Negative experience: I had the worst experience of working with H&S Travels. I wanted to reschedule the booking. They initially said one fare and the next day the total fare. I had to call multiple times and everytime will get new details. The response was to call your airline to confirm. I will never recommend this agency for future booking. I suggest to directly book it through website to get better deals. It's also easier to work with one company and have clarity.

Negative experience: I would probably not give even 1 start with the experience I had with H&S. I was reading someone’s negative review regarding refund and I can completely vouch for that. I had the very same issue. Booked a ticket in March, Flight got cancelled and I am still following up with the refund. Haven’t received the money yet. Possibly the worst customer service I have seen so far. They will always tell you we will get back to you and not even once (literally!!!) I have got a call back. Every now and then someone goes on leave. I even don’t know who manages the team till now. Manager never showed up or responded. God knows who runs the company. Literally frustrated calling these guys every week. It’s like going round and round. I know people will find positive reviews here but I can assure these are requested reviews. When things will go wrong, people will start taking these 1-2 negative reviews seriously. I would advise all to go book your tickets on your own. SCAMMERS!!!

Negative experience: I am updating my earlier review due to terrible service provided during my recent flight cancellation. The flight has been cancelled by the airline and H&S has failed to provide refund despite having multiple phone calls and e-mail conversations over the past 1.5 months. I will not be coming back to H&S and would never recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: I have booked my ticket with Lufthansa through H & S Travels. Lufthansa has cancelled the flight, hence requested for refund. It is close to 3 months and yet to get my refund. They are very poor in responding back too. Going to complaint to airlines, BBB and everywhere. I strongly suggest not to book ticket with them.

Positive experience: Please avoid H & S travels. If you are suppose to get refund, they wont refund your money. I requested them for refund sometime in August 1st week and at that time they mentioned it will take 10 weeks. I waited for more than 10 weeks and now when i started to follow up with them from November 1st week, somehow they are escaping by always giving me an excuses like that person is not here today and this person is on leave today. Since 6 weeks they have been telling me that i will get refund by this weekend. They have been giving me same answer every week. Even though i have been their customer since almost 5-6 yrs, they are torturing me by giving excuses in delaying to issue refund. I do not know if they have any intention of giving my refund at all. My sincere suggestion is to please avoid this travels. Edited on 12/5/21. Finally they refunded my money. Changing my rating...

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service Communication No Pressure and Best Deals. Have been using H & S for last 5-6 years. For my next trip I was working with Hussain. It took me 3 days to finalize the deal and he had the patience to work with me as I had an external factor to finalize the trip. At no time did he force me to finalize and always worked with my schedule and provided the best deal. Have spread about H &S to couple of my friends and they have also booked with H & S. Other members of H & S with whom I have interacted are Mak Sarita Leonu Shafi and Arman. H & S is the right travel agent.
