Negative experience: They find every way to scam you. I am still fighting to get my refund that they promised to my credit card. Its been over one month.They try selling new tickets to you rather than helping. They work as scammers. Don’t deal with them

Negative experience: This company turned what was supposed to be a pleasant two week vacation into a non-stop stress fest. Thanks to Benettons lack of customer service follow through, on top of dropping the ball with service pet procedure to begin with, and portion of money not getting to the rental car company as promised when we arrived to pick it up, I spent my entire two weeks trying to contact this man through some call center that apparently service more than just Fare Trolley LLC and no one that answers the phone actually sounds like they live in New Jersey despite their address. He told me multiple times he'd call us back or send e-mails with appropriate forms, just for me to have to initiate another call when he hadn't done so. I am now sitting waiting for yet another call after he promised 2 days ago to send another important email. I urge you all, book direct. These 3rd parties are, if not a scam, they are NOT worth the trouble and added expense!!!!! These people have ruined what could be the last trip I am ever able to take with my mother.

Negative experience: I’ve been calling all day trying to cancel my flight and the gentleman told me someone would call me back and they never did. I rebook through the airline itself and I just want my money back since I’m not using their tickets that they wouldn’t let me cancel before my deadline today

After I needed to cancel my flight, the representative Jimmy hung up the phone and threaten to make sure that my family would lose the credit that we have with Spirit Airlines. When tried to contact the company back, no one responded and still no phone call or email back. Never use the company the absolute worst ever. Please save yourself the disappointment.

Negative experience: This company has no credibility. I am giving it the worst rating possible. Please see my original posting. Essentially after significantly overcharging me they agreed to give me a refund. Because of that I changed my initial review from 1 star to 4 stars. However, my refund never came despite being told in writing that it would. I have followed up twice and they keep saying that the refund is coming. It has not been move than 6 weeks and still no refund. I would not trust this company. Initial review - I am changing my initial review from 1 star to 4 stars because this company came through in the end. I needed to change my flight within hours of travel. I was stressed and accidentally clicked on their google ad instead of the airline I was trying to contact. I asked if I was speaking to the airline and honestly couldn’t make out with the rep said. I was told I would get a credit for rebooking but that I would need to pay 700$ for the new ticket. After confirming the changes I was told that I need to contact the airline for the refund. It was then I realized that I wasn’t talking to the airline or it’s booking agent. It was too late to cancel. I immediately contact the airline to initiate the credit for the change and they informed me that ticket trolley had already applied the ticket credit and that had I made the change directly through them would have been charged 66$ and not +700! After I complained the company did refund the majority of the 700$. I have given them 4 stars but while they did make good in the end, the experience was mostly deceptive and exploitive. Monica, their rep, (although responsible for following her companies business model) did impress me with her customer service and I credit her for getting my refund - thank you.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. I have no idea how there are so many positive reviews. I called them to make a flight reservation, this guy took all my info and my credit card number and gift card number. Decided not to book with them and a few hours later my credit card is charged and the gift card balance drained, I did NOT book anything or give them any authorization to do so!

Negative experience: A big thank you to Deza for the excellent customer service and helping us book the perfect flight! I can’t imagine booking with anyone else! Update: We were asked on the phone if we were to check in baggage at the airport for our two weeks vacation in Europe. We said « YES » we got to the airport to find out that our tickets did not include the baggage we pod for in the cost of our tickets. We had to spend $600 total to check our luggage. Nobody has responded to our emails from date trolley. Avoid at all cost, nor worth the « savings ».

Fantastic experience: My flight to Halifax from Nassau Bahamas was rescheduled by westjet 2 weeks ago and I have been trying to change my flight from since then and to MO avail. I was calling all the numbers that was provided on westjet site to have this done and was bring put on hold for 3 hours bare in mind am calling from the Bahamas and being charged international calling rates . So today I decided to call again and got a human voice on the phone on the first ring I was soo happy. I told him what I was calling for and he was saying he could not help me I would have to call another number, I then started to plea to him that I have been calling those numbers for 2 weeks now and just being put on hold for hours he then said ok let me see if I can help and yes he did . His name is Danny he must have been God send cause he did it and I was able to changed both Me and my daughters reservation. I give him 20 stars for going above and beyond .
