Fantastic experience: Judy Simonson is very efficient and is wonderful to deal with. She booked a very complicated European trip my wiffe and I are making in 2025. I sincerely hope that I can have her book future trips for us. I will certainly request her when we are ready to book our next trip which should be in the near future.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional, and refused to give the promised gift certificate for attending 60 minute presentation.

Positive experience: This was my first time using an agent since we signed up. The agent, Lucinda, was very helpful and patient with my learning process. My lack of understanding of the process probably made extra work for her, but she remained professional and pleasant throughout. She worked overtime on a Friday night to make sure all arrangements were settled before the weekend so we could relax. Now we will just await our trip in anticipation that everything will be in good order.

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Judy Simonson. She has done an outstanding job with great service. Recently we had two very ill friends in South Carolin and Connecticut. Our travel plans have required adjustment as these friends move between hospital and home care. Judy has been very understanding and responded to the necessary revisions. Fantastic experience: We came to their solicitation and i have to say it was very good. They tried to sell us their travel club and the prices were very reasonable. No high tactic sales pitch. We were done in an hour and received our free tour and 100 for our time. I’m pretty sure we would have purchased had it not been that we are already timeshare owners. Give them a try, you may enjoy the presentation as much as my reluctant husband.

Fantastic experience: Lucinda is a ROCKSTAR! My friend and I decided fairly last minute to take a spring break trip to an all inclusive resort somewhere warm. Within several hours, Lucinda had whipped up three separate options to the Caribbean. She arranged EVERYTHING, even transportation to and from the airport. Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed working with Emily. She booked us a tour of Italy and gave us choices for hotels in each city. The hotels we stayed at were amazing and very affordable. The tours she found for us were phenomenal. It was the trip of a lifetime! We hope to do this again in Ireland next year.

Negative experience: My wife and I sat through a presentation about saving money on vacations. We were more focused on saving money on flights and car rental and at the end I specifically asked about saving money on airfare alone bc we have a vacation house. I was told that “Yes”we would save money on flights. Now, trying to book flights through vacation inspirations I’m told that there is no savings on flights alone and no saving on rental car. I spoke with 2 people, one being Jess I was told that the $2000 I paid to sign up was at a loss. Everyone!!!! Please be careful what you’re signing up for. It’s not worth throwing your money away. The savings aren’t there!!!

Fantastic experience: Since purchasing my vacation package in 2022, my wife and I have been so please with being able to work with some of the kindest and most thoughtful representatives of Travel inspirations. Christina has been so awesome at working with us for travel plans. Carrie and Heather have been so quick to respond and help on the back end of support with all my emails and Whitney has been a pleasure working with in customer service. All have been so friendly and make you feel like we really matter to them. They so quickly respond to my emails and phone calls and do all they can to make sure my questions and concerns are always addressed fully. There are a lot of vacation companies out there but what makes a company really great are the people that answer the phones and emails and support the services being offered. Travel inspirations has the best people which is a reflection of management choosing to hire and instill great customer service qualities into each and every member of their team. Thank you for the time and energy spent to make my wife and I experience with Travel Inspirations a great one. Negative experience: I am very sorry to report, but their service is poor. I had to ask twice to get air connection to the vacation location and the prices that were quoted were the same as on the web. The travel advisors also did not have any insights on the travel options that were offered.

Fantastic experience: Desiree was very helpful in scheduling a cruise for us. She responded promptly to my emails and kept me updated on getting just the right rooms for our family. It was wonderful to have someone else make all of the calls and schedule our reservations. She was able to get us a better price and more “perks” than we could have done. Thank you so much, Desiree!

Fantastic experience: We have vacation inspirations and stopped in to say hello and asked about carriage rides. They are so good to us!

Negative experience: I asked Vacation Inspirations to arrange a trip for me, not using one of their condos but a regular hotel and airfare. They use a third party travel agent, Funjet Travel, who gave me a flight for a terrible price and no seat assignment. I tried for several week to reach Funjet, and finally Carly, from Vacation Inspirations, was able to get the seating assignment, in the back of the plane for the highest price for economy. Carly was helpful. Every time I emailed, she responded within a couple hours. However, the cost of my trip and then knowing that another travel agency, which could not be reached, resulted in an unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Judy at Vacation Inspirations successfully found lodgings in New Zealand that were priced well in the perfect locations. I'd very happy to work with her again in future bookings.

Fantastic experience: Jon Hammond handled all aspects of planning for our cruise with ease. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all the multitude of questions we had. Jon was always courteous and understanding. He seemed genuinely concerned about us and the success of our cruise. Always available and he called back promptly. Fantastic experience: We recently used the purchased service for the first time to book an extended 2024 cruise, and are pleased with the results and trip savings. Missie was great to work with.

Fantastic experience: Janae handled a confusing issue admirably and far exceeded our expectations. She will be our go to agent for all future bookings.

Negative experience: We went into a storefront tourist information place in Charleston to ask a question and get a map, and ended up being hooked into a one hour sales pitch. We did get two free tours and $75, but had to give them a $20 bill, to be returned at the presentation the next day. Then they got angry when we wanted to leave. If you're going to be in sales, you have to be able to handle rejection better than that. I'm sure they fool many people into buying in. It did put a damper on our visit.

Fantastic experience: Judy Simonson helped us plan an amazing trip to Boston. Easy air travel through Jet Blue and our accommodations at the Back Bay Sheraton we’re fantastic! Made all of our adventures easy to access and great food in walking distance! Judy even helped with some last minute worries with quick answers and positive support!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience: We have been part of vacation inspirations for 2 years. There's things I like about them and things I don't. The 4 condo weeks they bring up in their sales presentation are very misleading. There's really not much of a deal if any when booking 1 of your condo weeks in advance. They are difficult to get ahold of and say they will send you an email back with in 24-48 hours but sometimes just never get back with you when you make a request, especially for hotel requests. The best thing they have are their hot weeks but that's only convenient if you're flexible and can travel whenever. (if you're retired it's a good gig). Somewhat disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I have used Janae to help me book some hotel rooms for a drive to Florida from Pittsburgh and she was able to get me my requested hotels at a much better rate than I would have been able to do myself. This is my first experience and I am very pleased. Thank you, Janae.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fantastic river cruise and a few extra days on front/back ends in Bruges and Zurich. We went on Scenic cruise line and it was exceptional. Desiree at VI did a great job of handling our trip, everything from questions to hotel transfers to airline tix. We were very satisfied with her level of service and thank her for her service. Negative experience: This place and their sales presentation is a scam. It's a husband and wife duo kelli s running a scheme to get you into a membership club for supposed discount travel. Their outpost travel sites lure you in with free excursions if yo. u go to this new business trying to get their name out there. The woman stated it's not a time share. No paperwork is given at the presentation. No questions allowed. At the end the guy tells you it's 4000k and tells you to think about it for 5 minutes. We said no right away and guy started getting angry and yelling at us and stormed off into a room bitching to his wife and never came back out which is a good thing. Do not fall fothis and Shame on charleston for allowing this to continue to operate

Fantastic experience: Desiree Sonday, Vacation Inspirations' representative, was most helpful and understanding with us about putting together a trip package for us to Wales. Both her checking out all the possibilities to meet our wishes and her quick and efficient answers to our questions made working with her a great experience. Negative experience: Preliminarily submitting a two-star rating because it remains to be seen if the efforts I have had to make to correct omissions and lack of competency by the Vacations Inspirations or Vacation Station or whomever is used as third party subcontractors will be successful in effectuating our trip. I don’t see the rating going up. It certainly can go lower. Everyone along the staff is difficult if not impossible to reach by phone (no one has ever answered) and there is no live chat mechanism. The Website is cumbersome and not client friendly to say the least.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Lucinda for making last minute reservations for my husband's and my upcoming 49th anniversary. It always falls around the Labor Day holiday which makes it difficult to plan in such a short amount of time. Lucinda was polite, professional and quite patient with me. She answered all my questions and purchased the tickets for the attractions we want to see. I'm beginning to turn my fears around Vacation Inspirations all because of the customer service I have received thus far. Many thanks to Whitney, Courtney and Lucinda!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I travel a lot. Joining Vacation Inspirations is one of the best things we ever did. And we have always worked with one of their travel agents named Desiree. She is fantastic and has arranged at least 20 trips for us. We probably ask more questions than her average client, but she always gets back to us promptly and with an e-smile. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Jonathan Hammond requesting accommodations for a 4 night visit to Denver 5 weeks out. Within 24 hours Jon sent me 5 options arranged, per request, via distance to a certain location. They were great options with great prices.

Fantastic experience: Representative Carly responed very quickly to help me get my booking at a hotel so I had a place to stay to attend my 50-Year high school reunion. I have a hotel to stay at that has easy access to the expressway and is very near the reunion location.

Negative experience: We signed up with Vacation Inspirations on an impulse during a trip to Charleston. We were promised discounted travel. What we received were quotes for higher than we could book ourselves. In fact, the second quote we received was almost twice as high as the first. We ask for no hotels, and we’re given four-star hotels. they do not give any breakdown of price so you have no idea what if anything you are saving. We are sorely disappointed. If there is anyway we can get our money back we will.

Fantastic experience: Lucinda responded very quickly to our request for accommodations. We were also very pleased she also took the time to explain things, as this was our very first booking. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us newbies.

We specifically appreciated our consistently competent, professional and caring VI Advisor, Judy S. All off the transactions with multiple vacations were handled very efficiently, any questions responded to immediately and needs anticipated. Judy is an A+ representative for her organization and VI is fortunate to have her represent its members who are administrative and financially advantaged through VI membership with every vacation including Judy recently booking cruises on Tauck and SilverSea to Europe and later to the Caribbean. This five star rating for VI and Judy was a pleasure to post publicly .

Negative experience: Have a membership with this group for almost 2 years and have yet to use it for condos because there is nothing good available or I find stuff cheaper elsewhere. Have used fir hotels for better rates but if you need something asap, they take all day or longer to get back to you. Buyer beware. Not what they tell you and not a good self service model either.
