Negative experience: Got here as soon as they opened to get something Notarized 45 MINUTES LATER I'm still waiting here. They need to be more efficient and hire more people this is Ridiculous... !!! The lobby is full and they're like we're very busy HIRE MORE PEOPLE or do better scheduling for the busy times SMH.. Meanwhile.. there's a lady (employee) sticking stickers on a wall next the entrance.
Fantastic experience: My wife and I have gone through a few Auto Insurance companies over the years, and switched to AAA a couple of years ago when my son worked for them…Anyways, a week ago I was in an accident and now I know what they mean when they say AAA sets the bar. They go above and beyond what you’d expect. I’m very impressed. I highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Natasha Garcia is an amazing travel agent! She is so knowledgeable, warm and very efficient. She’s always wanting to increase her knowledge for her customers. I have never had a negative experience in this AAA location. Thank you to all of you; but most importantly, Natasha.
Negative experience: Rene, "only a receptionist" was incredibly unhelpful. I came in during my 45 min lunch to try and get my registration stickers after doing my smog check. I let her know I was unsure what to do or where to go immediately into the interaction, I told her that I was told by my mom that all I had to do was go in and show them my smog check result and they'd be able to help me out the rest of the way. This was unfortunately not the case. Rene did not help me out at all, didn't send me in the right director or even suggest anything helpful, she said she couldn't look up anything since she was "just a receptionist". I was incredibly disappointed to see the absolute lack of customer service displayed. I understand it was a busy day, but even with that Rene had to be reminded to suggest the Highlands location, since they were so backed up.
Negative experience: Long wait time for DMV services. Seems they only have 1 or 2 people working the DMV section.

Negative experience: We came in to book a flight package, Micheal perez help us out. we had a bad experience with it and we contacted him, He claimed he was going to look into it. And does not answer, returned phone calls emails What a way to represent AAA. This just gave us a different out look on AAA.
Negative experience: Came into the office today for someone to explain an issue with my insurance bill. The gentleman who was handling me couldn't quite answer so he handed me off to some woman whom he said was on loan from the Financial dept of their insurance division. As I sat down she began to explain my payments. She began to explain that I had only made one payment. However, I was in the 3rd month/payment of the current Insurance policy of which I had the bill in hand to prove her incorrect. She disagreed. I said I have already made 3 payments then listed them for her and the amounts. She then began to tell me that the first payment I made for this years insurance policy was actually for last years insurance policy which I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL LAST YEAR. When I explained to her that I was 3 months/payments into this years policy she then proceeded to tell me that last months payment was also for last years policy. At this point I am thinking I am going crazy or in the twilight zone....I had to correct her and tell her again that I am 3 payments into this year's policy. She then tells me that if I wouldn't talk so much she would explain. At which point she says the same thing she had been saying that the first two payments of THIS YEARS POLICY was for last years policy WHICH I ALREADY PAID IN FULL LAST YEAR. She is getting angry and snotty with me and kept telling me I was incorrect and when I pointed out to her on her own computer screen where she was mistaken she kept saying the same thing over and over. At this point I had had enough of AAA acting like I am insane and not answering any of my questions reasonably that I stood up and began to yell and curse at her. I walked out of the branch before I was thrown out. If this company didn't save me money I would go somewhere else but considering the state of the economy and other insurance being insane I suppose one could say you get what you pay for. I have never experienced more incompetence and utter lack of knowledge about their own practices than this company.
Negative experience: Bad company they left me on the freeway stranded and don't have tools to change a tire
Negative experience: Nobody picks up the phone or takes calls and they often screw many things up when setting up an account. Do not get in an accident if you don't want your rate to double. Everyone increases their insurance rate when you get in an accident but AAA will go higher than anyone else.
Fantastic experience: Sean is one of those guys you wish more people would be like. I've never had such an awesome customer service experience in my entire life. I can only give five stars in this review, but I wish I could give it ten stars! Thanks, Sean!
Fantastic experience: If you have a registration issue ask for Monique when you walk in. She quickly and easily solved a complicated registration/title issue I had. Also, there were 20 to 30 people in line when the door opened but I still went right up to a counter. They were very fast. Great place to do DMV.

Fantastic experience: TAYLOR LASSITER, a customer service rep at the DMV in the Redlands AAA, is OUTSTANDING !!!! After she explained to me how to fill out a release of liability form, she filled it out, filed it, and handed me a copy of the completed form. OMG and WOW !! 10 STARS FOR FIRST CLASS SERVICE !!!! I'd like to give her a gift certificate. I hope she gets a raise and a promotion !!!! Wonderful Girl !!!!
Negative experience: My mom just came from here crying because some lady named Taylor was harassing her, that's not right I feel like getting a lawyer on this place.
Negative experience: Was told it was gonna be an hour wait. Waited for over 4 hours! Terrible customer service no one would ever give me an accurate estimate. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.
Negative experience: not sure the name of the lady that helped me but she was pretty rude and was mumbling when confirming my info, had to ask her to repeat it like 3 times and she got irritated with me. told me completely different info than another AAA location and again had attitude when telling me this so i won’t be returning to this location. completely wasted my time.
Negative experience: They said 500 would square us up and then lied and said they needed 800 more which is one third of our yearly?? There's absolutely no way in hell I paid 2 grand last year in full it lapses this year because my fault and then restart everything upcharge everything. We're done. 22 years no accidents you did this.
Negative experience: Cindy (T.5C) wasn't helpful when I asked how she was doing. She didn't smile or reply, and she didn't assist me with my question. It's important to appreciate people who pay for AAA membership and come from far away (12+ miles) to visit your location, but they don't get the help they need because someone isn't doing their job right.

Negative experience: Had auto club for decades. My parents had auto club for as long as I can remember. I got auto club as soon as I could start driving. I had them for many years until I move to Colorado. I return to California and immediately got auto club. I don’t know what has happened. But their service in the insurance industry is nonexistent. They had good prices on their auto insurance. we obtain their auto insurance for our autos. We try to get homeowners insurance. We never got our insurance completed for our home. We made numerous requests. We never got a response. Our auto insurance we were supposed to bring in my truck for an inspection. The vehicle was inspected. We were given a notice that our insurance was going to be canceled if we did not bring the truck in for an inspection. I made numerous phone calls left numerous messages regarding the inspection on the truck. Nobody has ever returned my calls. My wife called and was told that the vehicle had already been inspected that it must’ve been a mistake. Today we were given a notice that our auto insurance has been canceled. We went and got auto insurance with USAA and I am canceling everything I ever had with auto club forever .

Negative experience: I will NEVER do business with this company again ! I came into the Redlands office to get Life Insurance, and car insurance. When I met Rob Buska told me about this great promotion they have going on where I can have lower car insurance if I also get home rentals insurance. So I thought I had a good deal paying $82 for my car insurance and $45 for my rental insurance for the year. I signed my papers and everything was OK until out of nowhere a week ago they canceled my renters insurance policy saying that I did not sign a signature which voided my renters insurance and I knew that was not possible because I signed my car insurance and my home insurance at the same time because it was a part of the promotion so I asked them to call Rob Buska to discuss this matter. He tried to rush me off the phone and explain that I did nothing wrong it was an error on the company's because I DID sign my signature and it even came out of his mouth I did nothing WRONG however they need me to pay $25 more dollars to reinstate my policy that I didn't do anything wrong about telling me that I need to have $20,000 in coverage instead of the 15,000 that I had and I told him respectfully I already paid I signed a signature my policy needs to be reinstated because there was no error on me it was on the company so I told him can you fix it. I was content with the policy I already had. He tells me he doesn't know he will call and talk to the company and see what he can do and I've called him four days in a row he's not responding to me which is not like him he normally respond within the end of the business day so now I have no Rental insurance and they're trying to increase my car insurance because they want to upsell and honestly I am looking for car insurance elsewhere because this company is shady!!! Do not trust them! I've never felt so disrespected in my life to tell me that I need to pay more money to reinstate my policy that I did nothing wrong and think I was gonna be OK with it and just pay the extra money it's really the principle and if you can do something shady as that I don't want to trust you with my car insurance and Something Happens!!! Everything about this company is shady and I will not recommend nobody to do business with him!

Negative experience: Notarial Service not very helpful. I was there this morning for notarization of an SF3107-2 (Spousal Consent Form) that required this federal form to be signed and stamped. I presented to the lady the criteria from California Code 1189 c and the National Notary Association that would allow California Notaries to sign and place their stamps on the federal forms as well. The lady did not even bother to read the criteria I presented to her and just dismissed me right there an then.
Negative experience: Kind of disappointed. When I left I was paying a certain amount monthly and then when up $100 after I had made my account. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee.
Fantastic experience: Chiana is so on point, it is amazing. Fast, accurate, right information. In and out fast with my RV insurance photos. She rapidly found qr codes and bar codes for vin number. Had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. Great job again. Thank to AAA.

Negative experience: I went in to make an insurance claim after a hit and run and was told that the only office that does in person claims is all the way in Costa Mesa. Why have an office if you're not going to offer your full services. I like dealing with things in person but I'm not driving that far.
Negative experience: Your automated towing system is horrible! I was given a time when a tow truck would show up but never did. I could not even get at live operator when I called AAA. I ended up calling a towing Co. Your old system was much better and better customer service too. Even towing companies that takes AAA calls hates it. To the owners of AAA, why do you only answer the praises not the negative comments? You need to address the problems that are presented to you to better to company's outcome.
Fantastic experience: Alfred in the DMV section was very professional and personal to my needs. He saved me money since DMV charges a fee if you use a credit card, so I split a check and paid the rest with the credit card. Of course, you won’t have any fees for using a check or debit, but my situation was unique. Alfred also helped me with a license plate(legacy) transfer! Thank you AAA, especially Alfred today! E.L.
Negative experience: Terrible front desk service they wildness listen to me at all when I said all gees have been paid they wouldn't hear it they wanted to assume they know what's what and I really need the darn sticker tag as proof of registration at a glance. They really need to listen to the people talking to them.

Negative experience: I was trying to get new license plates for my truck because someone stolen and I did what they asked me to do after taking a day off to take care of the problem I came back from Desert hot springs with the paper work and I was told that they wouldn't not be able to give me the new plates and stickers because my address on registration was different from my license driver I had been pulled over by the police and they never questioned the difference in the addresses I'm not happy because they didn't told me anything the day before

Positive experience: This location is great. You can get all your DMV stuff done there, get all your insurance needs met, and though I've never used any of their travel services I'm sure you can get those needs met there also. I've never waited long either to get things completed.
Negative experience: We called AAA to get our Car towed. They sent their 3rd party tow truck to tow our Car and damaged our front bumper. It was perfectly fine until the driver damaged it. We got a quote to fix it for $1000. AAA offered us $500 and told us pretty much take it or leave it. How is that fair?

Fantastic experience: Picked up maps and had my passport picture taken. Done and done. Fast and courteous. Only Con is they won't let you use their public restrooms. Such a shame you can't even was your hands. Time to open them up again.
Fantastic experience: Went this time for a transfer of title and pay the registration on a dirt bike I bought for my son. Got there mid week 15 minutes before opening and there was a line of about 15 people already. They had a sequence of marks on the ground and the admin was asking who was there for what. People just making in person insurance payments were taken before anyone needing DMV services. Took me about 15 minutes to get inside. Then there were about 4 more spots inside to stand in line. Then I was called to the DMV services and took about 2 minutes for the transfer and registration payment. FYI they take cash or major credit card. DEBIT cards with MasterCard or Visa are NOT accepted. If you use a major credit card there’s a fee like 3% or something. I always take cash anyways.
Positive experience: Had to stop at AAA to renew car registration. Due to COVID issues you cannot talk to a live person thru phone. One line to get in and ot took about 30-35 minutes. Far better than DMV. Had to register car in person due to car recall issue.
