Fantastic experience: We worked with Desiree who helped us to plan our destination wedding. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She sent us information for countless resorts before we finally narrowed it down to our final choice, and she was so helpful and patient throughout the process. Upon booking our wedding, the resort coordinator tried to give us a lesser wedding package than we had originally chosen (due to some fine print on their website) and she fought for us to make sure that we received the best package available. She was always very communicative and let us know ahead of time before going out of office if it was during a timeframe when we were actively coordinating with her for wedding plans. When our wedding approached, she sent every guest individualized travel itineraries and travel tips accessible via mobile app which was extremely helpful. We also had a few guests run into issues with their travel and we received positive feedback from them on how responsive she was, and how quickly she jumped in to help. I would definitely recommend Desiree to anyone planning a destination wedding in the future!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at secrets was amazing. A few things went wrong but the staff was diligent to correct them and make up for the mistakes. Flower was amazing at getting people excited and engaged in the activities and Alexander behind the Bar in the lobby made the best drinks! Most of our annoyance was actually with other guests treating the staff poorly. A little generosity and understanding goes a long way at this resort.

Fantastic experience: We attended a wedding in the Dominican Republic this last week. Jackie was amazing organizing the trip from start to finish! She kept in frequent contact updating our travel information, international protocols for the DR, Customs information, Hotel arrangements (Secrets Royal Beach, Punta Cana) , recommendations on what to bring, and just making all the details seamless and the trip was amazing! I can't express our gratitude and appreciation for Blissful Honeymoons making this event and vacation a very happy and memorable one!

Positive experience: The place was beautiful. I had an issue with the room they gave us (Construction going on right in front of us, with barely a view of the ocean). However, when I asked to change rooms, they did so right away and we were much happier with the view. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms roomy. The food was good, but not extra-ordinary. Great sundries shop which also sold swimsuits and coveralls. overall, a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Karen was absolutely amazing! She answered every question I had promptly, sent us reminders and every time we had a flight change, she kept us in the loop. She mapped out every detail for us from the airport ride to the resort and everything in between. Fantastic experience: Mina was just as incredible for our experience as she was for my sister's wedding two years ago. She is an epic organizer and does a great job making the people planning the event feel special and like they matter. There was plenty of activities for our 2 thrill seekers and beautiful low-key relaxing pools and spas for our 2 loungers. Shannon was there for our family throigh our trip, checking in with us throughout our vacation making sure we had everything and updating us even when there was a slight flight delay. Curtis was able to get a free night because we stayed at Sandals in our anniversary month, which we previously did not know about. Fantastic experience: Working with Mina at Blissful Honeymoons was a great experience. She made everything so easy. I did not have to do anything. I will definitely use Mina in the future!!

Negative experience: During the planning of an international trip (50 people), I had direct contact with her in her role as our primary guests’ coordinator. Unfortunately, the communication was challenging and, at times, unprofessional. At one point, she stated, “I can’t read minds on what people plan on doing.” Although she initially offered to coordinate transportation as part of her services, the process was so difficult and marked by passive-aggressive interactions that we ultimately chose to handle it ourselves, covering the cost independently. Additionally, we found that a comparable hotel room option through Hotels.com was more affordable than what she provided, which added to our disappointment. I made an effort to address some of my concerns directly with her, taking responsibility for any potential miscommunication on my end in hopes of fostering a more positive rapport. I approached the conversation openly and constructively. However, my attempt to communicate this was met without any acknowledgment from her. She showed no apology or accountability, and the unprofessional tone persisted. This lack of responsiveness and continued rudeness has been disappointing. It’s unfortunate that what should be a very exciting and memorable trip has been impacted by these communication issues and unmet expectations. Don’t trust your guests’ experience with this professional.

Positive experience: Mike did an exceptional job of making all our arrangements for us and following up with us to keep us informed. It was a fantastic experience overall. The hotels were excellent and met our expectations in almost every way. A couple of minor disappointments, but hardly worth mentioning. I would highly recommend Mike and Blissful Honeymoons to all travelers.

Fantastic experience: I must have reviewed Blissful Honeymoons elsewhere or somehow forgot. A few years ago, Jackie saved our destination wedding when by a freak accident my wife’s passport disappeared on the flight to Cancun. Eventually a woman reached out a week later saying she found it in her purse and was sitting behind us. Anyhow, we were stuck in the Cancun airport for over 5 hours, they wanted to send us back to KC and we were lost as to how to resolve the problem while we watched family and friends arriving. Our wedding was on Saturday this was a Thursday. We contacted Jackie and she told us to have them send us to Houston because she made an appointment at an emergency passport office for us for the very next day if we can make it. Somehow after a miserable 48 hours we got a new passport and flew back to Cancun, arriving at midnight the day of our wedding. Whew! She literally saved our butts. I had no idea we could swing something like that or that those services are available.

Fantastic experience: We traveled to the Moon Palace for an absolute amazing family vacation put together by Curtis Rapue!! With multiple rooms and 8 travelers, no detail was passed over. Communication was given throughout the months leading up to the trip and anytime we needed guidance. Curtis is top notch with everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Positive experience: Loved this place! Had such a great time. The food, the scenery, the pools, the staff all wonderful. The staff will stock your mini bar, they offer 24 hour room service, although it does take a while, like 90 minutes. Everyone is friendly. Seven restaurants, I went to 5. Out of the seven, only one requires reservations. Minimum tipping maybe 10.00 for the whole day. Only bummer experience was at the Italian restaurant, where you need reservations. They give you a wine list and after you pick then told us it wasn’t included. We spent 275.00 for three bottles. I didn’t like that.

Fantastic experience: We have traveled many times but going somewhere out of the country, a few days after our wedding, can lead to some unplanned for changes. Working with Shannon and Blissful Honeymoons & Wedding Destinations went above and beyond to not only help us locate a country, but a specific resort and room type for our honeymoon. In addition, gave us great recommendations for entry into Jamaica and how to save an immense amount of time that could occur in the airports. She also provided an incredible response time to our various emails or texts leading up to and during our travels if we needed anything. Only thing I would recommend to the resort is that they paint the pool steps a different , brighter color. Can’t see the last one or two steps. . Seen a few people stumble , including myself.

Fantastic experience: The communications between Desiree and myself were prompt and knowledgeable. Every thing that she sent us was totally a help as this was the first time we had been to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. She provided with in the emails so much helpful information about navigating customs and immigration on both ends in the states and in Mexico. There were a couple of issues that were not of her making and that was the fact that accommodations were not fulfilled as promised a.k.a. we requested a king size bed and got two queen size beds. It was no big deal we made it work. There are worse things in life to be upset about lol thank you to Desiree and her team.

Fantastic experience: Jamie did an amazing job with helping us plan our honeymoon! Even after experiencing travel delays, she was the one to help us change flights and take a lot of the stress off of us so we could continue to enjoy our vacation! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Karen at Blissful Honeymoons was an absolute pleasure to work with! With no specific location in mind, Karen created multiple proposals for us based on our few requests and ultimately landed us the perfect honeymoon at Hammock Cove in Antigua. Karen listened closely to our requests, budget, and some concerns and was able to ease all worries by planning the ultimate relaxation getaway. She coordinated all flights, car services, and excursions and provided us with a detailed itinerary to reference throughout our trip. Karen made herself available to us at all times and was quick to respond to emails and text messages leading up to and throughout our week in paradise. Fantastic experience: Carlos and Kevin at Juan margarita were so amazing. We ran into them at different restaurants and bars throughout the trip and treated my husband and I like family. We brought our 1 year old with us and he was given balloon animals. Everything was absolutely amazing! Food was great, drinks were awesome. Absolute paradise the entire trip.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend going through blissful honeymoons for you future trips. I worked with Jackie for my wedding in Cabo and she was INCREDIBLE. I had 70 wedding guests attend my wedding and she booked everyone’s hotel, transportation, and some flights. Our guests did not have to worry about anything as she took care of it all and made the whole process as seamless as possible. She also created a wedding website for us which was amazing. Thank you Jackie! Me and my wedding guests appreciated everything you did for us ❤️

She helped us plan and be ready for all aspects of getting married and having a destination wedding- from getting passports, to flying back home and everything in between! Fantastic experience: Mina planned us the best honeymoon we could have ever imagined. Planning it was not an easy task. We originally did not know where we wanted to go and she asked us what we were looking for and what things were important to us and narrowed it down from there. In the beginning, she started by sending us a large PowerPoint with several different countries and different resorts at each place. She then went into detail about each country and resort and what we could expect. This really helped us narrow it down and make a decision. While planning a large wedding, planning a honeymoon was the last thing that we wanted to do. Mina did everything and made it so stress free and easy on us. Mina took every single thing that I told her we were looking for and important to us and incorporated it into our entire trip. She hit every point and exceeded all of our expectations. She was always so quick to respond and so helpful with any questions I had. We even had to change the date of our honeymoon once it was booked and Mina did all of the work. From the food, to the style of resort, to the excursions Mina knocked it out of the park. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Both Chaa Creek and Matachica were spectacular. I can’t recommend either place enough. The staff was incredible at both places, especially Chaa Creek. The service there was unmatched. The food at both resorts was so fresh and five stars. We didn’t have a single mediocre meal. Everything was delicious and made with love. Both places had incredible views and incorporated the Belizean culture into the resorts which we loved. They truly were both extremely beautiful resorts. I definitely recommend cave tubing and zip-lining, snorkeling at Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley, and renting golf carts while staying in San Pedro to explore the island and try out different restaurants and bars. This is the second trip Mina has planned for us and we are already looking forward to planning our next trip with her.

Fantastic experience: The Hyatt Ziva Resort in Los Cabos was really nice. Everything was within a short east walk and the staff was amazing. Several dining options…. the Italian & French restaurants were my favorites. Would like to have had more evening entertainment options but overall, it was a nice getaway. Our travel agent with Blissful H&D did an amazing job getting everything set up for our large group & sent us helpful info prior to our travels to prep us for Mexico as well. Will definitely use them again for our next adventure!

Fantastic experience: Linda was a tremendous help to my husband and me throughout our wedding planning process. We did a destination wedding, and having her support helped us feel more at ease! We looked at a lot of resorts in the Playa del Carmen area, and we ended up choosing Barcelo. We initially tried communicating and setting things up with Barcelo ourselves, but we were having difficulties getting in contact with the wedding department. Luckily, we found out about Blissful Honeymoons & Linda. Once we started working with Linda, she took over the communication with Barcelo and sorted everything out! She even helped us get a better rate compared to Costco travel when it came to planning our honeymoon to Bora Bora. She was always very responsive and super friendly!
