Fantastic experience: DVC Rental Store is our go to for when staying on Disney property at a deluxe level resort. The process to find a room that fits your needs, dates of travel, and book is easy and straight forward. You can search based on your dates of travel or browse confirmed reservations, we've done both. The staff is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. I've rented DVC points using other companies but DVC Rental Store is so much easier to work with and has offerings the others do not. We have 4 more bookings through 2025 with them and will book a couple more.

I love that you can book and then make payments to pay off the booking. We also added the Disney dining plan with the help of the DVC staff which was also a great benefit! Fantastic experience: Our experience using DVC Rental Store was excellent. They gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our vacation at a severely discounted price. Our 2-bedroom villa for 9 nights was $10,000 cheaper using DVC Rental than through Disney...and everything was excellent! We did purchase separate travel insurance ($300) just to be on the safe side in case anything happened (nothing did), but it was nice to know that DVC Rental Store protected us up until a certain date as well. Unsure if all DVC properties are like the Riviera as far as service, cleanliness, rooms, etc., but ours was top notch!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time renting DVC points and it was very easy! I put my request for the Polynesian in at 11 months and got a reservation right away. One thing to be aware is that your reservation is owned by the DVC member so Disney will not take any room requests directly from you and if you call to check the room request they will not confirm anything because you are not the DVC member. I did use the room request for through this company but Disney did not have it on file so we did not get the floor we were hoping for and they did not have the birthday message on file that I added with the room request. I won’t fault the DVC Rental for this as it’s not their fault. It’s just one minor inconvenience to be aware of if you are renting points and don’t know the DVC member personally to reach out and have them check on these things.

Fantastic experience: Would absolutely use dvc rental store again. The whole process was seamless and no issues whatsoever. Stayed at AKL Kidani Village. We booked a savanna room and had just that. A room with an outstanding view.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay at the Boulder Ridge Villas at The Wilderness Lodge! Our girls (8 and 4) loved the pool areas, as well as all of the fun in the lobby and around the property. Super simple transportation to the Disney World parks and other resorts either by bus or boat, and delicious food!

Fantastic experience: We’ve done multiple trips with DVC Rental Store. Highly recommend. If you prefer deluxe resorts, this is the way to go. I’m currently booking another trip with their help as I write this! Customer service will respond to your inquiries quickly and competently. The whole system is fairly seamless. My advice is to jump on a reservation you’d like quickly if your dates are not flexible.

After the purchase process, the reservation showed up in my Disney app. All my questions were promptly answered through email. We even saved money on park tickets through the website.

We knew where we wanted to stay, our dates, along with our room type and booked right when the window allowed. The rate was fair and the process was SIMPLE. I went on the Disney world official website just to compare the exact dates and room type and DVC rental store was more than 50% off. When we checked in, it was seamless. The room was incredible. No issues. We will use this each time we go. Amazing!

The owner of my original rental cancelled 3 days before the trip, and the DVC Rental Store got me a last minute replacement that was also an upgrade at OKW. Your money is safe with them. Positive experience: The process was easy and I got to stay at my dream place. However, during a very serious situation like a category 5 hurricane they are not helpful in any way shape or form. Offered zero help and made you feel like an inconvenience. I would have definitely recommended this company until there was a serious issue. I am not sure I would use this company again.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time booking through DVC Rental Store. I was very nervous the first time, but the level of communication and professionalism with their team put me at ease. I have had seamless experiences. Again, it's the quality of communication that made the biggest difference in the quality of my booking experience. I will not be using any other booking agency for my WDW vacations.

Positive experience: Can’t beat the price, but there is little flexibility! That said, we’ve been happy with our stays, though never get our floor requests and there is always ‘conversation with a supervisor’ upon checkin. They likely know we aren’t the DVC Villa owners and therefore don’t prioritize our floor requests. I suppose we get what we pay for? :)

Fantastic experience: We have used them MULTIPLE times. Recently had a last minute (24 hours ) trip change and Kate was able to get us our reservation secured . Called in- she told me to fill out the online request and she would grab it and do what she could. She did the most and got us a reservation and got it confirmed - all about 20 hours before our flight left! I cannot recommend these folks enough!

Fantastic experience: DVC rental store was so easy! Our family wanted a 2 bedroom but the prices on the Disney website are so expensive. DVC saved us a ton of money. Our reservation was easily linked to the Disney app and we had no issues. We will definitely be using DVC again!

Positive experience: Everything went smoothly except for the fact that we went during the hurricane and reservations through third parties are not covered by Disney's hurricane policy. WHen I contacted DVC Rental they told me I was out of luck. That sucks and they should do better, but other than that it was a good experience.

Positive experience: I received courteous and timely customer service from the DVC Rental Store. My reason for giving an average rating is their very limited cancellation and zero refund policy compared to reservations booked directly with Disney. You can save considerable money by using DVC Rental Store but it comes with significantly more risk than booking through Disney. You can try to offset that risk by purchasing travel insurance but I was unable to find a reputable company (with good reviews from customers) that provided comprehensive insurance for a reasonable cost.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved our stay! I kept thinking I was in Hawaii. Wonderful place to stay in Disney. Milton did chase us out early though. We will stay there again on our next trip. Using DVC is a great way to book it and save money!

Fantastic experience: I utilized the DVC Rental Store to book our stay this year at the Riviera Resort. My family has stayed there the last three years and we absolutely love all it has to offer! This year I decided to try renting via the Rental Store and although it was a bit more time consuming, we saved $800. You can't inquire more than 9 months in advance, so definitely set a reminder in your calendar to get the best chance of securing the property you want for the dates you're looking for. The DVC Rental Store response was quick and courteous, and the website pretty easy to navigate. I only had one navigation issue, but was able to figure it out with a quick phone call. I definitely recommend using their services if you haven't already tried it out!

Fantastic experience: i booked one night at disneys polynesian resort as a little surprise for my other half on their birthday and doing it through dvc rentals saved me an absolute fortune! it was less than half the price it would usually be and the process was really simple and easy. i was a bit nervous on check in but it all went super smoothly and when we got to the room it was gorgeous! i will definitely be re-using when we decide to go back and stay deluxe for longer!

Fantastic experience: I’m a DVC owner but I rented because the week I wanted wasn’t available. Thankfully DVC rental store had it as a confirmed reservation and it felt just like it does when I stay on my own points. Sometimes during the trip, I forgot that it wasn’t my points I was using. Using Dvc Rental Store as a way to “try before you buy” is a very accurate way of experiencing being a DVC member without actually being one. DVC rental store made the process very easy and I will definitely use them again in the future!

The communication all through was fabulous, i was able to put the booking in my Disney app in advance. I honestly don't think i can go back to just booking a hotel now! I stayed in Bay Lake, a 4 mins well lit walk to Magic Kingdom with amazing views and amenities. It only cost me $100 more for the week then if i booked Pop Century! If you can get the dates to work for you- do this every time!!

Fantastic experience: I've used DVC Rental Store twice now, once 3 years ago and once just a few weeks ago, and both times it's been a great way to save a lot of money on DVC rooms. I have to say I'm getting spoiled at Disney resorts staying in DVC rooms as they always have a full kitchen, or kitchenette and just generally more spacious. Renting points with DVC Store, I got the room much below market cost by going directly to Disney themselves. Our most recent trip was to Disneyland last week and we stayed at a Deluxe Villa at the Disneyland hotel. Our cost per night was significantly less by booking through DVC Rental Store. And, we also wound up saving a little money by buying our park tickets through them as well. I feel like DVC Rental Store makes the overall process really easy. There are some hoops they have to jump through with the original DVC owners they are reselling with so that they can book the reservation under your name, but both times for us, the process was fairly quick and painless. The last one I had the reservation complete on my account within 24 hours, but I can't imagine that being the case every time because again I believe there is coordination that has to be done with the original DVC owner and their availability might be questionable. The only thing that I cannot speak to is we never had to cancel any one of our trips, fortunately! So if there is a cancelation, I cannot speak to how canceling a trip and recouping money would work. They do give you a lot of warning about their cancelation policy as well as a reimbursement schedule as to how much they can reimburse you relative to how close you are to the scheduled stay. So needless to say I'm a bundle of nerves because you never know what life can throw at you and the idea of losing money on a trip you cannot make makes me a bit ill. But hey, we didn't have to learn that lesson, so YAY! That worry aside, I absolutely plan to use DVC Rental Store again for our future trips because I really have come to love the DVC room experience on property versus a regular room (that more often than not doesn't even have a tiny microwave in them).

They keep you updated about your timelines for making reservations or booking lightning lanes or room requests. They will even follow up with you after your vacation. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in renting points for your next Disney vacation. We also get our park tickets through them. We have never had any issues dealing with DVC rental store even through the pandemic they did everything they could to make things right.

The Trader Sam outdoor bar and tables open until 12 which was great after coming back from DTD or parks Walks to parks Cabanas and pool pods available to all 3 Disney hotel guests ( 150-500 plus a day) Cons The menus got old by day 3- all casual no formal sit down restaurants Breakfast was a pain with up to 50 minute wait on mobile orders for a latte No Mickey waffles to be found unless at a character breakfast Studios sleep 4 but tightly, this felt smaller than most studios because the kitchenette is next to the bed and the bed next to the window The sink and shower are in the same room , it was a pain getting 4 of us out the door Coffee shop closes too early The 4 stars was because we are used to WDW and the Riviera and Grand Floridian feel much more fancy and luxurious and have fine dining Thanks for a magical vacation! The DVC rental store handled everything perfectly for us .

Fantastic experience: Very competitive pricing and easy process for securing a room. Takes a few days based on owner response time, but overall pretty fast process. Meal plan not syncing with MyExperience App can make you a bit nervous. However, it does not a meal plan in the web portal and credits are immediately available for viewing/use in MyExperience App once you check-in. Would def use again as prices for DVC villas often beat Disney pricing.

The rental process is not as quick as just booking a regular room on Disney's website but the agents are very helpful and make it as smooth a process as possible. While I know I could have gone through a DVC owner privately, it felt safer going through a broker. I will always recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Great communication, process, and seamless check in at the Disney resorts (all 3 times we have booked a reservation with DVC Rental Store). We loved our studios at The Grand Floridian (2022) and Saratoga Springs (2024). Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary (2024) was also a wonderful location, but not a contender for our next trip compared to the others!

I was a bit nervous since it was my first time trying any DVC rental, but they were very quick to reply to all inquiries and questions, and the stay at Bay Lake Tower was perfect! We were able to add the reservation to My Disney Experience and do everything you normally would be able to with your own booking, there was no difference except for a much better price. They gave me the DVC member name should I need it but I was able to do everything with the my Disney experience app once they provided me with the confirmation number. They were also very responsive from the time I submitted my request until I submitted payment. They even followed up before my stay asking me if I had any questions.

Fantastic experience: Everything was just as seamless as if we had booked direct with Disney. We added the meal plan and that worked great as well. Stayed for 10 days at 2 resorts, both 2 bedroom and also a studio. We saved $1,000s of dollars. Will definitely use DVC rental gain and telling everyone we know that goes to Disney about it.

Fantastic experience: Thank you DVC for allowing us to stay at a resort we never thought we could afford. I was very skeptical at first thinking this would be too good to be true but everything was extremely smooth! We were able to book the Riviera Deluxe Studio for way less than what we were quoted from Disney directly. The DVC team responded to my requests quickly and friendly. We will be doing this going forward so we can experience deluxe resorts on a budget!

Fantastic experience: Easy peasy! Our family just returned from staying for four nights at the Polynesian resort. This resort would not be attainable for my family without DVC Rental Store. Renting points allowed us to experience all the magic of a monorail report and all the fun the Poly had to offer. Fantastic experience: I just finished my first trip in WDW where we rented DVC points for 2 different resorts (Grand Floridian and Riviera) and the process was seamless and saved me so much money. My family of 5 was able to stay at these deluxe resorts while paying what we would have paid for a moderate level resort. I also purchased discounted park tickets through this site and that process was easy as well. I will definitely use DVC rental store any time we want to stay at a deluxe resort!
