Negative experience: Love the vehicle service there but I will never ever use their travel agency service again Left me hanging both ways incomplete information not able to get a hold of contacts for the air lines

Negative experience: Very inconsistent professionalism from this facility I have done a plate transfer procedure more than 3 times before with the same plates and never have they told me I couldn’t do it because the registered plate owner (my father) wasn't present don’t understand how they let me do it multiple times before so couldn’t have been a “mistake” but now they have an issue with it.

Negative experience: They are probably good for roadside assistance and registration but that's all. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use them for auto insurance. They drag everything out and are unresponsive. It is like everybody is in cahoots. They give you these LOUSY auto adjusters who disappear and when you complain or ask for a supervisor to help they suggest you handle it yourself and ask for reimbursement later or constantly give you a supervisor's voicemail. Being in an accident is overwhelming enough. Save yourself and don't let triple A send you to an early grave.

Negative experience: If you want to wast you money get auto AAA insurance this the worst insurance had in my life they keep charging money after the cancellation also arrived extra charges

Negative experience: Literally the worse aaa I have had to deal with 12 year member and never had 5 people come in after me and they were all seen before me only after going to counter asking why other people where being seen first was I then seen and for same service don't waste your time at this location

Negative experience: First let me state I have been with AAA for years having the roadside assistance service. Today 4/3/2024 I called wanting to obtain information in regards to switching from my current auto insurance to AAA insurance. Unfortunately I was connected to an extremely rude woman. It was at this location that the woman who did not announce her name on the phone gave me the worst customer service interaction I have ever experienced via telephone. Without giving me proper quoting information she in the rudest tone told me I would be better off staying where I was at. I will never suggest anyone to join I'd this is the quality they have to offer current or new customers.

Fantastic experience: Went to AAA office in Rancho Cucamonga to get my registration. Now this people really know how to treat a client. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and the gentleman getting my registration process was very courteous and respectful as well. Thank you AAA for training your employees properly. The atmosphere and the vibe was a very positive and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Always an easy time. I usually come here to pay my car tags. Easy to get in and out. Plus I walk out with my tag.

Negative experience: I just want you share my experience with AAA. I went in to see travel Advisor Vanessa Garza and booked a telephone appointment. Time for appointment came and she didn't answer. I left her a voicemail. I called a a couple of hours later to speak to her supervisor. There is no accountability with this AAA and it's apparent Supervisor cover for her. He promised to get back to me with travel dates dates and pure crickets! I called back and neither Vanessa or Her Supervisor, I belive his name is Chris or Christopher. Unprofessional and just Lazy.

Fantastic experience: I come here to get my whole family's passport photos. Especially my kids under 1. They were very helpful and made it stress free. My next time I go is to renew my dmv registrations. Everytime I go here I never had a problem so far.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this place over the DMV any day of the week. Not only their fast and friendly. I got my paperwork done in no time. Such amazing people to work with while you’re in Rancho Cucamonga. The staff is efficient and on point. By the time I got checked in with a friendly fellow that worked the desk. He took my information and told me to have a seat. By the time I sat down there he called my name. Everyone super friendly but most of all I realized one thing. I definitely need some new tattoos. The guy that was working the front desk give me information about his artist. Extremely beautiful work but not only that I was very satisfied with the customer service that I had. Thanks again Rancho Cucamonga for making me love my city even more ;)

Fantastic experience: I went in to renew my registration on my trailer. David took care of me and asked if I was out running errands and I shared with him my experience of needing tires after being stranded in Costa Mesa for 5 hours waiting for AAA roadside. David offered to help with filling out a reimbursement form after having to pay out of pocket to go outside the AAA network to have my tire changed. Thank you David for helping to turn a horrible experience into a positive one.

Positive experience: Came in today to see about why my auto insurance was is higher.. these days every penny counts. Was helped by Adan Rodriguez. The gentlemen was helpful kind and listened to my concerns. I shared with him that I was trying to get back on my feet financially and returning to work after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer currently in remission. it’s good to see people in customer service still compassionate about helping customers and not being here for just a job . Thank you sir for going the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: Save yourself some time and head over to AAA for your DMV services as far as registration and titles. They don't do anything with driver's licenses. Be sure to bring cash or credit card. There's a weight sometimes so bring some headphones just in case. But other than that they're pretty fast overall and they have an in-depth knowledge of everything that you need to do and how to do it. Be sure to plan out your day because there's a Target in the area so you can go to Target after AAA. Staff was kind and friendly and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: They took advantage of my family , they stole our car just like that at the moment I haven't done much cause this is crazy, anyone can just take your car no way thieves together with American eagle towing, I know that they will get caught by someone for rats.

Negative experience: I was wondering why my car was not really starting knowing that I had AAA install a battery about 1 month ago. Well, apparently, the battery installed was too weak for my Honda CRV and caused the starter to malfunction. The AAA mechanic that came to my home to install the battery should know based on your car specs which size battery you need. Now, I have to purchase a new starter and a larger stronger battery.

Fantastic experience: We actually came in on 12/23/21, to pay our AAA membership thinking they would be busy but they weren't! We found out that the DMV in this office only accepts cash, while the actual AAA services accepts both card and cash. My husband had gone next door to the Wells Fargo to pull out cash to pay for our membership and that's how we found out. Just a little bit of good to know stuff.

Fantastic experience: I went in to renew my registration and get my new stickers if you're a AAA member it's a great way if you don't want to go to the DMV or do it online. Of course paying cash is the way to save money they charge a 2.3% fee which goes to the DMV. The employees there were really nice and helpful and friendly I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.

Negative experience: Love AAA. The Rancho branch isn't worth it though. Ever since I moved here employees are rude every time. Employees vaping INSIDE the building. My car battery went dead and the roadside assistance refused to help me, barely spoke and just left. Other area's branches have always helped and been 100% honest.

Negative experience: The review is not for this location but for the company. I will not recommend AAA due to multiple let downs. All new members are only allowed to be classic members until their 90 day wait period is over, and then once you finally completed the probation period ensure you don’t break down further than 7miles from your home otherwise it’s about $5-$10 per miles. In addition, say you want to upgrade and use the new benefits that you paid for. You be in luck, because they don’t go in efficient for another week. So now you paid an additional $50 for the upgrade and still need to pay the towing fee of $5-$10 per miles. In conclusion, I am truly dissatisfied with AAA. Over the years the service I've personally received is the reason I've stayed. They have great benefits from simply being a member food discounts, travel, tickets, DMV services, etc. Not mention when you have a policy with them, they make you feel like a family member and not just a customer. They know their services well enough to get you the best rate for you and yours. ***ASK FOR MARGO! ***....our previous agent is now the manager .

Positive experience: Very well organized they really had this planned out perfect social distancing was in effect the time of service was excellent to representative that I met with was awesome very polite very cheerful very professional. I was stressed because I had another appointment and I was pressed for time but everything went smooth it was a little bit of a line but it went quick they had plenty of staff to serve their guests that were there to take care of their business. I just wished it was more connected to the DMV there was two issues that I could not take care of there I had to go to DMV or do it online which is not an option for me that I'm willing to take. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the Rancho Cucamonga facility. Very courteous and quickly got me what I needed to have done for DMV. Aprx.15 min from walking in to walking out. Appreciate the fact that I didn't have to stand for hours.
