Negative experience: i went there 2weeks ago. Throughout the consultation, Juan explained with a smileless face and answered in a voice that seemed to be annoying when i asked many questions. It was hard for me to understand him because he was mumbling. The whole time I was talking to him there, he looked like an angry person. I went back to the Atesia branch last week and signed up for insurance with a friendly staff. If you consult insurance at Anaheim, I extremely advises you to avoid Juan!!!! Request another agent!!!!!

Negative experience: Rude service, employees with attitude problem especially all the Hispanic ones, would I recommend anyone to join this service most likely no, now days dmv is offering a faster service too and everything can pretty much get done on the dmv online services, save that yearly membership money for something else.
Negative experience: I have never been so embarrassed I'm my life after today!! I went in for a title change today on a 1995 nissan pathfinder that I received as a gift from a good friend in construction I was helped out by a gentleman I believe named Carlos and I honestly have trouble filling things like this I know that for some people this might be easy but for me I'm not the best!! I was missing I couple signatures from the previous owner and as we were filling out the paperwork I signed something with a signature that didn't belong to me thinking I was told to do because I thought that's what is was instructed there was another important signature that needed to get done but the previous owner had to do sign so I was told to leave and get it! I thought that was not a problem so left to get it and came back about 2 hours later. I knew I had to 470 dollar to get the process done due to a lack of payment on it yes 470 dollars on an almost 30 year old car. It was finally my turn again with the gentleman and the signature was placed on the wrong place even though he made it clear where it needed to i take fault for that of course but he said we need a whole new sheet and as he was reviewing it he noticed the previous signature that I had misunderstood and he just started causing a ridiculous scene telling me "Bro you're sketching me out! You signed this yourself I saw you sign it you are going to have to go to the DMV because I am scared right now" he said this to loud so everyone can hear! Like come on how does it make sense that someone wants to do a scam on a beat up 30 year old car I was going to have to pay 470 dollar to be able to go to work and make a living! Since when is being poor a crime at a Tripple AAA business
Fantastic experience: Ash is professional, kind and patient. She took good care of my mom and myself with helping us with our vehicle registrations and titles. She went above and beyond to assist us and is she is absolutely the best. If you are blessed to have Ash assist you, you will most certainly be happy!
Negative experience: Theresa, the tall American white or hispanic older woman give me a hard time at the AAA office she was yelling at me for no reason, I was trying to figure out why she needed more information , about the sell, she was asking for personal questions and bill of sale when I have everything with me ; unprofessional, rude , disrespectful and poor customer service skills, I will definitely change that person for another well trained person, I got so disappointed that I will never recommend anybody to go to AAA in Anaheim.

Fantastic experience: Service was quick and easy. I went in for a passport photo and the branch manager took care of me and was very accommodating. Highly recommend to get passport photos taken there.
Negative experience: Front desk lady on the right side when coming in the office is very rude needs customer service training especially since having AAA is not a free service. I have been a member for 8yrs have never experience such attitude if she does not like her job she should look somewhere else.

Negative experience: Only had one employee working the DMV, originally told wait time was 45 minutes. It ended up being 1:30 hours. When asked about the wait time, a lady rudely told me I was only waiting a few minutes in front of a ton of people. Made me feel like I was a liar for asking about the wait time. EVERYONE COMING FOR DMV, DON’T. Worst customer service ever, I will be calling corporate about this.
Fantastic experience: Ray Chuhan is the man. I asked for a road atlas. He knew which maps to pull out for my trip with all the national parks and campgrounds along the way. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Excellent service!!! Thanks Ray
Negative experience: I had a flat tire in March & waited 4 1/2 hours for them to show up! I was in LA & seen occupants in a car threatened to shoot another driver! Then this past weekend I waited for 3 hours to get towed to the dealer! Their service is getting really bad.

Fantastic experience: Top notch customer service from Zara!! She is awesome, accommodating and patient with me having to fill out forms. She exceeded my expectations and gave me a 1 day pass to get my smog and is working some magic for me, THANKS ZARA!! Otherwise, nice location, clean and I had no wait. Paying the membership is worth no dmv trip in itself, everybody should have it!

Negative experience: 11/5/22 Poor customer service skills from hispanic lady with dark hair that was sorry to let me know that my service would take ‘45 minutes’ when i was there 25 minutes before closing time with her back half turned to me and muttering heavily hinting i should just leave. Maybe hire more people or change your hours if you can’t be bothered. Will just go to DMV tmr thanks!

Negative experience: Supposedly they don’t charge downpayment but you have to become a member which cost $100 before getting auto insurance. If you cancel they will send you to collections and ruin your credit score, which means you can’t switch to a better company if you find one. Also, one time I called for a quote and they charged me without telling me. Worst customer service, pricing, and their contract will drag you down. Avoid this insurance there are way better options.

Negative experience: WORST SERVICE EVER. I wait more than 3 hours for my flat tire to get replaced. This guy have no feelings for their customers. Instead of service from AAA I received notice from my job for being late at work.
Negative experience: I showed up 13 minutes BEFORE their scheduled closing time and they were already locking their doors. I couldn’t go in.

Negative experience: Customer service with the travel agent Erin is not pleasant at all. I requested an itinerary for Visa purposes, but she was so cold and not showing that she is there to provide the help we need. No smile and she avoids eye contact with us because I am not getting what she wants for her commissions. I will never use AAA for any travel needs. Stay cool Erin and don't be greedy

Fantastic experience: I always love this place. My mom and I went in about a year ago for an issue with my moms car. We had been helped by Les. He was so kind and knowledgeable. My only complaint is I found out today he is no longer in this office. Maybe it time to change offices.
Negative experience: Travel is very hard to get a hold of. They don’t return calls, emails I have left several messages on voice mail email I’ve all so called custom service on sat 4/2/22 and she couldn’t get thought. I called again this morning 4/4/22 left message for the supervisor in travel let’s see how long it takes them to call me. Member very up set!
Negative experience: Unfortunately I waited 1 hr 30 minutes. Until I finally talked to the third person. Just so that he can tell me that they didn't have a locksmith or the locksmith was not sure if he can help. Lack of communication. I don't understand why they either didn't call back or at least let me know they couldn't help me. So that I can look somewhere else for help. Service was horrible. If I hadn't called the third time I could still be waiting for who knows how much longer. I had to look for service myself.

Negative experience: Unbelievable, you can trust the other one star reviews. I've been a member for 9 years. It was like they are not allowed to do their job. No show after hours of waiting and agents who put you on hold then pretending they can't hear me and hang up without calling me back? Wth is that about? When a truck showed up hours later he would not move the vehicle because the registration tag was expired? Really? Not even with a flatbed. Who is running things over there?

Positive experience: I needed Canadian passport photos, and needed them notarized on the back. AAA seemed like a great one stop shop since they offered passport photos and had a notary. The girl who helped us didn't seem to understand what a guarantor was though and phoned someone to ask if she could sign the photos and was advised she couldn't. I'm still not sure what company with a notary is uncomfortable taking a photo of you and then saying 'yep, that's a photo of them!' but I mean, okay. The photos turned out okay and we did get help with some other things. The customer service was great and the ladies working the directory counter were fab. I just wish we didn't have to look for a different notary now. It seems pretty common that people in the USA hear the word "Canadian" and panic.

Negative experience: Needed a tow... They could not find my account.. Had to pay 90.00 then go fight it at the Store Front... I did get my money back but a huge hassle. Not Happy. I quit the who plan and got both 90.00 payment returned. My insurance insane can kinda help me....we'll see.

Fantastic experience: Easy to check in and I didn't have too long of a wait to get to the DMV services counter. Once I was at the counter, it took only about 5 minutes to complete my intended transaction. The woman who helped me was helpful, friendly and informative.

Negative experience: been a aaa member for over 3 years i called recently to get a tow they left me on the side of the road for 6 hours i called back 7-17 times they kept telling me the call was completed by tow im like no it has not im still here waiting they never showed up after 6 hours i had to call a new service to get me towed never call aaa for service its a rip off

The gentlemen met us outside due to one of us being disabled from a recent knee replacement. He was kind, professional and even seemed interested in honestly helping us. I wish I got his name. I want to got back in there to find him so I can get his name and let management know how awesome he is. I’m sure they already know but that helps during review time. Thank you AAA employee and thank you AAA for a 5 star service. I just love that.

Negative experience: Not a friendly place. Notary didn't know what he was charging. They wanted only AAA member as witnesses. He is charging us based on our membership and he is charging witnesses too. Not like the one in Costa Mesa on Harbor blvd which was friendly place. They even didn't ask about type of membership witnesses got and knew what she was doing. Will never come to this place. It is better to deal with private Notary. For 3 signatures he charged $34. Aaa on Harbor blvd in Costa Mesa charged us only $12. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I only joined AAA to change over my registration so I didn't have to go to the DMV. I walked in at 12pm noon and was out within a half hour. Too easy. Might cancel now. Thanks guys. It was totally worth the $100 to sign up or whatever.
Negative experience: First time AAA member using their travel services was horrendous and was treated unfairly due to my young age and race. Do NOT book any type of travel with Mark Ross, I gave him clear directions of what I wanted through email and spoke to confirm over the phone before booking but yet it was still booked incorrectly. Multiple attempts to contact Mark Ross after by phone, voicemails, and emails with no answer. There is no point of having a “direct line with voicemail or email” as well if this agent is not willing to answer or follow-up. The only way to get a hold of Mark Ross at Anaheim was to call the Manager at the Whittier AAA (Rend, best customer service on her end to track down Mark), Mark then said that this was an “easy fix”’ on his end to resolve our departure location as he promised to send us our travel confirmation and before I could finished my sentence he hanged up. We never received confirmation of our travel booking nor could we call as this already went to their after hours automated system. This right here was very frustrating and could not believe that I was treated this way. I have heard nothing but great things about AAA, the reason why I switched over this month. So far both mine and my wife’s experience with AAA has yet to be satisfactory. This was very unprofessional and presented AAA as a whole company very poorly. I would not want any one else to go through the same experience as what me and my wife went through. Going forward we will now be booking our travels through Costco, at least we will be treated like human-beings.
Negative experience: Called to ask about coverage on my homeowners policy. Their insurance person who answered the phone had little or no knowledge of the policy. Please get yourself educated for your customers.
Positive experience: I received a quote over the phone and they took down my cars VINs and when I did go in person the quote was way off. The employee was pleasant but was able to help me out as much as possible.

Negative experience: Never will I recommend Aaa to anyone the worst customer service experience ever!! I will say Amanda and her supervisor where very sweet and polite out of all the Aaa employees. I have been a customer for a couple years and to be honest I have always been treated wrong they never come when I call them they always make it difficult for me to receive service from them always canceling my roadside assistance one time I waited 3 hours un acceptable I canceled my membership and will never get service from them!

Fantastic experience: I was prepared with my DMV REGISTRATION. I wrote a check so no fees charged. Credit cards are charged a fee. A person checked me in while I was in line. Then a man came to get me for the transaction. 10 minutes or less for whole thing.
Fantastic experience: Fast service. Needed to do a title transfer and was in line, in, and out in 15 minutes.
