Fantastic experience: Great, hassle-free service. Our bags were picked up at the designated time and dropped off once our next Airbnb was ready for check-in. It was our first time using this service and everything went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: What an absolutely great service. We had a late flight but the typical checkout at 11am. Getting to have our luggage safely housed until we needed it at the airport was ideal. Our party of 4 would have looked ridiculous rolling our bags around town. I'm looking forward to using this service on our next trip.

Negative experience: My wife and I were going to be dropped off at the Charleston airport from a cruise in the morning but our flight did not leave until much later in the day. Made a reservation for one person one bag but subsequently added a bag and was told that it would be an extra $11. The following day I was billed for two separate people with one bag each apparently because I used the term “we” when communicating with the company which led them to believe that we were apparently a group of people. When I attempted to clarify that we were a husband and wife not a group they canceled our reservation and accused of of trying to cheat them. Would not recommend using this service after this experience.

Fantastic experience: We realized last second we had to check out of our Air BnB at 11:00 with a 21:00 flight, meaning we’d have to lug our bags with us through Charleston if we didn’t figure something better out. It was easy and quick to book. They picked up our bags at our location within about an hr and dropped them off at the airport right when we needed to get there. It was supper convenient.

Fantastic experience: What a GOD SENT! This company was INCREDIBLE!!! We had to leave our Airbnb by 10:30 AM but our flight wasn't til 8:30 PM. Everything was soooo easy. We called, got a link sent to our phone, filled out the questions and paid right then and there online, and an hour later our luggage was picked up from our Airbnb. Once we got to the airport we just texted Demetrius at our confirmed time and within two minutes he pulled up to the curb with our luggage as he was already on stand by at the airport. Could not have been easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the day without any worries about our luggage. This is a No Brainer - 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Such a convenient way to secure your bags when you arrive at Charleston airport early but your Airbnb won't be ready for several hours. This was our second year using Bag Valet. This year we went to TopGolf right near the airport for a few hours, had lunch, Ubered to Folly, had a welcome drink at a bar and then checked in to our Airbnb. Our Bag Valet was right there with all our luggage, right as scheduled! It was so convenient not to lug everything around with us all day. Highly recommend! And the owner was my valet this year and he is so sweet!

Fantastic experience: What a concept! I had to check out of my Airbnb by 11:00 a.m. and did not want to have to roll my bag behind me all day until I actually left the city. I told the Charleston Visitors Center my predicament and was given a rack card about Bag Valet. Online, I arranged for pickup. The Bag Valet gentleman was there right on time. Bag Valet also delivered my luggage at the appointed time to the train station. Unfortunately I had a personal issue and could not get to the train station by the agreed-upon time. I was able to call the local Charleston number and speak to an employee. Bag Valet went above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough about them! Local business, local owner, big heart. Fantastic experience: We used Bag Valet for a recent trip to Charleston SC on both our arrival and departure. The pickup at the airport was very easy, tagging our bags and taking them away, allowing us to travel the entire day luggage free. We checked into our VRBO at 4:00 and Tony brought our luggage. When we were departing to return home, we were fortunate enough to see Tony again for a 9:30 am pickup before our 10am checkout. He met us at the airport at 3:00 for our 5:30 flight.
