Negative experience: No stars for the DMV. Marissa was the worst employee, Manager has not authority over employees. Employee was rude and manager did not discipline the employee. Lack of customer service is beyond. Manager had to come in and take over the transaction Marissa could not finish a title transfer. She had an attitude when answering the questions. She needs to be out of that job if a simple task as such cannot be performed. I also blame the manager she missed the chance to have a teachable moment for such a lacking employee. Very disappointed, not the first time that I had a bad experience at this location. The state needs to either train them better as far a process or cancel this location at once.

Negative experience: The app says 20 minute wait for towing. Then updates - 40 minutes. The updates - 2 hours. Finally call them - don't even have a service provider located! AAA used to be good. I am ready to terminate my membership.

Negative experience: They set a tow truck that could not fit in the parking garage. He did not have the tools necessary to change my tire. He ordered a tow truck that was supposed to be here in an hour. I have medication I am supposed to take so I don’t possibly die. This started at 11 pm. It is now 2:16 am and I got a text saying they won’t be here until 6:30 am. I had to buy the AAA car insurance separate from my car insurance. All other car insurance included roadside assistance. I’ve never had to wait for roadside assistance more than 30 minutes with other car insurance companies. I will be canceling my AAA car insurance and not renewing the AAA roadside assistance. I am vomiting and have no where to have diarrhea except in a plastic bag. AAA has failed as the company they once were.

Fantastic experience: I had to have my truck towed due to driveline issues. The tow operator that came to get me did an incredible job getting me off the highway without doing anymore damage to the truck to a safe place to rehook my truck from the back and get my truck home safely without doing any more damage to driveshaft. Negative experience: My Grandson drove my car yesterday and it stalled in Minneapolis. I have been a AAA member for 29 years and called for road service for my car. Was told I could not receive Service unless I was with the car. I am an 82-year-old woman and was told I had to drive 20 miles to Minneapolis to get service. The Member apparently has to be with the car My grandson was given the option to open a membership and then he could receive service in order to get my car back to my home. I spoke to staff, and when they said No service, I got frustrated and was told I "Was rude". I spoke to a AAA employee in Florida this morning and she directed me to a Cancel membership option because I said I was done with AAA after 29 years. She said I should have read the small print on my June membership update that said I had to be with my vehicle in order to receive service.

Negative experience: Waited on the highway for 20 min while AAA Minnesota dropped my call 4 times. When they finally managed to answer me, they said they sent someone. 50 minutes later, the towing company called me to say they dispatched someone. I'm still on the road and its been 1h30 minutes. Negative experience: After 50 years of being a AAA customer when I called in to find out what the benefits are and why should I continue with AAA versus roadside assistance with my insurance company I received lackluster responses. It was like dental extraction work trying to get the representative to tell me what benefits there are with my Triple A card...I asked to talk to a salespresson who was more knowledgeable about why would I want to be a Triple A card member holder? Negative experience: This is a privately owned DMV inside AAA. If your number is called, and it’s the woman that looks like Olive Oil from the Popeye cartoons, very thin with glasses, grab another number. She is honestly the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Positive experience: Do not get AAA if you ever do or will cross the river into Wisconsin. A different club becomes responsible and they are absolutely atrocious. Stranded for over 5 hours with lies and confusion. The people at this location do seem to be much better than anywhere outside of MN, particularly Kelly and Felicia who were both excellent. Fantastic experience: Went in on a Monday morning to get my name changed on my drivers license, about 15 minutes after it opened. I ended up being like the 20th in line, but was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were getting through everyone (there was about 5-6 staff on duty). When it was my turn, it was pretty straightforward - I had filled out the pre-application for a new license (didn’t need to tell/show them the pre-application since they were able to link it to my license number), and had all the necessary documents lined up, which probably helped make it a bit quicker. The longest part was just walking back and forth to get a new picture taken, plus a bit of time to retake the vision evaluation since I had gotten LASIK last year. In total, from walking in and out the door, was about 30-35 minutes. I’m guessing that your time may vary depending on what time of day/week you go in, and what sorts of things the people ahead of you in line are in for that day. Just come in prepared with all your documents in order, and fill out any online pre-applications if you can, and it should all go smoothly.

Negative experience: Re the DMV area - always have good luck here but the most recent time i was stuck getting helped by an extremely rude young lady, I am sure she is no longer there by now as she was snapping at everyone...(I cringed when she called my number)....next time I will refuse to go to her if she is still working here (I wont forget that face!) Negative experience: Today was my second time at this DMV and it will absolutely be my last. Both times I’ve gone there, the older/taller lady with glasses, makes it a point to be absolutely miserable to everyone she comes into contact with. Fantastic experience: I hardly thought AAA was relevant anymore but was pleasantly surprised to visit this store. I went to get an International Drivers Permit for an upcoming trip. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. They took my photo and got me all set up in less than 10 minutes. The other surprise was that they have an excellent shop with travel gear -- just about anything you'd need, from luggage to secure bags to the smallest accessories. Well done, AAA!

Positive experience: Went to the SLP location. They have many services associated with travel. Luggage, driver license renewal, travel agents, a travel store & maps! My only complaint is they started going paperless on some of their services. The front desk is helpful and the building is spacious. Plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: Nice place with friendly front desk clerk and travel store staff. We went for passport photos. As soon as we entered the nice and interesting building, the lady at the front desk pleasantly greeted us and pointed us to the travel store where we could get our passport photos. The travel store is immediately to your left when you walk into the building. I noticed a public bathroom across the way from the travel store. And there's a big walled in bench when you first enter the building - in case anyone needs to sit. It looks like there were other places to sit inside as well - a lot we didn't get to explore as we only went to travel store. But it seems like there was much more inside and it was a nice airy feel about the building and just looked like an interesting place. There is a small set of steps to walk up from the parking lot and into the building. But if you are getting dropped off, Uber perhaps, you just pull right up to the entrance and no steps. It's a nice place. I enjoyed my time there.

Fantastic experience: Keep in mind, if your going here for DMV matters, you personally control the level of efficacy of service. Research what docs you’ll need, have everything need ed in hand and ready. NO, just because it’s AAA they will not bend rules - your not special. 7/15/23. I arrived around 9am and the place was full however, I took a knowledge test and got a new license all well within 1-1/2. I almost left due to being shocked of all the people waiting before me. I wish I got her name, but the blonde woman worker is everything awesome. She’s is very detailed and concise. The gentleman (sits near eye machine) that helped me, was very patient and amazing. DMV wouldn’t get me in till Oct, not good. So, thank you AAA I greatly appreciate your staff!

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased AAA when I was planning a trip east (female, 68.) Call me old school. I never took that trip, but I recently purchased a 2014 VW Beetle Turbo Convertible. I still have the temp plates on this car and I’ve used AAA TWICE! The car is really fine—this is a case of “operator error” and “roofing company “ error. (Driver error??) The first time I called AAA, I left the parking lights on (dead battery). The second time—two weeks later—bec my entire townhome development got new roofing. (Did you know that roofing nails have GPS to connect with your tires?) Anyway, both times, the AAA drivers were here within 30 mins. BOTH were crazy nice and helpful. So my recommendation is basically, you need AAA if you are dumb like me (leaving parking lights on…) or if LIFE tends to happen to you (roofing nails with tracking to your tires). Seriously, I never thought I’d use it and it’s been the best insurance I’ve ever bought!!

Negative experience: the people at this dmv were the most unhelpful and rude group I have ever talked to. The receptionists were all condescending and snotty. I called ahead to ask what I needed for my appointment, and when I got to the appointment was told that the information I had received was wrong. They refused to help me understand why they wouldn’t give me a license, and charged money to my credit card and refused to tell me why.

Negative experience: Horrible Insurance Brokerage. Especially Paula. Home damaged by hail, insurance co finds it “exceptable” to scab-in new shingles here&there that are a different color because orig color no longer exists. This brokerage is not a liaison for the customer. They appear to be in-bed with the Ins Companies and their adjusters.

Negative experience: I showed up about 15 minutes before it was open and there was already about a 10 person queue in front of me and by the time it opened there was about 20 people behind me in line. This was on a Tuesday I believe, so I highly recommend showing up early or maybe over lunch. I grabbed my ticket and was helped relatively quickly for a DMV. However, the two young ladies that helped me (it seemed like maybe one was training the other) seemed more focused on talking and giggling with each other than helping me renew my license. Well it turns out they neglected to scan the required documents needed to complete my application and now I need to go back in to finish up the work they failed to do.

Fantastic experience: Extremely fast and kind service. Went on a Monday for ID renewal around 3pm and line was not long. Young lady who helped me had a great attitude and got everything done promptly. Make sure you have all necessary documents ready and you’ll be good to go!

Fantastic experience: I went to register my car after moving from out of state, on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30 pm. Not busy at all, I think it took maybe 20 minutes and only two people were ahead of me when I got in. I had no appointment (on the website it said they take walk ins only now). The woman who helped me was super nice. Probably the fastest DMV experience I've ever experienced. I think it all depends on what time and day you go whether or not it will be fast, and also if you bring the right documents, which I did. Also the music playing there was a bop.

Negative experience: Terrible terrible terrible...been members since 1975 getting worse and worse!!! We just joined again after a few years lapse. When I called they said my son wasn't a member...we have AAA plus paid for and their upgrade for years, as much as 5 people on it. When I called their operator hung up on me after arguing that my son wasn't a member. I called back they apologized for their mistake. 25 hrs later someone showed up to jump the car. Now tonight, 3 5 hrs after calling at 530pm, after they said someone would be here at 845 pm, it's now 908 pm they said they'd show up at 1155pm. After speaking to a would be supervisor [ zack] and a multitude of apologizes, they might come at 1030pm. If they can't provide the service they shouldn't take your money!!! Or, advertise PERIOD!!!!

Negative experience: I called in for help changing a blown tire at 1 pm on a Saturday with sunny weather and no precipitation. The dispatch told me it would be about an hour. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I am still waiting for help, and was told within the last 30 minutes to anticipate another hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Not only am I a danger to other drivers being stuck on the side of the road for so long, I cannot leave my vehicle because there’s no help. I gave 2 stars cause at least the call center picks up the phone quick. Then again its to string you along for more time. Why am I paying for this service?

Positive experience: Went looking to get some maps looking to go outside MN on a camping trip and while helpful the way the man spoke to us to see membership card was rather curt... short... belligerent... oh let's just say rude. His tone and the way he asked was not anywhere near what I would say was even close to polite..... no please, no thank you..... can I see your membership card please would have been the right thing to say... he just said "card" or "membership card" there was no "can I see your" preceding and no please or thank you. We got our maps but his attitude towards members was less than desirable and this guy really needs to aquire some people skills and the right way to address customers.

Negative experience: I wasn’t going to post this, but after reading other reviews, it sounds like the staff there clearly do not know what documents are actually needed. I went to get a new ID (the real ID) after a recent name change, which was less than 6 months ago. I collected all the documents the website said I needed, and went to apply. Once I got up to the counter, I was told one of the two documents that prove your address needed to have my new last name and turned me away. The website states if your name changed over 6 months ago, both need the new name, but nothing about it before 6 months. I waited until ah updated document came in, and when I went back, I was told that information wasn’t correct and it would have been fine to have the two documents with my maiden name. On top of this, the person checking you in at first was quite rude both of the times I went (so not an isolated incident). This process is painful enough without getting chastised for not having the right documents even though they were in my hand.

Fantastic experience: All the amazing ladies working here are very polite and thorough professionals. This is our go-to DMV for the past 10 years and I have witnessed first-hand how helpful they are. Just recently, while I was waiting my turn, a young lady out to get her license didn’t have the money and asked if she could return and pay. Immediately the kind lady at the counter offered to pay on her behalf. Appointments are online and preferred, and even if you walk-in, they try their best to accommodate you. One of the best DMVs in Minnesota.

Negative experience: I will never use AAA's travel services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I met with a travel agent in June to begin planning an autumn trip to England. When I was finally able to get time off from work approved, I contacted my travel agent 6 weeks before my departure date to make flight and hotel reservations, possibly reserve spots on tours, etc. I sent three emails and made one phone call before the agent finally followed up with me a little more than a week later, telling me how busy they were with other clients, but they'd get back to me. I waited more than another week without hearing from them. When I reached out again, I was told they were still focused on other clients, and that maybe they'd be able to follow up with me, maybe not. And no, I did not hear from them again. So, my travel agent basically DROPPED me. After the agent's extremely indifferent response, I gave up on the idea of contacting them again. I succeeded in planning a lovely trip on my own, using resources online. I got AAA discounts on all of my hotel reservations, but my experience with AAA was, over all, a negative one. Even the simple purchase of a travel adapter/converter in the AAA travel store went wrong. I told the clerk where I was traveling and bought the adapter they recommended. It didn't fit in any outlet in any hotel room in England, and I had to by another one in London. I never, ever expected I would actually waste both time and money using AAA's services.

Negative experience: Editing with new information... I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to renew my drivers license. Not a big deal, I didn't want to wait when I went in, and it's well before the license expires. I get there, go through basically the whole process. Gave the lady my application, took a picture, looked through the looking glass and saw the flashing lights and read the top line. Basically the whole 9 yards, other than I didn't pay the lady and get my papers. After all of that she asks me if I had an appointment (it was close to 4pm, and my appointment was at 4, I was early), and then went on to say my social security number name didn't match what the state has, handed me 2 sheets of paper saying as much, and said it was my fault the state messed it up, and my responsibility to fix it. All this was news to me. After about an hour waiting for the social security phone bank to answer my call, an amazing person answered and they were great, we confirmed my number was fine, and made fun of the state for messing it up. I called the state, a less amazing person said I needed to bring my card in, and that there was nothing they could do - even though the sheet of paper AAA gave me said to call them... Leave it to the state to not take responsibility for anything. So my problem was then to find where I put my card. I've always had a passport, and that's always worked for anything I've needed and a W2 has done the rest. 4 hours of looking later I find it, thankfully, and I didn't have to go get a new one. I go back to AAA a little before noon a few days after the original appointment, armed with my passport, birth certificate, and SS card, all for a regular license (not enhanced, I don't trust the state anymore) and wait about 20 min. I hand a different lady my SS card and mention they will need this, and am otherwise pretty crabby since I have no idea why a W2 couldn't have resolved this issue. To my astonishment she said my SS number and name was fine, I didn't need my card, and nothing was amiss. It seems like the first lady fat fingered something, and wanted to leave at 4, so she pushed me off with an excuse. This after waiting 2 weeks for that appointment and having everything I needed for my standard license. It was my fault she wanted to leave, and my fault she didn't enter something in correctly. Doing this again I'll schedule appointments over a few days, and will come back and talk with someone else before putting in any more effort on my side.

Fantastic experience: Appointment access to renewing license limits number of people present in waiting area. I think it is great, because I didn't have to waste time dealing with this. Downside is that I did have to make an appointment ahead of time. People who try to get fitted into the schedule must wait 2 and a half to 3 hours.

Negative experience: I have used this location for basic DMV things in the past. Typically it’s been okay but it’s been a while since I used this location. Okay so I will start form the beginning; First I scheduled the appointment 4 weeks out for changing my address Real ID. Second I got 2 forms proving my residence. (Which is pretty straight forward) Third went to the appointment. Fourth we got to the AAA office, upon arrival it was typical line and stuff no big deal. The person in front of me was being helped by the staff member at the kiosk checking people in etc. The staff member was VERY rude and disrespectful to that customer. Taking advantage of him being a young kid obviously never been to a DMV before. She condescended him at every answer. Then my turn, we’ll let’s just say she was no different with me. When I mentioned that I didn’t appreciate her condescending attitude and tone, she said “I’m just reacting to you!” Um what?!? Your in customer service, acknowledge the fact this is frustrating and validate the situation. DONT tell me that I should’ve known what I needed and basically call me dumb. I would give 0 stars but the manager was very receptive and attempted to make it right. DONT go here unless you know you will have minimal contact with the check in person. Travel the distance to the St. Paul Capital DMV. They are typically busy but very respectful and efficient. Also if you don’t have all your required documents they will allow you to email them and print them out for you. Maybe she needed a hug that day or something! Hope she got one!

Positive experience: I'm so glad I made an appointment before I went in to renew my license. Angel helped me within about 10 minutes of my appointment time and I was done very quickly. However, the woman at the check in desk was sour and cranky and is not a good first point of contact. Perhaps she would be better utilized in a different area where she does not have as much contact with members. She also spent way to much time with the guy in front of me who was unprepared, cut in line, and didn't have an appointment.

Negative experience: If I could select 0 stars I would. The clerks at the front entrance checking documents have turned me away twice now with semi-helpful advice for next steps. The first time was understandable since I did not have updated information so I came back at a later date with the documents the first clerk said I needed. Upon checking the lady up front was not helpful and rude when I explained my situation and told me again I needed completely new documents. They both talked down to me since I was seemingly younger than they were and I felt completely disrespected. I’ve been coming here for years and I am greatly dissatisfied and upset with how I was treated.

Fantastic experience: Do not go if you don’t have an appointment. The few people that arrive early enough to be a walk in do not get called until all people with appointments have been helped. Since people slowly trickle in, there is no time to assist with walk in. Multiple hour wait to help just 1 walk in person. Minimal wait if you do have an appointment.

Fantastic experience: So incredibly grateful for and impressed with the 2 individuals who helped me tonight, Stephanie and Tony. I was out shopping with my two-year-old and my car wouldn’t start. The business we were at was about to close and I was afraid of how long we would be sitting there without help. I called AAA and they made me a top priority because it was just me and my little one. An associate at the store I was at ended up jumping my car and I was able to make it home. But the associate with AAA stayed in contact with me the whole time. She kept calling to check in on me and my daughter, and the gentleman she had called to assist me said he would go wherever I went if I needed help even though his shift was almost over. He ended up coming to my home to pick up my car and tow it to a shop. These 2 went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were safe. Thank you Stephanie and Tony to your commitment to people who’d be lost without you!

Negative experience: Dmv is packed and they only have one person working to deal with the line. If they wanted to get people through in a reasonable time, they would hire more people and stay open past 5 pm for people with real jobs but staying past 5 pm or efficient work is illegal for government jobs.

Negative experience: We have been a AAA member for 25 years. My daughter had a vehicle issue in Iowa and waited well over 3 hours for assistance to arrive. Multiple communities with automobile repair facilities were located within 30 minutes. The staff could have cared less about her situation. If you want reliable and dependable service, then AAA is not for you.

Fantastic experience: Renewing my DL, and DMV inside AAA again did a fantastic job. I highly recommend making appts for whatever you need as they take those before walk-ins...2 people sitting behind me had waited 2 & 3 hrs respectively, I was in/out in 30min. Also be sure to read directions and paperwork needs CAREFULLY online, I heard 3 people pleading and demanding, but it was clear they didn't read and understand what paperwork is required. Staff does a great job, thank you!!

I have used their car lock out service, battery jump, roadside assistance towing and their home lockout service. All good experiences. Positive experience: I had to buy tabs. For most things you need an appointment. I was a walk-in and it took awhile to get in to do a five minute transaction. If you don't want to wait, I would suggest using to 24 hour drive up.

Negative experience: People at the front desk and the greeter for the DMV are extremely rude. It was my first time at this location and I felt like I was an inconvenience and felt very uncomfortable. Probably won't be returning to this one.

Fantastic experience: I had difficulty trying to get my calendar to work for an appointment to renew my license, and Sue who was the greeter and appointment person was very accommodating and very clear what I needed to do to make it go fast. I'm so glad I went there for my DMV needs it's always so smooth.

Negative experience: You need an appointment for the DMV. This is not stated anywhere on the DMV website. They say to just show up. I wasted a trip there now I haveto wait at home for them to call me to come in. You need to go to the AAA website for appointments. But that makes no sense because Im using the DMV not AAA.

Fantastic experience: We've had nothing but great experiences at this site. Both with the DVR and with the insurance agents. When we did a recent move, the agent could not have been more helpful walking us through the intricacies of starting and cancelling the new and old insurance policies and getting us the best rate. She even helped us find a policy with better coverage and lower rates.

Negative experience: Walked in at about 4pm and was not greeted. Lady at the front desk checking people in was yelling at someone she was helping already. I saw 4 people at another front desk not doing anything so I thought I would just walk over there and see if someone else could help me. The lady (who was already yelling at someone) starting yelling at me that I need to wait for her. Once she was done with the other person, she was just very rude with helping us. Never going back to this location if this is the people you hire. Your employees need to learn about customer service and to be kind to people when someone does not understand.

Negative experience: Somehow I always have the worst experience here, last time they punched my driver's license when they shouldn't have, told me I would be sent one, then tried to charge me for a replacement when they didn't send it. This time I didn't realize we apparently need appointments now, and when I went in, the lady said"haven't you heard of covid, we've been like this for a year, you can get an appointment in 15 days" yeah, my grandpa's dead thanks, also I don't come to the DMV often, and I need to register my vehicle within 10 days, glad I left work early for this....

Fantastic experience: So long as you come prepared they are wonderful! The trouble and wait times lie upon those not prepared and/or project their frustrations onto the employees. I was seen as a walk in; waited a solid amount of time but the staff, from what I could see were great! People not liking the answers they got was the problem and that lies on those people and not staff!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best DMV experience I've had, granted I was there an hour before they opened, I only had to wait about 15 minutes once they opened to get a DL renewal and I didn't even have an appointment. Pleasant staff as well

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They don’t care about covid or social distancing. They have a huge lobby and make you cluster like sardines In the entry way while two people help. They have more service staff for their gift shop than license renewals. Trash system. Trash help. Why are we letting an outside company run licenses?? Why am I paying the dmv to pay some third party company now??? Worst place ever!!!!!

Negative experience: WORTHLESS. I have AAA plus. My car needed to be towed. I called AAA at 5 pm and they told me that they could not find a towing service in the area. (Which I did in 5 MINUTES). They told me that I had to wait till next day. My car was in a Walmart parking. I just wonder what would happen if I was in the middle of the highway having to wait till the next morning to have my car towed. This is unacceptable. Now I called to get a refund that they don't want to honor even when they fail to deliver the service I'm paying for. So sad to see what used to be a good company go down the hill.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with them in a months advanced for a boat title status issue and had listed in the notes I had other minor things like a tab renewal and bill of sale needed to be notarized. I came to this place since I did this boat title change over a year ago at this location (back in April 2020 and now it’s Aug 2021) and still never received my boat title yet. I arrived to my appointment on time and still had to wait half an hour to meet with someone. It was a total waste of time! I was told to talk to DMV about the issue when they were the ones that did the title change for me! I also then told her I also needed to do tabs for my boat trailer and she told me “my appointment was only for my title issue and I would have to make other appointments to get my tabs renewed for my trailer, etc.” I am not going to wait another month to just get this scheduled when she couldn’t even help me with my first issue! Don’t waste your time coming here!

Negative experience: For DVS Services. There were a number of system issues (State of MN) that caused inefficiencies for my Enhanced DL. Lots of rework and lots of missed opportunities to do things better, often due to poor system support. An hour wait time after showing up on time for my appt. There were five agents processing DVS requests, and two people just to manage the people waiting. Yike.

Negative experience: Website with hours is unclear. I came while the DMV was open. The sign said the DMV was full for the day, but please come in if you just need tabs. Apparently they are open until 5, but will only sell tabs until 4pm. The old lady who told me this was very rude.

Positive experience: As of June 2021, you STILL need an appointment to get inside (except if you only need tabs, then no appointment needed). Luckily, appointments are easy to make the same day of your visit and the website where you make one is found by an easy google search. I made mine 1 hour before I visited. As for the customer service once you’re inside. Same old same old.

Positive experience: Expect a 4 hour wait to renew license. Or make online appt 2+ months in advance. You get name in if you arrive around 8am. That's an hour in line. They'll call you later to come in. About 3 hour wait when you show up. Rather friendly staff. Just need more but hey no competition so why pay more staff.

Negative experience: The staff at this location have zero tolerance or patience for humans in general. Extremely rude and short tempered employees during the check in process. Specifically the lady at the front door. Don’t ask questions, they will roll eyes and treat you like an idiot.

Fantastic experience: I was first impressed with the Covid reception and directions to the right team member. The front desk team were very helpful directing me to the gift shop team member for my passport photos and to a travel counselor to answer my visa questions. The woman in the gift shop who takes the passport photos and transactions was exceptional. Our common interest in the Camino Way in Spain and her plan to return a 2nd time to walk the 480 mile walk to celebrate her 80th birthday was the highlight of my visit.

Positive experience: Not too bad. Staff was friendly. If you don't have an appointment plan on getting there at least 2 hours before they open. I got there at 9:15 am on a Saturday and if I did not have an appointment I would not have gotten in.
