Negative experience: Well, I will tell you that they were very formal at one time. But now I do not recommend it to anyone. The delivery time is met and the shipment does not arrive. It has already happened to me on two occasions in the last 20 days. On the second occasion, I paid for a more expensive service for faster delivery, and the deadline has already passed, and it still hasn't arrived. Everything becomes a justification when you call them, but when it comes time to collect, the promises are different. They are no longer reliable at all.

Negative experience: Hello, I want to talk about this agency. If your family lives in the city, maybe your shipment will arrive on the scheduled date, but if they are from the countryside, I do not recommend sending with them. I was disappointed because I sent quite a few pounds with them and they never got them right because my family lives in the countryside, and it seems that this is a problem for the delivery people. I started sending with them because they were from Holguín, but it is clear that I will go back to my previous agencies that did deliver properly. You put photos now, but you know that this package could have been delivered during the day. No discussion, they were already past the date too.
