Negative experience: A member knew a employee on site straight help that member after there was two guest members ahead of her. I complained to the supervisor seems he did not give a care . His own employee was not in her workstation or log in . I seen her call her over to her workstsion at the check in line . Employee knew the memberand help her after there were two guests in front of her very unprofessional, no common courtesy to guest members who got there before the member . Speak up and do not say quiet. That employee should have got written up for her unprofessionalism and work ethics interaction visit 7/19/2024 2:05pm.
Negative experience: Blonde lady don't know her name. Was rude. Stacked every charge she could find. Locked my account. Pure malice.
Negative experience: In person service is excellent BUT Phone customer service is dead at this location. Trying to talk to a person and returning the answer with annoyed voice and ended it by hanging up the phone. I guess AAA is so big that they don't worry about loosing one customer. Agents took forever to get back to you via email. I am a loyal customer and I have been with AAA forever. This is so disappointed.

Above all, patient to give her time to look into the stack of old records. I wish to commend her for "going the extra mile" to assist a member. Fantastic experience: So super easy!! This is an awesome and super fast place to get your tags!! Friendly employees and they get you in & out as quick as possible!! Granted you need to be a member but everyone knows that's also amazing especially when you get a flat or your battery is dead! Highly recommend a membership to get all these added bonuses!

Negative experience: Daniel will tell you anything you want to hear in order to sell a policy. Then when you find out that what he told you was a lie he will screen your phone calls and ignore all messages you leave him. His supervisor Jonlin will also ignore you and screen your calls. I guess it's in the nature of AAA to scam people out of their money. Don't do business here, it's a den of thieves and scam artists.
Fantastic experience: I been with the company for a long time, with all three of my cars, enjoy the service, I will be with AAA for one more car and I will start my trips with there travel agent soon, So get your insurance through AAA and enjoy the company ☺️

Negative experience: Went there today to take care of a few DMV items. First thing that I immediately noticed was the lack of professionalism displayed by the employees. They were yelling across the room to one another, walking around laughing and joking around with one another, while several people were waiting in cue for their turn. They were loud and out of order with the items being discussed. Then the person helping with my dmv issues seemed to be unfamiliar with the process or steps. I was very disappointed in the way the office is run at this AAA, as I do visit many different AAA offices and plan to not return to this office, whether it's convenient or not...
Negative experience: If I can give a zero star I would. Rude staff! The young lady behind the insurance desk have rude behavior. When I told her AAA have better customer service over the phone, her replied was, you should call them because they have better customer service. Very rude with careless attitude. No smile at all. It’s either she doesn’t like her job or someone need to retrain her.
Negative experience: Rude staff. Staff behind Insurance & Membership was rude. She was behaving as if she is doing favor. Auto insurance agent on 2nd floor was really rude.
Negative experience: Rude staff I was a member for years had my insurance through this company for years and years I simply asked for a dmv studty booklet and the rudest person denied me . Someone should check to see how she treats potential new customers

Negative experience: This location is by far the worst. DO NOT GET AUTO INSURANCE HERE. I would recommend literally any other company. They autodrafted over $1,000, a year's worth of car insurance, from a car I sold using their DMV transfer services. When I caught their mistake it took 5 agonizing months of trying to get a refund. They only reimbursed a small portion, a measly $300. Total scammers, I wouldn't trust them if you get into an accident to pay a penny. This company is a fraud
Positive experience: Clean, friendly and efficient service. I was here for my insurance and registration, which was done within 30 minutes including waiting in line. They try hard to sell other insurance for your family members. I actually don’t like it or don’t need it, but they are friendly and professional enough to let you know they have it without forcing you to commit anything. AAA has improved a lot, certainly much more efficient than DMV and it is also an excellent alternative other than DMV. AAA is good everywhere I have gone to, Cerritos, Glendale, LA and other places. I don’t know how they did it, but they did it well. Privatization seems good in this case. Will definitely come again for other needs.

Negative experience: Terrible service. 3rd time bad experience. I used many other AAA locations never found such unorganized. Always takes more than 1 hour for notary. They have more CS agents then people requesting service then after taking forever.

Malachi has the worst customer service experience for a agent in a company that drives themselves on customer experience when you are paying for a membership he never followed thru never followed up and cause a cancellation of policy because he decided not to do his job. Bryan and Mitchel where amazing and did what they could to fix this when it wasn’t there problem again good customer experience. Be aware who you work with here because not all agents care about you

Negative experience: It was ok , I was brokedown on the side of the freeway in Sacramento. They were more worried about me paying for new membership than helping me to get a tow off freeway to a shop . Then I couldn't use new membership to get a tow till 24 hrs later. I've been with the AutoClub about 16 years and have experienced anything like that before. They didn't even call me to see if I was alright or able to get my vehicle of freeway.

Positive experience: My Experience was Average. Approx 20 minute wait after check in. I suggest that instead of having customer go from window to window to make payment on DMV then another window for Insurance ...they make it where we can pay Everything at one window.
Fantastic experience: Had a recall on my car. Did all the repairs and smog. Earlier on the day I went and took a change at the Bellflower DMV. Hope the line would be short. The line was way too longer. I was not aware that AAA can do a vehicle with a recall tag. So i left the parking lot of the DMV and went to AAA. Lisa helped me out and was done in 5 mins. As i was driving pass the DMV on my way home and i notice the line was the same people still waiting. Lisa was GREAT!! My AAA membership is worth every penny I paid for . 25 years.!!

Positive experience: This is a good local office. It's a little on the older side and could use a refresh for a more modern look but the staff is friendly and helpful. Due to COVID-19 protocols the waiting area doesn't have as much seating which means you could wait outside which is why a refresh would be good. But no complaints about the staff.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful i went to this branch. The lady helped me with my parking ticket which was mistakenly given to me by the enforcer. The lady who assisted me helped me on what to do. Explain the details , where to go etc. I ended up paying $10 instead of 60$. Thanks to her. She so nice.

Fantastic experience: Came to this location on a Wed at 10:15, no line. There is an associate outside to direct you where to go. I only needed maps. The woman that helped me was very nice, she went to the back room to see if they had a couple that weren't stocked in the front. I was in and out in less than 5 min.
Negative experience: So much faster and easier than DMV. Too bad they can't do everything I need but I'm happy about the ones they do. UPDATE: NOT THIS OFFICE. But AAA in general. Tow driver refused to put my vehicle in my driveway claiming his tow truck was too heavy for our driveway. We've had many tow trucks larger than his in our driveway as my son would flip cars when out of work. He'd fix auction cars, then sell them so we'd get non running cars towed here 1st. The driver refused. Before a 2nd tow truck could get here, my car got quickly and quietly impounded without a word. The reason? INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION. I'll spare the medical rundown but I was quarantined 3 times and hospitalized once for a month. My Dr told me to isolate until 10 days after my 2nd vaccine which hadn't had yet, so I wasn't able to get a smog check. I didn't even know that they were essential businesses as my regular place was and is closed. My car broke down in pharmacy drive-thru. I needed undeliverable medication. After finding my own vehicle, I was told repeatedly that public safety was not working alternate Fridays and I had to leave voicemails, texts, FB msgs, and posts. Nothing in return. On Monday" public safety official was rude and sarcastic. I was forced to give every dime I had (scam charges) or loose my car. Grocery and medication money was gone. Now, AAA and the tow company that sent the truck DO NOT KNOW WHO TOWED MY CAR . IF THEY SENT A SERIAL KILLER AND I WAS MISSING..THEY WOULDN'T KNOW. It's 3 mos and the president of AAA's assistant says she's working on it. How hard could it be ? I was scammed. Plain and simple. All 3 entities working together.

Negative experience: I called their office directly today at 11 am to get a home insurance quote. The agent who answered asked for my membership number, and then he abruptly hanged up on me. So I had to call again, go through the phone options, and wait to speak to another agent. I hope AAA management reads this review and start monitoring calls for basic customer service.

The associate who helped me was thorough and so helpful, she made sure to answer all my registration questions and the process once inside took a matter of no more than 5 minutes.
