Negative experience: My parents traveled from Monterrey to Houston, when they arrived the office was closed, and they had to wait outside in the cold to get picked up. How in the hell do they have buses arriving at the destination and the station is closed? Very unprofessional, I would not recommend their services at all.

Negative experience: In the office, they were very kind, but the bus drivers complained all the trip that we passengers made too much noise, that we should use the bathroom as little as possible. The trip was from Houston, Texas to Florida; an hour after leaving Houston, the bus broke down, and we had to wait for another bus, which was overcrowded and very dirty. I will not use this bus line again. Thank you.

Negative experience: Fix your busses! One power plugs all broke second one had no ac!!

Positive experience: The price is good compared to a flight, I would say the bus comfort is average, it’s not the worst but it’s not the best either, I would just say it’s good. The bus punctuality leaves a lot to be desired, I took a bus from Houston to Morelia, the departure time was fine, about 10 minutes late but it was okay, the problem was that I was supposed to arrive in Morelia at 8-9 am and we arrived past noon, so if you are transiting like I was going to Zihuatanejo, don’t buy a bus ticket for your connection until you get to the city you’re going to, in order not to lose it. The stations where the bus stops are good since on that route it passed about 3 or 4 that sold food or at least had a store to buy from, an overall rating would be 7/10.

Negative experience: Today they had a 5-hour delay

Negative experience: For years I have used this center, but now I really prefer to go to another one where they have parking because you have to struggle with the luggage. It was very poorly done to close it.

Negative experience: From SLP to Houston 20 hrs . They should be call greyhound . Driver did so many stops I'm thinking Drivers get pay by the hour .

Negative experience: I am very upset because you talk. To change the date they charge you extra and they can't wait 10 minutes because they leave you, and when the buses don't arrive we have to wait until they say so. Moreover, those people at the window can’t explain anything, and with their attitude, while one is paying, they could do something about it. It took too long, I wish they had a rule and patience just like they make us wait.

Positive experience: The buses are very comfortable, good service for me, I had a very good experience. What I don't like is how long they take at the border, due to the people who check you, the customs officers. It's a very frustrating thing.

Negative experience: Bad bad service...My in laws left from Mexico at 8pm and arrive to Houston @6:30pm, more than 20hours on the road....They sure make so many unnecessary stops.Its a guessing thing try to see what time would the bus arrive.

Positive experience: They never leave or arrive at the time they say. They rush people or leave them even if it’s not the time and you bought a ticket.

Negative experience: WORST Bus company!!! 1.Bus was supposed to leave at 6:15 it arrived like 15 min late and then still did other stops basically left Houston around 8 We got to the border around 2am And we crossed the border around 5 am and then they stop at a bus terminal in Laredo and made us change busses??? And took another 30 min Estos autobús hace muchas paradas cuando según es “directo” I was supposed to arrive to my destination at 8:00am . But will be arriving at 3pm DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Negative experience: It's very bad that the parking lot is closed, there is nowhere to park except on the street. There are elderly people who cannot walk much.

Positive experience: For the people who are buying tickets at 10 PM. Leaving Houston Texas towards Brownsville Texas the arrival is at 3:30 to 4 in the morning. The bus terminal in Brownsville is closed at that hour you should know that your family members will be outside waiting for someone to pick them up!!! And another thing, the bathrooms are dirty they stink throughout the entire bus.

Negative experience: But travel experience. I traveled with the Tornado buses from Airline, left Houston for San Luis Potosí, less than an hour of travel to the first stop to pick up more travelers at a gas station, we returned on the road again for less than an hour to a restaurant of the same company where the price of the food is an abuse. We were all surprised at how expensive the food was; I paid $20 for 4 super simple tacos. Each stop lasted between 20-45 minutes. Then we arrived in Laredo, TX, another stop at their terminal, and we waited again for about 30 minutes. Then we crossed and stopped again in Nuevo Laredo to change buses, it was a lot of stops and delays. I left at 11 am from Houston and didn't arrive until 1:30 am in Matehuala when my ticket said I would arrive at 12, there were a lot of delays. On the way back: From Matehuala to Houston, I left at 6:20 pm and arrived in Houston at 12 pm the next day. This time I traveled on one of their double-decker buses; it is more spacious, but what makes the trip bad is all the delays. When we were arriving at Los Chorros, there was an accident that caused us to be stopped for 5 hours without moving. All the travelers were wondering what was happening because the drivers did not inform us at all, until a passenger asked them; only then did we know. Very bad travel experience, and the drivers also ask for a lot of tips. I understand asking once, but they constantly ask for tips at every stop. This was my first time traveling with Tornado because they were very good; do not confuse them, the only more spacious buses are the black double-deckers. The yellow and white ones are super old and very uncomfortable. This is the last time I will travel with them; very, very bad service for traveling.

Fantastic experience: Compared to other travel services, employees here are very polite and have true patience. It’s obvious they’re in a good headspace to handle this kind of job which can often be overwhelming, especially around the holidays.

Positive experience: Bus drivers amazing office staff don’t expect much from them or for the office to be open when one arrives early in The morning in cold weather!!!

Positive experience: More or less on the way to Mexico, they were stopped on the road and passengers were robbed of money, about $300.00 per person, so the buses to there are no longer safe. And when you call, they tell you one price, and when you go to buy the ticket, it’s a different one. They are very comfortable and all, but I don’t know if I would travel like this again.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. My dad had his ticket purchased to travel from Florida to Houston last Monday, and it turned out that the driver did not make the stop. He was waiting for more than two hours, and I called the office here in Houston, and they told me they were running late and that the bus wasn't leaving. Then I called again, and that was when they told me that the driver did not make the stop. I wanted them to help me do something because it was an emergency for my dad to arrive, and the lady spoke to me very rudely and told me that they did not have access to the drivers' numbers. I asked her how that could be possible if it was such a big company, and then she told me that she couldn’t do anything and left me speechless and hung up on me. I called several times, and they never answered.

Positive experience: When I boarded, I mentioned to the driver that my seat belt was not working properly, and he didn't even get up to check. I told him that I was concerned about my safety, and he replied that all the passengers didn't have their seat belts on and that if I wanted, I could change seats.

Negative experience: My mother was not feeling well as she got off the bus. Unfortunately she forgot her luggage on the bus. When she rushed back to the station to get it, the woman was scolding her and making her feel worse! Customer service is supposed to help, not get mad at the customer! Never coming back to this location!

Negative experience: Terrible service, the bus never arrived and they transferred people to another station but never announced it, leaving several of us not knowing what was happening. My phone didn't pick up the address of the other station, and I was left without a way to travel.

Fantastic experience: Good service. I like different hours, but I would prefer the night shift to go to Hilcroft in Houston, Texas. There were about five passengers, all going to Hilcroft, but it didn't go there at the moment, only the airline, and it's very far from home, which is why I took another company for my return.

Positive experience: I was told I'm paying for a DIRECT ticket but the bus stopped 3 times and at LEAST 20 mins each and no, I'm NOT including the border......The only decent thing was that it had a wall charger next to my seat but after I was getting out realized not all of them...lol. And the bus was late by 1 hour LEAVING, waiting for a person...

Negative experience: The bathrooms were very bad, only one bathroom. The restrooms don't work... and a bit expensive for the service...

Negative experience: USA Airline>><<< Mexico >>> .... always different ... never on the same PAGE! Mexico always blames USA system, how it's different and u must buy return tickets with Mexico. It's a HEADACHE !!

Positive experience: The buses look very good, spacious, and clean. The girl at the window was not very friendly. I asked her about the ad they are posting for a job, and she was very short with me, saying that they prefer a man to do both the window work and help with luggage. She was quite abrupt.

Fantastic experience: The detail and subtlety with which they explain travel details is incredible. I've taken 4 trips with Tornado and I'm always surprised by how a friendly person always receives me at the door, although of course the trip is very comfortable depending on the passengers. Each of the 4 times I've gone, I've interacted and talked with people and I don't get bored! Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: This is soooo much better than Greyhound. But when you are expecting a bus they usually run a little late. If possible have them call you when they are near the bus station, just so you don't have to wait around unnecessarily.

Negative experience: First and last time i travel with this bus line. Make too many unnecessary stops. Stops at each of their offices even if theres no one to pick up or drop off. I left houston at 11am and had family travel with chavez bus line same day but left houston at 4 pm we arrived at our destination at 3am and the other bus line arrived at same destination at 4am when they left houston five hours later. They claimed they cleaned the bus at some stops but it was never really cleaned always looked the same and restroom smelled very bad.

Negative experience: AC did not work in 107 degree weather. Some passengers had to sit on the stairs bc the seats were full. People weren’t respecting seat assignments. A total disaster. They clearly care more about their profit than customer service. Do not do it!

Negative experience: Very bad service, they send you in a taxi from the Airline's central station to another one in a taxi saying it's transport from the same buses and that it's free, and then they charge you when they take you, and that's not fair because they don't tell you. I am very upset.

Negative experience: I bought a ticket over the phone and my confirmation code never arrived. They made me come to the office to give me the ticket, and while I was here, they said that on the day of departure there would be only one mess. They should have competent employees; very bad experience.

We were lucky to have such friendly staff assist us. The bus arrived super on time and left super quickly, it was literally like a TORNADO. I will have to travel on my own to give a more accurate review, but for this occasion, here I leave my review.
