Fantastic experience: Came into get help with the insurance statement that I received so I went to my local La Verne AAA and ended up walking out because the people are so unprofessional and you can wait sooo long for service. I decided to come to the Glendora AAA. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I met with Chris Rodriguez and he broke it all down and he discussed different options on what changes can be made to lower my premium. Mind you, I have 5 cars on my policy. He understands my needs and was able to bring it to where it is within my budget rage. If you are interested in getting your statement re-evaluated, bring your statement to him! He will look it over for you and give you great recommendations. This is a genuine person... one you don't see often anymore in customer service positions like his. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS! This is my new AAA branch! Worth the drive! PLUS EVRYONE IS FRIENDLY!!!!! Where do you get that under one roof!
Negative experience: SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A REP NOT THE AUTOMATED AND WHEN THE GUY PICKED UP I TOLD HIM I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PAYMENT HE SAID OKAY PLEASE HOLD AND SENT ME BACK TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO MAKE MY PAYMENT WITH A PERSON. NOW IM HAVING TO GO BACK THROUGH THE AUTOMATED ROBOT CHOICES AGAIN! IVE BEEN A MEMBER 4 YEARS THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT PLEASED.

Negative experience: On 3/22/2024 I went into the Glendora Auto Club to buy my new tags. The person at the counter told me because my registration expires in June of 2024 I could not purchase the tags and to call back in one week. So a week later I call back to the Glendora office and the call is answered by a Insurance Sales Rep in the Burbank Office. She tells me that she did not know when the tags will be available because she only sells insurance and said the DMV could help me and wanted to transfer my call. I asked why would my first call go to Burbank when I called the Glendora Office. I was transferred to the DMV and tried a couple times and no live persons answering the phones at the DMV GOATROPE!
Negative experience: I can't tell you how many times I've been there for their DMV service and there's always something they can't do.They're worthless......

Fantastic experience: This location is near the 210 overpass. They accept walk-ins. They can perform DMV title tags and registration among their normal offerings for AAA members. There is sufficient parking. The service is welcoming and pricing is standard.

Negative experience: I’ve been a premium member for YEARS , I walk in and a Caucasian lady asked to see my membership so give it to her . I asked to pay for my registration and she said you need to be the owner of the vehicle. I told her “i am” then she continued to ask how I am paying and I told her with my card, she saw my discover and told me that they only accept cash , visa or Mastercard. I had just ordered a replacement MC bc i had misplaced it So I just walked out. Felt really judged and talked down to. First negative encounter here, ever.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with their service this time around. Never have I had an issue with them always attentive and nice. However this time around my mother and I had a very unpleasant visit with JESUS, he was supposed to ensure our new vehicle and report it to DMV and did not do that! Registration on my vehicle was terminated and when asking him about it he was so nasty, rude and arrogant! When asking him questions while at his desk, he simply sat there staring at his computer ignoring my concerns. I’ve never felt so belittled. This man made me feel so uncomfortable!
Negative experience: I have been a member for 5 years and have always been treated with the same respect and professionalism as everyone else. Could it be that due to the fact I came in a dirty clothes due to working on my house and car all morning I am not sure but I will let you decide. On Tuesday morning I went into this AAA to seek out a travel agent and an older Caucasian woman was behind me as I was approaching the door so I held the door open for her, as we both got inside this disrespectful AAA team member at check in YANI asked the woman what she was in for and after seeing that it was for DMV services she just let her through. The woman stated “I haven’t showed you my membership card” and YANI replied “it’s okay we don’t need it.” After the woman was told where to go I was next and YANI stopped me asking what I was coming in for and requested in a demeanor so unprofessional I was shocked. Not sure if it was a racial profiling or what but I was just shocked and what was more shocking is that she never actually put me on the waiting list to see a travel agent after waiting for about 20 mins I went and spoke to another check in rep and she stated & confirmed I was never on the queue. Now take in mind I have had multiple interactions with YANI so this was just hard to believe. Overall I give this last Interaction with YANI an F for failing to properly review all individual there are actual AAA members so then what’s the point of having to pay for a membership and for not doing her job properly in making sure members who are there for AAA needs get seen by the proper AAA team member.
Negative experience: AAA used to he convient place to get you car registration tags but now you can't pay with your bank card. They only take cash or credit card. Really sucked to be turned away just because I can't use my bank card and told me to go the bank and get cash. No thanks. I'll just go back to mailing and won't have AAA waste anymore of my time and gas. Thanks AAA for your inconvenience

Negative experience: Failed to service us , even with upgrades that I paid extra for. They quit using the best tow service we had for 30 years. Now we have no tow service. Have to say goodbye to Triple A

This is a very busy office but Grace and Scott were able to provide needed services for their customers in a timely manner even for little things like getting travel maps. Thank you!

Positive experience: Plenty of parking in the morning when I went. I have only been here 2-3 times and it was only to make a payment. I stood in line and waited to speak to the clerk only to be directed to the payment counter. I asked the payment clerk if I need to stand in the general line if I'm making a payment and he said no to come straight to his counter. So for those of you just making a payment, you can save time by avoiding the general line.

Negative experience: Inquired (or tried to) about insurance for a motorcycle ride to the tip of Baja for 4 days. Insurance sent me to travel who sent me back to insurance who never called me back. Went elsewhere. Go to Baja Bound Mexican Insurance. Fast and easy online. Had a similar problem when I tried to insure a second home. Not very responsive. Wound up with home and auto at state farm.

Positive experience: Needs better (clearer) signs instructing where to go when you enter...we got in DMV line for a few minutes because no one at front desk at all. Got passport picture fairly quickly and a good price. Last time I came in this location was for travel info, pre-internet.
Positive experience: I have been a member of the auto club for 40+ years and been to this location many times since it moved from North Glendora. Overall, the auto club has always been worth the membership. My only negative observation is that the wait has increased and the customer service has decreased. Its slowly become a nicer version of the DMV.

Negative experience: Was told in two separate messages that they could order vanity plates before I recieved the plates for my new car. Went down, waited the 20 minutes to be seen then was told they can't do that. Don't think it's too much to expect a company to know what it can or can't do. Total waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I went to the AAA on Grand today. I was in the neighborhood. I had to pay my car insurance. I opened the door and was surprised by having 5 people greet and serve me. I joked about having great service with everyone catering to me. AAA just opened up (9 a.m.). I was directed to see Vince. I informed Vince I am not sure exactly what is my amount because I received 2 different amounts. Vince had to call his supervisor over to see what was happening. His supervisor informed me why there was a different amounts. The amount was even cheaper than what I wrote. I will be getting a refund for the overage. I mentioned to them I never received the Mileage Statement and was told they never mailed them out because of the pandemic. This explains why I never received the document. Both Vince and his supervisor was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would recommend this triple AAA if you are in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: This places from fantastic parking is so easy. A lot of disabled parking in the back lot with a rear entrance to the front doors of the auto club, give me access to either side. Inside clean fast in and out who could ask for anything more. Batman

Employees are friendly, pleasant, and eager to assist you. Being a AAA member, I especially appreciate the ability to skip the DMV Lines to get basic services from this company instead. I recommend this particular branch, as well as the company’s roadside services, wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: No customer service nobody wants to help you main reason short of staff at the same time you see circles of staff unexperienced not being able to answer a simple question because they have to ask another person and eventually a manager and it happens too many times there to be one incident very disappointed but they have the market they're the only electronic place specifically only electronics
Negative experience: Greeter at the door was professional and polite, she was focused on getting one attended immediately. As she walked me to a DMV customer service register. We walk by two employees that were chatting and she politely told one to assist me. The one that assisted me was very unprofessional not even a good morning reply to my courtesy. As I handed her my dmv trasfer, I notice something missing and I asked to borrow a pen. In which she threw on the counter. Rudely said I couldn't do the transfer with them. I lost my coolness so then I raised my voice explained I've been here 3 days in a row getting what's request on the previous days. To the point of her critizing one of the forms her co-worker filled out incorrectly. But, never corrected nor marked the form and processed to complete my transfer. *guess her conversation with co-worker was much more important than working. Be blessed you have a job!!!

Fantastic experience: I went into the Glendora Location on 3/18/21 I had never been a customer before but I will be from now on, I walked into the location was greeted by a very Sweet and helpful Employee I believe her name is Kelly. I had a terrible time trying to contact the DMV or trying to get them on the phone for over a week about not receiving my Registration and tags that I paid for back in February. She took the time to give me some options she explained the cost and benefits of becoming a AAA member and walked me over to another amazing employee Named Gabby if I’m not mistaken she helped me to fix an issue that the DMV said they couldn’t fix within 3 seconds, she sent me right over to Eddie and he set up my new account and went over a few things as well I was also allowed to add my Mom onto my new account for FREE. I have never been treated so wonderfully in my entire life. The whole interaction took less that 10 minutes I got my registration card and tags and went on my way. Oh and not to mention this was all right before closing as well, this place of business knows how to treat people right! I will never forget this experience and I highly recommend becoming a member. Thank you thank you thank you! Sincerely
Negative experience: The service is good but the fact that only your car can get a tow but the driver cannot give you a ride is not good. So I am going to decline renewing my membership until further notice.

Positive experience: If you're an Auto Club member you can have your car registration done here. They can even give you an extension on your registration if your car didn't pass Smog. It's easier, faster and way more convenient than having to go to DMV and wait in long lines for hours! AAA, you're the best! Thank you!

Negative experience: Apparently they are no longer restocking maps, arguing that there is no current demand. Of course if there were no current demand, they wouldn't be running out of the maps I need. This makes me wonder why I am paying for a premier membership. This has been a core benefit of AAA for as long as I can remember.
