Negative experience: Terrible experience. They moved my time to a later one, from 14:00 to 15:00, however, they didn't arrive until 16:30. The space was extremely cramped, they do not respect the assigned seats. They stopped a lot, and the trunk door opened in the middle of the road. If someone hadn't closed it immediately, the backpacks could have fallen out. For the price, I highly recommend buses like Greyhound or Flixbus instead. Terrible experience. I hope I never have to repeat it.
Negative experience: If you have to travel with a service animal do NOT use this company. I purchased a round trip ticket for my disabled mother that has a service dog AFTER verifying on their website and via a call that she would be able to travel without issues. The day of departure she was rudely denied to board the shuttle by the supervisor Jesus. Jesus called his manager after my mother was telling him that we had called and for him to look at her documents proving the dog was a SERVICE dog. The manager, Donya, told Jesus to continue to deny her access because Jesus said the dog was for emotional support because my mom could walk and wasn’t blind. Jesus never looked at the documents nor was my mother’s disability asked about or what service the dog provided. At this point my mother called me and I was trying to speak with Jesus who then told me to call there Las Vegas office for a refund because he follows orders. I called and sat on hold for OVER 30 minutes before the call was picked up and then hung up. I called right back and it was just a bunch of back and forth of putting me on hold and them reaching out to a supervisor. When I asked to speak to a supervisor directly I was told one wasn’t available and that they would have someone reach out to Donya to call me directly. Eventually she did and asked that I email her copies of the documents and explain WHY my mother is considered disabled and after reviewing the documents she would reach back out. After about 2 hours I called to see if she had reviewed the email, was told she did and she would call me by 4pm. I never received a call so I called back at nearly 6pm and was told I would receive a call today by 9am and it’s 12pm so I finally called just to be told after speaking to the supervisor we gave you a refund but the manager refused to speak to me or explain why she was denied service. Today is Christmas Eve and my mother is having to spend this holiday ALONE because of their ILLEGAL discrimination

Fantastic experience: The trip to Las Vegas was good. The seat location determined comfort. You only confirm your seat once you get on the bus, due to uncertainty about the number of people. No problem, it's a trip after all~ The gas station stop along the way was quite nice~ The driver was older, but the service was good! When you arrive at your destination and don't want to carry your luggage to the bus station, you can ask the front desk to call a car to the hotel~

Negative experience: I traveled from San Isidro to Las Vegas, and the passengers kindly asked the driver to make a stop at the restroom; however, he replied that it was a direct service and he couldn't stop. He even made a stop to refuel and told us that we couldn’t get off.
Negative experience: It was the worst experience ever. Due to the inconvenience, I had to sit in the last four seats, which were extremely uncomfortable. Spending 5.5 hours from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in such discomfort is quite a challenge. I won't even get into the communication issues between the company and GetYourGuide. I recommend purchasing tickets directly from the company; GetYourGuide isn't an effective mediator and struggles to resolve issues.

Negative experience: I would rate them zero stars. They took my money. When my bus was canceled, the staff at the office offered me a refund and provided an email address to submit my refund request, but they never replied at all. Negative experience: Terrible. Shuttle was an hour late and when asked about the reason the driver started to get mad and say that the schedule the company gives is wrong. That he sets the schedule. Really unprofessional. The extra shuttle they offer to the TJ airport also leaves you about half a mile away from the entrance now
Negative experience: Hangs up when your talking to them on the phone and doesn’t pick up at the time they they are going suppose to be picked at 2:15pm and didn’t get picked up until 3:45 they don’t care there customers time. I’ve been calling to get my money back but they are just giving me the run around. Where’s the accountability? They have none. I would NOT BOOK WITH THEY SERVICE. Cause they care about their customers.
Negative experience: The van was 2 hours late picking my mom up and the air conditioning was broken when it was 104 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I do not recommend this service. Stay away from this company!
Positive experience: LV Shuttle is very friendly with their customer service, ans I praise them for that - also, very affordable. But I do have a suggestion important to me (and up to 1 in 4 people). There are those of us that are handicap. We need an extra step to help lift ourselves up onto your van. It is not expensive. If you could fix that, I would give 5s!
Negative experience: I asked Jesus who works at the Convi station in San Isidro if I could get on the one that leaves at 11:00 since I was there, as my reservation was at 1:00, he replied that I could. I loaded my bags onto the Convi, then he told me there was no space for me. I said my bags went with the Convi, he responded very aggressively and harshly shouting at me saying, 'who told you to put your bags, we are not responsible if they get lost, ma'am.' I hope this is my last time traveling with this company, they have no education to communicate with the customer nor empathy.
Negative experience: I Will NEVER consider using Las Vegas Shuttles again!! For starters, when I bought my ticket the instructions said to arrive one hour early to check in with a representative at the front counter and check in my bags. I hurried to get there early as instructed and when I arrived to the address on my ticket there was no representative, or counter to check in at. It was literally a norms diner. I called the customer service number thinking there was a mistake obviously and the lady told me that I was in the right spot and to just hang out in the area and the shuttle would arrive shortly to pick me up in the parking lot. My departure time was 5:30pm so when 5:40 rolled around with no sign of the shuttle I called the CS number again to ask what was going on. They told me the shuttle was running late and would be there as soon as possible. The shuttle finally arrived over an hour late at roughly 6:40 pm and it was not what I expected. It wasn't a bus or official looking shuttle it was a roughly 13 passenger cargo van, and when the driver opened the door to let me in there was about 15 people cramped inside the 13 passenger van like a bunch of sardines. I tried to sit down in the only spot I could squeeze into but my right side was on top of the person next to me leg. I was sitting halfway on their lap. I started feeling claustrophobic and as the driver pulled away I yelled at him to stop the van and let me out. Ended up buying a last minute ticket with greyhound
Negative experience: We used this service last week and again this week. Both times it was nearly an hour late picking us up and tonight it dropped us at a completely different location than our ticket stated, so the people who were picking up ip had to re-route to come find us. Additionally, the driver made multiple stops for restroom breaks and once he stopped to to get himself some fast food wuth a full shuttle of passengers! This service is a joke!!

Positive experience: I purchased a return ticket, and somehow the website changed the dates that I had entered which I didn't notice until after purchasing. I immediately emailed the company who promptly replied and had changed the dates back to what I actually submitted. Check in at the LA office was very easy and the guy at the counter was really friendly, helpful and efficient. All passengers were there so we were able to leave 10 minutes early, and I got to my destination right on time. On my return trip, the shuttle was 30minutes late. It had me a little worried, thinking I was stranded but it all worked out. Both drivers presented themselves well, and were very respectful. I would use this company again.

Positive experience: Recently i took shuttle from Vegas to LA and honestly the experience on the way was not bad apart from the fact that the bus was cramped and difficult to move. However the main issue was where the bus left us in LA and the area they chose was the worst of all they can in LA with nearest metro 15 minutes by walk. By name it was Downtown however it was not less then scary experience with full of homeless and drunken around you. Even the driver was saying be careful with your bags here because of the area. I told him if he can drop us to the nearest metro but looked like he had other important things then his passengers safety. The company should choose location which is safe for passengers and close to other modes of transport.
Negative experience: Bad customer service, I was charged twice for one ticket because the gentleman working in the afternoons didn’t send us a code. Take videos and pictures of all your transactions just in case they charge you for two tickets.

Negative experience: I missed my flight because the driver left 30 minutes late and was going no faster than 50 mph, it's a service that is in decline.
Negative experience: The worst company to travel with. They arrived 2 and a half hours late and didn't answer any calls we made to get answers. I missed my appointment because of their delay, honestly terrible service, I hope they shut down this company.

I called many times and they put me on hold, and when they answered me, they hung up and that was it. I arrived 3 hours later at where I was supposed to arrive, I had to buy another plane ticket. And no one explains that you need to take another bus to get to the airport, NOBODY, NOT EVEN THE PAGE NOR THE TICKET. DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Negative experience: This was by far the worst travel ever to Vegas for $237. First of all van is not for tall people no reclining seats you will be stuck in an akward position. The drivers spoke in Spanish so you didn't understand the communication. Too many stops. Don't do it you will be miserable.

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited over 2 hours for my shuttle to San Diego (sat outside of a gas station). When the shuttle arrived, I showed my ticket # and was told where to sit. I then noticed we were going the opposite direction of San Diego and asked the driver where he was going: to Las Vegas. Even though my ticket noted San Diego! I got off in San Bernardino and had to change all of my plans since I now had no way to San Diego. The company is now refusing to give me a refund.
Negative experience: Called several times to get info on a rental. The first time a woman answered and when I said “hello im calling to get some info” she hung up. I called back thinking maybe it was a mistake and the phone rang and then the person picked up and hung up again. If the business is ran like this I’m just going to play it safe and spend my money elsewhere.

Negative experience: I arrived two hours later than expected and the driver told me that I had to pay 50 for a suitcase but that if I gave him 40 it was fine, even though the ticket clearly states that I am entitled to even more luggage than I had.

Negative experience: I travel frequently with them and this is the second time that the drivers change my seat number, and it is supposed that they have an app where you can choose your seat, chsm.

Negative experience: That's the worst experience... I call the office to ask to wait for us ( my Old parents and I) five minutes and they say it was Ok. At the time to get there the driver was on the shuttle laughing and saying to us "good bye"... The girl on the front desk never came to refound or giving me an option to not lose the money... Negative experience: If you need to travel, let this be your last alternative. In my experience, they are very attentive professionals in the office, but on the bus it is another story, the driver stops many many times to buy soda or go to the bathroom, they turn on the A/C. At the lowest only for the driver, I traveled with my aunt. We were in the middle of the bus and I was sweating and my aunt couldn't stand her blood pressure problems anymore. She begged the driver to please open the windows if he didn't want to turn up the air conditioning, but they ignored her. The other passengers also complained but the driver did nothing. The trip that was supposed to last from 3 to 8:40pm ended up being a trip from 3:30 to 11:15 pm.
Fantastic experience: I took a Flix bus out to California from Las Vegas to visit my family as our vehicle is out of commission. I got there okay but then Flix kept canceling and making me reschedule and canceling over and over so this was the only service available for me to get home. I was a little weary looking at the reviews. Aside from being an hour late to pick up (traffic WAS bad and it was a Friday), I was pleasantly surprised. The drivers were very polite and professional, it was a comfortable enough ride, plenty of stops for rest and bathroom breaks, I feel like the drivers also went above and beyond to help me as I was traveling alone with a toddler. I would use this service before I would use any charter bus service. Even though they were late, at least they actually picked us up and got us home safely. Reading some of these other reviews is really confusing to me, because there were multiple drivers who rotated every hour or so, so that no one got distracted or tired. The air conditioning worked just fine, it was over 100° in California today and the ride was comfortable for me and my toddler. I can't really fault them for being late. I honestly can't complain about one thing.
Fantastic experience: This place is very reliable, besides the receptionists are nice to people and very kind, they are always ready to help with any questions you may have, the departures are punctual so you won't be delayed in getting to your trip, they respect the schedules of each departure van. Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience started out fine with an average bus ride from El Monte to Las Vegas, nothing out of the ordinary. However, my problems started when I went for my trip back to El Monte. My sister and I were running late, which is entirely out fault, I will admit that!! We were not going to catch the shuttle in time at the Las Vegas shuttles address so we called a representative to see what our options were. This is when we were told we could catch the shuttle at Tropicana. I asked for the address since there are multiple drop off sites at Tropicana and the representative put me on hold to get the address. I was on hold for about 7 minutes during which we are zooming to Tropicana to get closer when suddenly, the call is disconnected. We tried numerous attempts to get reconnected with the agent, but to no avail. Our calls kept getting hung up on or just not going through at all. We called three different numbers, all of them with the same outcome: no response. My sister got in touch with another representative who told her the same thing: We could meet the shuttle at Tropicana and board there, but when asked which pickup spot, my sister was hung up on as well. We continuously tried to call the shuttle service while driving towards Tropicana in a futile attempt to catch this bus. We are beyond mad because getting the address to us would have been one of the easiest tasks a person could do and yet they made it seems like the impossible. I do not understand why we couldn’t get a hold of a representative after called at least 10 times on four different numbers, but what I do know is that I will never be booking with this company again and I suggest no one else does as well. I would rather pay the extra 11 dollars and book with Los Limousines located on 1100 South Main Street. I hope this review helps people realize that the customer service here is extremely lacking and not worth the trouble as teaching a monkey to answer phone calls is easier than getting through to a representative.

Negative experience: The service isn't that bad: from my point of view, they are a bit uncomfortable and the price is a bit high, but what I liked the least is that if you miss the transport; by 5 minutes they don't change you to another schedule and another day; instead, they steal your money and make you pay for another ticket.

We appreciate your honesty and the trust you have placed in us on previous occasions. As a transportation company, the product we offer to the public is the seats of our transportation units, and since these have limited capacity (14 seats per unit) each seat becomes very valuable when planning our trips. A seat reserved by a customer is already unusable by other customers in need of travel. When this customer does not show up for their trip, they not only lose their journey but also prevent more customers from traveling in that seat, which means significant losses for our business, since the route departs with unused seats. Our system allows for postponing a trip perfectly when this is requested properly in advance. If we are not asked for this postponement in time, we are unaware that the customer will fail to show up for their trip at the scheduled time, nor do we offer this seat to other passengers. In these cases, we are forced to mark the ticket as unusable. Our punctuality is also the reason why many other passengers prefer us, and we hope that in future trips this will also be the reason why you find us convenient and preferable. Thank you.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I have received, the staff at the Los Angeles office treated my provider in a quite arrogant and rude manner, denying him service. It is worth mentioning that on several occasions we have had issues with the information regarding our shipments, they do not know if the package has already been sent or is still in their office, which has caused us several problems by not knowing if it was lost or if it has not been sent yet.

Negative experience: If ur looking for a good price this travel agency is a great choice if u have a small budget the downfall is it sometimes has slow and poor service last visit I had to wait for the driver for 3 hours and still he never arrived so we waited till they got us a replacement for 4 hours. Although many of our frequent customers prefer us because we offer a smooth journey, with specific monitored stops, and surrounded by people from their community, new families with children travel with us for the first time every so often. In the event that they need to use the bathroom without being able to hold it, our drivers are forced to make exceptions like this. However, these exceptions are always made safely, not only at the discretion of our drivers but also due to the GPS and video monitoring that our fleet provides. We trust that out of empathy, and knowing that perhaps in future occasions such exceptions may benefit you or your loved ones, you will understand that this is not a practice of inequality and that there are others who, regardless of the community they belong to, appreciate and thank it.
Positive experience: They don't turn on the AC. But when I kindly asked them to turn it on, they did it without a problem. The drivers are very friendly and the office staff is also very nice. I recommend it; it's a very good option.

Negative experience: Bad customer service. If travel time is 5 hours add additional 4 hours to it because the vans break down very unprofessional. They over charge for everything. Told lady ticket is for handicap and wants to charge extra fee for it.

Apart from our ticket fares, there is in fact a symbolic $5 rescheduling fee for when a customer knows they won't make it for their travel date/time and they don't want to lose their ticket. Or if a passengers changes their destination, they might incur in some differential price if said destination has a higher fare. Regarding the breakdown to which you refer, we apologize for the great inconvenience caused by this unexpected delay. We safely complete tens of interstate trips daily, every day of the year. And we effectively perform routinely mechanical and safety inspections to our fleet. However, on very rare occasions we are not exempt from unexpected mechanical failures. Nevertheless, we understand our passenger's time is highly valuable, that is why we immediately compensate with credits towards their next trips. If for some reason you have not received your compensation voucher, please mention it in the email so we can make sure you obtain it. Thanks.

Negative experience: Average enough service. Driver was on his phone distracted non stop the entire ride. Seemed to be almost falling asleep at one point too and kept swerving into other lanes of traffic… Edit in response to reply: the van was old and any system you supposedly had to detect their driving doesn’t work. The driver swerved lanes on multiple occasions. Also shouldn’t be on the phone on what’s supposed to be a nice relaxing drive. We don’t need to be listening to their conversation for hours. Another two passengers were having issues on the drive and were quite vocal about it and almost called an Uber to get off the bus.

As you mentioned, after a timely departure, our trip was affected by external factors such as weather and the high traffic of a spring break Friday, either in cities or on the I-15. People residing in some cities on the way to Las Vegas also benefit from our service route, and therefore this may include pick-up or drop-off stops, which is common in transportation. These locations however are selected so that no detours are made from the main route and therefore add minimal time to the trip. We thank all our passengers for having the patience of allowing us to serve other passengers too. Our DOT certified vehicles are inspected daily, however, as with any motor carrier, breakdowns are bound to occur without warning, and this can happen at any time of day, including the final portions of an overnight route such as this one. We apologize for this inconvenience. The experience and reliability of a company is in doing its best to reduce these probabilities to a minimum (but never zero) and to provide rescue mechanisms in reasonable time periods. Because the road to Las Vegas is long and goes through the desert, we have strategically placed spare vehicles to try to guarantee rescues with reduced times (directly proportional to the distance), so we were able to provide a solution to this problem in less than 50 minutes. We are grateful to our staff for their calm and safe conduct, and to our passengers for trusting us and for their patience in an unexpected but mitigated incident. We believe that your friend was right to recommend our services to you, and that if you give us the opportunity to continue serving you, you will see that the vast majority of our trip are completed without any problems and in a timely manner.
Negative experience: I am currently on the San Ysidro - Las Vegas route and I want to say that the customer service is not bad but it's not understanding towards the passengers: A lady wants to go to the bathroom and they tell her 'the next stop is in Barstow', we were very far in San Bernardino. I ask the driver and the one at the San Ysidro booth if I can sit in the front seat of the van and they tell me no because a co-driver is going to accompany the driver, it's been 3 hours on the road and nothing, I am 2 meters tall that's why I want to change and they don't care how the customer feels or thinks, that's why I rate it 2 stars, very bad.

Fantastic experience: It is behind the McDonald's in San Ysidro and charges 95 dollars to Las Vegas. If you can't fly or rent a car, it's the best option. It takes about 6 to 7 hours of travel, and for me, it was a good experience, and I would use it again. You just need to buy the tickets to secure your spot as they are small vans.

Fantastic experience: Hired LV Shuttles as private transport for my family and friends from Las Vegas to the Royal Caribbean cruise ship port in L.A. Best decision ever. Didn’t have to worry about driving, parking, gas, or anything. Drivers were professional and courteous, handling the bags and most importantly, getting us there safely and on-time! Wasn’t too expensive when you consider it would have taken us multiple vehicles with multiple fill ups and lots of long term parking fees. I will use LV Shuttles again for sure. The van was comfortable but the seats are small for large passengers like myself, wasn’t a big deal for me because we had the entire van to ourselves but I imagine on a full trip, if you are even slightly above average in size, you might want to ask how full the van is going to be or consider buying a second seat.

Negative experience: The worst service of all that my family has used!!!! The person at the window offered me to buy a round trip ticket to supposedly save me money, and I was told it would take more than 2 hours to book, but I spoke for more than 10 hours and it turned out there was no availability. Before paying, I asked what would happen if I had already paid and the trip was full? And the person at the window replied that priority is always given to those who have already paid for their ticket, and nothing. I had to leave that day! I had to go buy from another bus company!!! I returned to show them that I had to buy elsewhere because they are not fulfilling what they say!!! And they passed me to Danya Ocana!!!! She said she would take care of fixing my problem!!!! She was supposed to investigate and call me back! But she said she would leave the ticket open so I could transfer it or use it for anyone in my family!!! And nothing!!! I just went and was told that it was already expired!!!! Where is the courtesy they talk about? Where is the investigation?? And where is the savings they offer? It costs us more!!!! Because we waste time! Money!!! And all the runs they make us do!!! To finally fix nothing!!!! They justified that it had expired 3 days before I spoke with her!!!! And since they don’t give you anything in writing, she only wrote her name on the ticket! How are you going to prove what they say!!!! I remind them that they have cameras, if they really investigated!!!! They would prove that I am not lying!!! I will wait for their call to demonstrate their availability! To really attend to people as they preach!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible! I booked a trip for my husband and they sold him sit number 14 which only has space for one leg. Basically, it should not be sold as a sit. He had to get off and ended up renting a car.
Negative experience: The service remains the same. They do nothing to improve so that one can go more comfortably. The last time I traveled, the shuttle had no heater and it was very cold. Bad bad bad. That was the last time. My ticket was cheaper by plane, faster and more comfortable.

El día de la ida el camión llego 2 horas tarde ni una disculpa por parte del personal recibimos, justificándose de que los viernes y domingos son días de tráfico y que ninguna compañía es puntual. En el camión no se toman medidas preventivas COVID, vas casi encima del de a lado. En el día que era mi regreso marqué para confirmar la hora de mi viaje y el de mi hermana pero resulta que no existía mi boleto en su sistema, que al parecer en la página de internet no se cobró viaje redondo solo se cobró de ida cuando a mi en mi confirmación me aparecía que era ida y vuelta hasta con asientos seleccionados de ambas reservaciones (mi hermana y yo) Como era de esperarse no había un supervisor disponible y la señora de la ventanilla solo se justificaba diciendo “no es culpa tuya ni de la empresa” pero tampoco tenían solución. Tuve que pagar 60 dlls de un boleto que se suponía que me saldría en 40 dlls Porque no se realizó el cobro completo en su página de internet, haciéndome tomar el lugar de mi hermana por urgencia de que me tenía que regresar y ella viajaría al día siguiente porque para el día original ya no había más espacios porque como repito, llenan la van no hay distancia dentro y no les importa que su sistema no cobre bien a los clientes al parecer haciéndonos cambiar nuestros itinerarios. Me dieron el nombre del tal supervisor para que me “quejara” después con el por teléfono como si me fueran a solucionar algo después de que me hicieron pagar un boleto que ya había apartado y comprado mediante su página que repito me salió más caro de lo que se supone que me iba a salir en mi compra original nomás porque su sistema no sirve.

Addressing the next topic, we, as members of the essential industry, have managed to stay afloat during this pandemic by providing reliable transportation for those with an essential need to travel. We carefully disinfect our vehicles before and after each trip; and, like any other transportation company, we require passengers to wear an appropriate mask while traveling and to refrain from doing so if they have symptoms of being ill. However, as a company that depends on people traveling, and due to the fact that this pandemic has caused significantly fewer trips to take place compared to ordinary times, we have also had to reduce our operations by scheduling fewer departures per day - adding to the fact that, due to the size of our vehicles, it is impossible for us, or any similar company, to guarantee a distance of 1.80 meters - passengers often have to sit next to each other, just as they would in planes, buses, or other shared modes of transport. We have asked our passengers to contribute to the safety of the trip by also adding some personal safety measures, but it is completely understandable that some may still feel exposed when traveling in such environments. We regret that you felt you had to rate us poorly due to these factors. In the future, we will ensure that passengers are fully aware that on our shared intercity trips of 14 passengers, they may have to share a row with other essential travelers. I conclude by reminding you that traffic conditions, which affect ground transportation services in general due to their high degree of uncertainty, have also affected us at times. Negative experience: Please never take this shuttle! This is not the first time there have been many inconveniences! The second time I traveled to Las Vegas, the shuttle broke down in the middle of the desert! We waited for hours for them to pick us up in unbearable heat! The third (and last) time a lady was complaining that she bought her ticket but it didn't show up in the system. She got on with her little girl and didn't want to get off.. they made quite a scene! She was arguing with the driver and the guy in charge. We couldn't leave until 1 hour and a half after the sheriffs arrived to get her out. On the way back to Los Angeles, we were cramped up with another family behind us. Just to make room for a family full of kids!! Such bad service!
Negative experience: Paid $72 & some change to travel from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, I’m traveling during summer which it gets over 100 degress, poor air conditioned van, mind you these prices used to be way lower I believe at $42 & the vans (I dont think they keep them up-to-date mainly the air conditioning ) seem like they’ve been using them since the company opened. Mind you they pack these vans w 10+ ppl, we left a little before 2 mind you it’s 5:40 & we’re barley half way there. It should not take more than 4 hours to get to Las Vegas to Los Angeles period. You’re paying almost $100 to travel in a poor air conditioned vehicle you’re better off taking a greyhound. The driver was very timid, the reason why people drive atleast 5-15 miles higher than the speed limit is to cut down travel time which we all know can be very exhausting. If i’m paying almost $100 I should be guaranteed a vehicle that is air conditioning ATLEAST.

Negative experience: I'm sorry but I have to change what I said earlier, very poor service from the girl who attends the office in Los Angeles. Not friendly, the bathrooms have no toilet paper and they don't give you any if you need it. Another thing, a decrepit old man came out scolding an elderly person because he didn't have his mask on properly while he was walking around the office without a mask. I do not recommend traveling with them.

Negative experience: Good service, given the circumstances, but the driver didn't turn on the air conditioning from San Ysidro until I told him just before entering Las Vegas. I think it was to save fuel... It was extremely hot, especially with the mask on. I think it's an abuse and a lack of respect because they charge well.

The vehicle you boarded was a 2021 van with only 3 weeks of use, and the driver John is a gentleman in every sense of the word. That same night you presented your complaint, we spoke with the driver and two passengers from the same route you traveled; they helped us as they were frequent travelers and provided their perspective. No one except for you felt hot or that the vehicle was not cooling. I would never doubt your word, and obviously, you felt that you would have liked the AC to be colder. This concern you raised here in the city after 5.5 hours of travel did not give us the opportunity to address it more during the trip. In conclusion, we would have liked to know your concern in advance to address it as you deserve. As a company, we provided you with a good vehicle and an excellent operator. I hope you consider us for your next trip and change that perspective.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I ended up on a day when they did not have good control of their passengers. For major reasons, I arrived at 9:30 PM and my departure was at 10 PM, literally on time. They left arguing that all their passengers were there and that they could leave early if everyone was present. My question is, why did they leave if there was still one passenger missing and it was not yet the scheduled time? The good thing was that the driver waited for us to reach the Las Vegas exit.
