Negative experience: Worse service 1-1/2 hr wait and still told another 45 min wait just to pay for sticker renewal and gave me form for stolen or lost license plate??? Terrible Serv snd ins man Bean never returns my calls never!
Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Melissa while renewing my vehicle registration and I can't say enough good things about my experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping me resolve my issue. Every question I had was answered promptly, and her demeanor was so pleasant! She made me feel like I mattered and I wasn't just another number in line. Thank you, Melissa! AAA is lucky to have you!

Negative experience: Impossible to get your car insurance agent to return any calls or help you. Especially over the phone. I call and get hung up on or transferred until it hangs up on me. So done.
Negative experience: What happened to AAA... There has been a big change in service! You used to have a dedicated agent who took care of you. You felt special because you were in the club. Now your just a numer and you get who ever answers the phone ( if you can get someone on the phone at all.) Today I tried calling my local office and the number was disconnected. Took me sometime to find the customer service 888 number then after dealing with the AI I finally got transferred. Waited 15 mins then when I finally got a hold of someone, the call was disconnected. They used to be the best value now there as bad as a broker.
Negative experience: I setup an insurance policy and waited for a payment and inspection link. When I didn’t receive the link I called to follow up. I was transferred more than 20 times and each employee was extremely rude. I have my house, auto and camper trailer insured here and plan to find new policies elsewhere. I made several attempts to follow up in numerous ways. It shouldn’t be this hard

Negative experience: I have been customer for very long time. I call to get a quote my house. I have never been so mistreated. Unprofessional, rude uneducated person working in customer service. I'm never going to do business with them.
Negative experience: This company is way too expensive and ridiculous and the people here are so unprofessional, they’re so loud and obnoxious , the prices are ridiculous expensive in top of that they don’t appreciate the costumers even you with them for years , I hope people stop paying for their services
Fantastic experience: Switching from geico, Michael @ the apple valley office made it incredibly easy, answered all of our questions and has made our experience EXCELLENT. I highly suggest using him as your agent as he is super great and can help you with any question or concern and ease any stress you may have.
Negative experience: I received my renewal docs in the mail. I have called the customer service number and they did not answer my questions. I called the apple valley office. The girl that answered the phone did not let me speak to a supervisor as requested and she hung up on my. AAA raised insurance stating I drive 100k a year when my 1 and only car is a 2018 original owner with 108k miles. No one answers.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this branch for 5 years and have never had any issues. Policy changes are a smooth process, accident claims are quick and straightforward. Working with this branch and Kyia specifically has been awesome, thank you AAA!
Positive experience: Considering the time of day for my visit it was not overly busy, there was activity but not super busy. And it is not one of the larger AAA sites that I have ever been to. It's nice.
Negative experience: Not a great experience. After you purchase memberships and auto policies, make sure you verify everything again the following week. I found out months later, agent did a mix up with the way auto policies and memberships were created. When my family members who I got policy and membership for when in to use their membership privileges, they were told they were never in the system. Inconvenience to be paying month to month for them to be told they are not members. Job incorrectly done, to top it off I consider canceling my own, Janee griego wants to alter her ego and threaten my credit score will be affected. Janee griego was the one who set up auto policy and memberships. I still can’t log into my account online. If you work in a customer service setting you should help clients. my family member did not have a good experience with this individual either when they were in the office to clarify. So dumb at this branch. My license number isn’t even correct or my address on the auto policy.
Negative experience: Treated very rudely by Janee Basoco. She lied to me and was very arrogate and flippant.
Negative experience: Tried using the aaa roadside assistance and have been waiting 4 going on 5hrs for a tow truck and I keep getting the run around. Not worth the membership honestly it’s getting dark and patrol keeps harassing me. I’ve never in my life had to wait this long and not get any text updates and when you call they say oh 10 more minutes but no one has arrived and no one can seem to help.

Negative experience: Every time I come to this triple a I always get the run around and have trouble getting things payed for, and will be told one thing and when I come back with everything I was first told someone else will tell me diffrent and then I have to come back again. Its honestly so frustrating when I pay for the membership. Honestly just horrible communication all around.
Fantastic experience: I love AAA. You can pay your registration,get tags...you can do everything here,except your driver's license. And I love the memberships they offer. With a membership you can get tows and roadside assistance and it's very affordable. Only pay once a year. I would recommend them for any car related needs.

Negative experience: Tammy Gonzalez is the worst! We asked her to book a hotel in the center of Paris and she booked it for 2 hours away from Paris♀️ Then starts saying because it’s close to a train station, there’s multiple train stations in the center of Paris and multiple hotels around them. Just because the name of the hotel says center in french does not mean it’s in the center. She was so rude and gave us the worst attitude ever when we tried correcting it.
Fantastic experience: Had to come leave a review here because my goodness, just tried taking care of my registration at a different AAA and they were NOT helpful or accommodating. Been coming in to take care of our car here with no issues whatsoever. This location has truly stood out with exemplary service and other locations should really look to them as a shining pillar of what good customer service looks like. Well done!
Fantastic experience: I was able to receive my International Driving Permit here. It came out to $31 which included the photo fee. Everything was taken care of in about 40 minutes.
Negative experience: Just went in and renewed my membership with the cashier I asked her how much it would be to remove someone from my membership she answered my question then i asked her if she knew how much it would be if I later wanted to add him back on to my membership and her response was “I don’t know you think I can read the future “ I’m not one to leave a review but that is the worst customer service ever , I can’t imagine myself speaking to a customer like that ever ! You had a rude face from the start having a bad day or not don’t take it out on a customer I asked her name she said it was “Alizae” definetly won’t bite my tongue next time .

And what's more upsetting is he had multiple people taken through the DMV but the three people that was in the travel department was more important for them to make photocopies and take personal phone calls than help me watch out people from the travel department at this location

Fantastic experience: What an impressive service, and results delivery! Arrived at 4:35 for a DMV transaction. Getting Car Transfer, and Mew Plates. By 4:50 I was making my 15$ payment and had New Plates, Stickers, and Registration in Hand.

Down side you haft to have cash on hand and must have some kind of related paper work for the vehicle your working because they won't look anything up for you no matter of history the vehicle has with triple AAA. Where on the other hand, my other office has no problems doing stuff like that.

Negative experience: Got here at 1130 am and have had multiple people called after me. I go to ask and they say I am next ..... just like they said 20 minutes prior. I guess being next means something different and that others for the same service you need can jump ahead. I thought this was better than actually going to the DMV, but I feel as if they aspire to be like the DMV. Very Disappointed.....
Fantastic experience: Deborah is awesome! I wrote a check and I messed it up writing it wrong. It was a big check. Not used to writing them. But she was awesome in communication and in the end I just pulled cash and paid it. The customer service she provided was above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: I called AAA for roadside assistance around 11:08 AM today. The customer service representative was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. She told me that the contractor would arrive around 12:10 PM today. But the contractor whom came to help me unlock my car arrived in the parking lot around 11:31 AM. He only took a minute to unlock my car. He is also very professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive! I always really like AAA's service, because the staffs are very well trained. I never have problems communicating with them even when my English has some accents. The staffs at AAA don't bring their attitudes from private lives to the work environment. The staffs treat all customers with different cultural and racial backgrounds equally. Besides the professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive customer services which Starbucks, Taco Bell, Target, McDonald, Amazon, and some of the Walmart stores have, AAA's customer services are excellent! I advise other brands and companies to learn from AAA, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and etc. and train their staff to be friendly, efficient, professional, and responsive when facing customers.

Negative experience: With the pandemic you cannot speak with anyone from AAA at all. You were not able to go into the office for several months. They do not take appointments to help with crowd control but they encourage walk-in visits.... totally did not prepared for a changing environment or make changes that still served their paying customer with memberships.

The only reason I called is because I tried to activate it online but it wasn't working. When I called no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I was finally connected to a guy who was able to help me but he also tried to sell me more insurance policies. I will this customize service a C minus.

Fantastic experience: We book a trip to Maui for my Daughters graduation. was supposed to go in June, but obviously that didn't work out. our Travel Agent Gena Garcia had us covered though. Gena kept us informed of any changes and made all necessary rescheduling for air, hotel, car and events. our only concerns were that of the travel restrictions, (which Gena helped us navigate flawlessly) we never had a concern about the actual trip. we got back this last weekend and Gena just called to follow up and make sure that all went as planned. Gena also called the night prior to our travel to answer any last minute questions. Gena truly provided five star service. if you need to make any travel arrangements I would direct you over to Gena Garcia at AAA Apple Valley. Happy New Year to all.

Fantastic experience: My only problem is that I'm on crutches and had to stand outside for about 10 minutes. But the guy who helped me once I got in was very nice. (It would've been nice to offer a chair. But very happy they are restricting people inside)
Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Auto Club for years for the vehicles and the house. They are an excellent company and when I had a flood emergency in my home they came right out. They also made all of the arrangements and plans for a trip to Europe as well as making sure our passport pictures were up to date. This is also a very convenient place to handle some of your DMV business and everyone is so nice.

Fantastic experience: I've got the BEST AAA Representative you could ask for Janee Griego. She is the nicest and most helpful, she got me the best deal possible for my auto and rental insurance, saving me a lot of money. I've had AAA Roadside Service prior to getting insurance and would recommend that as a necessity to any driver. Then it just made good sense to follow through with AAA Insurance as well. The benefits are many, hotel and car rental discounts, airline discounts, trip planning(maps), approved auto repair, restaurant and entertainment discounts, dmv services, mobile battery service, just to name a few. So if you're ever in Apple Valley and you're thinking of checking out AAA ask for Janee Griego.

Negative experience: I go here because it's the closest AAA office to me and the staff who does the DMV stuff is exceptional. I wish I could give them a seperate review, which would be five stars all the way. Unfortunately, that's not how Google does things. An insurance agent located here completely humiliated my family and I in front of the staff here when we were trying to get homeowner insurance. I will NEVER forget that experience. Subsequently, our homeowner insurance is with Nationwide at a very reasonable rate. Also... All those rewards that agent received for customer service are completely worthless in my opinion. Adding to that, I had AAA auto insurance for nine years. I received in the mail both a congratulations and a significant increase in rate. Almost double the year before. AAA claimed the reason is I drove more than last year and my perfect driving record has no influence. I subsequently called GEICO and they not only beat AAA increased rate but also my previous rate. I was able to add more coverage and still beat original AAA rates. Furthermore, GEICO agent told me that my increased driving would not increase my rate because I have a great driving record. So I "switched to GEICO". The AAA agent called me three months after I switched wanting to know if I adjusted my driving habits in order for her to reduce my rate. She was shocked when she found out I switched. Then she claimed it's not for the same coverage. She didn't have anything more to say when she found out the GEICO gave me MORE coverage than AAA did for less than half the price. I hope all this can be used by AAA staff as a learning moment.

Fantastic experience: Praise YHWH ALWAYS!!! Shabbat Shalom!!! I was in need of a rental and Hertz said AAA gives a discount. I'm moving from Long Beach Ca to Lucerne Valley Ca. I was asked what My visit to the AAA office was needing, I'm a New member and my wife too. Great deal right now 2for 1 basic membership and after 3 months of no tow service, it can be up grated from 7 miles free to 100 and 200 free tow miles. Yahuah has shined His face upon me and has blessed me up and beyond. All staff members felt welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable and professional about the entire visit. I say visit cause I Truly felt like a Guest and not a guess. Seek Yeshua HaMashach for Salvation from your sins. Amein and Amein.
