Deirdre was beyond helpful in my booking—honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was she both organized and prompt, she offered up plenty of suggestions to ensure I was getting the best deal. Positive experience: the booking went smooth until the the airline tickets were not able to be purchased by the outlet. Apparently all inclusive outlet uses a secondary source to book things and they had a problem with the airline purchase. now I am waiting for the secondary source to refund the airline portion so I can book the tickets myself.

Negative experience: When there is a payment error, no one lets you know and you then lose your reservation. Would be nice for you guys to alert the customer because i received a confirmation number that it was booked. i just recently found out it was cancelled without allow the chance to fix payment.

Negative experience: Website and company CLEARLY advertise "our price will not be beat", yet a legitimate price match to their competitor, Cheap Caribbean, was not matched. I ensured to call and work with one of their agents, who submitted the necessary documentation to have their price match dept accept. However, I was informed they wouldn't match the $200 price difference for an all inclusive vacation package. I guess that's considered false advertising? It would've been my first time using their company and was willing to switch from a big competitor. I guess that didn't matter. BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: I can't begin to describe how monumentally helpful Aaliyah was with a recent booking. Not because we had issue with creating the trip, but because the destination airport closed 2 days before we were due to depart. It took a huge amount of work to unwind the flights, and the resort, especially because there were certain penalties that could have been assessed, but Aaliyah managed to get all of these waived. Are we disappointed that we couldn't make our trip? Absolutely. Are we completely satisfied that All Inclusive Outlet is going to be our go-to for any future travel? Also absolutely. Positive experience: I liked everything so far with all inclusive outlet. The prices are good. The site is easy to navigate. The only annoying thing, was everytime I'd get to the payment page, it would say my time has expired. This happened 3 or 4 times then I'd have to start all over again

Fantastic experience: With the craziness of travel, my partner and I decided to use All Inclusive Outlets as a service to book everything we needed at once, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service! They offer tons of options for places to go, some all inclusive and some not, but we decided to bundle our flight and hotel together through them making it overall cheaper and easier in our opinion. Even when my partner misplaced his passport, we had to cancel our trip, Laney, our travel consultant was extremely helpful in guiding us through the cancellation process and re-booking a trip that didn't require a passport, all still through the Outlet itself! The response times were practically minutes apart, and from Laney herself, not a robot or chatbot, which is what most sites refer you to now days. It was refreshing to have the understanding of misplacing a passport from an actual person behind the key board, even offering suggestions to help us find it. She really was a great help! We looked up the locations individually on our own to get a better idea of what they looked like and the feel for them, but there wasn't a single one listed through them that didn't feel reputable and safe! If you're looking for a quick and easy way to go on a trip, this is a great site and service to do it through! I would highly recommend them, and hope to use them again int he future for our next big trip!

Negative experience: Their pricing is good. However, if you have any issues, do not call them. They do not help and tell you to deal with the hotel. I recently went to Mexico and needed help with the hotel/room we booked so I called All Inclusive Outlet for some help, since we booked everything thru them. All they could do was tell me that that's what I booked and they couldn't help me. Horrible customer service.

I called their “contact us” number and a REAL person answered! The first call, the agent said she wanted to double check her answers first. That same day I had a written response. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love all-inclusiveoutlet.com. I've used them to book several trips and have been totally satisfied with all my vacations. If you should happen to have a problem, you can contact during your trip or even change something about your trip before you leave. There was a problem as well because I had booked some trips using one email address and other trips using a different email address which added to a lot of confusion. The travel assistant was able to correct everything for me and put all my accounts under one email to simplify everything since one of my emails was not working outside of the country . I'd like to give a very special shout out to two travel consultants that helped me recently. Laney DeJesus and Les Pye have been absolute miracle workers. I recently made the mistake of letting friends and family pick a hotel. I personally research every detail before I book and read all the reviews. Against my better judgment, I allowed a booking to go through in a couple of places I would not have otherwise picked and I am so glad I had travel consultants that could help me switch places. One while I was actually on vacation and had to switch hotels because of horrid conditions the other because I had seen one of the other hotels that would be coming up on another vacation that I decided I would stop and switch before I got to that hotel. All-Inclusive outlet also books cruises. I can't wait to use my onboard credit I got booking through all inclusive outlet.

Positive experience: All-inclusive outlet is my go to for Caribbean vacations. I have been using their agency for around 15 years now. My only disappointment is that initial price quotes do not include round trip transfers from the airport to the resort. Those charges used to be included in the initial quote instead of being an add-on charge. I would prefer it be included and if somebody doesn't want it they could take it off later but it would help in budgeting and communicating prices to additional people who are traveling together. That price is unknown until you get part way through the booking and since it is an essential part of the trip it does not make sense to me why it would be an add-on charge instead of included.

Fantastic experience: We have traveled using all inclusive outlet twice and have great experiences both times. On our most recent vacation, we did experience a hiccup where the airline stated they did not have record of our return flight that was booked through all inclusive outlet. The airline did not make this known until the day before we were supposed to fly home. Although it was very stressful, Julie and the team at all inclusive outlet did everything to ensure that we had flight back home when the airline would not offer any help in resolving the issue. This could have resulted in a lot of additional expenses and stress for my family, however with Julie's help, we were able to resolve the situation. Having the extra resources to resolve an unexpected situation when you are in a different county is critical and is one of the many reasons we will continue to travel with all inclusive! We are so thankful for all of their help!

Positive experience: I have been using all inclusive outlet for about five years. Been very pleased until now. Some details say available then , few minutes later not, then after I book it's available again. This caused me to book on a date I really didn't want

Negative experience: Over the past three years we have purchased vacation packages with no problems. This year we purchased a package for our family which included my daughter and son in law to Costa Rica. When we booked the trip for my son in law we accidentally got his birthday wrong. We tried to go back into the system to correct however once purchased your account cant be edited. We contacted All Inclusive Outlets immediately by Email requesting the change. They said it would be done immediately however after a week they have done nothing and are saying its in the hands of our supplier, and further lied and said it was on the tickets at American airlines. We explained that we want this corrected now since its an international flight and changing a birthday should be no big deal. We have spent around $20,000.00 for this package and there customer service is terrible and liars. I would definitely think more than twice with booking with them due to their customer service. Negative experience: Terrible. After years of misfortune, I was able to save for a trip for myself and son who was turning 7 to take a trip. I booked through this site bc I had a specific resort in mind and they had the best price. I promised my son a birthday celebration and reward for doing well the previous school year. I paid $1600 for the trip, packed our bags and headed to the airport. Delta cancelled our flight 3 days after the IT issue that took down their systems. They were unable to get me on another flight. The agency “vendor” travel impressions offered 0 help and just contributed to the stress of the day in the airport trying to find a solution. They had no advice and nothing to offer. Just had me on hold for 4 hours and accomplished absolutely nothing. Then I was refused any kind of refund or credit. I was refused rebooking the trip on my son’s next break a few months later. They kept asking me if I could get to the resort by the next day to avoid losing my money, as if a same day plane ticket isn’t $1000+ per person. Then flat out refused any further help or solution. Now I don’t have the funds to do something for my sons birthday so not only does he not get the trip, he won’t even have a birthday party. They are covered legally from their fine print. But the 5 folks I had sent their website will no longer book with them, and neither will I. Morally they could have offered SOME resolution as I was not the one who cancelled the trip. They don’t care about you or doing right by their customers, only how to keep your money and not provide ANYTHING. Their customer service is horrific. STAY AWAY

Fantastic experience: We have used AIO 3 times in the past and are booking a new vacation for December 2024 and very happy with their customer service and help plus they really go out of there way to help!

Negative experience: I will never deal and will never recommend not wven to my worst enemies! So upset!! Lost over a 1000 in canadian. They are the worst! I booked my husband took off work and had to pay in usd since will be leaving from detroit for a family vacation. After a couple days trip gets cancelled (stating the airlines couldnt confirm while when i contacted the airlines they said it was from allinclusiveoutlet side we cannot even see a booking for you on our end) so not only that but had to wait few days to get the money back which lost me alot by difference of exchange rate and had to book with a different agency so close to departure date as time off work submitted already (and that cost me even way more than 900usd with a less quality resort and amenties i had with the first). Please do not waist your hard eraned money choose a different online site like cheaptickets or cheapcarribean or even with a local agency to have a peace of mind! So sad i lost over a 1000 for no reason at all

Positive experience: I booked online and the process was fairly easy. The only issue I have had is when I've reached out to ask questions, the representative I spoke to (same guy), had a problem with his phone. It kept going in and out and twice he said he would call back and never did. I have yet to get answers to my questions. Update: I received an email that answered my question.

Positive experience: We have used All Inclusive Outlet many times in the past and have always had a great experience. Although I am upset with the booking of our upcoming trip in September. We didn't want to fly economy and paid All Inclusive Outlet for the upgrade to main cabin. But when we received our conformation and itinerary we were booked in economy.(Aisle 24/Departure and Aisles/30 & 31 Return...not even in the same Aisle) We went directly online to American Airlines and upgraded our seating, and of course there was another fee. We like the convenience of using this agency but next time I think we'll just book everything directly ourselves.

She responded quickly and gave me the pricing I needed and when I responded about the revision and where I wanted to stay, it was done immediately.
