Fantastic experience: I sent canned food and other little things to my family in Camagüey, and everything arrived well within 28 days. They kept me informed the entire time about the package's journey, and my family didn’t have to pay anything for the pickup. Good service and seriousness. Glory to God for having found this agency close to home.

Negative experience: A disaster! The place is small, the service is terrible, the wait is impressive, you need to set aside at least 3 hours of your day. It took me 2 hours just to get my package, plus the attention and dispatch took another 3 hours. A shame, they take time to chat with regular customers and dispatch slowly.

They also ruin the lives of the property owners living around with the trash they leave behind... They are becoming millionaires from the misery of others. They aren’t even capable of organizing a place for people to park and throw away trash. They need to get their act together because they are going to get hit with huge fines and I will make sure it happens! For being thieves and for leaving trash everywhere in the neighborhood they are located, they better be ready! It's a promise.
Negative experience: We have used this office for our shipments due to its location and the proximity to where we live. Honestly, we have never had any problems with the deliveries, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE here is TERRIBLE!!! We send air and sea shipments to Cuba every month, and it is very unpleasant to see the treatment some customers receive. Specifically, one of them (I have never been able to find out her name) is very confrontational, very inappropriate, with disrespectful comments and tone. On absolutely every visit to the place, she has had a conflict with some customer… unfortunately today I had to endure her lack of respect because our family needs the help. So far I am very pleased with the service from CubaMax, I hope to find another one of their offices where we can ship and where the hired staff knows how to provide quality customer service.

Negative experience: I had an excellent opinion of them, I had never had problems with the shipments, I had never been missing anything and it was on time. On September 4, 2024, I made a shipment of 70 pounds and only 64 arrived, and the box was open. I can no longer trust.

Customers invest their money here to help their relatives, and it is very unpleasant to go to a business and not be treated well. Negative experience: The worst shipping agency to Cuba. The 2 employees who attended today were complaining a lot about leaving the office late. Before 5, they were denying entry to people. The manager goes out to attend to the police, takes too long with them, and leaves us waiting to finish our process. We arrived at the agency at 3 PM, which was full, and they only attend poorly. Additionally, when you give your opinion, they respond that attending to the police is more important than our own shipments. The worst service. I would never recommend them.

Negative experience: First of all, I want to recommend that you do not send with Cubamax, I am completely disappointed, as I made a shipment that supposedly got lost, terrible job by those who work at Cubamax, I will never think of sending any package with them again. Even though they refunded part of what I paid, I don't think what they have done is justifiable. I work with a lot of sacrifice here to at least help my family in Cuba, just for someone else to come and steal what is mine and justify it by saying it got lost. They don’t deserve even one star, and if there is a change on the political side, they should, as a first step, eliminate all these thieving agencies for shipping to Cuba. Stop underestimating the intelligence of those of us here; I have zero tolerance for them.

Negative experience: The only good experience I had with Cubamax was requesting my passport. I sent a box and it arrived with a hole where some items were taken out. When I complained here, they told me that it was in Cuba and they could do nothing, as if they were independent agencies. A second shipment by boat arrived with the box soaked in oil. I decided to send shipments through another agency until I received the offer of 100 pounds for $159. I gathered my 100 pounds mainly from food, and when I presented myself, they told me the small detail that they don't clarify in their promotion: that it's only 30 pounds of food and medicine and the rest miscellaneous. But at the same time, they offer the option to send what you bring in two boxes of 44 pounds but with a higher fee. I believe they lack a lot of professionalism and seriousness in the work they do, and they will fall behind in the competition despite having the lowest rates.

Today is Monday and I'm still not attended to. Since Saturday, November 5th, I sent a small package to the city of Havana and they have not received it yet. Cubans are very undisciplined and do not know how to maintain proper behavior in public places (I mean those I have seen the times I go to this agency).
