Fantastic experience: We've used Megan Granger for three trips so far and have been very happy with her services. She always gets back to us promptly and has many helpful suggestions. In the past, I booked thorough Costco to get the Costco card at the end of our trip, but after all of the helpful tips from Megan and having a single person to contact with any questions, we're planning to use Megan from now on. She's a ten out of ten, for sure.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience with our vacation planner Meagan Nichols!! She was able to book all of our dining and Disney extras that we were wanting! I was also able to text her during our stay when some of our plans got canceled due to the hurricane. She is so helpful and I highly recommend Meagan when planning a Disney vacation! We will be using her in the future for sure!!

Fantastic experience: I have used John at Pixie Vacation for multiple cruises over the years. We have done couples' cruises, family cruises, and massive family reunion cruises. John has provided concierge service with handholding from the first cruise to the most recent, which was a Norwegian Cruise from Venice to Athens. He has planned cruises for us on Royal, Celebrity, NCL, and even a river cruise to see the Christmas Markets in Germany, Austria, and Hungary on Scenic Cruise Lines. HIGHLY recommend! BTW- having a travel agent for cruising is great for so many reasons- onboard credit, he deals with the cruise line so I don't have to, planning excursions, transfers, etc. Contact him, you won't regret it!

Our last trip to Disney was 12 years ago and I was struggling with the planning and feeling overwhelmed by the huge amount of details and options. One call with Debbie and we were off and running! My daughter is 16 and has high functioning autism and social anxiety disorder. Debbie gave us awesome recommendations on resort hotels that would be best suited for her needs, and also provided guidance on the new DAS pass system. She made dinner reservations 60 days out, kept us posted on deals and upgrades to take advantage of, and gave us more than an hour of her valuable time just to review all of our trip details before we left. I'm definitely having Pixie Vacations and Debbie plan my next trip!

Fantastic experience: Katie did an amazing job booking our trip to Mexico. We stayed at Le Blanc in Cabo. It was the most amazing location, food, service, drinks, room, people...everything about it was amazing. She even got us upgraded transportation and a pool cabana for a day which made us feel like VIP. I will definitely be using Pixie to plan more vacations, actually have them planning a girls Disneyland trip already! You can trust Pixie, they know what they are doing!!!

Fantastic experience: Debbie was absolutely amazing! Everytime I use her to book a vacation, she never leave us disappointed. We booked a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico (Her suggestion) for our 15th yr Anniversary. BEST TRIP EVER!! The details that she gave us to insure that we had no issues was very helpful. She even warned us of possibilities that could happen and how to prepare. Some did happen and we were prepared. She advise us to get the insurance and I'm so glad we did. There was a hurricane that came the day we came back. Many didn't have insurance and did not get their money back. We made it back in time but would have been ok if we had to end our trip early. If you want excellence, accuracy, and your $ worth... Pixie Vacations is who you need to book through.

Fantastic experience: I recently got back from a trip from Disney World while booking through Cici and it was incredible! Everything was planned out well and she had amazing recommendations for food and activities. Definitely would recommend Epcot for 21+ activities and Magic Kingdom for a Disney experience. The hotel was close in proximity to Disney world and was very well maintained. I would 100% book through Cici again because I know she would make our experience much better!

We fly in from Arizona with two kiddos - and had never set foot in Florida before - so it was a bit daunting on our first trip. We travel a lot, but when spending thousands of dollars on a family vacation and going in "blind" - it is important to have someone like Megan to tell you the tips and tricks! Both vacations went off with barely a hitch! WDW was having some tech issues for our second round and she was ON IT! Negative experience: I would not recommend [Pixie vacations]. I attempted to contact them regarding a Disney vacation plan and followed up for a reminder, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This lack of communication was disappointing. I proceeded to book my tickets through another agency, and my vacation plan was successfully completed. Promptly responding to inquiries demonstrates a company's efficiency and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience suggests Pixie lacks these qualities. It raises concerns about their responsiveness if I had encountered issues during the booking process.

From Pixie Vacations planned a last minute vacation to Walt Disney World and it was amazing, no stress, a great value and she is SUPER detailed with her informative emails. Debbie was always in contact if I had a question and kept me updated even during our trip. We knew we'd be at the parks from before rope drop to closing so we opted for a value resort (All Star Sports). We had building 1 with a preferred room overlooking the pool. The room was super clean. No crazy noise disruptions. If you're looking for someone who will take care of your whole trip, beginning to end, ask for Debbie M. She was absolutely awesome. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have booked numerous annual trips to Disneyworld with Mike Ellis and have never been disappointed. He is excellent in providing suggestions and following through with obtaining the park, dinner, and transportation reservations that we select. In addition, he promptly responds to any text or email requests and is very personable in the process. Fantastic experience: We worked with Mei for both Disney Cruise vacation for mom last year 2023, in part because Mei can also speak Mandarin (中文), and after a great experience, decided to work with Mei again for Michigan, Illinois area family reunion in Jan 2024 - the focus of this review. Our travel and return destinations were Michigan, Illinois, Seattle, Portland, Taipei- and trip coincided with the "deep freeze" event that affected travel and airports of all of these areas, leading to many flight cancellations. Throughout our family union trip in Michigan, Illinois, we especially appreciate Mei for closely keeping track of weather conditions, flight cancellations, providing updates by text- this gave us the peace of mind to enjoy time with family, while knowing that Mei would have plans and backup plans for us. On the return leg, when we landed in Seattle, from the moment we landed, we already had notification from Mei that mom's flight from Seattle to Taipei is on time, my flight from Seattle to PDX was cancelled, but Mei already had a number to call for me, as well as 3 things to directly ask for from the airline agent when I call them, leading to fast rebooking for a later flight the same night, a few hours later than the cancelled flight; when in line picking up the boarding pass from the airline customer service desk, I overheard several folks on the same canceled flight ended up being rebooked on flights 2 days later (I had a seat on a flight a few hours later). Before my flight from Seattle took off, I already had notification from Mei that the road conditions are icy in Portland, and recommended against driving myself home. When I landed in PDX, I already had notification from Mei that all the hotels nearby are sold out, but can call a few numbers to check if they have a few spots reserved for passengers physically in the Portland airport, also tips for sleeping in PDX airport if needed, and strong recommendation to not leave PDX airport until at least 10 AM the next day, keeping me safe from icy roads. The level of service from Mei for our 2024 midwest family reunion trip was exceptional, and we appreciate Mei's help to give us the peace of mind to enjoy family, and to navigate the potentially challenging flight scheduling and weather situations with safety and ease- we appreciate Mei being with us every step along the way - and additionally, Mei being able to directly communicate with mom in Mandarin (中文) was reassuring for mom also.

Fantastic experience: We booked with Crisanda Bravo with Pixie Vacations several times, and it was perfect every time. Hotel in Orlando or Disney Tickets (more than once), she always finds the best deals. And then - a cruise in the Antarctic - this one would have been very complicated for us to research and book, Cris took care of everything and found us the perfect trip for our adventure of a lifetime. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Lesli Terzo is AMAZING. She provided so much details and so many tips and trips - it makes the trip so stress free. She does an incredible job of sending reminders when items are due or reservations are available. She also gets to know our family, the things that are must haves for us on our vacation, and provides recommendations based off those preferences. We partner with Lesli for more than just Disney. We also ask for her guidance and expertise on other vacation partners within her portfolio as well.

Fantastic experience: Megan helped me plan a Disney Vacation around our trip to go to Oogie Boogie Bash, since both my friend and I were super busy with our full time jobs. She helped reserve LAMP LIGHT LOUNGE on our last day!! Which I can barely do on my own, & it was AMAZING! She even got us a table at Carnation Cafe & was able to get us genie plus so we could plan our day with Lightening Lane rides to make good use of our time at both California Adventure & Disneyland! I will be using her the next time I want to go to Disneyland (hopefully for Valentines day or another 90's night maybe?) 12/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
