Negative experience: I don't understand, why do they have a phone if they never answer it!

Positive experience: Long line, and although the people who work here are quite nice, as a company it is a disaster, they do not meet the established time for deliveries, and in my case I was missing merchandise, I handed over 44 pounds, and in Cuba they only received 38, I am sure the theft happened in Cuba.

Negative experience: Worst service in the world!!! The people who work in this place are extremely rude and disrespectful to the public!

Fantastic experience: I was there on the 17th, the agency was full which is perfectly understandable given the date we are in, but well it was organized. I especially want to express my gratitude because I left a bag with some things forgotten there and 2 days later I passed by and they had kept it for me. My respect and gratitude to the team.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone, they deserve less than one star, you call and call and it seems like the phone is just for show.

Negative experience: I just came for the first time and there's a huge line outside and they couldn't answer if they were still giving out numbers. Bad attitude! At least be courteous. Have enough trained staff to keep customers informed. Customer service is essential in a business.

Negative experience: It's a lie about the $999 promotion, I bought that and there was no promotion, I have called and written countless times, sometimes they tell me it's the $999 without shipping, other times that the purchases are only in the physical store, others that since I bought a split with express shipping it counts towards the promotion money, on Saturday I called and they told me they would talk to a supervisor who would contact me, later I received a message saying that on Monday morning they would get in touch with me and I am still waiting, I have written messages and they do not respond, in that call I told the person who attended me that I wanted to know what was missing as I was willing to buy what was missing and they also did not respond to that, I called until today when I managed to connect and they tell me it was in the physical store, what bothers me the most is that the publication only says that you had to buy over $999, they do not explain that it is without shipping, not even the workers are clear on how the promotion would work since they also do not agree on what they have told me every time I have written or called, while it is true that some of the things I bought have already been delivered I couldn't say things that are not true but I am very upset about the promotion issue since it was not explained well or it was not true, I feel used and a victim of misleading advertising, I hope that for future promotions the workers are clear about the conditions so that customers do not have to feel like I do...

Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied, I made a purchase over 20 days ago and I still haven't received a response regarding my shipment. Similarly, I sent 3 packages through their agency 16 days ago, and the only message I have received is that it left warehouse 3. Previously, all my shipments had been fast and delivered on the date stipulated by the agency, but at this moment they are delaying without any justification for what is happening. I hope everything gets resolved as soon as possible.

Negative experience: They don't deserve a single star. The truth is that in this place they have no ethics or professionalism. They mistreat people and, to top it off, they deceive them. For example, I came to send my family a box weighing 22 pounds, and in the end, it's not 22, since they count the 2 pounds of the box among the 22 pounds. What happens is that they continue to take advantage of the needs that Cuba is going through... But they also say that a pound costs 3 dollars; in any case, it would be 60 dollars since it's 20 pounds at 3 dollars, making a total of 60 dollars, and they charge you 76 dollars... so a pound doesn't cost 3 dollars... they're profiting from the needs of Cubans... But what bothered me the most was the bad attitude they have towards people. From the moment I entered that office, they didn't even have the courtesy to be polite... from the man organizing the boxes to those sitting there to handle the shipping paperwork... they don't deserve a single dollar in tips.

Negative experience: Every time I visit the Cubamax agency I feel like I'm in Cuba, poor service, disregard, lack of ethics, zero professionalism. It doesn't matter to them to be with someone all day because in the end they get paid by the hour. In front of the clients, they deal with their personal problems. And you can see when 5 PM arrives that they finish with 15 people in 5 minutes. So it's not about the workload, it's about a lack of respect for the public.

Negative experience: They should put a line for sending money; it only takes 5 minutes, and sending a package takes much longer. I spent 1 hour in line for 4 minutes; we are in the USA, not in Cuba.

Positive experience: The delivery service to the central provinces is terrible, and packages arrive with broken items inside. Otherwise, the service at the offices is fine. Please do not send with home delivery service; the service is terrible. Picking up at points is faster, and items do not arrive broken.

Negative experience: Excellent treatment from the young ladies, only that the new way of numbers through the queue is a new way of mocking people. A lady in front of me took several numbers and then a gentleman, whom she doesn't even know, comes and gives her 1 number, and the gentleman also goes in front of me. That system doesn't work; in the end, asking for the last number was more effective.

However if you still using this service be ready to have some delays and be aware that they are not delivering to your family home. Your family need to go and getting at the location that will be assigned later when the things are in Cuba.

Negative experience: Terrible agency, liars like all Cuban shipping agencies. They told me 35 days and I'm almost at 3 months now, and when you call to ask, they don't even answer. Don't make the mistake of filling their pockets... and to top it off, the phone number they give you to call in case of a complaint... they never answer it.
