Fantastic experience: Tour was absolutely amazing! Captain Clay showed us so many great sights. He was knowledgeable about the coastal area and had a good sense of humor. All tour employees treated us well. Of note, Cali rescheduled our tour time with ease and understanding.

Fantastic experience: A most wonderful adventure! Captain Glen was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and the habitats of the wildlife making the experience much more enjoyable. His great sense of humor and knowledge also made the trip fun. He went out of his way looking for dolphin and we were able to see them playing and jumping in the wake of the boat. In all of the boat trips I have taken, the was the best in observing the dolphin and also seeing a group of beautiful white pelicans. The private little island he took us too had great shelling, finding starfish, shells, driftwood and sand dollars. I highly recommend taking the excursion for a day of fun site seeing.

Fantastic experience: Captain Glenn and his first mate absolutely made our vacation. the fact that the dolphins and their baby’s chased and played with the boat was magical. I highly suggest when captain glenn takes you to the shell beach and says if you find trash please bring it to the boat to be tossed, do it. I found a tire took it back the. The beach rewarded me by giving me a Conch to find! Thanks again it really made our vacation special.

Fantastic experience: Captain Clay truly made the most of the time. He shared all about the mangroves and ecosystem of the 10,000 islands, was really personable, fun + friendly, passed by sandbar beaches until he found an empty one for us to explore, and took a back route towards the end to make sure we found some dolphins. And did they play! Even rode in our wake. Everyone loved being out on the water and bringing bags stuffed with shells and driftwood home. Make sure you bring cash to tip Clay, he’s worth it! We will rebook with him for his specialty: water sports!

We saw several dolphins and the captain engaged them to follow the boat which was incredible. We also saw other wildlife. We also went shelling on a private island where Michelle shared details on each treasure. Was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Fantastic experience: We took 10 teenagers out on a dolphin and shelling tour and Eco Endeavors/Breakwater Adventures did not disappoint! It can sometimes be hard to engage teens, but Captain Glenn and Mate Michelle had them captivated from the start. This was by far the BEST dolphin tour I've EVER been on - WOW! I still can't believe just how many dolphins we were able to see and how the played in the waves behind our boat for so long. The wealth of knowledge both Captain Glenn and Mate Michelle were able to share with our group was also priceless - Michelle showed us just where to go to get the best shells and they were so kind and welcoming to our group. Fantastic experience: This was an awesome tour! Captain Glenn was very determined to make sure we had an amazing time. We learned a lot of interesting local facts about the area and wildlife. We stopped at a pristine beach and were able to find lots of gorgeous seashells.

We saw dolphins, manatees, spoonbills, brown pelicans and egrets Michelle had a keen eye for unique shells. This was a girls weekend and we would definitely do this adventure again.

Very knowledgeable of the area and super nice, he got the dolphins to jump in the wake behind the boat and took us to all the best spots. I mentioned I wanted to find a sand dollar so he made sure to take us to the right beach for it, and I found one almost immediately! Was a great time.

Fantastic experience: Our family of 6, had a great morning trip with Captain Jeff and first mate Michelle. Jeff was very knowledgeable of the Marco Island ecosystem and pointed out several bird species and told us about how they caught their fish to eat. We also got two dolphins to ride our wake and enjoyed watching them surf behind us. Stopped on an island and enjoyed shelling and gathering small pieces of driftwood. A delightful morning! Definitely recommend this family outing!

I took off one star only because the shelling wasn't the greatest as it was pretty close to the hotels. Nonetheless, still a great experience!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with Captain Alex, Clay, and Stephanie on our private Dolphin and Shelling boat tour while on vacation on Marco Island. Captain Alex and his crew made us feel so welcome on their boat. They shared the history and cool facts about the 10,000 island area. They were extremely nice and entertained our kids during the entire experience. Captain Alex and Clay took their time to find and show us sea life. Stephanie helped our kids find beautiful shells on one of the remote islands. It was extremely convenient to book our tour and Eco Endeavors was one of the few companies that were able to accommodate our group of 7 without an issue. Their pick up location is easy to find and Nancy was nice enough to drop us back off at the JW Marriott after the tour to save us an Uber ride. I highly recommend booking any type of tour with Eco Endeavors!

Fantastic experience: Excellent from start to finish — our boat captain and first mate accommodated our wishes. We enjoyed seeing osprey, dolphins (who surfed behind our boat), and manatees. The beach was gorgeous with so many special seashell finds. Highly recommended for a family adventure!

Fantastic experience: Loved the tour and our guide! Glenn was great and very knowledgeable about the island and its history! We loved the secluded beach and our girls found some really cool shells! We ended our tour with a mama and baby dolphin playing in the wake of our boat which was so fun to watch! Highly recommend!!!

He was very accommodating with two small kids on their first boat ride. We saw lots of dolphins and even had 3 ride the wake off the back of the boat. Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful experience! Our family recommends Captain Clay! He was very knowledgeable and funny. His jokes were pretty bad, which was perfectly funny. He was also a smooth boat driver. The mangrove was beautiful and relaxing. We were worried about bug bites, but none of us got bit. On a small island beach, we found a couple of beautiful shells. There were prettier ones available in the Eco Endeavor store than what we found on the beach. We saw several dolphins, and Clay got a dolphin to ride our wake. That was fun. Everyone at Eco E. was friendly. You can bring your own snacks on the boat, but they provide water. You are supposed to bring your own towels, too, but we didn’t get wet. We highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience: We love eco endeavors tours. I’m hesitant to give a review because I don’t want them to become too popular ha! We did the dolphin and shelling tour. Captain Glenn and first mate Michelle were very informative, accommodating, and fun. We saw dolphins being active (which is lucky we know) and had time for shelling and learning about the ecosystem. Definitely recommend it’s worth the price!

Fantastic experience: Our tour with EcoEndeavors was one of the highlights of our trip to Marco Island. Captain Glenn was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of very interesting information about the local ecosystem. He is very experienced and was even able to coax the dolphins to play in the wake of our boat!

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous excursion we had with Captain Glenn and First Mate Michelle. They are both very knowledgeable about the local ecosystems of the island. Not once but twice he was able to get dolphins to play in the boat's wake. One even came from a ways off just to enjoy the fun. As we were getting ready to dock, an group of manatee were spotted and we were able to spend a few minutes with them. Definitely would recommend the EcoEndeavors tour

Fantastic experience: Great tour. Our Captain was Glen. He was completely informative put up with all my questions (I ask a lot of questions my friends say) turned around and pointed things out we missed and made huge effort to see as many dolphins as nature permitted. Plenty of time on the key to shell hunt and we even saw a manatee very close up. Saw lots of osprey and chicks as well. Also some Powerball money homes on the ride back. Definitely recommend and would go again next time we’re back. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Captain Clay and the team were excellent. Taught us a lot about the local eco system and birds. Took us to a nice little island to find shells and then had dolphins jumping in our wake, so close they were almost in the boat. Clay was entertaining and friendly and great with our kids ages 6-13. Fantastic experience: We chose Captain Glenn and Eco Adventures to take us on a private sunset cruise for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. We had a group with 5 kids 5 and under and Captain Glenn and Barb could not have been more helpful. The communication was consistent and easy from planning until they met us at the parking lot. They gifted my parents a special sand dollar. They went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. We look forward to using them again soon.

Fantastic experience: Eco Endeavors provides an informative and wonderful water excursion! Captain Alex and Mate Barbara were very knowledgeable about the area and were so friendly. We saw dolphins that followed us in the boat’s wake. So fun! Captain Alex took us to a little island where no one else was shelling. Some great finds as not a lot of people go there. That was my favorite part! I highly recommend Eco Endeavors for a fun and adventurous experience!

Fantastic experience: The 2 hour dolphin and shelling tour was just right! The captain, first mate, and the rest of the staff did a great job of attending to the ten or so people on our adventure. Plenty of beautiful scenery, local history, and dolphin watching. Anyone including families with young children should feel comfortable booking this tour.

Fantastic experience: Captain Glenn took us out on a three hour tour that included dolphins (at least a dozen),birds of all kinds including nesting Ospreys, and a great lesson on mangrove trees. Time well spent!

Fantastic experience: Captain Glenn provided us with a fantastic experience. Other parties canceled, so we were the only two people on the tour. We enjoyed the dolphins and learning more about the area, the Captain is truly an expert and very personable!

Fantastic experience: Capt. Damon and 1st Mate Sonja were perfect hosts with a great time around the Islands. Their knowledge of the eco system with marine/wildlife was very educational and the banter between them showed their experience. We saw probably a dozen Dolphins as Capt. Damon got up close to several different pods, spent close to an hour on an island beach picking shells, and finally saw a momma Osprey catch a fish to feed her young week old babies as the father joined. Very cool and a great way to start our morning! We plan to do this again and will ask hopefully to have Capt. Damon back at the helm!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing morning cruise with Captain Damien and Sonia. We saw so many playful dolphins and pelicans and learned so much about their habitats and the 10,000 islands ecosystem. We also spent time shelling on an uninhabited island. The captain never acted rushed and seemed to enjoy the sights as much as we did! Great time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this tour! Captain Dan and Captain Alex were terrific. Very knowledgeable and skilled with their vessel. So much information and so many dolphins! I have paid money for so called "dolphin cruises" and hardly seen any dolphins. Thank you for a great 3 hours on the water.

Fantastic experience: This is our fourth time with this dedicated wonderful company. We always had wonderful time. This sunset cruise we had been incredibly lucky captain Clay lead us to school of five bottle nose dolphins that followed our boat for 10 minutes. Incredible time.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with Captain Glen, and first mate Michelle. It was a bit breezy, so I was little worried about getting sea sick on the waves. The flat bottom of the boat made it a non issue. Glen shared his knowledge of the mangroves, sea life and birds. He makes it very entertaining. We stopped on Dickman Island and did shelling and watched the sunset, I with my beer We brought with us. Thank you Eco Endeavors.

Fantastic experience: This was a nice small eco dolphin and shelling tour of Marco island. Captain Glenn and first mate Barbara were very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the area, the wildlife and the ecosystem. We saw several dolphins and even had some follow and play in our wake! It was very cool! We didn’t spend much time shelling but still managed to find plenty of cool shells and a few sand dollars to take home. The price was very reasonable for the trip that included only 8 passengers. I Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Captain Robert and First Mate Valerie were a great team on the 1000 Island Boat Tour for Twelve. Loved how they played with the dolphins in the boat wake, lovely waterways and a great shell island visit. Also, the Eco Adventure shop has some really fun finds! Quality group all the way around!

Fantastic experience: Great experience from the very start. Booking was easy and price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The boat leaves from Goodland which was also close to our hotel in Marco. We parked at their storefront and got shuttled to the marina. Captain Robert and First Mate Valarie were extremely knowledgeable about the island, marine and animal life, and the landscape. Shelling was great but we went more for the marine life. We found dolphins during the backend of the trip and it was well worth the wait! Of course you can’t predict nature but we did get quite a show. Captain Robert was able to get the dolphins to take a ride and play in our wake. I highly recommend this tour company and we definitely will use them for future trips!

Fantastic experience: 100% will return to the Shelling and Dolphin tour with Captain Robert and First Mate Callie! Captain Robert said my daughter never lost the smile on her face because we were very lucky to have dolphins chase us through the ocean! Water was provided which came in handy on a very hot day. We found great shells and 45 whole minutes to explore the beach! Very fun time today and we even saw a manatee! 100/10 experience. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was my daughter’s (3.5 years old) first time on a boat and Captain Robert and First Mate Sonya made all of us feel very welcome and explained everything that was happening, which put everyone at ease. They stopped to investigate all possible sightings and we were able to see both dolphins & manatees up close. They were very informative about the wildlife and Marco Island. The remote island we were taken to was amazing for shelling. This was such a memorable experience that I know my little one will never ever forget!!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best experiences of my life. My family had an amazing time and my only regret was not doing it sooner. The captain was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. He also made sure we got to see the dolphins and was able to get us up close. It was incredibly fun. Would do it again!

Fantastic experience: I first called EcoEndeavors about a week ago and was impressed from the beginning with the service provided and the way that Callie answered all my questions and made sure everything was above and beyond for us. When we got there, we were greeted by Callie and Graham, who both were so kind and fun. They made our group (ages 1-79) feel very welcomed. I felt so safe and like they really cared to tell us about the history and wildlife. Our boat captain, Santana, was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable and pointed out the wildlife and history as we passed it. She even stopped for us to see a bunch of dolphins, a manatee, and some unique birds. We had a great time!

Fantastic experience: This was our first excursion of our vacation and I think it might be our favorite thing we did all week. The weather was perfect, all the staff at the office and the captain that took us on the tour was incredible. We saw several dolphins, native birds, learned a lot about the area, and stopped for about an hour on a little remote island to look for shells. Absolutely worth the money and the time! We booked directly through Eco Endeavors website and had no issues.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommended Eco Endeavors! We had a great experience from start to finish. The ladies in the office were upbeat and knowledgeable, the van driver was the same. The captain and first mate were fantastic. We learned a lot about the area and the inhabitants. I could not recommend the 10,000 Island Tour more highly. I’m sure their other tours are also great as it is clearly a first rate operation.
