chat for further communication, made everything extremely convenient. My husband and I chose the U.S. to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary together with friends. Due to our age, we would sometimes forget things we heard, but the repeated explanations and group discussions were very helpful. They also shared photos and videos. Although we had to wear raincoats during the jet boat ride, which made our clothes a bit wet, we avoided soaking our shoes thanks to the slippers we had prepared in advance. Other teams and tourists ended up with very wet shoes... So what happened next? Please remember to wear slippers during the jet boat ride. During our two-night stay in Niagara, Canada, we also met my younger brother and sister-in-law who immigrated to Canada, enjoyed delicious food at a local lobster restaurant, and caught up with family while enjoying the night view of Niagara. Before getting any older and before my legs hurt more, it’s essential to go on long trips to boost one’s happiness quotient. Just like the saying on a car's side mirror - what you see is vastly different from what you thought, the scale of nature left me in awe. With the guide’s explanations adding to the overwhelming emotions, it truly felt like a tsunami of feelings, like watching an IMAX movie. The way you meticulously took care of our journey and infused the right emotions into each destination was impressive, especially as we occasionally lost ourselves in thought during the long travel hours, only to be amazed by the real beauty of nature. The storytelling about the history of the Eastern United States kept us engaged and made us feel every moment. Your professional and experienced guiding skills seem to be at the pinnacle of this profession, and I am thankful for how you made the lengthy journey enjoyable. There were many thoughts throughout the trip, but one that stands out is that although the weather was clear during the trip, it turned cloudy on Thousand Islands, yet even that was skillfully managed by the guide, which allowed me to calm my excitement and reflect on our journey with a comfortable feeling. Thanks to you, I will cherish every feeling I gained from the Eastern United States as I return and live my life with renewed energy. Fantastic experience: The complete tour of Canada with guide Bangjagi Jeong Taeyoung was truly a happy journey. From the first meeting, he made everyone laugh, and it seems we enjoyed ourselves without boredom throughout the trip. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but Bangjagi's storytelling spanning American historical figures, Canadian history, and world history, along with general knowledge, felt like I attended daily excellent lectures. His attitude towards customers and the sincerity he conveyed in his guiding made for a truly satisfying travel experience. The veteran quality of guide Bangjagi was evident and will be remembered for a long time. Once again, I give a thumbs up to Blue Tour for this trip ~~~ !!!

Fantastic experience: As of today, our 8-night, 10-day trip to the United States and Canada is coming to an end. With our final guide Kim Jo-ji, Hwang Gi-chan, and Sparkling Jung Tae-young, we are wrapping it up in style. Each day flew by so quickly, filled with joy and happiness. Fantastic experience: I had a great time with guide Jeong Tae-young during the East Coast tour~~ I'm very thankful for how well they took care of us during the week. We visited many places like New York, Niagara, Toronto, Quebec, Montreal, etc. They provided explanations the whole time on the bus and checked if the meals were to our liking. Despite the exhaustion, they personally accompanied us to the fireworks location after finishing their work, which made for a great experience. Fantastic experience: I was wondering how to manage such a long trip to the US and Canada, but thanks to Blue Tour, I comfortably traveled for 8 nights and 10 days and returned home. All the guides were friendly and comforting, especially the shiny guide who threw himself into taking pictures. He never showed a frustrated expression and continued to help us, making it a pleasant journey. Oh, and during our travels, we rode on a bus that even had a restroom, which was very clean since it was new. Especially, the two drivers who drove us back and forth between the US and Canada made the long-distance drive comfortable, and I didn't feel any discomfort during the trip. I believe that while the trip itself is important, meeting good guides is also a success in traveling. Guide Jung Tae-young is incredibly kind to everyone who has come a long way. I'm so touched, and if I come again, I will definitely ask for guide Jung Tae-young again. He was very kind to my parents and to us, thank you! Fantastic experience: I traveled to the eastern region of the United States and Canada. I couldn't help but be amazed by the vast and beautiful natural scenery. Among them, Niagara Falls is the most memorable. With the clear weather, I felt even more refreshed and clean. I was initially hesitating to join the Cave of the Winds tour in Niagara, but thanks to the enthusiastic recommendation of our guide, Lee Hee-cheol, I participated and ended up seeing the best rainbow of my life!! Thank you to our guide :) Besides that, every place we went to had its own charm, making the tour never boring! Also, the driver was very kind, which made the tour even more enjoyable :) I hope you always have good things come your way ✨

Fantastic experience: I had a great trip to the East Coast from July 30th to August 6th with Blue Tour. Our guide Mike Jung took care of every detail, so we had a comfortable experience. This trip was just my two daughters and me, and out of the 44 people on our tour bus, my daughter was the youngest. Mike Jung always checked on her condition, and everything went smoothly. Thanks to him, we learned a lot about the history and stories of America. I'm thinking of planning a trip to the West soon, and I would definitely travel with Blue Tour again ^^♡

Fantastic experience: I just returned from a 1-night, 2-day trip to Newport, Boston... Thanks to our guide Jung Tae-young, we had a safe and fun time. ^^ Before we left, there was news of rain in Boston, so I prepared an umbrella and raincoat, but with our weather fairy guide present, we had beautiful blue skies and great weather for two days ~~~~~~ hahaha. During the four-hour drive from New York to Boston, he explained in detail about the Ivy League schools and various places of American history, making the journey far from boring. If I had gone on my own, I wouldn’t have known much, but thanks to the detailed and professional explanations, the attractions were much clearer and I enjoyed it a lot. Also, I was planning a trip to Niagara Falls next week… although I can't go with you, the great information about Niagara was very helpful for my next travel itinerary. The weather was nice, we saw a lot of great places as a family, and it was a happy trip with Blue Tour. Blue Tour is the best!!!
