Negative experience: I asked for a quote and it never arrived. I sent a DM to inquire about the quote and they told me they would send it, but they didn't either. I believe that speaks a lot about the commitment and seriousness they have with their clients; I would be worried to travel with them and be given the runaround like with the quote.
