Negative experience: I called the insurance company, they calculated the price for me, I agreed, then the next day they changed their mind and said that they won't make you a license because it's less than 1.5 years old. They make up all sorts of reasons on the fly. How can I drive without insurance? What nonsense...
Fantastic experience: So let me start by saying that the woman Ashley who fielded my distress call was super kind and compassionate about my unfortunate situation . She made it so easy to get my titan towed to my house I was in shock. Then as If that wasn't enough to remove all my unhappiness and depression that the transmission went out in my truck. Amari towing sends my boy Anthony out on my service call and what a chill cool cat this man was. His nonchalant demeanor put me around ease about the whole ordeal. I can't say enough about the service I received by both aaa and Ammari towing and would confidently recommend either t or anyone in need of tow service. Definitely a 2 thumbs up to both the AAA and AMMARI AUTO CENTER
Negative experience: It's only about the bottom line with triple A. Doesn't matter if you have evidence to back up your claims. They will still deny it.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Bianca- ONLY! I recently visited the AAA office, and while my experience started off on the wrong foot, it was completely turned around thanks to the incredible professionalism and expertise of Bianca. Initially, I was about to walk out and never come back due to a frustrating encounter with a younger Latina employee who was unhelpful and clearly not knowledgeable about notarizing my paperwork. I was honestly so close to giving up and taking my business elsewhere. That's when Bianca stepped in and saved the day! From the moment she took over, I knew I was in capable hands. She was not only knowledgeable but also patient and kind, making the entire process seamless. Bianca truly went above and beyond to ensure my paperwork was properly notarized and that I felt valued as a customer. Her professionalism is exactly what you hope to encounter in a customer service setting, and thanks to her, I will definitely be coming back to this location. AAA is lucky to have someone like Bianca on their team. If you ever need help at this location, I highly recommend asking for her by name—you won’t be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: My first time going to a AAA office i didnt know dmv services were cash the person at the reception told me went to the atm came back and registered my car whole process was very quick as always with AAA.
Negative experience: Worse experience ever! Do not even go there they don’t know WTH they are doing. Waist of time
Negative experience: Don't come here if you need help the workers are useless they scam you for your money I was told multiple times I would get reimbursed for my tow and I haven't then when I go in person they said I had used all my tows when no one came to help me

Negative experience: This is the worst AAA The person at the receptio , has the worst customer service that I saw in retail. The one at the desk was doing nothing but upset because they sent us to them. They gave us the wrong advice on the transfer of a car. Save your time and go to another AAA . Negative experience: Well one of the representative from AAA gave me false information My insurance policy payment. I asked when it was due. And the lady told me March 31, 2024. Now I’m finding out it’s past due and they will cancel my insurance if I don’t make that payment by that due date. 3/22/24. I feel they need to train their representative a lot better and stop giving out false information. We need our Insurance to drive a car in California. So Tati needs to get her story straight and give out the right information. This happened in Northridge, California and I am not very happy with AAA I tried getting extension, but they won’t give me one just to give me a couple days until I get paid so be careful with the representative AAA giving false information.

Negative experience: Worst service provided, they don’t care about customers they just put you on hold or hang up acting like a accident lucky if you talk to anyone or lottery winner if you solve your issue

Fantastic experience: Came in on Monday 09/25 to complete my car's registration and Mary was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful with getting it sorted out. Couldn't have asked for a better or easier experience. Would recommend 10/10
Negative experience: 20+ years of being a AAA premier member I called to set an appointment twice once with Alex never got a response or a time to come in. On a separate occasion I call the office and speak with Roxana tell her a time that would work out for her as I had other things to do, we agreed on noon. I come in a few minutes early, check-in and waited literal 30 minutes afterwards she comes out looking for me and says you will have to wait a bit longer I'm helping some people who are already my clients even tho they walked in the door after you. What the actual hell is going on here she told me it would be best if I don't get AAA insurance what a lovely waste of my time. Had current policy in hand mileage and driver licenses all ready to go but they couldn't be prepared on their part what a shame. Customer service really has gone to the gutters.

Positive experience: Stop calling this an insurance company on Google, that’s only part of what you do. I searched for triple a, automobile club of Southern California AAA and all I got was triple A insurance. A person is not going to know whether it’s for just insurance. or the other services Triple A offers. Think of your customer, not whoever is in charge of your marketing strategies.

Fantastic experience: Mary, who worked phere on Sat, Feb 26 was Fantastic!!! I came here around 12pm and to complete my title transfer. She Articulated the bad news in a sensitive way that I had to pay taxes on my vehicle purchase. She gave me all options I had in a helpful and detailed manner. And when I returned with the cash she acknowled me while still giving full attention to the client she had in front of her. The amount of respect, and helpfulness she has shown in this small interaction I had with MARY gives me hope that there are still people who care about how they are perceived and how to be helpful to others in a detailed way. MARY should be recognized as a huge influence on the way most people should represent themselves as individuals and as a representative of any group or corporation they are a part of.

Fantastic experience: It's rare for me to give five stars. AAA exceeded my expectations. We needed a couple signature is notarized. While there was asked about passport photos. No fuss, muss, less than a five minute wait, and both the notary and the passport photos were included in the membership price.
Fantastic experience: Good customer service at this location. It feels very welcoming as soon as you walk in. The guy at the front was nice and answered my questions. The insurance agent, Marine, that helped me was great in the way she beoke down the deductibles and premiums. I'd recommend this location over the one in Burbank.

Fantastic experience: The employees here are as friendly and polite as you will encounter anywhere. They are knowledgeable and speak to you in a manner that makes you feel comfortable and accepted. There is so much that you can do at AAA and I always pay my registration here, saves me time from having to go to the DMV. You can use their website as well, it has everything they offer.

Negative experience: I went in for a copy of my policy and I was told I had to call customer service because all I could get from the actual agent was a screenshot of the basic cover sheet. To top it off the policy will take about 8 weeks to get to me (via snail mail). Not very efficient at all. In this day in age I would think AAA would have a system that can store a policy to be able to print out for clients...I guess that is too much to ask for. Smh!!

Positive experience: Had to stop by on a Saturday. They were pretty quick processing people through and had some empty spaced out seats available if you alone. But plan for checkin and wait time of 15 min. Staff was nice and helpful with map selections.

Positive experience: Maybe it's the Covid, but it's almost as bad as going to the DMV these days. There is nothing like the greeter welcoming you, looking the other direction while speaking to you and ending with a huff. Thought it was just that day... returned about a month later. SAME EXPERIENCE just with different people. Glad I pay money for this.

Paid car registration and renewed our membership. ☆☆1/5/22 Update...Went in to notarize a letter which was free with our Premier Member Account. Warmly greeted by Carmen (?) and even wished a Happy Birthday after she looked at the ID presented. Very Nice. She was very kind, patient and detailed. There was hand sanitizer at her desk for our use. All employeeswearinga mask. . It was a pleasure meeting her. Job well done making us feel welcomed and valued. ☆Update below...We went to notarize paperwork. Waited possibly 5 minutes in line and called right away. As a Premier Member the service was free. Dennis was very kind and the process was quick. A satisfied customer. Thank you! ☆Mom and I went back and this time Adriana assisted us. Her service is why they call it "customer service !" First, Adriana scheduled for lunch break in 15 minutes. (Didn't happen) Mom had to get a paper notarized and get dmv tags. Sounds simple right. Not! Mom paid her insurance late so information not processed. Adriana allowed us to call insurance, pay fee, have insurance company. Email her directly verification and then she assisted us on how to use smartphone to pay dmv $14 late fee and once paid she made a call and verified info registered on dmv system and then issued us moms dmv tags. Oh, and she notarized the paperwork. She all this with a big heart! No grumbling, no mumbling; just words to ease us such as "its okay, they know im helping you." That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! AAA you're blessed to have her as an employee. Thank you Adriana!

Fantastic experience: I went at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon to get something notarized. I had another appointment at 2:30 and hoped to get out by 2:00. The people at the door were very helpful and I was in, got the document notarized and was back in my car by 1:50. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
