Fantastic experience: Zicasso helped me create a dream vacation to Costa Rica. Their model is fantastic. After describing to them online myself and my husband, some demographic details, our interests, where we wanted to go, and the kinds of activities we had hoped to experience, Zicasso had two different (and equally qualified) travel agents contact me. Each reached out via email, then phone calls. Each sent me a proposed itinerary. Both came in at our budget target. Zicasso reached out a couple of times to make sure that all was going well with the planning. I never was asked to send Zicasso a dime — apparently they settle on a portion of the travel agents fee with them. The only difficult part in this seamless arrangement was having to finally decide which of the two agencies to go with. I highly recommend Zicasso, and plan to use this company again on our next vacation with utmost confidence that we will have another splendid vacation.

Fantastic experience: Traveling to Africa for a safari experience was at the top of my bucket list since I was a child. After researching several companies and options, I chose True Africa to create the experience my friends and I wanted. Troy Smith was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted, made amazing suggestions, and put together the trip of a lifetime. I cannot thank him enough. The trip exceeded my expectations in every way. Under Zicasso's initial direction, we were connected with a local travel agency in Spain and that was the beginning.... What an amazing trip was created for us! Working with the travel group from Spain was absolutely wonderful. Communication throughout the planning stages of our itinerary, updates each day for details of the next day, and the team's availability should we need any additional information. They did such a great job to ensure that our trip went smoothly and seamlessly. Everything went just as planned! They created a What's App group chat for us (We had never connected using What's App and it was easy to navigate.). This was an excellent way to communicate and the entire travel team were always accessible and very informative with details of our daily itinerary, guides, agenda, tips, etc... We could not have asked for better service. And, we truly felt that each member of our travel team had the most sincere interest in offering us the best trip we could have imagined. Based on our general interests, they put together a wonderful itinerary and made ideal suggestions for places to explore and unique experiences to partake in. And, each of the hotels they selected were super and met our desires. We wanted to spend a few nights at each of our lodgings so as not to pack/unpack daily. We asked for smaller boutique hotels located in the historic areas of towns. Their selections were spot-on. And, each included breakfast, which was a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed such a beautiful range of experiences throughout our trip, from hiking, museums, excellent guides, wineries, biking, sailing, exploring castles and fort, etc... Throughout our tour, I felt that our desire for a vacation which revolved around features of ecotourism was acknowledged. Each and every tour guide was so knowledgeable and seemed to have a keen sense of our interests and love of history, cultures and desire to learn. We went sailing one day in the Mediterranean toward the end of our trip. Two members of the team greeted us as we got off the sailboat. How fortunate we were to meet the team in person! It was really fun to personally share with them our gratitude for the skill and effort they put in to make our custom made trip so exceptional. Honestly, I can't begin to fully express in words how terrifically wonderful our experience was working with the agents and the absolutely incredible trip they created for us! It will go down in my life memory as one of the best ever! We will most definitely begin with Zicasso as we plan our next travel adventure.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I used Zicasso to plan our recent trip to Greece. It was a dream vacation with impeccable planning from start to finish. The agent Zicasso paired us with understood what we wanted and made excellent suggestions. We tweaked them until we had the exact trip we wanted. Highlights included a full-day tour and a sunset cruise in Santorini, an Old Town tour and a distillery tour in Naxos, and the Acropolis/museum tour with a private guide in Athens. Accommodations were perfect in all 3 locations. We had plenty of beach/free time in Naxos per our request. Our travel agent was in touch throughout the trip. She was able to get us lounge access for our long layover in Athens en route to Santorini, and a beautiful restaurant reservation same day request that we could not get on our own; this gave us a memorable final dinner with a stunning view of the Acropolis at sunset. I will definitely use Zicasso again for future visits to Europe I recommend them highly if you’re planning a trip to Greece!

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Greece was perfectly organized by Georgia at Zicasso. All flights, drivers from the airports to the hotels were on time and very professional. The hotels were perfectly located and very comfortable. Our location in Athens was conveniently located to allow us to walk to the Parthenon, Parliament and to a wide variety of restaurants. the Corfu and Santorini portions were very fun and well organized. Fantastic experience: Zicasso has provided us with 3 tours to date, the most recent to Spain and Portugal. (Italy and Costa Rica before). We are always provided at least 2 agents with whom to discuss our plans and budget. For this trip we chose Lalo Garcia. We spent several hours over many FaceTime meetings discussing our wants, needs and budget while he made excellent suggestions and recommendations. The hotels, restaurants, tours, guides and drivers were superb. The trip was virtually seemless. No snags, delays and even flexibility as we had modified carriage rides in Seville, and a sunset boat cruise in Lisbon. Greta job and we will continue to use Zicasso. Fantastic experience: Zicasso is as wonderful as it sounds! It is simply a 'matchmaker' that connects travelers with travel agents who are experts in their specialty. I thought it was too good to be free of charge, and my husband suspected a catch. Yet, travelers pay no fee, as it seems that is paid by the agent you choose. At our request, Zicasso connected us with two different travel agents who specialized in Australia & New Zealand. I separately told both our areas of interest, time period of 30 days, our budget per day and level of desired activities. After a phone call from each, we received very detailed, yet somewhat different proposals, for our review. It was fun to compare the two and so simple for us. My husband and I have not had a moment's regret of our choice, as she expertly followed through on her delivery and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic experience: We are experienced travelers and have hired various travel agents. Zicasso will now be our sole agent for travel. They were recommended to us by a friend and after our recent trip to Europe we have highly recommended them to many of our friends and associates. Zicasso requests a detailed questionnaire of your likes and dislikes for travel. Their form is easy to navigate and makes you think of what you truly want out of your vacation. They then have two agents compete for your business by providing detailed itineraries. We reviewed both itineraries and chose the one that best fit our needs. Zicasso followed up multiple times to ensure we were satisfied and also checked in with us after we returned home. As a retired professional , I can attest that their service is commendable. My recent trip to Italy for my husban and my 20th anniversary, expertly planned by Scenarious, was nothing short of extraordinary! Our final stop was the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, and once again, Scenarious exceeded our expectations. Fantastic experience: This was our first time using Zicasso for our international travel. Due to late planning on our side, we wanted to engage an in-country travel agency so we chose Zicasso to navigate the process. We simply filled out our travel request, and within 2 days, were connected with a couple of travel agencies that put together recommended itineraries. We chose the one we liked best and continued to work with that agency to finalize and book. The thing I liked best was that we didn't need to pay any up-front fee before we even see an itinerary like we do for local travel agencies.

After filling out the online questionnaire we received preliminary itineraries from two of Zicasso's partner travel agencies in Spain. Positive experience: Thia was my first time using Zicasso. I was midway through planning my holiday in Italy when a friend recommended Zicasso which they had used for several trips, each time with great satisfaction. Soon after I set up an account, 2 Italian travel agents contacted me and we exchanged a few emails. However, when I explained that I had already booked non-cancellable hotel rooms for my trip, one of the travel agents stopped communicating suddenly. I can understand the loss of interest as hotel reservations is one avenue of revenue for travel agents, but I was surprised and disappointed by the total silence that followed. He could at least explain that it was their policy to handle everything in a trip, and say that he was unable to proceed further. Thankfully the other travel agent told me that although their policy is to cover all aspects of the trip, they would make an exception to continue working with me on my itinerary. Our trip turned out to be fabulous, thanks in huge part to this travel agent. Not only were they super helpful in the pre-trip planning stages, but throughout our time in Italy, they were in touch via Whatsapp and phone and made sure we were well taken care of. After this very positive experience, I would use Zicasso again for my future trips.

Both prepared and emailed us generic itineraries and then each set up a consultation phone call. After the calls, more detailed itineraries were made reflecting our conversation. Fantastic experience: Zicasso matched us with a perfect travel agent. They helped my husband and me plan a wonderful 3 weeks in the British Isles. We flew into London and stayed in the Covent Garden area for 2 nights, then took the train to Edinburgh. After 2 nights there in a great hotel we had a transfer to pick up our rental car at the airport to self drive throughout Scotland. Our agent helped us with tickets, transfers, nice hotels, suggested activities and dinner reservations. All went smoothly. We then trained back to London and met our family group of 8 in Wimbledon for 3 days and finally central London for 4. They got houses for us to rent, event tickets, transfers and more. It couldn’t have been better. We also used Zicasso to travel to South Africa. I wouldn’t do it any other way!

Fantastic experience: Zicasso gives high class agents recommendations for so many countries and we can compare prices of couple of travel agencies and tour details based on our passions! They arranged private guided tours and prepaid tickets to various attractions and make my memories of different mountains, waterfalls, trains and cities hassle free with my entry ticket to attractions printed out in my hand before leaving for my trip! Definitely recommend Zicasso for a VIP experience and a person receiving me at the airport with a car to every destination hotel! Hotel selections were all nice and every morning I would look at my link on my phone provided by the agent for a planned itinerary with detailed timings!

The agency I worked with planned our hotels, private tour guides and train tickets. Additionally, they recommended things for us to do on days that we were on our own. Normally I don’t have any trouble putting together a vacation, but I was overwhelmed with all the details of this trip. Zicasso put me in touch with 2 different travel agents who were well versed in Greek travels. We chose the one we were most comfortable with and together with our input of what we were looking for, they put together the most fabulous vacation my husband and I could have imagined. Zicasso helps cut down some of the angst of do it yourself travel planning by vetting travel planners and expert companies that can help you enjoy a lovely vacation. This is how it works. You contact Zicasso with your travel dates, locations, and musts, including a budget. They will turn around and match your needs to 2 different companies who are experts in the countries you want to explore. Next, you’ll hear from each company to continue emailing and setting up a phone chat to get more information, offer suggestions and answer any questions. The last step is to look over the final proposed itinerary and choose a tour and company. I thought it was too good to be true but everything worked out perfectly. Zicasso followed up on our progress and choice, offerree trip insurance, and even tried to help us with our trans-Atlantic flights. Both companies we matched with were professional, helpful, informative, and easy to do business with.

Fantastic experience: We had a ten day tour of Germany organized by Cathrin Papp. We requested a relaxed itinerary with accommodations in 4 star hotels located in walkable historic areas. Cathrin's itinerary exceeded our expectations in every way. Our drivers were from a diverse background and engaged with us in very interesting conversations during the time spent driving between destinations. A couple of highlights of the trip were the personal tour of the Neuschwanstein Castle, a much better option than dealing with the everyday crowds, and (2) the wine tasting in Wuerzberg. There were only two of us on the wine tasting tour, so we were able to sample wine late into the evening while engaging in interesting discussions on world affairs with our guide. A bonus we weren't expecting was 6 bottles of locally vinted with to take home with us. To make sure things were going smoothly, Cathrin checked in with us several times, but everything went smoothly the entire trip. At one point during a transfer by train, the train broke down and we had to transfer to a subway. A very friendly young German lady helped up navigate our way back to the hotel. The historic areas were fascinating, the countryside beautiful and the people friendly. All in all I would give the entire experience a 5 star review.,

Negative experience: This company doesn't actually help with your travel. They just market like they do, then sell the leads to actual travel agents/advisors. This is going to result in the trip probably having to be more expensive than it should be and seems disingenuous. I received an email saying: "Zicasso connects you with two trusted travel companies.." Um, no thanks. I don't believe in lead hoarding and they marketed like they would be helping with the planning and booking of the trip. Hard pass.

Fantastic experience: Not knowing where to start in planning an international trip, Zicasso was a great find. They connected me with a couple of travel agents in the country were we traveling to. I was able to work with the one that fit our needs the best. Very simple. I will definitely use Zicasso again if we plan another trip abroad.

Fantastic experience: We have used Zicasso in-region or in-country travel agents for most of our international travel over the past five years or so -- for trips to Japan, Peru, Scandanavia, Spain and Portugal -- and have been consistently pleased with their itinerary suggestions, their hotel sections, their choice of guides, drivers, etc., their attention to detail and availability during our trips. Fantastic experience: We could not have been happier with our trip to Japan. Our travel agent was a pleasure to work with. It was obvious he listened to our wants and needs, and communicated the information to our guides, hotels, etc. He was patient and communicative, and paid a high level of attention to all the little details. This trip was originally scheduled for March 2020, then Covid hit. The travel agent offered to refund part of the money we had paid or leave it as a credit to be used within the year. Japan took several years to reopen and I hesitated to contact him to see if we had any credit we could use. We were thrilled to find out we could still use all of our credit. My husband has Parkinson's Disease. Although he is fully mobile, it's become harder for us to travel on our own. Having all the little details so well taken care of took all of the stress out of the trip. Our guides were wonderful, our connections were seamless, and our accommodations were excellent. The guides and drivers were all aware of my husband's issues and were helpful and caring, holding his elbow as he went up and down stairs, and arranging for the use of handicapped elevators when there were too many steps to climb. The trains in Japan are very efficient and virtually always on time. Our guides delivered us right to our seats and, when we arrived, were at the exact door we exited from. Because of an accident on the train line, one of our trains was delayed two hours. Without a guide, we would have had no idea what was going on. Our guide found out what the problem was, negotiated seats for us in the waiting room, and called ahead to the next guide so they could reschedule our car and ferry.

Fantastic experience: We were very pleased with the itinerary and organization of our recent trip through Southern France. After being informed that our interests slanted toward food, history, and art, Zicasso put together a terrific program for us. Our guides were all very knowledgeable on the subject matter, as well as being good companions. It felt like we were traveling with friends. Our hotel accommodations were all excellent and nicely located. Highlights of our trip included: exploring the Saint-Sernin Basilica in Toulouse and the astounding medieval castle in Carcassonne; enjoying the ambiance of strolling around St Remy on market day (as well as visits to the food markets in the other cities); touring the wine and olive vineyards of Occitanie; the cooking class in Avignon, eating some very good food in quaint little sidewalk cafés; delving into the lives of Van Gogh and Cezanne, wandering through Ancient Greek and Roman ruins; marveling at the vitality of Marseille; and, most of all, enjoying the company of our wonderful guides. We particularly liked thatZicasso used the internet to keep our travel schedule updated. All in all, it was an amazing (and stress-free) experience.

Fantastic experience: When trying to plan a trip to Greece for me and my two daughters, I was unsure of where to start. Italy Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company: Our "once-in-a-lifetime trip" to Italy went off without a hitch! Our travel agent provided impeccable service! Every accommodation, restaurant suggestion, driver scheduled to take us to another location, etc, were above and beyond. From the moment I reached out to Zicasso, they were in constant communication with me. Once we selected our travel agency, the team responded to every question or email promptly. This is what a premium travel service is all about! I will be spoiled moving forward! What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip? Ok, we loved it all! (We could have done without the rain during our Forum tour, but that's part of traveling!). The two tours in Rome were wonderful: the Colosseum and the Forum. But in Rome, our favorite was the neighborhood tour of Trastevere with our guide, who was informative and really fun! After Rome, we rented our car at the Rome Airport, thanks to our wonderful driver who helped to navigate the process, and headed to Tuscany's Chianti region; by far, my favorite part! We took a six-hour e-bike tour all over the region, followed by lunch our guide prepared. It was wonderful. We had a few wine tours and tastings as well. Our favorite part of the time there was spent touring a Tuscan farm, making pasta with the owner and his family, and then enjoying an olive oil tasting. After Tuscany we went to Cinque Terre. Magnificent! We hiked one day, relaxed by the spectacular pool, and did a little shopping, with more wine and food! It was a great way to finish off our trip before heading home, via Rome.

Fantastic experience: We booked a customized trip through Zicasso ,Inc to Australia and New Zealand . Our intention was to see tourist attractions as well as have travel free days to visit relatives in some cities. We were presented with a suggested itinerary within our budget by two different companies and spoke with each before choosing the best option for us. Before leaving Canada we received online travel details with dates, hotels, airlines, pickup times etc. On arrival in each country we received a detailed booklet for the planned activity for each day, pickup times and local contacts and whether lunch was included or not on that day. The trip was a relaxing worry free, enjoyable trip with stays in secure hotels and everything worked like clockwork.

Fantastic experience: What a great service. Stumbled upon them on the web while thinking about a trip to Argentina with some friends. Zicasso introduced us to 2 local travel planners and we worked with each for a couple of weeks. Each selected hotels, restaurants, tours, etc. in BA and Mendoza. After a few weeks I selected the planner whose choices I preferred and who was a better communicator. We just returned and it was amazing. The travel planner was in contact with us 24/7 and made sure everything was going ok. Considering there are 2 companies involved, I was uncertain about the costs, but it turned out to be much less expensive than if I tried doing it myself. The trip was a bargain. And the convenience of having a local contact should not be underestimated. She made reservations, changed reservations, and even sent boarding passes at flight time.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for putting together an unforgettable trip. We are finally home after a truly fun filled month in Australia and New Zealand. Our timing seemed to be really good as the weather cooperated except for the helicopter in Franz Joseph. That was still a fun stay. Our stays in Australia were really nice. Pier One in Sydney had a great location and an amazing breakfast! If we could have changed anything there, we would have added a free day to do some exploring of Sydney on our own. Uluru was simply breathtaking. Our Daintree Rainforest tour with indigenous guides was a real treat too. I cant say enough good things about our brief stay on Kangaroo Island. In New Zealand, our day trip touring Auckland and the northern shore with a Māori guide was very special. Wine tasting in the Wellington area was wonderful. Our guide also took us to some of the Lord of the Rings filming locations. The two train trips on the south island were just spectacular. The drive from Greymouth to Franz Joseph was wonderful.. Driving on the left side of the road wasnt as much of a challenge as we anticipated. It was good that there was a sticker on the car display with a reminder to keep left. The car return in Queenstown was a bit puzzling as when we arrived at the Avis area at the airport, we were instructed to park in any space and just drop the key in the return slot. That was quite unusual for us. The jet boat trip out of Queenstown turned out to be quite thrilling! Words cannot describe our overnight visit to Milford Sound. We will be in awe for a long time. You did a great job arranging all of this for us. Thanks so much.

We just finished a one week trip to Provence France that could not have been booked without knowing French and having local knowledge. For example we did a soap factory tour with an English speaking guide but needed to know French to get it booked! Fantastic experience: Great service and a seamless experience with Zicasso. My only feedback would be that one of the two companies were somewhat uninterested and painfully slow to respond. So much so that we ended up terminating them after 6-7 days of engagement due to their lack of responsiveness. The other company was fantastic!
